Hello everyone my name is pixel riffs and welcome back to the hardcore survival guide i hope you guys are having a good day today i’ve been working a little bit more on the storage i still need to get some glow ink for those signs but over here i’ve been Working on the manual storage on the other side we’ve got some rows of barrels columns of barrels actually and rows of chests here all arranged so that one end is facing out towards you so that they can be two blocks deep and each one can be a large chest for More storage space in a fairly compact area i love the way this little storage area turned out once again as with the automated storage we can expand it further down the hallway if we want to but for now what i have done is set up a couple of temporary Overflow chests down here for the automated storage just in case something gets thrown in there that doesn’t belong in our filter system and today to start off with we’re going to open up this little area here and across the top of here we’re going to be running a hopper feed line And i’ll show you how we’re going to get items from the surface down into this storage system first of all we’ve created a few more hoppers because you can never have enough hoppers when you’re working on a storage system like this second of all i brought a Trapdoor with me because i want to show you a trick for getting into tight spaces this is something you may know about already but it’s a very useful trick to have and it involves placing a trap door on a block like so and then walking up to the trap door and Then just right clicking it so that you get pushed into a kind of crouching position here i am kind of crawling this is something that was only properly implemented when swimming was implemented into the game but it really makes for an easy way to get into these tight spaces when You don’t want a huge amount of other stuff interfering with you so we’re going to go all the way to the end of this hopper line here and we’re actually going to leave ourselves a hopper line heading downwards into a block over here and we’ll probably reorient this slightly as we Add in the overflow chests but we’re just going to have a bunch of hoppers feeding back over this hopper line and remember the fact that even though the outputs of these hoppers are facing in that direction the hoppers below are designed to pull items out of the hoppers above Any time the relevant item for that filter ends up in the hopper above so for example if i were to put stone into this hopper it would immediately get pulled out of that hopper and into the one below that has the filter for stone however this only works if you’re feeding items in One at a time and with a slow enough rate that these hoppers can handle it because if you put multiple items in there at once it’s going to simultaneously pull one item out but also this hopper’s push action is going to push it further along the line And that’s when you end up with a bunch of items in your overflow chests that should have been filtered out by your storage system so we’re going to take that into account as we build the input for our storage system but now we’ve got back to the end here i’m going to take Out this trapdoor we’re going to pillar up using whatever material i’ve got on me we’ll start with this netherrack and we’re going to put a hopper facing into this one a hopper above that i think we’ll go two more hoppers up and then we’re going to add a barrel This is what’s called a storage buffer and it’s not super important for this system but it’s going to be useful to us a little bit later and you’ll notice that this has come up behind our hobbit hole and conveniently close to the area where i’ve been farming trees in the village meaning That we can just harvest as many trees as we want to and once we’ve set up an input for the line on the opposite side which has all of the wood types we’ll just be able to farm trees here and then chuck them into whatever container we have set up here now i’ve Got a barrel right there and for all intents and purposes we could just start putting items in here for example if i throw 32 granite or 33 granite i think i had on me into there we should see that start to come down into the storage system and I’m not sure how much granite i had in there already but hopefully we can catch the last of it going in yep there we go it is now filtering down into the storage system it looks like i didn’t have a great amount in the filter so we only have six Going in there in the chest but none of it has ended up in the adjacent chests because each of those has been filtered and i’m going to break away the back wall of this just so we can check on the hopper that i left back here yep No granite left in this end item hopper either so it looks like the granite has basically just been consumed by the filter for now it’s just gone up to 41 items in there and then the remaining granite we have can be put into that chest let’s see if we have any other materials I can throw in here to test the rest of the system well in this chest here we’ve got a little bit of stone we’ve got some diorite and we have some dirt and moss let’s take a look at how much of each of these we have in the system Already okay we’ve got no stone in there i’m not certain