Hey guys how is it going and welcome back to a brand new minecraft video i am very aware that it’s been a while since i actually uploaded a video to this channel and guys i’m gonna be honest with you after christmas i kind of had a little mental health break from youtube I feel like i’ve been worrying about youtube for so long and i feel like it gets to a point sometimes when you’re trying so hard to please everyone and follow these trends that it’s just good to stand back take a look at things and just take a little time off to kind of Regather thoughts regather thoughts and creativity but we are back with the videos hopefully every monday and thursday if you do enjoy this video make sure to slap a like and comment down below telling me how your guys day is going because i’m actually really interested to know so guys in today’s Video we’re going to be building five five by five minecraft houses now i’ve done a few single videos on five 5×5 houses before and a few of these are actually brand new designs if you haven’t seen my plot size house tutorials i will link the 2×2 and the 5×5 in the description you guys can go check them out but these houses are pretty awesome so from the left we have our oak 5×5 we then have our kind of desert 5×5 then a modern house then a tree house and then a kind of cobblestone of 5×5 all of these houses Will fit within a 5×5 space and without further ado let’s get into building the first one okay so first we’re going to be building the oak good 5×5 house to start off let’s use some awkward planks some oat leaves some diorite some oakwood stairs and some oak wood fence Gates first you’re going to want to mark out your 5×5 plot i’ve actually done this with cobblestone and i’m just going to fill the grass area in the center with some diorite the middle block and the two above and below and place a normal stair and upside down stair making the window area We can now grab our spruce wooden slabs and count one two three and four and take this all the way along the build now we can place two torches either side of our door entrance and a door in the doorway so we can enter the upstairs Now in all of our windows we can place glass panes and we can place birchwood buttons on the front three oak planks above the oak wooden fence if we open our fence gate we can then dig into the ground and place a crafting table and a furnace and then to our Right side we can place one double chest and a single chest above and you will still be able to open this because of the stair blocks you could actually even remove this block and place another chest and still be able to open it so it just makes for more storage is Completely up to you more storage the better in my opinion we can make our way upstairs open the door and just place our bed in the two block gap just there and it fits perfectly we could also maybe go in and grab ourself an awkward trapdoor and place that there just for a Little shelving unit but apart from that guys the first 5×5 house is done made of oakwood and it looks pretty awesome now let’s move on to our second 5×5 house made from mostly sandstone and spruce wood and this thing would look absolutely awesome in the desert biome So for this build we’ll be using some cobblestone some sandstone some sandstone stairs glass panes grass blocks spruce wood trap doors a birch door some spruce fence gates and some spruce wood slabs a few more materials of the day are the ones we’re gonna be needing first uh first of course we’re Gonna need our five by five block space and i’m just gonna remove the grass in the center there should be nine blocks there and replace them with cobblestone blocks now let’s go to the left side jump one block in and place one two three and four we’re then going to jump Two blocks and do exactly the same we can then do exactly the same in both other corners so you should have two blocks in between each of our sandstone pillars on the two sides we’re gonna connect these with sandstone blocks and on the back we’re gonna place two upside Down stairs just here and on the front we’re gonna be doing exactly the same just like that we can then grab our glass panes and place one two three four five and six and go to the back of the house and do exactly the same one two three four five and six On this side we’re going to be placing three sandstone just like so and upside down stair just here and then a birch door on the back of the cobblestone block like so and then we can remove the block above the sandstone stair and actually place a Glass pane and it’s just gonna be like a little door entrance window above the door itself on this side we’re going to be placing glass panes one two three one two and three just like so now in front of the front glass pane windows we’re gonna be placing two grass Blocks just like this and surround it with spruce wood trap doors and flick them down we can then actually go in and grab ourselves some plants and just place two here just like so in front of the two upside down stairs we’re gonna be placing another two upside down stairs Just like this we can place support blocks underneath and next to the stairs we are going to be placing some spruce wood fence gates and opening them to make these kind of support beams and i think they add just a little extra detail to the house on the right side We’re going to be placing some sandstone stairs we’re then going to be placing an upside down stair and continuing this pattern until we reach the top floor we’re gonna want to end on an upside down stair just like so and then we can place another sandstone stair next to This just like that giving it a kind of turning effect on the side of this we can place one two three and four more sandstone blocks and do exactly the same going along the other side of the build we can connect these at the back one and Two and then at the front of this we’re actually replacing two more upside down sandstone stairs just like so we can place another two sandstone blocks on the back and then place four full blocks of spruce wood in the gap now on the front of the build on the m Blocks we can place one two and three blocks of sandstone we can then fill this gap with glass and place two sandstone blocks above the glass panes on the right side one block away we’re going to be placing four sandstone blocks an upside down stair and then two glass Panes in the window we can hop one diagonal block and place another four next to this we’re going to place a full block with an upside down stair on the bottom of this and then three blocks to the side two sandstone blocks along the top and the bottom and fill the two middle Blocks with glass we can then go to this door entrance we created and place a birchwood door on the back of this section now it’s time to place our roof and for this we’re to be using spruce wood slabs on the top two blocks let’s place one and two overhanging by just One block next to this we can place one two and three and then we can take it down another half slab and it gives you a really nice slanted roof design for the build and we’re gonna carry on this look for the entire 5×5 house on the visible sandstone blocks at the Back and front we’re going to be placing spruce wood trapdoors on the visible sandstone block to the side we’re going to place a cobblestone wall with a spruce wood trap on the top to make a chimney we can then jump down to the blocks above the fences and place Spruce wood buttons just like this and then finally for the outside we