Surviving 100 Days in Winter: Minecraft Hardcore

This is an infinite winter World covered in blankets of snow for the next 100 days I’ll be trying to survive against armies of mutant zombies they can see through blocks and have a wicked sense of smell there’s no hiding and they’ll try to hunt me down from anywhere in

This video I try to survive and make it through this winter apocalypse I’ll need to stay warm to avoid freezing and I especially need to stay hydrated since there’s thirst in this mod pack too I’ll also make a sturdy shelter custom weapons and build a compound to protect

Me from the never ending zombies this was a really fun mod pack to play and had a lot of surprises so stay tuned to find out what else happens happy holidays and enjoy the video all right and it is the start of a new 100 days but I have no time to waste

Because I only have a couple minutes of a grace period before I start freezing to death and the first thing I need is some wood as always I guess okay there are some cows which is really good since I do need some to be able to make fresh water so I don’t die

I do need some Stone as well I got enough Cobblestone so I can make a furnace and a full set of tools so there we go there are my tools and then we will make the furnace later because I need to googie wood in those cows I

Don’t know if those bison things hurt me so I’m just going to stay away from them I do need four leather though okay I just need to find another cow but I’m not sure if there’s another one nearby so I’ll just run this way this mod is

Really hard to survive I made it extremely dangerous for it would be more fun so I just need to be careful I need to collect a couple of things off the bat and one of those things are actually some sand I have about 5 minutes of this climate grace period effect which will

Make it so I’m safe for now and in that time I just have to keep finding cows and maybe some wool too hopefully or another cow okay so if I get this cow real quick and this one cuz why not and a third okay I can craft a couple of

Pouches that hold water oh another cow sure and then I need to go to the water and just get some of this I don’t think I can drink this water yet it’s not entirely safe but I do need it to be able to regen so I’m going to take some

For now I’m going to grab some extra wood okay and there’s a zombie so the way zombies work is that they can hunt me down by my scent and if I take damage they can hunt me down by that they can like see me through walls and stuff too

It’s just really difficult so I’m going to have to watch out for zombies at all times oh and to make it a little more difficult daytime only lasts 5 minutes as well so I have 5 minutes of sun each day where there won’t be as many zom

Zombies but zombies also don’t burn in the sun which will also be a problem since it’s turning nth time I’m going to go ahead and set up a temporary Camp I’m going to hide on top of all these trees just going to make sure I collect enough

Wood actually I think I’m going to hide underground okay there we go I have a Hut to hide in so I’ll place my crafting table make a furnace I’ll go ahead and start making some charcoal zombies should be coming any second now yep just as I was talking about it okay I don’t

Think the zombies can mine blocks or anything thankfully but just going to place some slabs to hopefully keep me safe and now since I have some charcoal I will make a campfire which will keep me warm I think and tomorrow I have to find wool or I’m just going to be I’m I

Don’t know I’m not going to be able to live I have 1 minute left of that climate effect and let me cook all my food with this charcoal I just made okay I don’t know why there’s so many zombies also zombies are the only monster that

Spawns and since I have a mod that enables me to get weapons such as rifles that shoot pellets like um water balloons or something like that they don’t actually shoot water balloons you I just don’t want to say any mean terms that might get my video to be less

Favored anyways I’m going to get some water guns later and they do take down the zombies pretty well just the one bad thing about it is that you need gunpowder for that and creepers are disabled so zombies have a 50% chance to drop one gunpowder to make sure that I

Will be able to get ammo for my water guns all right my steak is almost done melting so next up is my sand I just got to make another piece of charcoal first okay I just realized I’m really low so I can’t take damage I’m going to go ahead

And craft this water machine and I think I’ll be able to regen oh no I have to melt sand first yeah I forgot and I’ll keep hitting the zombies until then okay did I get all the stuff I need how do you craft this thing okay I need five

Glass not one okay I went ahead and crafted the water purifier just takes five glass and stuff I’ll show you guys right here and I’m making some more charcoal and I’m smelting my water and I should be able to drink this yes and I can finally Reen my hearts I think I

Should not be wanting to killed by a zombie anymore I think it’s also daytime so hopefully I can leave my house I’m not actually sure if I can I already need more water that’s kind of crazy okay can this drop if I break it yes I think everyone is done attacking me how

Many zombies are left left is that it okay let me break all my stuff the night is over also for anybody curious night time also only lasts 5 minutes I’m not going to be doing any sleeping so hopefully I can stay alive and I can pick up items like campfires so I don’t

