Sly Bear & JJ: Helicopter Build Challenge!

Oh no guys a zombie apocalypse is on its way and I’m stuck here with my friends Mikey and [Applause] [Applause] JJ boom Oh yes Shelly we nailed our Landings don’t worry bear we’re here to save you consider yourselves rescued we’re here to get you guys out of here uh what bottles Shelly it’s great to see you guys and all but you were meant to bring the helicopter the helicopter no

No no no no bear we came out of the helicopter and now we’re down here to save you guys T no no I know Waddles but the whole idea was that we get in the helicopter that you brought and then we can all get out of here together oh gosh

No bear we kind of crashed that helicopter I know Waddles I heard it was a huge explosion but guys there’s a zombie apocalypse coming and we don’t have long in an hour’s time this place is going to be swarming with zombies everywhere as far as the eye can see and

I’m out here with Mikey and JJ and that’s why we needed a way out oh gosh oh no this is a really bad situation oh you know what would be good at a time like this a helicopter yeah a helicopter oh I’m sorry Mikey I’m sorry JJ I guess

It’s down to plan B Shelly Waddles we’re going to have to build our very own helicopters are you guys up for the job oh yeah sure bear we got this me and Shelly make a great team we will not let you down like we did 2 minutes ago okay

Guys well we don’t have long we need to build the most epic helicopter as we can we got to fly as far away from here as possible because remember zombies are on their way so that means we should take some time to build some extra strong defenses too Shelly Waddles you start on

The podium down there and I’ll start on this one Mikey JJ I promise we’ll get you out of here as soon as possible I’m sorry about my friends they’re a little bit silly sometimes but they’re great Builders you’ll see Shelly Waddles are you going to start building your

Helicopter you got it bear yep yep we got awesome ideas bear does it need to be super big well it doesn’t need to be super big but it does need to be super strong and it needs to be able to fly super far and super fast right got it

Bear oh wait I just had a good idea guys you can take a look inside the hanger too we were checking this out earlier it’s like a disused army base but you can take a look and see the shape of a helicopter if you need to I’m I think

I’m going to take one of these outside with me it’ll be really good reference for us to build our own oh that’s a good idea bear everyone needs references I don’t because I don’t need to know what a helicopter looks like because we just crashed one yeah you did just crash one

Waddles you’re right so I’m going to place mine down here on the side so I can study it okay let’s see what are we going to need we’ll need some seeds and oh oh Shelly you stole my helicopter oh there it is Shelly you’re always messing

With me okay we we’re going to need a couple of seats we’re going to need some big propellers woah woah woah woah wo bear for what ah this is going to be tough what do you mean for what Waddles for your helicopter of course oh right

Of course uh how many wings there’s no wings on a helicopter Waddles but there are big propellers you better get to work you see this is why I told you to take one from the inside so I think I’m going to start by building the landing

Gears right at the bottom just like this I think we’re going to need quite a big one okay big Chopper okay got it let’s go Shelly let’s do this yeah let’s get to work Waddles oh it looks like Shell’s got one down there too for reference make sure you buildt the most epic

Helicopter you guys are going to be taking JJ on yours and I’m going to be taking Mikey so that is a lot of responsibility oh my gosh JJ you’re so lucky you’re going to get to go in our helicopter Mikey and JJ you guys are guests today so don’t worry just put

Your feet up and we’ll be finish with this as quickly as we can we’re going to build these epic helicopters and get you guys out of here hopefully before the zombies arrive okay I’m going to need to build this out of something really strong do we think Oak planks are going

To be strong enough huh let’s test it out I’m going to start with the body of the helicopter with these landing gears stretching Up This Tall it’s going to be a pretty big one so let’s go and start building down the sides oh no this is not going to

Work that is not extra strong what if the zombies can break down the wood if they attack our helicopter we’ll be done for what instead I think I’ll use is Cobblestone zombies definitely can’t get through that so if we build the framework of the body out like this this

Will not be an ordinary helicopter it’s got to be a defensive helicopter which means we can put weapons on ours but I don’t know if I trust Waddles and Shelly with weapons on theirs that might get a little bit dangerous you saw how they came flying in like that they crashed