how much i put in the filter but we don’t have any diorite in this chest either and we don’t have any moss in this one the dirt chest has about three and a half stacks in it so far and There’s also one and a half rows of cobblestone in this last chest here let’s see what happens when we chuck all of that into the system up at the top here so we’ll throw the cobblestone in the stone we’ve got the dye right there as well Let’s throw in the moss we’ve got the dirt and you know what for good measure i’ll throw the netherrack in as well since we are filtering that in the last slice of our storage system now since the hoppers are feeding these resources in one at a time it’s a relatively slow Process to filter all of the contents of that barrel up there down into the system looks like the stone is probably being consumed by the filter once again because it needs to get up to 41 items so i’ll have to throw in a little bit more natural stone if i’ve got it Lying around but i don’t have silk touch yet so i’ve mostly been gathering cobblestone the diorite is now coming in looks like that’s all going pretty well it looks like the moss is coming in right now after that we should see the dirt and the netherrack start to get added and let’s check The hopper over here good looks like nothing is overflowing into our final chest here so for the moment i can replace my dark oak stairs there and the whole system gets concealed behind this facade so you don’t really see a whole lot of it working you might see A little bit of flicker of the redstone torches back there and a flash of netherrack if you’re looking at the right angle but all in all i think it’s a pretty nice storage system so far what i want to do on the surface is actually to conceal the barrel Underneath something else and i think in the case of the stone input side it might end up being a piece of gray carpet but the idea is that we’re going to place a hopper on top of this and then i’m going to run away quickly and craft myself another hopper Except this one’s going to be for a hopper minecart so we’re going to place rail on top of the hopper there we’re going to put the hopper mine cart on here and then we’re going to surround that with other blocks my plan is eventually To build a giant tree on top of here so maybe we could conceal this mechanism in the roots of the tree and of course we could shorten our hopper feed line down to the storage system so that this could be buried in the ground If we wanted to but the reason i want to use a hopper minecart is because they pick up items so much faster than hoppers do so if we want to we can throw a bunch of items into the area of this hopper minecart it’ll suck them into the hopper minecart Store them there until they get pulled through into the system and if we throw around five stacks in here they’re going to disappear more or less instantly i want to demonstrate that with some cobblestone or something so i had a couple of stacks of netherrack and dirt hanging around At the front of the hobbit hole we’re going to throw those in there and as you can see they’re basically gone instantly they get picked up by the minecart hopper very very quickly without the item entities lingering on the surface and that’s important to me because i don’t Want any of the items that i throw into the system to despawn if we just leave the items hanging around they have a five minute timer after which they will despawn so what we can do is completely surround this hopper minecart in other blocks let’s use a little bit of Dirt as an example here and the cool thing about hopper minecarts is that if they are sitting on rails like that they can pull items through a block above them so for example if i throw some dirt down onto this and i’ll do this with my inventory closed so you can actually see What’s going on i throw some dirt onto there and it’s immediately caught up in the hopper mine cart and that should be added to the list of items that it’s got going into the storage system now so we could choose a concealed area of the floor and Maybe put some kind of block over the top of it to signify maybe rooted dirt or something like that and all you’d need to do is run up to the block throw the items on top of it they would disappear and they’d get automatically sorted by our storage system and i don’t tend To do more sophisticated storage systems like this very often but i really enjoy having something like this in a world where i have a cave base where i have a effectively like a hole in the wall that leads to the rest of my base because then From the surface i can just farm all the trees i want to chuck them on the ground and they’ll get sorted into my storage system automatically in the meantime it looks like everything i threw in there has successfully been filtered into the storage system so i think that’s A job well done and all i will need to do is connect these hopper lines up to these three chests here and maybe connect a hopper line from the other side as well to make sure that anything that doesn’t fit into the basic categories that we are filtering here get sorted into some Chests at the end where we can collect the miscellaneous items and manually sort them over here so a short time later we have a rooted dirt block over here