Hello this is stampy and welcome to a minecraft let’s play video and another video inside of stampy’s a lovely world don’t know why i say it like that i’ve been doing it for years well hello hello fizzy hello everybody good morning william bieber good morning polly reindeer have an egg

I just got i don’t want to carry around a heck of a little and egg the whole episode just gonna throw away now who’s that what was that was that was that a firework fired me what what hurt me i don’t know what hurt me i’m scared

Right i’m gonna go back inside my cake by the way by the way in the last episode i was saying that like this looks glitched because the tools are all um uh all like blue i realize it’s just a reflection look if i make uh let me make

Um a green carpet oh why can’t i make why can’t i make a glue i can only make white carpet why can’t i make green carpet oh because that’s a pressure plate not carpets i need to go to a crafting table that would do it right if

I make a green carpet here and if i place it like that you can see that can you kind of see the reflection of the green carpet in there so that’s what it is it’s just like my tools are super shiny it’s because i never use this

Crafting table so like the tools are in like tip top condition anyway you can set up by the way you can come to the doghouse and secret you can stand up and you can come to the dog house uh secret was that had uh her

First day joining me as her only as the only dog in the video and today i think she’s gonna be brave enough as long as she’s with her friend barnaby uh to spend the day in the uh the doghouse with all of her other new friends and

Then i will take a different dog with me today because i feel bad for neglecting them for a little bit anyway before that i’m going to add someone to the love garden and today at the love garden i am adding lunaroid is i think the best way

To pronounce it and that is because they did a picture with secretin and it was one of the first ever pictures that i got of secret and it’s the moment uh when i was asking secret if they wanted to join my side instead of hit the target side and it’s such a lovely

To know them uh she has met uh some of my uh other wolf pack but hasn’t spent a uh a full day with them so this will be a a good first test until eventually she’s confident uh confident enough to live in here full time so right uh you

The time i go to like the um the chest and grab the boat and sell over it would have been quicker for me just to run there so right let me explain what we’re doing if you saw the last episode you’ve already got a pretty good idea uh we

Started building a new game which is all about running along corridors and trying to to block the arrows that are fired at you by other people and it’s essentially a race it’s a i guess less of a race and more of a time trial you know what you

Could do an alternate version where there’s like three people with shields running wait a minute might be onto something there because imagine that because if you if it’s a race you first would think like oh i want to run out really far ahead now you can sit down there luna because i want

To win the race but if you’re ahead that means you’re the first person that’s going to get shot by an arrow and then slow down i don’t know if that would be good for like the main version of the game because it would get to a weird case where the person shooting arrows

Like could almost like accidentally prioritize and do they always try and shoot the person at the front it could even be like a 2v2 game actually where there’s two people racing and then two people shooting oh but it would mess up my redstone is the only problem because

Of the timer maybe i’ll have a little thing about this the way it works now is meant to be basically as a 1v1 but there are definitely other options available anyway i shouldn’t be doing this uh helpers can you carry on building the walls i was doing i could see them like

Running through the maze it’s like the the long way to get around to there and yeah i’m going to start doing some of the redstone so uh basically the way the redstone is going to work is there’s going to be a pressure plate down here

Uh let me go and uh make uh i think i’ll just make a wooden pressure plate that is what i really need for for now let’s make two of them uh so yeah as you enter the game there’ll be a pressure plate there uh i might just do orange wall underneath

There eventually just because it’ll look a little bit nicer this will set off a trail of redstone uh that will lead to the end uh that will start some um i think i’m gonna do eye nuggets that’s kind of what i’m planning to do so i

Think that’s what i will do uh yeah getting dropped from one chest to another through a hopper and basically that will keep on dropping down and that will be the way it will count and then when you get to the end you’ll activate another pressure plate which will turn

The mechanism off so then it won’t keep kind of dropping down so you don’t need to like check your score really quick before it goes all right so where is the oh oh what’s going on right the pressure plate is not there but here i believe so

Let’s do that down there and then place down the first bit of a of redstone and so this uh just needs to be a very simple trail uh leading to the other side so i always say we’ve got simple redstone but i really i really do mean

It i mean i it just always is simple redstone just because i’m not very good at redstone so i just can’t do anything much more uh complicated than this so let’s just do this trail leaning some way down here and then we’ll work out how the pressure

Plate will be on the other side and then we’re sort about linking this all up by the way i just want a little moment of appreciation for me because because this entire area which looks super funky now with this uh glowstone ceiling uh this

Used to all be uh water and i had to clear out this entire water and let me tell you it took a very very long time so it was necessary it just the things that it was very satisfying this game just fit in so perfectly in this area like these kind of paths

