I survived 100 days as a wizard in Hardcore Minecraft I’m playing a new mod pack called prominence which adds a lot of different classes to Minecraft ranging from Hunter to Assassin to Berserker and there’s a lot more in this video I chose to go with the wizard

Class and it’s my objective to battle through all of the most difficult bosses and structures in this mod pack to become the most powerful wizard there is and trust me there are some pretty cool bosses so you’ll want to stick around to the end this is a huge video that took a

Swear to you I did not plan it now off the bat we’re in the middle of a snowy biome which honestly I’m not very enthusiastic about but we did already start with a stone sword bread and a quest book and there are a lot of quests

In this pack I believe questing is an important part of it it helps as a guide while at the same time being rewarding we have the Aether oh my goodness how much have I missed the Aether we got a bunch of New Dimensions combat stuff uh

We also have a map by the way which is really useful so much so that we should Mark things down big structure there we go new Waypoint perfect oh I believe so if we press K here we go we have a whole talent tree that we can select from I’m

Thinking we should go with Arcane damage and that will give us critical damage and then you have these rewards which are like crazy in comparison to everything else we got a seal over there oh I love animals Hello Penguin oh and apparently I’m freezing oh that’s bad

Yeah I need some coziness right now hello penguin hi buddy oh they gave me regeneration that’s nice we also got some random ores that I have no idea what they do but you know that’s just the way of life hello villager guard first Village first Village indeed okay

Let’s see what we got here A bunch of crops and here we got away Stone so that’s one of many that we will find hopefully which will let us teleport around really easily also is that like a mage Tower over here I don’t know if it

Is it’s a part of the village unless there’s like a wizard villager I don’t know let’s see wait is this the yeah wizard Merchant look at that Arcane runes and fire runes we want to make an Arcane wand and also an Arcane staff eventually which isn’t too expensive

Actually so we’ll be able to do that in some amount of time anyways I did not realize there would be a wizard villager item frame fire Rune thank you oh and Amethyst are you kidding me that can already help us make a wand if we just get gold too I believe I don’t

Even have like basic Cobblestone tools yet but we’re already doing good Rune crafting are you telling me I don’t have to craft this thing well I’ll take it you know I’m just I’m really just robbing this place and you know what I don’t regret it gold oh wait hold on

That Earth means that means we can make an Arcane wand which is awesome because that is gonna give us Arcane spell power sorry Arcane spells do more damage now I only have one Rune which I believe means we can only cast one spell oh man I wasted it but you know what it

That thing like what why why oh my God it’s eyes glow too Shield wait what just hit me what oh what common Shield reduces armor health and speed why would I why I’ve never seen a shield so bad in my life but I’m worried that that’s how it’s just supposed to oh

Uncommon Shield is still terrible last one oh legendary Shield there we go there we go it gives us Health durability and oh my goodness okay I’m pretty sure that was like the best find we could have possibly gone I don’t know what the percentage on that is but I’m

Very happy I didn’t check my sword by the way it has decreased damage durability and lock it’s literally just terrible oh my goodness no this is why I made a shield here we go I was prepared for you from day one oh yeah Oh oh my God it was like an insane creeper and we do have rubies here which I’m wondering if it’s equivalent it’s a bit worse it seems but you know what that’s something that I will take right now because there is a lot of it Ruby pants Ruby boots or Ruby helmet

Boom boom boom okay we’re starting to go lower down here which is uh getting a bit dangerous but I am fully geared so I’m not as scared hello Hello friends salute this Shield bash interesting okay I figure it is a good time to head back up to the surface because we’ve got a

To have a place to return to so first of all let’s chop down a bunch of trees okay we’re also going to want to flatten some land out so we’ll do that okay we have a pretty solid amount of space here and let’s just use what’s

Kind of already been outlined for us and I can build out the outline little front entrance and it would definitely be nice to get some stone bricks to design this more okay so we’ll start smelting that into stone and I’m thinking that we’ll start with this wide base and then we

Can kind of narrow it as it goes higher or do something like that to make it look more like a Wizardry Tower and you know what I’m gonna be a smart cookie and I’m just gonna make a bunch of slabs so we can save a lot of materials yes we

Can add at the doorway as well and there we go we already have a nice little opening now we’ve got a lot of work to do not gonna lie to you here’s what I’m gonna do I’m gonna make a bunch of stairs and I think these can help us