that’s our concealed block for the stone side of the storage system and all i need to do is Chuck in the gravel the dirt any of that stuff and it’s all going to go down into the storage system the gravel though isn’t going to end up in any of the filter chests because i don’t have a slice for it instead it’s going to end up in the chest At the end where i’ll probably grab it and turn it into the coarse dirt or concrete powder to be honest but this moss carpet over here is the other side of the storage system and that’s got a hopper minecart underneath it if i break this block away Yeah i didn’t want the dirt to get picked up by the hopper but unfortunately it has i’ll go into why that is a problem in a second but our second hopper mine cart is down here concealed underneath this moss carpet it kind of blends with the Rest of the roof here but we can always make that stand out later if we want to and the cool thing about this is that once we take down a few blocks of the trees that are out here we can throw those into the system and We should have a little bit more spruce wood when we go down there i’ve concealed it so artfully that i don’t quite remember where it is yet but there we go those are getting picked up by the hopper minecart and we should find spruce wood in our storage system But unfortunately this side of the storage system now has a problem because i have filter slices available for a bunch of wood types that i do not currently possess we don’t have any jungle wood we don’t have any acacia i think i might have brought back some crimson stem but I don’t know if i have a whole lot of it and we certainly don’t have any warped stems so i think the next task for this video is going to be to go out and explore some biomes that we have not yet found because if i look in here yet we’ve got Some extra items coming through in there we’ve got the dirt where the other wood types should go and we need to make sure there is a filter slice available for each of these different types of wood which i currently don’t have in the system at all And that means once i’ve sorted away the rest of these items we need to take our boat and go exploring i’ve been putting all of the variants and stuff of each of these different wood types up in the barrels up here and i think that’s a Good place to store them in the meantime but i’m going to bring the essentials that i bring with me basically any time i go exploring in this hardcore world we’re going to need a stack of wood just to make sure that we’ve got enough for crafting tables and torches and Various other things we’re going to need to bring a bed with us because we will need to sleep for the night to avoid mob spawns while we’re in the surface in the overworld and we’ll need a boat for travel we’ll need a little bit of food the rest of this Stuff can go in chests and be sorted into our system later and since we are traveling for wood and hopefully we’ll end up bringing back a bunch of saplings i will bring a diamond hoe with us we’ve got an efficiency for ho here which should at least Allow us to take down a few saplings if i could put fortune 3 on this actually that might be a good idea because in terms of the jungle woods that we’re going to be looking for the trees will drop fewer saplings than other wood types this village is quickly Getting more iron golems than villagers i might have to do something about that in a future episode but for now i’m just going to trade a few sticks with our fletchers to get hold of some emeralds and i think in terms of food we might trade a bunch of those with the farmer 48 pumpkin pie seems like adequate supplies for our journey here and later on the farm will start trading us emeralds for things like melons which are easily farmable and he’ll also trade us golden carrots which are some of the best food in the game there we go fortune 3 on the ho And it doesn’t have a huge amount of durability left but we’ll probably put mending on this in the near future anyway all right i’m going to steal a bed from around here probably going to take this one it’s conveniently up here on the hill we’ll tuck the rest of these Supplies in here and then i’m gonna head for the nearest ocean which feels actually quite a distance away but on the way i’ve discovered another village seems to be over here in the distance so let’s quickly stop by and see if there’s anything we can grab From the chests well i was not expecting this village to be set up near an active volcano and that’s all coming from one lava source up there minecraft physics are weird it doesn’t look like they have a whole lot going on planes villages tend to be fairly boring in terms of loot the Occasional blacksmith maybe but nothing much here that we can take advantage of what we have here though is the ocean and i’m gonna launch from this kind of village jetty i guess and we’re gonna head out across the ocean and we are looking for warm biomes in particular if i find a desert Or a savannah that’s what i’m looking for because if we’re looking for a jungle a jungle is a warm biome in terms of the way minecraft classifies these things and typically warm biomes group together when world generation happens so if you have a desert then chances are it’s near to At least either a savannah or a