Hello everyone and welcome back to Castaways SMP a server where nine women have been Shipwrecked on a group of islands with no craftable boats we’ve been living here ever since and have built some really cool things today I’m going to be building a museum to Showcase all of the lovely things that

These islands have to offer but before I started this project Brooke came knocking on my door along with drift Madison and red asking if I wanted to join them for something fun that she had planned hello oh hello come on everybody come on okay you show

Mike made a mess of yeah so like that’s why and that brings us to picking out our new hat for today’s episode let’s get into it of course we have to start off with changing our hat and in today’s episode we’re going to be wearing the piglet hat so of course remember to

Leave any other hat suggestions down below and I will change my hat for next episode but someone said that I should build a little sand castle here on this beach and I think that’s a great idea so we’re going to need a wooden shovel and some dried kelp in order to make the

Bucket so I should have plenty of kelp here and we’ll just cook that up let’s make a little wooden shovel and now we can make our little empty sand bucket from here we need to get a little bit of sand but I don’t really want to take it

From our beach so let’s just get it from the bottom of the ocean and we just click and there we go now we have a sand bucket I think now we just need to place it okay just like that and then we have to get more sand and we can continue to

Build up the sand castle honestly this is so cute wait what happened to my bucket is it a break or something can your bucket break well I guess I’m going to make another sand bucket wait we literally have our sand bucket right here I have no idea what’s happening it must have glitched

Or something let’s try this again we oh oh you can crush it I didn’t mean to stomp on it wow I build it back up maybe I have to finish stomping on it well maybe I just need to break it oh my goodness what is going on here

Sand castle making is a little bit more difficult than I thought it was going to be I will succeed I think the sand castle can only have three towers so now we have a completed sand castle we’ll just place this one here and then place the bucket there who would have thought

That building a sand castle would be so difficult moving on to today’s project I don’t think that we’re going to be on these islands forever eventually we have to give rescued right I mean we just have to but I would like to build something today to kind of remember our

Time here on these islands and to kind of showcase all of the things that my island has to offer and then maybe also have a little showcase for the girls to Showcase things that their Islands have to offer as well so I would like to build a little Museum today I’m planning

On building the museum up here on this hill and I’ll face this way for everyone to see and this is going to be the biggest build on this island thus far so we’re going to need a lot of materials also what was that noise I have no idea

But before we get to collecting materials I would like to upgrade our gear just a little bit more since this is going to be a rather big build I want to get Unbreaking and also mending on definitely my ax and then maybe the shovel as well and then that’s probably

It honestly so we just need too many books and two I’m breaking three books and I know that a Bookshop did open up on the islands so let’s do a bit of shopping shall we I’m just going to grab a bunch of Bones and then also arrows

And we can use that to pay for the books I honestly have no idea where this Bookshop is so we’re going to have to do a little bit of looking around on the islands I’m pretty sure it’s on Red’s Island if I’m not mistaken oh maybe it’s

Over here perhaps I hear villagers how exciting okay wait it says welcome to the Mojo Dojo Casa house oh I love it oh mending and breaking and Flame oh my gosh so much so we’ll take two I’m breaking three books and then two mending books payment and donations okay

I’m just going to give a bunch of Bones and lots of arrows whoa hello villagers how are you why are you naked excuse me sir please put some clothes on well now that we have I’m breaking and mending let’s go ahead and level up the rest of her gear

Now for our Museum I would like to use a bunch of Oakwood and Spruce Wood of course but then I also want to build with a bit of amethyst and then also a lot of glass so let’s just make our way to our geode honestly where is it it’s

Been a long time since I’ve been here oh here we are I think that I want to soak touch the amethyst clusters and then we can just destroy the rest of the geode oh no I want to try not to break any of the budding ones I have to be careful

We now have six and a half stacks of block of amethyst and then 45 amethyst clusters I don’t really have a plan for those amethyst clusters but I would love to use them because they’re so cool okay awesome there are literally so many mobs out here oh okay lovely anyways the next thing

We’ll need to collect is a bunch of sand so that we can smelt it down into glass I think I’m going to need about four stacks and we really don’t have a gray source of sand here on these islands you would think that we would but I don’t

Really want to destroy any Islands to get sand so we’ll just have to Source it from the bottom of the ocean like we usually do I remembered that we’re going to need a bit more glass than I was originally thinking so I gathered a bit more sand than four Stacks but now I’m going to get busy and chop down so many trees am I looking forward to it no not really but these trees aren’t going to chop