Were almost already as they were and it just fit in so exactly that was like well i gotta build it here which just meant i had to spend absolutely oh hi guys it’s a busy place uh yeah i spent absolutely ages uh doing all of that so

Let’s do the other pressure plate here uh i’m gonna break this away again and let me uh i’m just gonna break away this redstone for now just because i want to mark exactly where it will be so this is going to be the thing that will turn off

The mechanism on the other side and then i’m going to do the um the the hopper mechanism and then the other thing i need to do is a good old good old-fashioned classic t flip-flop but it’s going to be a super uh simple compact version of a t flip-flop uh

Which i’ll do in a second but yeah first let’s do these chest down so i need to make a um i need to make myself a hopper and i know i do have a crafting table on the other side but let me place it down here

If i place it on the path are you oh yeah you can see like the reflection of the path wow one day one day i’m gonna stop getting like obsessed by all of this stuff and just staring at all of the shiny things that the ray tracing does but not yet

Actually i need to do i need to do two hoppers because i’m going to need one a little bit later on so let’s go make both of them now so yeah this part is very very simple basically actually i need to make a couple more chests as

Well so let’s make one two chests like that so yeah there’s going to be a chest here oh not there that is too high up because there’s carpet down there so once again i can change it to wall in these areas uh the glow stones basically

Just to stop all googly spawning oh yeah i do a hopper so it’s going into this chest kind of like jump and that did not go to plan it needs to be uh let me just dig away this back area oh i remember to bring shears i keep

Forgetting to bring shears i actually remembered to bring shears today so that’s made it a bit easier oh it was because it was because of the carp it was there still that’s why i couldn’t place it okay that makes me feel um like it’s slightly less embarrassing

Than me just not being able to place a hopper down so yeah that’s going to go to that and then this chest going to be on the top and just in case you the rare chance you have no idea what a hopper does let me demonstrate it by making

Some uh of these uh iron nuggets uh if i go and throw these in here you’ll see they’re all trickling down they go into the hopper and then put inside of this chest here so that’s gonna be the way it will be counting so i can just put

Stacks and stacks of these uh nuggets in here because they’re so easy to make and that’s gonna be the counting mechanism so if there’s a redstone torch underneath that hopper uh then that will basically uh stop the hopper from working and then that’s gonna be the way

We turn it on and off so the hop is there let me dig down right next to it so i don’t get this wrong something that i have done in the past and then let’s dig this away a little bit just so i have somewhere to get out

Of this area and then if i just pile up a bunch of dirt because it doesn’t matter what it looks like because no one’s going to see it i can do my redstone torch on top of there let me just dump some of this stuff that i

Don’t really need i got just like little bits of carpet and stuff that i’m not even going to need so let’s just go and throw this down here on the the floor like that uh then yeah then i can make myself a a redstone torch if i make myself some

Sticks first uh and then that is going to be the thing that’s going to be just turned on and off and then yeah that’s basically how the redstone is going to work so once that’s done all i need to do is link it up and do the t flip flop

And then assuming my helpers have got all of the walls done in time which i reckon they will do because my helpers are rather speedy uh then we’re going to be done so where did i oh that’s my little tunnel out of here oh here it is so that’s where the hopper

Is so that can go there and then right you know this is the part i need to think about so i need to have the t flip flop going to there and then these trail of redstone going to the front of the t flip flop so let me explain what a

T flip flop is if you’re thinking stampy you’re mad what is this weird weird named thing that you’ve been saying over and over again basically it’s a way to turn uh either a button or in this case a pressure plate into the into a lever basically so as you press it it will

Constantly turn it on and off rather than just sending one little burst of redstone signal so that’s it that’s what it needs to do so this one is a rather simple design we need to do a hopper which is facing up we need to do a sorry

A dropper and then a dropper which is facing this way and then this one is going to be facing this way so it’s facing into there so we’re basically making a loop because if we now do a hopper here it’s doing a circle so if i

Put an item in if there was a redstone signal it would basically be going in a full circle around here and then here we need to do a comparator which is basically just going to be detecting whether there’s anything inside of this dropper and then next to that we’re

Going to do a repeater which will just send the the signal further than one block so that’s it that’s all we need to do uh we can then just put an item in i will put a piece of dirt in and then that is enough that we need to do so as

A signal gets sent to this it will basically turn it on and off so that’s there working like that then this redstone needs to just go and link down and just basically link up with any of the redstone on that side i will add some repeaters down just to