jungle and possibly both and in my time playing this game i found one of the best ways to escape the set of biomes that you’re in if you found like a plains and mountains and a spruce forest that’s sort of the more temperate or cold biomes I find that crossing an ocean is usually the best way to go out and find new land masses which might start with a completely different biome deserts generate next to oceans it happens quite frequently and while i could look this seed up in a mapping Tool there are a few online or a few downloadable programs that will effectively map your entire seed and show you where certain biomes are i’m not keen on doing that with this world at least for now i would like to find a lot of this stuff naturally before i Use a mapping tool to find biomes and come back to them regularly and as these appeared on the horizon i was hoping that my instincts would be correct but this just looks like a beach island next to a tiny plains biome so there isn’t really A whole lot going on on these you get these occasional islands of foresty area and a little bit of sand but unfortunately they are they are not going to be beaches and yes we all return to the ocean monuments in this ocean at some point in future when i am Slightly better prepared for those okay after exploring this ocean for i think literally over an hour i have finally found myself a desert biome we’ve got two turtles here i managed to pick up some glow ink on the way i’m going to sleep right here there we go we’re on day 85 So i think i have literally spent about five or six days just exploring the ocean there is a chicken there i do not know why we finally found a desert so the purpose of being in a desert in the first place is for a start we want to acquire cactus Right and we do have some cactus over there so confirmed this is a desert and not just a really big beach island gonna kill the skeleton before he decides to kill me that was a a good dodge and from this desert we are hopefully going to be able to find the borders of Other biomes it looks like in the distance over there we have a plane’s biome and i’m hoping that this desert expands out in different directions because ideally if we explore the boundary of this desert a little further we are going to find the other hot biomes in the world we’re going to find Potentially a mesa a savannah or a jungle or potentially all three and it looks like in the distance i can see the plateau of a savannah already so it looks like we are headed in the right direction so this savannah is going to be an important port of call because it has Acacia wood and we’re going to grab some acacia from this tree bring home a couple of saplings and then we should be able to start farming it from our location back at the village with the hobbit hole and we’re walking away with at least three saplings from that that’s good we could Always take down a couple more trees if we wanted to but i’m interested in pressing onward and seeing if we can locate a jungle adjacent to this biome looks like we already have some pretty impressive shattered savannah plateau biomes these things can get incredibly tall they are the one Biome in the game that actually looks like an amplified world but in vanilla these are such cool biomes though and honestly the right creative mind could do a whole lot with them there’s just interesting shapes and terrain formations all over the place i’m not seeing a jungle in the Distance though so it looks like we’re gonna have to press on i’m gonna stay fairly central to the savannah i think but if we need to branch back out into the desert then we easily can there is a very sudden patch of birch forest right here it’s really quite strange Seeing the birch forest come right up to the edge of such an extreme savannah terrain and is that red sand and terracotta i think it is folks we have found a mesa incredible yeah the mountain over there faked me out for a second and i thought that was All we were getting was mountains but no we have a desert temple and we have the beginnings of a mesa well that’s wonderful it’s not the jungle we were looking for but a mesa is right here and is another one of the warm biomes that we were potentially Looking for let’s take a brief detour though and potentially raid this desert temple although i am slightly concerned about the amount of mob noises i’m hearing right here yep there are skeletons down there now of course the inherent problem of a desert temple to the hardcore player is not The mobs spawning inside the dark spaces it is of course what lies below here so i am going to very briefly run around here and make sure some of these areas are lit up and do not spawn mobs while we take on the burial chamber because there are some fancy ways of getting Down here i’m going to avoid all of those and the first thing we are going to do is take out that pressure plate and take out the floor of tnt underneath here because of course that is enough tnt to absolutely ruin us in the event that it explodes in case a Creeper got down here with us or something like that and now with that disabled nine tnt in our pocket we get to take a look at the loot that is in here which looks like decent amount of gunpowder there is of course the potential for enchanted golden apples