Themselves I’ve chopped down a bunch of trees and even got three be nests in the process which is so cool and I kind of want to make a honeycomb Farm now now there is one last thing that we’re going to need for our Museum and that is going to

Include this glass blower so it looks like we need some kind of log some bricks some iron glass a blast furnace so let me go ahead and start collecting all of those things oh this is cool apparently we can save recipes up here so then from there I can just copy it

And just like that we have ourselves a little glass blower for now we’ll just put it right here and with this we can make lots of different kinds of glass but I want purple glass so in order to make some purple glass we’re going to

Need some purple dye and the best way to get purple dye on these islands is is actually Madison’s Island so if we just cut through drifts Island and go up this hill I’m pretty sure Madison’s house should be there I’ve actually never been over here well I’m already seeing the

Purple flowers oh this is so pretty I love this wait she oh wait she is the cutest little Pond I love this part of the island it’s so pretty and her house is so cute I completely forgot to get a sign but I’m sure she’ll know that this

Is for me we’ll just drop off some bones and some arrows in return for her purple flowers the rain has begun but I want to take these tall purple flowers because of course we’ll get purple dye from them but also we can easily duplicate these flowers so I’m just going to take a

Couple 10 should be plenty and I think that now we pretty much have everything that we’re going to need for our little Museum we’re going to need to clear out a pretty large area here on top of this hill in order to fit the entire Museum so that being said chickens I’m sorry

But you’re going to have to go wait there’s a lizard in here we have to protect the lizard you know what if we just let them all free I will regret this right no I don’t think I will I love animals here on my Island now that we have chickens everywhere on their

Island let’s start clearing out this land I’m definitely not getting distracted here at all but I’m pretty sure that you can tame the lizards with spiders eye so I know I saw a couple around here oh there’s a lizard maybe they’re kind of like cats I only have oh wait they kind

Of are like cats so you have to be very sneaky I do only have three spider eye so we’ll definitely have to get some more this is actually so much harder than I thought it was going to be especially with this Prairie Grass literally everywhere they keep on hiding

In it come here lizard I want to be your friend oh I fed him one oh and two okay I gotta go to sleep I just fed him all of the spider eye but I ran out we definitely have to try to befriend these lizards anyways I know that we also have some

Snails over here and I really don’t want to accidentally step on them while I’m working on the museum so we can put them inside of buckets bucket oh snail look how cute this way we can protect them and then also collect them because I kind of want to make a snail enclosure

Inside of the museum oh there we go okay cool we have two snails now okay for real enough distraction let’s start flattening this land foreign [Applause] Yeah I definitely don’t regret letting these chickens loose no regret at all We can take the amethyst that we found and make it into lots of different kinds of amethyst but in order to do that we’re going to need yet a another workbench and that is going to be this very expensive workbench here so we’re going to need a brewing stand and an

Enchanting table we don’t have any obsidian but luckily we do have this lava pool right underneath our base and I have been coming down here and collecting a bit of lava so that I don’t have to use any coal because I literally just don’t have any cool I think I have

Like three pieces but that way I can just use lava to smelt instead of coal and honestly it works so much better here’s the enchanting table and then that brewing stand and we just need to combine everything together to make the Alchemy bench and that’s so cute I love

The design of all these tables but now we can go ahead and add the block of amethyst to this workbench and get lots of different kinds and honestly I want to use one of these brick variants hmm what about this one what do we think I think that looks kind of cool it’s

Actually like in stone isn’t it or we could go for this little offset one okay that one’s cool too and then last but not least just a regular brick one I think I’m gonna go for this one but once we get it in if we want to change it

Then we can easily do that for the purple glass that I was talking about I think that I want to go for maybe this diamond one and we’re going to use this as the ceiling and I think it’s going to look super cool and even the light

Coming through it that’s so neat but with all of these pieces together we can finally start building the museum so I’m just gonna go ahead and get busy building and get this Museum in Thank you And here is our finished Museum I am so happy with how this turned out I think it looks so good I love the addition of all the purple the amethyst and the amethyst clusters the purple stained glass and I even added a little bit of yellow stained glass up there just to

