Drop iron but in our case we need 12 iron we’re going to use this to craft a cauldron a bucket and an iron hoe but this means we’re going to have to kill around 500 zombies to get the sufficient amount of iron oh and have I mentioned

That we have no weapons tools or food but since I can only kill zombies at night keeping myself occupied during the day is a challenge I spend most days just mining dirt or running around luckily I had the genius idea to build a shade platform so that I could kill mobs

During the day but it’s still super slow it’s actually really challenging to kill zombies during the night because every time either a spider or a skeleton hits me off and I swear yeah no iron yet after a few days of repeating this cycle I actually mined enough dirt to remove

An entire Chunk in case you’re wondering what I’m doing with all that dirt yeah it’s just this after 8 days of this I finally got my first Iron after killing almost 100 zombies you know Even after spending so much time on the shade platform thing I’m starting to realize it wasn’t worth it

What then I spent the next few days repeating this cycle until I finally decided it was time to do something I spent a lot of time thinking of the most fitting thing that I could build but you know what I think I got it I then

Entire extension to my house just for a place for it this cauldron while seeming useless is actually going to be what allows us to move on to the next step of our process we aren’t quite there yet but when we get a bucket we can wait for

Our cauldron to fill up from rain and get water why this helps us get a sapling will make sense later but while waiting for rain I decided to do what I do best killing zombies which worked right away by this point I was super dedicated to getting these last two

Pieces of iron even when it started raining I didn’t even check on The Cauldron cuz all I could think about with zombies which again paid off perfectly as I got three iron in the span of 2 days oh and don’t even remind me of how many zombies I’ve killed

Finally I got the last iron and we could finally cross everything off our list I instantly started preparing ing my base for the opportunities we have with us now it may not seem like it but this iron hoe will be lifechanging have you ever killed an animal in Minecraft

Before I haven’t been able to do that but now I can Farm the carrots I’ve got from zombies to breed pigs which will be a necessary part of getting a sapling later but for now it means I can finally eat something other than rotten flesh when it started raining again I

Instantly went over to check my cauldron I wasn’t sure how much each range cycle would fill it up but by the end of it it was filled to about a third but with the hell I started farming wheat because maybe we can breed cows later they aren’t needed for our sapling Mission

But I guess I’ll do anything to pass the time I finished mining out the chunk to connect the two spaces so I guess these chunks are just a part of my base now after raining again and getting nothing I finally decided it was time to start

Screwed look I’ve never been known to be good at this game especially when limited on resources but despite that now that the chest is gone I basically cannot die if I die and lose my stuff even one time each one of the 17 hours I’ve spent getting to this point will be

These getting gold and then using that with our apples to make golden apples again the reason why we need this will make sense later but we are finally close to getting a sapling since the chances of getting copper are so much higher I had already gotten my first

Lightning rod 2 days later I decided I was going to get three lightning rods to increase the chances of getting as many pigs as possible which I got very quickly after accidentally discovering that I can make mud now I finally decided to place some blocks that weren’t just dirt and slime after

Thinking about it for a bit I think our best option is to go AFK again I could sit here for another 14 hours waiting for Thunder but I’ve practically done that already oh no as soon as I started building over I realized that I never actually thought about how I was going

Probably know one of the mobs that spawn during the night are zombie villagers these mobs can be healed back into regular villagers using a golden apple and the weakness effect as you know we have a golden apple but how could we get weakness well that’s where the witch

Comes in as a defense the witch will throw one of four potions at the player harming slowness poison or weakness so if I can get a witch to throw a weakness potion at me have it Miss and hit the zombie villager feed it our golden apple

And then wait for it to cure then we can have ourselves a villager now that is no easy task because we have no boats the only method of keeping mobs from despawning is to make them pick up blocks but not all zombie villagers pick up items it’s a random chance so I have

To find a zombie villager that can pick up an item and hope that there’s a witch nearby so I can trap them now I’m not exaggerating when I say that this took hours to happen but finally it did just then I could see the outline of a witch

Behind a zombie after having to lure the witch away and waiting all night I finally had them together now because I’m dumb it may have taken me all day to get the witch to throw weakness but eventually I got it I killed the witch waited for a bit

And then finally it happened villager I don’t think he want want to know what I went through to get you I used my leftover gold to craft a golden pickaxe and then moved my cauldron over to the Villager turning it into a leather worker I then sold it some leather I got

From cows but now we only have one more thing we need to do to get a sapling you know I’ve really enjoyed my time trying to get a sapling but I think it’s finally time we finish this I made sure my base was fully done and ready and

Then left in search of the last thing we need I built up a little AFK chamber and then sat there all we were waiting for now was a Wandering Trader one of its trades is for a sapling so now that we have emeralds it’s only a matter of time

Now I could just cut to when one spawns but I just like to mention it took literal real life days for one to spawn while waiting I think I saw it all I saw about five Pillager patrols spawn a naturally occurring Charged Creeper and still hadn’t gotten a Wandering Trader