in here we’ve Got three diamonds which once again in this series i managed to find three diamonds in a loot chest but no enchanted golden apple for us we do have a saddle though and i’m going to take that saddle with me because potentially we’re going to be using that a little Bit later but as far as the burial chamber goes that one was fairly plain i’ve taken out the central blue terracotta so that we know that we’ve been here if i end up coming back here for whatever reason and i think as i dig my way out we’re gonna Go and explore the mesa the mesa is of course the only biome in which terracotta forms naturally although you can get it from smelting clay basically anywhere else and you’ll also get red sand in mesas which is honestly a resource i wish there was more availability for in minecraft because While it is a pretty extreme color i really like working with red sandstone as a building material unfortunately red sandstone only forms around very rare cave entrances in mesas and you don’t get it naturally underneath the floor here in the same way that you do in a desert instead you Get a layer of orange terracotta and that’s not really the same thing as red sandstone so i’m probably going to be back to this at some point to gather some red sandstone but probably going to leave it for now and once again the world generation here is Kind of wild there’s a very very tall mountain next to this mesa and you don’t tend to see these two biomes overlapping too much because one is a cold biome and one is a hot biome but as i’m sure you can understand there are a few exceptions to the rules that minecraft Uses to spawn biomes close to each other it will try and match them up based on the heat of the biome so this desert and mesa having spawned close to a savannah as well like that’s a a pretty prime example but you’ll often find that the world just Doesn’t quite have enough room for those biomes to cascade in order of temperature so you’ll find that you end up with odd combinations of stuff especially when it comes to oceans ocean biomes will typically have frozen oceans right next to deserts because the ocean is a completely separate thing Is not treated the same as the rest of the terrain generation and honestly a frozen ocean looks pretty epic wherever you find it looks like we have another desert temple over here so i’m going to sleep for the night and give this one a try as well and we’re going to continue That way towards the savannah in the distance because i have a feeling this mesa is going to be quite difficult to navigate on foot so quick check of the burial chamber doesn’t look like there’s any mobs do the same thing take out the pressure plate Open up the floor and take out all the tnt before any of it can be of any harm and this time we have a channeling book and a golden apple that’s very very nice loot to have might as well take that with us we’ve got an emerald gonna be bringing all the bones With me we got another golden apple there as well and a piercing for books so not all that bad i’m gonna leave stuff like horse armor and the string we don’t really need much of this the sand can also stay there and just over the hill here just Over this ridge of the mesa we have what we were looking for so you see what i mean we have a desert a savannah a mesa and a jungle all in very close proximity thanks to the way minecraft generates all of these hot biomes nice and close together so that is Absolutely what we wanted i’m gonna bring myself home some jungle saplings from one of these bad boys and we’ll be able to farm jungle wood back at the hobbit hole i’ve got myself nine jungle saplings i’d like to think that’s pretty good we also got a patch of Melons right here melons would be fantastic to bring home with us so i’m going to grab a few slices of melon from these we can turn those into seeds and regrow them if we want to now i’m going to probably chuck out the stone pressure plate here Because there are a couple of other things i want to grab while we’re in the jungle one of those is bamboo which i believe we got from a shipwreck treasure chest previously but it can’t hurt to grow a little bit more bamboo it’ll certainly get us started and the last thing we’re looking For while we’re here in the jungle is cocoa beans because between these and the cactus that we got in the desert that actually completes our little subquest of getting hold of all of the dyes because brown dye can only be made using cocoa beans and so that’s a A very very useful thing to have so if you’re using this world seed and you’re wondering where you can find this fantastic combination of incredible savannah landscapes a mesa a desert and a jungle the coordinates right now are negative 3 500 negative 1850 or thereabouts so yeah you’ll probably find that if you Head out in this direction it’s basically in the northwest of the world it looks like a lot more west than north though and honestly i did not realize we were out that far i’ve been exploring the ocean so randomly that i i didn’t quite twig that we were that Far away from home it’s going to be a long journey back we’re definitely going to come back though because mesa biomes can be an incredible source of gold ore you find gold ore generating as commonly as iron in these