Make this look a lot better so we will just wrap them around the building like this got an Arctic box there looks like it took our wood okay there we go that’s all I can do for now wow I I do not know how I ended up placing those stairs like

That that was not purposeful though I’ll tell you that much a much better idea and plan would be to head out an adventure for a bit before that though I do figure we should kind of start up some Farms Let’s see we can kind of dig

This out and create the farm over here and I just need to add a little bit of dirt but other than that we are looking good okay I’m also looking at how we can get Arcane armor I mean I think I chose like the most difficult Mage type to

Work on because it needs so many ender pearls for everything but it’s okay I will deal with it anyways let us head out and see what awaits us I mean in fact we could kind of check out this cabin now we do have a shield and full

Armor I do not see anything it’s possible that whatever oh wait what did I just I just saw something oh I do see something I hear something okay illusioner where’d he go and where did this illusioner go okay so that’s a bit sketchy No that’s him go go go go go go go go go oh yeah God totem of Illusion equippable in the charm trinket slot what does that do I don’t know what it does I guess uh we’ll have to find out somehow but anyways I’d say that’s a big success and oh I see

Non-snow biome over there let’s head in that direction hello Bears whoa tuft of polar bear fur and looks like they had quite the battle now I’d really like to be able to get into casting spells sometime soon this world has a lot to explore which I’m really enjoying oh hello what is this

I just need gold and a chest and I should be able to make a traveler’s backpack perfect boom there’s the inventory pretty nice and then that should let us equip it awesome I can open it with B anytime I want now that’s uh that’s going to be very useful and

Our potatoes haven’t fully grown do I have any bones yeah I actually do okay awesome with that we can fully cover this and the rest we will cook up okay let’s head on out of here and there is a cabin in there there’s also some oars here’s this

Iron Alpine iron ore okay just just gives you normal iron good I do actually really like this uh biome here it’s very very peaceful oh that’s not peaceful though we’re just gonna ignore it oh we got some crops here this is pointing in the right direction

Oh yeah and I’m having to clear out our inventory already because we’re just getting so many things oh look at that I found a secret barrel with diamonds in it are there any more I I was I just randomly started looking for secret things and I found something

But with that I’m good to head down into a cave I’m Gonna Leave This water source here but down we go this is a pretty dangerous I don’t really like this but we gotta we gotta do something don’t we no we are looking for geodes so we have to keep that in mind

Apparently there’s a zombie apocalypse because there’s like 80 zombies coming at me this one has a backpack this was an alarm Oh and I forgot to check our skill points by the way which we have gotten a lot of oh and this one dropped his backpack chance to multiply him out of experience which is received by the player I think I can still use that one in addition

Which is actually wonderful we will do that absolutely Oh man we got a spawner I’m hoping that’s not a boss make a little Exit Plan for myself okay it’s not a boss which is good don’t blow up the spawner thank you okay good good what do we got in here blue bomb saddle that’s good blue bomb I

Don’t really know if that’s gonna be useful but I took it all right well goodbye maybe the blue bomb is a bit stronger than I thought this is just absolutely demolished that skeleton oh yeah here we go okay this is where the problem starts not loving it not loving it at all

What I’m going to focus on doing for now at least good oh Miriam’s Souls like weaponry Moonstone okay so we already have something that can make some cool weapons look at this gale force whoa you can summon this sort of fight by your side are you kidding me okay we’re gonna

Have to look into this it’s a good fusing stuff but hopefully we’ll be able to figure it out we should be able to easily find a geode hero I would imagine gonna head over this way before I go down there oh it’s a glare hi glare I don’t know

How to tame these fellas does it eat glowberries for example hello oh yes it does okay wait let’s see if we can tame it here you go buddy yes grumpy and cute and it is now our friend oh enter pearls from this chest yes that’s very good that actually means we

Boom that’s one oh I thought there was two okay there’s only one good good oh Lush grouper very nice I’m thinking maybe we just head back up to the surface and drop off all this loot that we’ve been getting because I don’t want to get too greedy oh feels good to be

Back up oh and it’s raining of course and it is snowing it was not snowing like this when we were first setting up but uh I mean I guess it’s not too bad it’s kind of kind of pretty we are finally back home it feels good and we

Can put our saddle on our pet very nice oh it can jump high look at that bam that’s pretty cool now let’s see can we make an Arcane stuff it looks like we actually can just need a stick and boom Arcane staff so this gives us a much

Larger array of spells here we go so we need to use a spell binding table for this it looks like bam spell binding table perfect now I’d kind of like to work on our base a bit because it would be nice to have a second floor for our

