ServerMiner – Level up RPG skills in Minecraft with Aurelium Skills Plugin

Hey guys welcome to another server miner plug-in tutorial i’m your host ltg07 and today we’re looking at the aurelium skills plug-in this is a really awesome plug-in which allows you to have various rpg skills that you can level up and get powerful rewards so let’s just jump into it if we

Do four slash skill that’s going to bring up the gui that shows all your skills now there is a large variety let’s see which ones we have so we’ve got stuff like foraging farming excavation mining sorcery archery all that good stuff that you can obviously level up if you

Click one like mining for example i’m currently level one and there is a ton of levels all with different rewards so if we have a look at maybe level 22 we get a 15 chance to get double drops from alls if we get this level which is pretty cool

And then you can just hover over all the other different levels and see what the reward is so it gives you toughness for example if you’re holding a pickaxe and this is just the first page we can go on to the second page if we want to and there’s even more rewards more

Levels and i think the top level is 97 there it is and it gives you a 60 chance to get double drops from all so pretty good let’s go back into it and have a look at excavation so i was doing a lot of shoveling earlier and we are ranked number one

So i am currently level two with 99 progress if we do four skill top that will show the highest players and then skill rank will show you all the different ranks for all your different skills so let’s go ahead and rank one of them

Up so if i get my diamond shovel out and start excavating you can see there’s a boss bar at the top showing your level and then if i were to start hitting some pigs we’ve got the fighting one and this is only 36 out of 100

And the more you level up the harder it is to level up and there we go excavation has gone from one to two and my endurance when i run is also going up so there’s a ton of different skills that you can level up and let’s try the mining one as well so

If i start smashing these blocks you can see it’s slowly going up and now depending on which block you break it will go up a different amount of the stone is not great but if you’re destroying stuff like diamond door and obsidian you’re gonna level up very very quickly

So another one we could level up is our agility now this is where you can fall off places and survive and you’re going to get points for doing that so i’m about to level up and there we go agility level 2 and i have unlocked lightful so that is a quick

Look in game at the different commands and how the skills work and how they level up it’s really cool but let’s head into the config file and see what we can do in there so here we are in the s picnic control panel and as you can see there are a few

Yml files we’re going to start in the config.yml so up at the top we’ve got the default language as english you can obviously change that there’s loads to choose from which is great we can scroll down and enable roman numerals if we want to we’ve got the blocked worlds and regions

You can set up a mysql database if you want to action bar and boss barge you want to enable these i think that’s pretty cool but you don’t have to use it scroll down and then we’ve got various things like money rewards you’ve got the sound you can enable

Disabled that and you’ve got various other things like the menu and all the different skills uh whether they’re enabled and their max level now if we go into sources underscore config this is where you will see info about what will level up each skill so mining for example when you mine a

Piece of stone you go up 0.2 xp not very much scroll down and obsidian will give you 10 xp so a ton more emerald will give you 100 diamond 47. so this is pretty cool that the better the block the more xp you will get same goes for fish obviously uh you know

Certain fish are worth a lot more archery and killing various mobs certain mobs worth more you kind of get the gist of it so it’s already set really nicely but you could tweak these values if you wanted to and then finally if we go into the abilities underscore config file

This is where you can either enable or disable abilities you can set the base level that they start at and the max level they can get to and how much you get each level when they get more powerful so mining for example you’ve got the lucky minor

Stamina all that good stuff so if you’re over confused you can go on to the github link and this is going to give you tons of documentation so this is for the abilities one you can see all the information here that gets explained very well you can obviously look at the commands

And the permissions and see what you need to add to your server and the main configs are all here so that is the plugin this is the spigot page you can obviously download it for free over here it’s from 1.12 to 1.16 it is a really thorough and well made