biomes so you’ll often find a great deal of it higher up in the World than you would normally find gold and especially now we can fortune gold ore that will be incredibly useful for going to the nether and bartering with piglens or even making redstone equipment like powered rails but for now after spending so long searching for them i’m just happy knowing that these biomes Actually exist in the world and that i have the coordinates of them so if i come back i know where to find them and with that curiosity satisfied it’s time to make our way back to the ocean and begin the long boat ride home oh home sweet home and amazingly I didn’t end up going by the ocean for most of that i ended up coming back on land and then i got the coordinates totally wrong and thought we were at negative 500 when we were at positive 500 so it was about a thousand blocks off but we’ve made it back With all of the gear from that jungle i had to sleep so many times on the trip home but we’ve made it and now finally we can add those other wood types to our storage system so jungle wood is four spaces along here and acacia wood is six spaces along We might have to yeah let’s go to the nether in this episode just to get hold of the crimson and warped stem and then we can call it good because my friends we now have a saddle and having a saddle means that we can ride a strider out into the nether and honestly Striders have been my favorite way of finding nether biomes and structures recently specifically stuff like nether fortresses and bastions are so much easier to find when you are riding comfortably on a strider but as a safety precaution i am going to bring a fair amount of gold With me so we’re going to smelt up some of the raw gold in the blast furnaces here we’ll add a couple more fuel to each of those and we’ll bring enough gold that we can barter with piglens for a fire resistance potion because of course riding a strider is going to mean coming Into very close proximity to a lava lake and so here in the nether i have a stack or so of gold ingots i’ve got like a couple extra and hopefully we can head on down here and trade with some of these piglens until they will give me a splash potion of fire resistance Because that will at least allow me to interact with a lava lake if we ever need to and hopefully we can come away from that unharmed looks like one of those was a a water bottle which is sadly not what i was after but it looks like this little dog out here Should be a a relatively safe place to trade with the piglets yes there we go i think we got one yeah three minute fire resistance potion it’s not splash but it will do in a pinch and hopefully we’ll be able to get a couple more items here as well Are there any other pig lens who are going to be willing to trade we’ve got a little bit of black stone gravel soul sand there we go a third fire resistance potion that’s actually perfect so now all we need to do is get out of here and find I guess somewhere that we can get down to lava level i’m just gonna chuck out a couple of the junkie items we don’t really need the fire charges or the water bottles i can do without the nether brick for now and we’re going to gather some of the crimson wood that is just Happily around here we’ve got some enormous crimson trees here and we’ll come back for shroom lights a little bit later but for now i just want the wood so we can fill up our storage system got to check around me to see if there is a spare Warped fungus because we can use that to attract the strider and we can also use it to repel hoglands if we need to but a strider underneath there looks like the perfect candidate for what i have in mind let’s take out the warped fungus on a stick And hopefully if we dig around here a little bit one of them will notice us the ones that are underneath this overhang right now yeah okay they they need a little bit of headroom actually so that they can get up here and striders love to be in lava so you’ll see this One getting a little bit cold and shivery as it steps out of the lava lake i’m not going to get on it now because just like the strider needs a little bit of headroom so does the player and if we get on it underneath this overhang here that’s potentially going to be bad News for me i’ll end up suffocating in the netherrack above so we’re going to lure this strider out into the open and now that it’s around here we’re going to be able to put a saddle on it and go riding it across the lava lake and hopefully there We go with our wart fungus in hand we should now be able to explore the lava lake and find ourselves a warped forest by right clicking with the wart fungus we get the boat has legs advancement and hopefully this lava lake connects to a larger lava lake that we can start to Explore i’ll take out my oh gosh okay there’s a bastion right at the end they’re blocking our way well that’s probably not the direction we want to go let’s see if we can go a little bit further afield here looks like the basalt delta is blocking Our path in this direction as well but nope looks like we might be able to squeeze underneath here and this is where the ghasts start to come out and we have to be a little bit wary of our surroundings let’s take a quick stop underneath this basalt overhang aim at that