Magic stuff looks like I just need one more obsidian for an enchanting table and then we can make it a level 31. okay here we have literally one lava source but even that is enough for what we’re looking for okay bam chanting table and we should easily have enough for a

Bunch of bookshelves bam okay I’ll say I can do enchanting table there and then how are we doing okay level 30 good so let’s get the second layer built first of all we’re gonna want more Cobblestone so I’ll go mining again oh and we got a raid okay let’s go mine some Stone Okay I got more than a few stacks of cobblestones so that should be enough for now oh look what I have found let’s see if this is too dangerous for us and there is a spawner we should try to be a bit careful oh my goodness there are a lot of

Diamonds here wow okay let’s try to head upwards whoa chiseled Stone altar oh I think you use yeah you have to have four of the stars that I’ve gotten one of you place them here and you can summon a boss so I will mark this down I think it’s some

Type of a lich boss or something so I’ll just mark it down as that and we will have to come back for that later I think that is it for this place so on that note it is a good time to leave Let’s see we got chess down here whoa Frost

Orb I’ll take it I wish that was an Arcane or but I will take it uh Spell Tome Aqua Shield whoa let’s grab that I just got a spell okay and we’re leaving and here we have the big structure respawn next to I’m pretty excited to check that out but I’ll wait

Until we have some more Mage gear oh look at that there’s the entrance that’s a very cool not yet though not yet let’s try to head down safely into this Ravine or as safely as we can Looks like we got a zombie dungeon here which might be good news if we can find some coal oh diamond sword though with fire aspect too and the zombies coming up go away oh and my gear is breaking and it’s really dark and I’m on fire whoa legendary iron mace might be better

Than our sword I think it is actually it does more damage so let’s use this let’s try this mace out oh yeah or I’m almost two hitting the zombies they just have half a heart left oh wow that was intense okay well I got all the coal we needed so that’s a plus

So we’ll finish the stone brick ring around our Tower here which is getting covered in snow and I’m thinking what we do with the next layer potentially we actually build on top of the stairs here and kind of Bring It outwards so it’s one block wider on each side and that

Way maybe it’ll give it an interesting effect to the building kind of steampunkish snow makes it a bit hard to see what we’re doing but hopefully yeah that should have been a circular design not a square it’ll take me a bit of time to get to that though because I don’t want

To spend all my 100 days building and the leaves from these I think will look really cool and let’s see how can we use these I’m thinking we can just kind of wrap them around the middle layer first of all oh and we can fall off bam there

We go we want it on this block here okay that’s one ring done let’s see what that’s looking like not bad you know what not bad okay so that’s the first layer of the leaves now we need to do the top layer do you know what though

Before we do that let me actually let me grab our Arcane one finally which I believe we should be able to use so we made the spellbinding table let’s just place it down I mean anywhere really here for example okay let’s see here oh

Okay so if I put oh there we go perfect so Arcane Source that’s what we want and then we can enchant it to add on spells so we have this and now we do have the spell book equipped okay let’s test this out so we just kind of gotta be smart

With how we use this oh it one hit it okay what if I instantly shoot it no it does not one hit it so we just kind of gotta be smart with how we use this and also we need to get more spells but I don’t know how yet so we’ll have

To figure this out let’s see how can we make a spellblade Arcane spellblade oh it’s easy enough to make we can already do that boom Arcane spellblade deal 1.5 times melee damage in a circle around you damage is multiplied by 20 times the amount of infusion Buffs on you oh oh

There we go I said it okay awesome I can also alternate between these two abilities by Alt and scrolling let’s see how this goes well we have a bunch of iron so don’t mind if I do oh yeah I don’t know if that’s that’s so bad this literally has no armor and zero

Durability uh okay well let’s make another helmet I guess boom we can also make a bunch of Arcane runes Also let’s finish the roof with our remaining materials there we go I wonder how we’re looking now other than the minor mishaps it’s looking pretty good it’s looking pretty good

There we go more so fixed and I’m happy with how it’s looking but also I want to add leaves around the top boom and there we go looking good let’s add a trap door to close off the roof here there we go perfect and now we have this

Whole second floor to build our magic stuff in it would also probably be nice to move our enchanting table up there as well so we’ll do that boom we can place these interesting things over here Rune crafting as well I don’t know we’ll have to explore that and see if that gives us