To make sure it reaches far enough but this basically needs to go to there let’s do a repeater to make sure the redstone doesn’t go the wrong way and we’re pretty gonna need a repeater down here somewhere and then we’re going to need a bunch on this long trail that

Goes down here don’t add too many so i do want this to be a as fast as possible to be fair it’s going to be balanced because even if the the redstone adds like a slight delay for the clock at least it will be like the same for

Everyone like everyone will get the the same amount of delay so it should be fair so i can’t even remember how like far repeat is spread but i think that should be enough right i think that should be enough to reach all the way down here we can uh test it nonetheless

Because yeah i think it’s done oh actually oh can we go to sleep can we go to sleep can we go to sleep because for me i won’t be able to see any lights inside of there oh what’s this oh there’s a uh a protect doggy a glass

Cage has been uh constructed around the outside i’m assuming that means that all of the uh the walls and stuff are built then if my uh my helpers are building doggy protection cages to be fair of all of the the things that could be used to protect doggies i don’t know whether

Glass is the uh the number one thing but it’s probably uh a little bit nicer for luna to be able to to see out all right let me go and have a look at the uh the game then let me see how it’s uh it’s

Looking oh this is good oh this is done it’s done is it all done well let’s see if the redstone’s working because that’s gonna be the uh that’s gonna be the test so what i’m going to do is i’m going to fill it up with even more nuggets uh

Just so i can make sure it works and then i can move it up to the top this can get filled uh back in with some white wall there uh you uh can all go up here i guess first i can test this pressure plate by just turning it on and

Off so if i place these in here are they okay they are trickling down then if i go in the pressure plate have they stopped they have not let me try that again okay it’s not working right one second so what i might do for now is if i make a lever

Then i can leave this just switched on i can leave this lever this forget it oh yeah that’s switched on and then i can see what’s going on with the trail of redstone oh oh where is the uh oh oh is it not link up oh i don’t think

It links up with where ah is it here oh where is the uh where is the lever or maybe do i need to go like where where’s the um where’s why isn’t the the lever go let me let me have a look at this okay at least i’ve realized where the problem is

It looks like it’s not with the flip-flop it’s just the uh the the lever here isn’t doing anything oh does that not that’s not setting off the the redstone um Let me try back to a pressure plate because i thought that should set it off but i might need to uh to make it go a little bit closer does that i might just be like such a big redstone noob here let me uh if i just throw an item on it

No that’s not that’s not setting off the the redstone so if i do that there and then do redstone coming from that like top block will uh wrong thing will that set it off that’s the question this is good though because i i do know exactly what’s not

Working the problem is if it’s not working here there’s a good chance it’s not working on the the other side either sorry if i just throw a bit of dirt on there is that setting off the the redstone oh is it the glowster is the glowstone does that stop it working maybe because

Maybe that’s like because i did a mock-up of this in my skin it’s the glowstone i had no idea that glowstone was rubbish and stop have fun guys stopped it from working that’s fine though that’s fine because as i said i’ve identified the issue and we have

Plenty of time to to get this working like it would be much worse if just i had no idea what was uh what was going wrong right let’s uh let’s put this path back in here and then uh let’s break away this and then let’s put in we just put down white

Down here for for now to be fair i could probably stay white like that would be fine right let’s go give it a another little test to go we’ll just test once again this pressure plate by itself and then we’ll test the the whole mechanism

And i’ll do like a race through and then we can do another test but this will be the fun test because we can test actually playing the game because at the uh in the last episode i had a test being the shooter but i haven’t had any

Uh a test being a shielder yet and that’s what i want to uh what i want to do so all right let’s fill in uh this here with some white wall let’s grab my nuggets and go and put them into the the top chest again right are they dropping down they are

I go on the pressure play and they’re still dropping down why are they still dropping down why are they still dropping down is it setting off the is it setting off the redstone uh let me oh let me go have a look down here oh it is staying off the redstone

Or may or maybe it’s not rich can someone go upstairs and just stand on the uh oh it is uh oh it’s staying this is stayed lit up for some reason is is is someone just staying on the pressure plate the whole time or let me go oh okay oh fizzy says stef

With the pressure plate for now and uh stand by so says are you off the pressure plate fizzy okay so this is lit up here oh this isn’t linked up oh thank you polly i didn’t leave oh that’s this is just embarrassing this is just embarrassing

But once again i’m i’m kind of happy because i think i’ve worked out what the problem is right it should be working now for the temp time it should be working right let me move my nuggets back up let me put my let me put my

Nuggets back up to the top right no one stand on any pressure plates for now so they’re dropping down i step on it that’s still why they still dropping down but let me just do another test okay right wait i want this out now right okay stand by physique i’ll tell