ghast and Kapow there we go spectral arrows giving us a nice highlight of the gaster as we take it down and it looks like maybe this is going to lead yep okay it leads to a dead end that’s unfortunate yes there it is at last we have found ourselves in a warped forest And now we have to be very careful not to look at any enderman is this it nope okay there we are yeah love to hear that sound so over here on the shore we should be able to moor up our strider and get hold of some warped stem for our Storage system let’s hop on to the shore here looks like we can’t quite get out of the lava lake but as long as i hold the warped fungus on a stick in my off hand the strider will hopefully stick around this place and so i can take down some of these warp trees And let’s take a quick look around it doesn’t look like there is a nether fortress or at least i have not seen one quite yet so i think for now at least we should be okay one thing i really wish we had done before we came out here and something that I will definitely be doing now i know the location of this warped forest is to come back here with silk touch and get hold of some of the nylon that is growing on the floor because of course we can use that to grow more of the warped fungus and i Think an important clarification is needed here while you can find both examples of warped and crimson fungus in each of the biomes you find the opposing type of fungus very rarely in crimson and warped biomes but it is possible unfortunately you cannot grow a warped mushroom on crimson nylon and the same Goes for a crimson fungus on warp nilium unfortunately it’s just not possible to grow them that way so i couldn’t have bone mealed the warped fungus that i found in the other biomes we will need to get hold of some of this nilium in order to do that but for now at least We can gather a decent amount of warped wood as long as the strider is nearby we should be able to make it home stridey notes stridey stridey come back stridey oh he’s he’s walking off he’s walking off into the nether this is a very bad situation to be in let’s see if We can bridge out here real fast with our netherrack i don’t want that strider to walk away from us while he’s got the saddle on there you go stridey good lad come on back in fact come over here i have a little treat for you i always like to do this with striders Because they’re just so cute i’m gonna bring over a wart fungus and we’re gonna feed him there we go all right let’s head on home we have our warped stem at long last we’ll be able to remodel the hobbit hole door and complete our storage system all right here we go Here’s our little strider parking garage and whoa okay that is that is not what i wanted to do that is that is why i brought a fire resistance potion thankfully that was not a long enough dip in lava to be fatal for us and we can Heal up a little bit from the fire damage but there is not really a way to put yourself out if you’re on fire in the nether and so i didn’t want to waste the fire as this potion there because i knew we weren’t in danger anymore and i knew we could heal but Drinking that fire resistance potion could have saved our bacon luckily right clicking on the strider did instead well uh maybe i gave you a wart fungus a bit too soon maybe you’re a rebellious one well i don’t know about you but i think i’ve had enough near-death experiences for one day so I’m going to avoid the hoglands of the crimson forest we’re going to make our way back over to the portal and i think it’s time to head home and call it a day ah and as though to soothe my burns it is raining when we get back to the Overworld well i think i’m going to duck into the hobbit hole get out of the rain once again and we should now be able to load up the last two cells of our storage system with the crimson stem and the warp stem and i think we had a Reason to get hold of some of this wart stem as well it’s time to remodel the door to our hobbit hole ah there we go the hobbit hole as originally intended with the warped wood and everything i think that looks so much better now that it’s got the Blue in the center of it something about the blue and the red brick i just really loved about this initial build so it’s all working as it did before we’ve got everything set up with the door reset all of that stuff and surrounded it with the warped wood and Now of course our storage system is complete on this side which means i can start using the inputs up there whenever we start chopping some wood so i think the next plan is probably going to be to get hold of silk touch get ourselves some warped and crimson Nylon so we can start farming those trees and oh you know what we can actually finish off the labeling now because i brought some glow ink back from my trip to the desert so we can finally glow up these last few signs perfect all right well folks that is Where we’re going to leave it for this episode of the hardcore survival guide i do hope you’ve enjoyed this look at how to find those difficult to reach biomes and i hope you have better luck finding a warped forest than i did thank you so much for watching my name has been Pixariffs please don’t forget to leave a like on this video if you enjoyed it subscribe if you want to see more and i’ll see you guys