Our only helicopter oh let’s see how they’re doing oh nice looks like they’re starting out pretty good pretty much the same way I did they’re doing a great job hey Waddles what are you guys doing down there is that your guys’ landing gear yeah that’s right bear we got a landing

Gear down and now we’re just trying to figure out what to make it out of I want to do hay but Shelly doesn’t hay no Waddles hay is a terrible idea that could catch fire in the sky and it would not hold up to high speeds oh right so

Make it out of water gotcha water now you’re just messing with me Waddles that would be the worst helicopter ever but there’s no time to waste got to keep building got to decide what’s going to go on our helicopter here I think I need

To put it up at the back just like this and then that way we’ll build it around the side from this oh my gosh this is actually a pretty big helicopter I think it’s going to look really cool uh let’s go this way I have never built a

Helicopter before so I’m really new to this but it is kind of fun so if we look at the back it looks like there’s a propeller on one side and a fin on the other that’s pretty cool I bet it’s used for balance and turning so let’s make

Sure we do the same thing here it looks really important so for this I think we build up at the top and out of the side like this okay this is looking pretty good we’re definitely getting the shape together we definitely want to put on a little propeller here though for this I

Think we could use a fan there we go we can use that as a propeller oh my gosh I’m moving quite fast this is going to be the speediest helicopter build ever but finishing this off really quickly would mean that we’d have more time to defend the area hey Waddles are you

Taking a look at my helicopter yep just wanted to check it out bear okay so this is going good so far what are these things oh okay iron blocks cool yeah it’s a pretty strong helicopter it’s made out of sturdy stuff wait wles don’t just steal blocks from my helicopter

Waddles you’re breaking it no sorry bear thanks Waddles wao looks like Shell’s doing a good job but you guys still have a lot of work to do there’s no telling what else we’re going to have to deal with oh my gosh Waddles come over here Waddles be very very quiet wao W who

What what is it bear what’s wrong underneath the helicopter pad there’s there’s lots of skeletons creepers and zombies oh my gosh well I think I only see one zombie be okay I think we need to speed up our plans here Waddles we’re going to need def fences and we’re going

To need them fast I’m going to get some redstone blocks and I’m going to put them over here on the edge just like that and then I’m also going to do it on this side oh good idea do you know what I’m going for here Waddles uh-huh

Following you bear yeah I got you I’m making it now Waddles what are you doing what you said we needed the fences no not fences Waddles defenses not the fences oh defenses okay gotcha like turrets and guns and stuff exactly you’ve got it now check it out I’ve got an automatic Arrow

Turret I’m going to fill it with so many arrows that these skeletons get a taste of their own medicine check it out I’m going to put one here and one here I’m going to fill it with arrows and if they get too close oh they’re going to feel

It and this way Waddles we’re defending the helipads oh my gosh bear that’s so good that’s going to tear up like all the bad mobs this is just in case though hopefully they stay underneath us gosh this is dangerous if we fall down those creepers are going to destroy us and our

Helicopters that would be awful okay filled up with all the arrows hopefully they do their jobs and defend us oh gosh that is so scary Waddles that they’re right underneath our feet and Waddles don’t tell Mikey and JJ they might get worried just keep that between us oh my

Gosh you’re right we don’t want to Spook those guys Mikey JJ everything’s going a okay and according to plan except for Shelly I think Shell’s lost it what Shell’s lost it Shelly oh no she just doing the helicopter WD she’s doing great well done Shelly no okay I guess

It’s more like a shellicopter yeah it’s a shell copter okay I’ve got to get back to work wles make sure to help Shelly out or better yet if you want to focus on making some defenses we’re definitely going to need a lot of those we’ve got to prepare for the worst case scenario

These zombies are going to be bad news all right and I’m really super good at that okay bear okay shell you stick to building whatever this is and I’m going to do some defenses nice that’s going to protect us if they get too close Waddles good job so because we’re building a

Super strong helicopter I’m going to get some reinforced glass reinforced glass is extra strong and it means nothing’s going to be able to break through it so it’s perfect for the visor of the helicopter we don’t want any zombies breaking through it either okay that looks good but what block are we going

