Hello everyone since it is the holiday season i decided i wanted to do a cute little winter build so that i would have more time to spend with my family and a little less building but still have a gift for all of you so i decided this little snowy village In the mountains would be a great place to start so to begin on this build we must create our terrain first i decided that it would be amazing to try out the height brush again to create some nice mountains in a valley using the height brush makes this super Quick and easy i layer my mountains in using a brush size of 100 first and then going down to 50 to create some smaller valleys then i change over to go brush where i make the train where the village is going to be a little more bumpy so that It flows into the mountains a little easier once i’m done that i flatten everything out with gobrush’s flat mode and then blend it all together with blend ball in voxel now that the mountain shaping is complete we can start on the coloring i start by selecting the lower half of the Mountain range and replacing at an angle of 55 degrees with snow then i create some snowy peaks some snow layers and then layer on some different colors in ice and clay and terracotta and here they are our mountains now their mountainous background is complete we can start focusing on the Village i wasn’t sure where to start here normally i start on the small house to kind of get my theme in place but because we went with a very nordic theme in a small little mountain village i wanted to start on a cute little church using some dark oak spruce some gray Terracotta for the walls and some stone and cobble in different places to accent things wanted these to look nice and cozy and wintry so none of the houses are very large they’re all super simple in design but the combination of them together makes them look like a very Cozy cute little village even though it’s simple a build like this for me is almost very therapeutic it’s so relaxing to sit back and see a village come to life on a piece of terrain like this that is really why i wanted to create a build Like this right now because this time of year is just so so busy once i have all my houses framed in then it’s time to get in the bulk of the work so i start by laying in the spruce accents on the roof and then all of the Walls i’ll come back and add in the final details after all of the walls are in place i think this kind of speeds up the process and keeps me motivated throughout the project obviously in a small project like this i would have no trouble completing it but on something Large i think it’s a good habit to get into because getting all of this done and then going back and detailing all at once keep you very consistent and on track Now that all my walls are in place i start by adding some chimneys and some smoke when you’re doing your smoke make sure it’s going all in one direction otherwise it just looks silly because there is of course wind here somewhere now that’s in place we add some simple Diorite paths and move on to the trees because my mountains aren’t super big in order to make them look bigger than they are we start off with some small trees in the back and then slowly get larger and larger as we get towards the foreground of the Build in the village this gives the illusion that the trees are much larger than they are and naturally on mountains trees are going to have much more stunted growth because of all the different weather conditions that are up on a higher altitude so this just made sense to do now it’s Time for our detailing going around with some simple spruce details all throughout each and every house some of the buildings like the church and the blacksmith have some special details added to them just to give a little extra flair finally back here we have a larger house As well as an inn where i wanted to make it look like there was a set of antlers mounted to the front entrance i think it turned out alright then i go through and add some simple lamps along the pathway after these details are in our build is Officially complete i really like this one i think it has such a cozy feel with the mountains in the background winter builds are just so lovely i hope you guys all have a wonderful holiday season merry christmas from me and as a little christmas gift to all of You lovely subscribers i’m going to be putting this build download in the description below along with the trees that i used so if you don’t want the actual build you can at least maybe use the trees or the mountains to build for yourself thanks for watching bye Video Information

In this speed build I create a simple village nestled into the snowy winter mountains created by using worldedit in minecraft! There is a small church, a blacksmith and an inn. Although this build is super simple, it was fun to create, and gave me a nice break from the holiday madness!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS 💚💗
