Spreading Christmas Cheer in Minecraft
You know, I’ve been looking around my Minecraft server and I’m detecting a severe lack of Christmas. I mean, sure, the entirety of spawn is covered in snow and there’s a giant Christmas tree, but look at the rest of the server. Hang on. That’s my base.
So I got to thinking, how do I spread Christmas across the entire server? The snow has been pretty effective in making Spawn feel Christmasy. So what if we just make everything snow? After all, nothing says Christmas like the mass production of a snowman army dedicated to messing up people’s front lawns.
Gathering the Ingredients
You need two ingredients to make a snow golem, pumpkins and… snow. With that revolutionary information out of the way, Let’s get to it. Snow I had covered. I set up a farm months ago for who knows what. But pumpkins, those would be difficult. They’re pretty rare out in the wild.
And I needed a lot of pumpkins. So I built a pumpkin farm. It’s entirely too large for this this, and cost me so many redstone components, but it’s ready to go. So I sat and mined snow for an hour. I then realized mountains exist and obviously destroying the natural environment was an opportunity I could not miss. In the end, I had my goal: a ton of snow and a ton of pumpkins.
Overcoming the Challenges
So that’s a problem. You see snow golems melt in the rain. It’s like science or something. But science will rue the day he thought he could stop my Christmas shenanigans. After hours of testing and experiments, I came up with an extremely technical solution. The quest was back on and I placed snow Golems everywhere. Oh, look. A giant base. Snow golems, awww a Christmas gift, snow golem, beautiful landscaping. Well, of course, that’s snow golems.
There is no escape from the snow golems. They are coming, and they will turn your entire world into a winter wonderland. I kind of forgot how many I placed, but it’s in the hundreds. The only thing left to do is to cover my own base and snow golems to make my actions completely untraceable. Except for the fact that I’m uploading this to YouTube and I’m going to tell everyone to watch it. But that’s beside the point.
Conclusion
No doubt when I release this video, everyone’s going to be super happy about my efforts to Christmasify the server. I may not have thought this plan through, but in the meantime, I’m going to farm more snow for um… …reasons and we’ll see where this goes. I mean, surely this couldn’t backfire horribly. Right? Right?