You when to to step on it so this is uh okay step on it now fizzy it seems to be reaching so that’s turned this off and it’s glowstone again is that what it is the glowstone messing it up okay okay okay right let’s test it okay oh what am i gonna call

This video stampy fells at redstone or something along those lines every time i go down i find another thing that doesn’t work to be fair the gloves don’t think i’d no doubt about oh here we go it’s not working i step on it and it’s working i step on it

And it’s not working is that are you holding a puffer fish in a bucket fizzy i don’t i i appreciate you bringing it but i don’t i don’t think that’s what we’re going to need to fix it then again i don’t really know what to do to fix it

Apparently right let’s make loads of these nuggets and let’s fill this chest out right so everyone be careful not to step on any pressure plates for now because it’s currently off okay so i need to see whether the other one will turn it on and then turn it back off so everyone be

Super careful not to step on any pressure plates because if this works this is the whole thing working but if this doesn’t work maybe i just need to add like an extra repeater or something i’m so glad i got there that red that like glowstone really threw me off right

Ready steady go why am i counting myself in why am i why am i giving myself a count in i need to just start so yeah that pressure plate should have started the nuggets dropping i would now need to run back and forth through all of these corridors of course

In the actual game i’d be getting arrows shot at me and i’d be in a lot of danger and i’d be trying to block them to survive especially when you don’t have armor on as well it’s like extra dangerous like literally i think it’s like three arrows could take you out i

Don’t know there’s a pig in the game hopefully it didn’t step in any pressure plates i think it’s far away enough it’s got it’s literally right in the very middle of the game it’s a very dangerous game for a pig to stand in so that’ll be dropping away this is

Basically going to be like the fastest time you could have possibly got because i didn’t have a shield and wasn’t blocking at all so this would be a test of how fast you could go and then no one would be able to actually go that fast

In real life all right there we go i got that and it stopped and it works there we go so i did like a stack and 57 was my time right let’s do a test to go then so i’m gonna put the nuggets back there i’m gonna go grab a shield and uh

Helpers i give you permission to shoot arrows at me so there should be some uh some crossbows in there there we go there’s three crossbows one each grab some crossbows grab some arrows i’m gonna go down here and grab a shield and i’m gonna see if i can um so i did

Without anyone shooting me i did a stacking 57. i’m going to see if i can make it in under five stacks that’s going to be my personal uh goal i’m going to cheat a little bit because i’m going to leave my armor on tell you what

I’ll leave um i leave my bottom half armor on in the actual game i have no armor but i just really don’t want to die right now so i’m gonna do that right i will begin in three two one go go go go so now i need to oh got shot immediately

I can’t even see what that is is that i think that’s is that fizzy i think it’s fizzy yeah i can see some tusks so i i think they’re going to be at one one doorway each always put it back okay that was a good block right i think i

Can get past fizzy and time oh i blocked i swear i blocked then right i know oh dear okay i’m actually quite weak but you can see how weak i get even with all of this armor right i think i can take one more hit okay now i’m really weak

Now i’m really weak and so now i gotta eat my potatoes but obviously i can’t eat my potatoes while i’m here so i gotta hide down here to heal up so that’s why it’s gonna be a rule that you have to only eat potatoes when you play the game because otherwise if you’re

Eating like a food that really heals you up uh what gets you hunger up fast uh then it will be a really uh really big advantage so oh polly was very patient i could sneak past now oh no oh it’s really hard it looked like i blocked in

Time but you’re going to be so specific and i’m so so weak now i just got to be careful i just got to be so slow it’s kind of scary you got like a a green glow on the side of your head there polly you’re normally not a very scary

Looking animal no oh fizzy shot me immediately there i did so bad either thing is i took too many shots early on and that really set me down and now i’m so so weak i like i i just need to keep the shield up as much as i can because

One more arrow is going to take me out now uh there we go that was a good dodge there looks like fizzy’s going for a rapid fire strategy and to be fair rapid fire is actually a little bit easier to deal with because it’s very um

Oh i can go quick it’s very predictable for when they’re going to shoot if they just fire as fast as possible so it’s kind of much more uh i think it will work better to be kind of a little bit more unpredictable once again though i am now very

Very weak oh there we go i’ve managed to debate him i can sprint for a little bit again there’s a little bit of speed i think there’s no way that that is like less than five stacks gone i wouldn’t be surprised if the whole thing’s empty

Right i’m not gonna take any chances now you’re holding your bow wrong william it’s like a held vertical there we go i got passed the pressure plate should have stopped it i got one two ah four stacks and 59. i was five nuggets off but i did it i was all okay game
