How to Connect to Your Minecraft Server
So, you’ve created your own free Minecraft server with Aternos.org and now you’re ready to connect and start playing with your friends. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started.
Step 1: Use Your IP
Once your server is up and running, you’ll need to use your server’s IP address to connect to it. This is the unique identifier for your server on the internet. Simply enter the IP address into the multiplayer section of Minecraft and you should be good to go.
Step 2: Use DynIP
If using your IP address doesn’t work, you can also use your server’s DynIP. This is a dynamic IP address that Aternos provides for your server. It’s a great option if your server’s IP address changes frequently. Just enter the DynIP into the multiplayer section of Minecraft and you should be able to connect.
And that’s it! You’re all set to start playing on your very own Minecraft server. Enjoy!