Any benefits also if possible I’d like to use the lanterns around our base and glowstone in the future if we can make that happen and these will do a great job of lighting up everything now there’s this mod called Rune magic which seems to have a lot to explore and different

Types of Essences with cool items you can unlock those items also include these nice totems that probably have some type of use in Arcane orb for example look at all this stuff and we need to make something called a Channeler to create some of the items

We’re going to be needing in the future also we did get the spell tone which I wonder oh okay so I learned that spell and I wonder how we can actually use it alright well we’ll leave this stuff alone for now also though I do believe

We might be able to make a full set of wizard gear already we just need wool and Lapis and getting wool will be no problem if we can find some of the sheep that we saw earlier we can hop on our Mount here and find uh find some sheep

That way okay I just added a feature that lets us see what is on the map in terms of mobs and I can see a lot of fish I’d say that’s a very nice feature thank you Q bam there we go oh and this got the

Epic trade on it which is nice okay now with that we’re not really gonna have that much actual armor which is not great so our best hope of surviving while wearing it is definitely enchanting our gear yeah some more enchanting would definitely be good if

We can set up some kind of an XP farm anyways I figure let us head to that amethyst Golem we saw on the mini map a moment ago and you know what I feel like it would be cooler to play in this F5 mode so I’m gonna try to do that for the

Most part I really like how this looks aha here we go I marked it down over here now we still have to be careful if we’re going to be doing this let’s go okay so it looks like it’s not an amethyst cluster but there is the amethyst golem look at that thing

Oh yeah I’m doing actually a lot of damage oh yeah half a heart and you’re gone you know what that was uh that was actually a lot stronger than I thought it would be unfortunately no amethyst but I’m really happy with how our gear is doing here the best way to get experience

Would probably be to Adventure through some dungeons just because there are a crazy amount of mobs in them like we saw earlier so let us travel on our asensia Ascension I don’t know ascencia and find something I see something over there on the map uh looks like it might be one of

The mushroom dungeons let us head in that direction yeah this is one of those mushroom dungeon things and oh boy okay let’s get to a safer area from which we can begin our attack I’m wondering if I can even attack while on our Mount here are these hitting oh that’s working really well

Wow are you kidding me and we can charge this up for as long as we want oh look at that one shot oh you’ve got to be kidding me this is so overpowered boom okay these guys are a bit more dangerous good okay now there’s probably spawners

Here which we’ve got to take out if we actually want to get rid of these folks let’s see okay we’ve got to be careful because any melee hits to us are going to do a lot of damage good do you have our Spell blade because oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy

Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy okay we take way too much damage my heart’s just dropped wow that was bad that was bad okay we do a lot of damage but we also take a crazy amount of damage let’s see if we can

Loot any of this oh no no no no oh he three shot it no oh okay I’m getting out of here we’re getting demolished this went really terribly yeah that’s the disadvantages of living as a mage I’ve got to tell you that right now wow I’m

Sad we lost our amazing Mount and I didn’t even put armor on her which uh it’s my bad I’m gonna see if we can kind of sneak around this camp and loot anything anything that we can grab in here okay the loot here isn’t anything

Special so we can head on out we’ve got a good Cave opening here which might be worth checking whoa I just saw like a boss bar but that might be worth checking out because I do really need coal and I see a lot a lot of it there yeah

That would be worth checking out before that though let’s see what’s over here find a Spire okay so we found something called the Spire oh that’s a spawner Mana leech I didn’t break it right away because I’m curious if we can farm this for anything but it doesn’t seem like it so let’s

Just break that oh glis steel so this is some something that we can use for some magical items which is nice mask of power included which I believe increases our Magic regeneration or Mana regeneration you can make the frost sword with this for example anyways let’s grab that and

Ancient scroll capacity so this should increase how much Mana we hold which is nice let’s go back to that cave also I’m sorry sheep but I really need food abilities really good look at this I can use it really often oh boy this is

Huge and I do wonder if we’ll be able to mine with magic somehow in the future that’d be great let’s have more of this water poured down into the cave oh crazy looks like we got a mine shaft opening or something over here oh yeah some kind of a mine shaft for

Sure Sapphire or it doesn’t seem any better than normal stuff I’ve pretty much run out of Arcane Rune so I really need to get more of those oh boy I got a whole lot going on over here looks like we got a bigger part of a mine shaft over here