can add some torches around the build to add a little extra lighting on the back of the build we’re also going to be placing one two and three spruce wood fences for some support and Placing a dead bush in a plant pot just to add a little more aesthetic let’s go on the inside of our bottom floor and delete the two cobblestone blocks underneath the first window and we can place a double chest there for storage and actually replace the cobblestone Blocks at the side because you can also see those we can remove the two blocks in the floor place down a furnace and a crafting table you could even place another chest there but i’m actually going to leave it blank it’s a pretty simple interior but it does work and Also serves all your survival needs on the top floor we can simply open the birch door and place down a yellow bed just like this and uh this is actually a super simple uh upstairs too we could even level this roof out with some spruce slabs and also place maybe a Trapdoor shelf just like this not too much but does make for a cute little interior for this desert 5×5 home now time to move on to our third 5×5 house and probably one of my favorites actually it’s the modern 5×5 house this thing has a super simple sleek design And it just fits super well so if you did have maybe a small little modern neighborhood this designer would be absolutely perfect for you so starting off we’re gonna be using some birchwood planks some sand a bucket of water grey concrete smooth quartz quartz slabs black stained glass and some black Stained glass panes so first of all we have our cobblestone plot to start off with on the right side we’re going to be placing five sandstone blocks i can then remove another five blocks and actually replace these with some water the six blocks of grass we’re actually Going to be replacing with some birch wood and planks and this is what the starting floor plan should look like for the modern house so next to our first sand block we’re going to place a block of quartz place a block next to it and remove the first block And place another four making it five blocks in total we’re now going to be placing three on the end of this taking this along by another three place a fourth block and take this back along and connect it to the starting block we can fill the middle space in with quartz And on the back we can also cover the first block of water with a quartz block pillar jumping to the side on the left side we’re gonna place two single quart slabs we can then go up another half slab and place one two three and four and do this another two times We can then actually go in and grab ourselves some sugar cane and place it under the quartz slabs next to our front quartz pillars we can place four blocks of black stained glass next to this and then one block diagonal from this place two grey concrete and take these Up to the quartz blocks and also place two more on top of these in the exact same jumping to the side jumping one block away from our concrete pillar place another one two three and four blocks of concrete with another block on top we can then fill in the Three l-shaped gap in between with more grey concrete then jumping down we’re actually gonna need to grab ourself a quartz stir and grab ourself a birch door we can place the upside down stair just two blocks above any birch door on the back of the cobblestone and this makes a really cool Doorway and then grab some black stained glass panes and place it above the upside down quartz block then on the back of the house that we can place one two and three blocks of glass planes and take these all the way to the roof jumping inside of the build we can also Place glass panes going over the water and take these all the way up also now for some simple interior we’re going to grab our quartz slabs and three blocks up place one two and three on top of this we can place a gray bed and a Furnace just on the end with a ladder going all the way up so that we can reach our bed and sleep we’re then going to remove the block next to the water and place a crafting table with one and two single chest which will still open because of the Slab block and then just behind me in the diagonal corner we can place an armor stand for maybe some armor if you would like to place them and just a torch up away from everything and just add some extra lighting so if i can get out this door without going up the Ladder that is perfect but actually be going in and grabbing ourselves a dirt block some seeds and a hoe removing the cobblestone block next to the gray concrete digging up and placing some seeds and for the purpose of this tutorial we can actually go in and just boil this but we Have a little wheat farm just in case we need that it’s going to be slow to gather but it is there and it will help in survival that is it for the 5×5 modern house like i said one of my personal favorites hopefully you guys enjoy this too next moving on to 5×5 House number four which is actually a really awesome compact treehouse design now this is perfect if you’re living in a forest area and it’s actually a little bit disguised when in that environment so if you do want to hide your house maybe a little bit try and go for this Design it is pretty sweet so first of all we’re gonna start off with pretty much all the materials we’re going to need is a pretty simple house some oak logs some ladders some birch wood planks oak wood leaves glass blocks a red bed crafting table chest and a furnace we Will need some torches but apart from that i think we are pretty good so we’re gonna start off by jumping to the center of our five by five square marked out with cobblestone and place a oakwood and logs on the third block down we’re going to be placing birchwood planks either side Of this bring it out by one at the front each side one at the back each side and join it in the middle just on the back we’re then going to be placing ladders all the way up until we reach the gap in the middle of the birch wood floor On the front of the birch wood we’re actually placing three oak leaves on every single side and place three ladders so we can access the second floor of the house so on this side on the bottom of the fourth block up we’re gonna be placing one two three four and five oak wood Slabs just like so and on the right side next to the windows placing one two and three oh gordon fences now on the two sides of the house we’re gonna be placing a cobblestone block in the center with cobblestone slabs each side making it look more like a castle on top on the Front and the backs we can place a facing inward stair just like this and another one facing the other way so they join in the middle and look like a full block now for some simple interior and exterior additions on the front let’s place some torches And a plant pot with a plant in it just next to the doorway like so we can enter the house and actually place our bed just like this and our crafting table and furnace on the floor we can then go up to the second story of This house and place a double chest this is actually used as a lookout area and can also not be seen from the outside which actually gives your belongs a little bit more safety that being said guys the cobblestone 5×5 house is complete and it will make an awesome addition to your minecraft Worlds so guys that is it for the five minecraft 5×5 starter houses if you have built any of these make sure to let me know in the comment section below and tell me which one of the five was