Kind of complement all the purple I was originally thinking of building with a bunch of a diorite kind of like we did with the lighthouse but I’m really happy with the wood tones I just think it looks very warm and cozy and I feel like

If we did white it would look a little bit more sterile if that makes sense I don’t know I just didn’t want it to look like your typical Museum but on the inside so it’s not too big we really don’t have that much space to work with

So then I decided to add a little downstairs area very reminiscent of the Animal Crossing museum I kind of use that as inspiration but this way we will be able to add a lot more things than if we just had this section of the museum I mentioned having an area where all the

Girls can donate things from their Islands so I have all of these pillars here so I was thinking on the bottom layer we can place a sign with a short description of the item and on the top we can either do an item frame or if there’s something that they can set down

To display then they can just set it here on top of this pillar I think this will be super cute as soon as the girls can come here and donate all their items but moving on to the upstairs we have this little spiral staircase going to a

Second floor and just look at all the stained glass I think it looks so cool especially when the light comes through the gloss and it like Shines on the walls I think that’s so pretty but up here I think that I want to maybe display heads because we really don’t

Have that much space so maybe we’ll do some pillars like we did it downstairs place them up here and then we can place a head on top of the pillars over here on this corner I was thinking about doing maybe like a little coffee bar or something like that again very

Reminiscent of Animal Crossing thing but now that the little tour is out of the way we need to actually get to Furnishing this place so first things first I think I want to start working on these enclosures so let’s start with our snail enclosure so we’re going to have a

Little snail and also a lizard enclosure so I think we’ll just separate it with a bit of glass and do small little bits like this that way the snails and then the lizards have plenty of space so yes I made the floors and walls all pretty

But I am going to have to tear it up because we need to place actual dirt and sand and things here and yes there is a cave pretty much right underneath the museum very annoying honestly I think on the snail side of the enclosure I really

Want to do a lot of dirt and just make it a little bit more Lush maybe a bit of mud and then just a little bit of sand we’ll just Place some water bottles on the dirt to add that mud something kind of like this and then we can add just a

Few Mossy rocks I think that will just give it a little bit more variety and of course snails like to hide underneath rocks so they need a couple of them let’s add some bushes around and then also a little bit of grass and I think this is already starting to look so Lush

I think the snails will love it here and maybe even a little tree sapling I don’t think the tree will grow in here right I hope not but with that honestly our little snail enclosure is pretty much done so let’s go ahead and build it up

So that the snails aren’t able to get out though I wonder if this will be a problem it might be so maybe let’s change this to a slab all we need to do is add the little snails isn’t this so cute wait he’s hopping they love it I’m

So happy but now to work on the lizard enclosure I think over here I wanted to mostly be sand with a little bit of course dirt look at them just living their best lives on top of the bushes they’re so adorable and the little noises that they make honestly it’s kind

Kind of annoying but it’s it’s kind of cute too instead of adding a lot of green here I’m going to add more dead looking bits so we’ll do some of the orange Spruce leaves and just a few of the spruce saplings and also the Prairie

Grass oh yeah and you can’t plant it on the sand unfortunately for the Rocks We’ll add just regular Cobblestone instead of mossy cobblestone I think it could be cute to add just a little bit of water so we’ll just add a single bucket there and now we just need to get

The lizards in here and I think I’m just going to grab them on a lead if I’m being completely honest because I don’t have enough spider eye to befriend them so they are going to be a little bit scared of us now I just have to find

Them I have literally no idea where they are oh I found one come here lizard oh we got him and we’ll just drag him right on over to the museum oh that was not supposed to happen the tree literally grew through the ceiling what do you think I should leave it actually

I don’t know part of me kind of wants to but so that he doesn’t get out we will go ahead and just enclose this in I want to see if that tree grew through the ground yes it did what that is so funny isn’t it well we definitely don’t want

It here that’s for sure anyways we need to find our last lizard I’m pretty sure there are two on this island oh he’s literally right here hello lizard come with me welcome on in wait how did you get in with the snails buddy you don’t belong over there I actually had no idea

How that happened unless they can jump up two blocks please say that that is not the case well there we have our two enclosures I think this is pretty cool let me know about the tree should we leave it or should we get rid of it it’s

Kind of funny but also like it makes literally no sense at all moving on to our last enclosure we’re going to do a large one over here and I think that I want this to be an aquarium so I’m pretty much just going to replace this floor with a bunch of sand