To use to frame this something really strong oh how about blocks of netherite oh yeah de definitely it’s going to look so strong look how good that looks already we’ll build a frame for our reinforced Windows to make it even stronger so we’ll put this across like

This oh it’s looking like an army helicopter already I like it so we’ll put some more netherite blocks across here and down like this and that’s going to make up the whole frame it’s going to be really strong now we should put one more down the middle oh I’m wondering is

This big enough though I’m sure it’s going to be okay we need to make sure we’ve got enough seats for everyone here here too what we’ll do now is fill it with glass and then we’ll make sure we’ve got plenty of space inside for everyone to sit down oh let’s see is

That going to be enough let’s put some glass down the back here too okay that looks pretty good it looks like we’re also going to want to put glass on the roof too that’s going to give us such good Vision when we’re flying around and ta-a oh that’s looking like such a cool

Helicopter it’s really coming together what about these guys wao Shelly this is looking really cool and I see you’re using reinforc glass too that’s really smart Shelly good job I like the color too it’s very oh my gosh it’s just like this one is that what you’re going for Shelly nice work

And Waddles you’ve been building some defenses what have you been doing okay well hold up there bear don’t come too close Okay okay I’m staying put Waddles just stay right where you are I put some ghost blocks down there and I don’t know where I put them oh gosh but wait wles

Do you not remember how to see ghost blocks oh look wait wait wait wait zombie yes it works here oh gosh did he fall in I missed it I was getting you some goggles oh you missed it bear come on you missed that zombie bear he totally

Burned alive oh go again go again get another one okay come on that’s it oh be careful Waddles that’s a lot of skeletons I fell in oh no Waddles I can’t believe you fell for your own trap my bad be this always happens to you Waddles oh hey Waddles there you are

Okay you going to lure them in Dodge Dodge you got zombie and you got a skeleton oh my gosh they’re going to fall gosh yeah nice Waddles this works great this is really good Okie Waddles it’s your job to get more of these traps down because when the zombie horde comes

It’ll be great to have them fall in as many Pitfall traps as possible oh yeah you bet you I’m going to get the whole place defended bear don’t you worry about a thing you’ll be doing amazing work to defend our helipads we’ve still got the turrets ready and we’ve got lots

Of ammo Waddles is building some epic traps down there and Shelly is building a super cool helicopter I’m feeling confident guys Mikey JJ I promise we’re going to get you guys out of here okay back to our helicopter now that we’ got the glass down the sides we need to

Finish out this big long tail and I think the way to do that is this way we’re going to build across with the Cobblestone do we have enough space well only one way to find out let’s finish out the body like this oh gosh I’m worried it might be a little bit tight

To fit everyone in this do we have enough space for people to sit uh maybe but there’s not enough space for people to walk oh that’s not good here’s what I’m going to do I’m going to move everything out just by one block so we

Have space in the middle I do not want to take any risks with this it should be easy enough because I’ve already got the basics done I just need to copy everything so if I copy everything by one block then we’ll have one block of extra space in the middle because we

Can’t leave anyone behind that would be really bad we need to move our fan out this way which is is going to be our propeller and I should test that soon to make sure it Works now that means we have extra space inside the only thing to do now is move the rest of the frame out by One this will look a lot Better and I’m so happy I did this there’s way more space and I can design some stuff inside so finally let’s just break these ones and these ones and here we go did we extend our helicopter the right way almost just a few more things

To tidy up well did you guys see that Waddles you’re putting spikes down everywhere yep putting down spikes cuz the zombies are slow and they’ve got like no brains and I got a run bear I got more to do that is such a good idea

But you are also slow and with no brains so be careful you don’t step on them oh yeah well if I’ve got no brains then clearly the zombies are not going to be interested by me which makes me the most powerful person in the world two Shea

Waddles wo did you make this huge pit below the helipad yeah do you like it it’s got the spikes and lava in it too look there’s creepers and skeletons in it oh my gosh the creeper walked into your trap it works Waddles that is such a good defense system let’s see if it

Holds up because these guys are not the main threat the zombie horde is on its way but this is looking really really good Shell’s doing great work on your guys’ helicopter too oh right the helicopter let me see I haven’t even checked it out yet wo okay Shelly super