Diamonds amethyst nice that actually means that we can make some more runes Spell Tome Rumble interesting let’s use that oh yes I’m so excited to use all of these unique spells runic tablet Um whoa waking Lich blade are you kidding me what are these weapons Sunfire holy moly man I’d really like to make one of these crazy swords if we can it doesn’t look like they’re impossible just okay I don’t know what to tell you and it looks like the ender dragon or

Any boss dropped some pretty cool items too so we’ll pay attention to that wow and just keep getting surprised oh finally we found amethyst nice I am going to mine all of this up oh yeah we’re not running out of runes anytime soon this is all we needed

Okay I think that is way more than enough we got six stacks of blocks of amethyst and each block gives you four runes we’re just gonna need a bunch of cobblestone now so that’s great now I still do need more experience so let’s try to get that if I see something on

The mini map over this way though and it seems like it’s some kind of a special dungeon or something and I’m seeing some scary stuff pop up on the minimap oh boy here we go um okay yeah I’ve definitely found something here wow there’s a lot of these guys

Oh wow I just like eliminated all of them in one shot that’s crazy that’s amazing I’m so glad we chose to be an Arcane Mage let us water bucket downwards and we’ll break this right away wow look at this cool area whoa are these end crystals what are those yeah

We gotta be careful with these fellas I don’t really know how powerful they are oh I’m out of Arcane runes um that’s bad get away oh I did not mean to swim into no no no no okay we have to be really careful this is extremely dangerous I cannot allow

Myself to get hit by any of these guys like that guy literally almost one hit me right there we’ll break this we seem to be okay I don’t know if I should I mean I don’t think I can oh what did I just do what did I just do holy smokes dude what

Just happened should I have not I mean I don’t think I could have like I don’t know what else I can do can I really pick this up I don’t think I can mine it so I don’t like I don’t have silk touch or anything yeah no I don’t even think

You can mine these with silk touch so I’m just gonna leave this alone for now how about that that sounds good to me whoa uncommon Arcane Claymore oh that’s right on board with what we need so it’s perks aren’t that great but if we do want to use it we can

Whoa three times melee damage to nearby enemies oh and you can shift to stop moving whoa whoa interesting it just attacks a lot slower but we can play with that a bit too this place is seriously giving me the Spooks I’m very tempted to leave like we’re getting way too close to

Dying here is there an underground here as well whoa whoa is there another floor oh or is this where we came from it looks like it’s a whole other floor oh boy look at this thing that can’t be good oh boy they’re everywhere you know what I think we’re

Gonna have to come back here I’m not ready to Adventure through all of this let’s start heading out and I’m gonna mark this down for when we actually have armor because uh yeah right now we’re really barely rocking any armor and unfortunately that’s the life of a

Wizard oh and I can hear the rain outside oh I’m out wow what an experience that was okay let us run home oh home sweet home yes it feels good okay I have an idea with our gear I think what we’ll do is we’ll make it our appearance first of all for

Everything but we’ll use a couple of pieces while using a couple of pieces of normal armor as well oh and it looks like there’s some really cool gear that we can make with the Spectrum mod like ferocious grants absorption and resistance when hit you can also make

This Bedrock armor which uh oh boy that seems to be very very expensive so we need to find water Essence and water gems so that we can make our wand and we’re gonna need to dive underwater for that so I wonder if there’s a diving helmet in this pack or anything it looks

Like there is but you also need to make a back tank and I’m pretty sure you need to charge these which I really don’t want to deal with so we’re going to skip on that I guess water breathing is the way to go but in that case we need to

Head into the nether we’ll get the obsidian we need and maybe some diamonds and then it’s time to head into the nether lava nice okay there we go that’s enough obsidian which means I can head on out oh back home okay let me enchant either our

Sword or staff here we can try doing our staff on breaking and spell power I’m guessing that’s just going to increase the amount of damage we do which would be great and I’m keeping our Wizardry gear safe and let’s see where we want to put our portal I guess just next to our

Mind chapter would be completely fine there we go and Flint steel boom so our portal is ready let us go and get some blaze rods for a brewing stand and oh boy oh boy oh boy yeah I’m not liking our spawn too much let’s see if we can

Take a look at the map we have uh Bastion remnants and a lot of lava here okay well the good news is I’ve gotten out of the tunnel that we were in oh my goodness here we go okay oh boy so I guess there’s not really any amazing way

To try to find another Fortress we can just search I don’t know what that wolf does oh and I’m getting ganged up on by that endoskeleton yeah we’re gonna take you out buddy Goodbye Oh and it dropped a demon horn and a snake tongue so these things we