We’ll do just a bit of texturing honestly I think that’s about it we will formula as soon as we get water in there so let’s go ahead and start that process the best way to do this would be just to add water on the bottom layer and then

We can just grab some kelp oh okay does glass not hold water in let me rethink this we might have to use regular glass blocks and not glass panes also I did get this hat which is pretty fun little crab on head oh my goodness we have a

Pillager Patrol let’s go this way usually I just try to ignore them and see if they’ll just go away by themselves this works so much better maybe we should start to place water sources here on this upper level from here maybe we can add kelp to make these

All into water sources maybe I should have textured later And I think that is about it I’m pretty sure all of these blocks are water sources so the last thing that we need to do is add a bit of both mule and then the fish of course I really wish that we had Coral that would look so good but I

Don’t think that there are any coral reefs around here unfortunately I guess we’ll add just a little bit of kelp too for a little bit more variety let’s see what kind of fish we can find honestly I think that we just have a Cod around here I’m not sure if we have any

Tropical fish I really wish we did but for now we’re just going to have to settle with the Cod here we have our three Cod I think we definitely need more so let me maybe grab three more and here are the next three do we think

That’s enough or do we need more let’s do three more and here are the last three Cod it seems like they literally all just sit at the bottom why aren’t you swimming around I think for now we’re going to leave this space like this though I do want to add a little

Bit of proper lighting but it’d be fun if we could continue to add to this Museum a little bit instead of finishing it all today we’ll definitely have to add something here in the center maybe for now we can add a little rug or something but I do

Want to start working on this little coffee bar that went to place upstairs and I use the term coffee bar lightly because there is no coffee that we can make we do not have coffee beans here so it’s just going to be more just like a

Little drink bar so I was thinking that we could place some counters like this with some little tables and chairs We’ll add some little cabinets up here we’ll add a little flower pot and then some mugs of course for those little head displays that I was talking about we’re

Just going to sprinkle around these little pillars and then I’m going to go over to that beach that I have all of my heads at and grab a couple of them oh there’s another lizard oh that’s so cool I didn’t know that well we’ll grab the B

Of course and then the spider maybe a Pillager and then a cow and a chicken oh wait we can’t forget about the Cod heads this isn’t creepy at all not in the slightest I do want to add some rugs like I was saying so there is a wool

Shop that Seb has opened up it’s so nice to have all these shops around the islands because then I don’t have to do as much work collecting things so I am going to go over to her little wool shop and see what we can buy oh it’s right

Upper this way and look at the cute little sheep plushies oh so many different colors okay what should we choose I think of the magenta could work with the purple so is that enough I don’t think so honestly I’m going to grab pretty much all of the magenta we

Took about a half a stack of wool so I will donate a half a stack of calcite oh yeah I completely forgot but we can add these carpets to the loom and get lots of different kinds just look how good the build looks on top of that Hill I’m

So glad that I decided to build it there because it looks so epic all right well let’s see about these carbon variants I kind of want to do something that feels a little bit more Grand I think I want to go with this cubed one actually I

Think this looks pretty good and we’ll just have a little Runner like this and then down here we’ll just oh how did that happen Cod how did this happen did they jump out or something I’m not putting a ceiling on that thing so sorry but I really don’t want to do that I

Think we’ll do something like this and then I added just a bit of a light underneath the rug too oh I think the fish is dying oh that’s how that happens okay oh oh no um so sorry fish seriously so sorry I don’t know what to do about that I guess

I could try to save it right maybe is it still alive no it died I really don’t want to have to put a roof on top of this thing but I might have to oh actually what if I just do this instead just build it up a little bit more I

Think that will fix the issue I’m going to switch out these torches for some lights kind of like this I’m just going to use some traps doors to hang the lanterns really the last thing that I need to do to finish off this museum is

Just add a little pathway I think that I want to connected over here maybe to the ocean there’s really no good way to get around the museum to connect to the rest of our Pathways so I think that this is our best bet so that being said let me

Go ahead and get busy at getting in this pathway foreign Fully finished again it just kind of goes down here to the water but I mean we swim pretty much everywhere we go anyways so I think this will make it easy to get up here in to the museum and I think it looks so Lush and beautiful

Out here but that pretty much is going to do it for today’s episode I do need to get in here and just tidy up a little bit but I think this is pretty much done for now next episode I think I want to send out some letters letting everyone