Cool job here Shelly keep up the good work looks like these helicopters are going to be epic so for mine I just need to finish off the body of this and then afterwards I’m going to look at some awesome defenses Waddles has given me some inspiration by doing all those cool

Defenses out there it’ll be awesome to put some weapons on our helicopter we can take out zombies from the sky that would be so epic and wo this is looking like a pretty crazy helicopter but it does look like the back here just isn’t big enough we need a much bigger tail

Look at the size of this one and this one looks a bit too small so what we’ll do is we’ll expand on this and make it way taller and this might be too much now let me check uh you know what maybe a tiny bit let’s just take a little bit

Off the top there we go that’s looking much better it’s missing something though so let’s let’s just slap something on the end here there we go looks more balanced we’ve got our helicopter but we do not have a door whoops let’s build a doorway at the back

This is where we’ll get everyone inside and onto the helicopter but we’re going to need some seats some special chairs for the pilots and some chairs for the guests what kind of chair should we use well it doesn’t need to be fancy let’s go with black cushion chair it’ll fit in

With the netherite these can be for the pilots up front and then something fun for the guests I think think JJ would like a red one and Mikey would like a green one let’s put them on the sides like this and just in case Shelly and Waddles do not make a working helicopter

I think shell would like a blue one and oh of course Waddles would like a blue one they can both have blue wo look at the size of the helicopter this is looking really good Shelly you got the doors in and there’s so much space this

Is huge oh my gosh this is looking awesome I have not done anything for this but what watch this bear follow me follow me okay following you Waddles where are you bringing me I hope it’s not to a trap no no no be careful just

In case to get past all of our traps I put some ghost blocks around here with some lava and then I’ve got these cage traps you step on one and boom you’re in a cage wo okay wles should I test it sure why not okay so these are ghost

Blocks I can see that so if I step on this I’d fall into lava right ouch my to oh no Waddles it’s fine so you jump over and then you’re wao uh-oh du bear we’re both in the Trap Waddles we’re both in the Trap um Shelly shell could you help

My God well do you know what that means Waddles it’s an epic trap it got both of us you should definitely reset that trap though I’ll try not to fall in it again oh you bet you bear I’ll reset the whole thing you just go back and work on your

Helicopter watch where you’re walking out there Shelly there’s lots of traps yeah they’re pretty scary okay back to my helicopter these defenses are looking awesome the zombies are not going to know what hit them oh but I can see a creeper underneath there looks like they’ve still got space to spawn in that

Is kind of scary but but now we need to focus on making the best helicopter possible so now I probably have to build the most important part the rotors they’re the part on top of the helicopter that spin like crazy they’re essential if we’re going to fly out of

Here without one we just won’t even take off so I’ll mark it down like this and then we’ll build it up and out like that is that going to be good enough uh I think so and then we’ll use iron blocks to make it really strong and durable and

It needs to be sturdy because this is a heavy helicopter it’s made of Cobble Stone in netherite oh I just realized I left a row of blocks here rookie mistake that would have made the whole helicopter tip over the side and there we go we’ll put the ends of the

Helicopter blades on here I really like that trim let’s put another one in the Middle look at my rotors oh I love this this is looking epic huh what do you think do you think this helicopter can fly I think so this is looking pretty

Good to go I’m going to put some lights at the front just like this oh look how epic my helicopter is my Mikey JJ I’m super proud of this I just hope it actually flies but no matter what guys we’ll get you guys to safety even if the

Really good at dealing with the zombies if they get too close maybe I should help Waddles a little bit and put down some more of these they’re super strong and they might buy us some more time plus they only target mobs which means we’ll be super safe zombies creepers or

Skeletons it’ll get them all let’s check to see if any are spawning in a pit no looks super safe wles did a great job with this one we have no no idea how many zombies there are going to be so maybe we should put some turrets down on

Top of the building too and what is that Waddles what are you doing over there what oh I’m just building something it’s going to distract the zombies and then I’m going to blow it up what is that it looks like a goopy brain what really yes that’s exactly what I’m going for that’s

What it’s supposed to be the zombies are going to see the brain they’re going to smell the brain they’re going to approach the brain and then they’re going to come over and they’re going to blow up because look what’s inside inside wait there’s a gift inside the

