So next we need to do is to run for this jdk setup which is sometimes quite long which no i’m not going to do it now um but basically when you’re running make sure you install everything available so that’s jdk and the java fx so once i installed you know it should Be installed because under programming features you should have java essie defend kit 7 update 5 as well as the java fx which should have been stored afterwards and this java 7 update 5 is for the jre which you should have already had installed because if you didn’t then you wouldn’t be playing minecraft So that’s that installed now although we’ve installed jdk it’s not actually fully integrated to windows because you’ve got to start cmd and type in java c you can see that java c is not recognized an internal external command that’s because we need to set a path to This jdk we just installed for this to be recognized now why we need this to be recognized is because it contains the files that’s needed for mcp to decompile your minecraft to edit so without that mcps won’t work at all so we need to fix that now So the first step in fixing that is to go to start computer your local disk then program files of programming 86 depending on where your job installed you just have to find that so find where there’s a folder called java so double click that then double click jdk not jre jdk then Bin and i’ll click the empty space next to the address of this and copy it so the piles the path should be c program files java jdk and then bin you want to copy that and that’s the first step which is to copy that path The next step is go to start and right click computer instead and click properties then go to advanced system settings under advanced go to environmental variables and then locate to path under the system variables to find path double click it and now after there’s loads of pass There but before we carry on do not delete any of these or your computer will mess up instead go to the very last one at the very end i put a semicolon and then paste in this path we found in now it’s very important that there’s no space so if it’s like That that’s wrong you need to take away that space between the semicolon and this path and and base click okay okay okay you can close with this and that’s basically our path set to check if this paths work now we need to go to start cmd again and then type in java see And there’s a load things up here now we don’t need any of these because mcp will do all of these things for us but because they’ve loaded we know that jdk has been successfully found on our computer you Video Information