Brain oh my God gosh you’re filling it full of TNT wow that’s so creative Waddles that’s going to be crazy so when they come and eat the brain they’ll get blown up by the TNT but uh how are you going to trigger that Waddles oh I was

Thinking red stone oh good idea you know what I’m going to help you out I’ll set up all the Redstone to a lever for you to use how’s that sound Waddles oh okay bear I’ll try not to pull the lever in fact I’m just going to go away to avoid

Going to build an emergency system over here we can use this in multiple ways and it’ll act as a last resort if we don’t make it out of here I’m going to set up my own Redstone signal all the way up to the platform this is going to

Be our doomsday event if we get stuck with all the zombies we can pull this lever what I’m going to do is I’m going to grab a meteor doomsday TNT it’s going to be a little bit wild it’s going to rain down meteors from from the sky for

Ages let’s take a look at the other TNTs here there’s meteor storm ice meteor that would be really cool we can freeze the zombies in place we’ve got a normal meteor shower and a normal meteor TNT but I think we should stick with the meteor storm it would be so insane wait

Maybe we can even remotely use it while we’re flying away I’m going to put this down right here ah I don’t like Shelly standing Too Close oh you got a note for me what is this your helicopter is cool a thanks Shelly huh more

Oh oh I lost the second one where did it go Shelly I’m sorry I lost your note but thank you for the compliment oh you got more interior help please you need help with inside of your helicopter okay well let’s take a look Shelly just leave that TNT down there do not touch

Essential supplies you need seats a cockpit for the drivers you know stuff to make sure you can pilot this thing you should put down some passenger seats at the back oh maybe you could add some fridges for food I think that’s all you’re going to have to do to have a successful

Helicopter okay interesting oh all I heard was fridge with food so I’ll look after that yeah of course wles gets back involved as soon as he hears the word food okay I’m going to leave you guys to it I’m going to finish setting up my doomsday TNT and then I’m going to move

On to finishing the helicopter gosh I am so worried at how close those zombies are going to be getting but I’m confident these traps and security measures are going to help us out a lot oh that’s right Waddles Shelly make sure you put some armor and weapons in there

Too just in case in the fridge what no not in your fridge Waddles inside the helicopter okay bear I’ll keep my armor really cold don’t no Waddles you’re not listening don’t put your armor in the fridge you’ll be freezing cold when you’re fighting oh gosh well let me test

This Redstone okay let’s hit the lever and let’s see how far it goes oh nice okay it goes all the way but first let’s put down some warning signs because this is a really dangerous lever the risk of anyone pulling this by accident is far

Too great so we’ll put a sign down for Shelly and Waddles that says do not pull because pulling this would destroy everything okay time to link it up and now we have our emergency backup plan it’s our doomsday event TNT nice okay those guys are almost ready with their

Interior I think I should finish off mine too it’s important that we get some armor and weapons going on and I’ve only got seats so far so I need to make sure I’ve got some pilot stuff let’s put a computer on board to help the pilots fly

And then each seat will need its own steering wheel we don’t have any joysticks so we’ll just use this and we’ll put these steering wheels inside of item Frames I’m thinking this is looking pretty good oh but I’m thinking I should probably have a fridge too because I know Waddles will say no to getting on if I do not have food in my fridge now what kind of food should we put in here oh you know what I’m

Going to put a table right next to it and on top of that I’m going to put down a pizza that way wles will not say no to the helicopter if he needs to he hey this looks great okay time to get serious let’s put some armor STS down hey

Waddles shell have you put armor in your helicopter yet oh yep we’re on it right now bear it’s all going in nice what armor are you guys using oh we got so many cool armors bear and they’re all freezing cold I put them all in the

Refrigerator just like you told me to do Waddles you’re not meant to put it in the fridge oh whatever at least you have it there that’s all that matters I guess it’s getting a little bit darker outside the zombies probably aren’t that far away be prepared and make sure you got

They don’t get anywhere near Mikey and JJ okay that’s two more down are there any left oh my gosh was that it oh my gosh there’s a baby one Waddles get him divs this one’s mine and gone oh few that was stressful oh wait there’s one