Have to keep making them but I will have to keep making them cuz I don’t want to carry a campfire all the time but I’ll keep making them either way cuz I don’t want to have to carry around a campfire cuz I won’t be able to hit zombies and

This is kind of a situation where I need to hit a zombie cuz they’re chasing me yeah this is going to be really difficult and I’m already freezing to death okay I’m going to have to think of what I can do to stay alive this campfire should be

Keeping me warm though I’m not sure what’s happening okay unfortunately I guess I made the mod pack a little bit too difficult and you need wall armor to be able to survive I think so I gave myself the bare minimum that I need to survive because if not honestly it just

Be kind of boring cuz i’ have to roll for a seed until I get the perfect spawn but like this I won’t be dying to the temperature and this has durability so I still need to go get the Sheep I just won’t die and have to find sheep on the

First 5 minutes somehow so I think it’ll be better like this so I did go ahead and give myself those items for it will be possible to pass the first bit of this challenge but don’t worry because the challenge is still extremely difficult since I need to find some

Items still and it’s almost night time already I think this snow just makes it too cold so these two pieces of wall armor will help me and I always need to be wearing this wall armor to keep my s warm so that means I won’t be able to

Wear a full diamond and I’ll be even more susceptible to the zombies damage or if I don’t even know if that’s a word to be honest anyways feel free to attempt this challenge uh on your own and see if it is possible I mean I know

It is possible but I just have to find sheep I would have to find sheep in the first day and this SE doesn’t have any sheep okay it’s almost night time again I have to Bunker down just have to pick a spot okay I don’t know if there’s time

To pick a spot I need to get more water and I make a little hole here again oh my go go the zombies are already here okay I don’t have my campfire I think I can survive without it so it’s okay and it’s just outside when I wake up I’m

Going to have to be drinking water this entire 100 days like the water goes down so fast okay I already need more water and I’m going to take one piece of charcoal for some torches because I want to be able to see you guess I’ll just

Mine a bunch of area down here cuz I’m not sure what else to do there’s so many zombies above me oh my gosh and the thing is I can’t even go mining because the zombies are going to be in the cave so I don’t know how I’m going to survive

This is going to be really difficult as I’ve said especially since I need to keep getting water and I can barely stay warm I just have the Bare Essentials and the zombies are really loud above me I think it’s time I start slapping them up come on zombies come and get some hits

While uh my stone sword broke I was not expecting that to happen I will make another one wait are the zombies dying cuz there’s too many of them in the same block oh they’re standing my campfire nice I’ve collected 29 gunpowder already so that should help me make some

Ammunition to be able to deal with these guys too ooh I chain chest plate when my gold one breaks that’ll be useful well at least XP won’t be very difficult to get since there’s a Zombie Farm at all times coming to me this is crazy it’s

Like a mob grinder at night I can just Farm XP here okay I need to start think of what to do next I guess I can just collect Cobblestone while I wait for it to turn day it will probably be like this for a couple of days but then I’ll

Be able to fend off the zombies so I won’t have to hide underground every single day which will be good I also need to collect some food tomorrow I need to remember that I’m running out okay the night is finally over it’s time to get out of here okay there’s a couple

Of zombies left but I should be okay I’m going to just break my campfire okay I got to go now I do not have any time to waste and I will grab some more water and purify it later if I find More Cows I can make more cantens too okay another

Zombie please don’t hurt me oh my gosh I need more water to regen that should be fine for now hopefully at least okay there’s still zombies coming to me this is why I said it was hard because the zombies just don’t stop coming even when it’s day they stop spawning because they

Can’t spawn in every single block but they can still spawn some places and they will come find me from where they are so I just need to get a base set up soon and then I should be able to Auto Kill the Zombies somehow with traps and

Things like that at another zombie wo wo wo wo chill dude okay I almost just died and lost all my progress I got to keep drinking and eating yeah I mean is there a way to get like more water because my water runs out so fast I will look into

That hopefully there’s a way another zombie so if you lose one water drop you can still regen what about one and a half do I keep regening okay I can’t regen anymore my water is almost gone I need to go underground again soon h no C

Cows or sheep yet oh my gosh my wall armor is almost broken I need to find more sheep and I cannot get hit by zombies that is just something that is not allowed anymore okay what is this there’s a chest here okay some gold armor I’ll take that protection for

Chest plate but there’s nothing else there I have to keep looking oh my gosh there’s pieces of coal there’s two zombies coming though okay did I really only get to get two coal these zombies are starting to make me mad no sheep yet I’m getting really unlucky I guess

Where’s there’s just no animals what do these birds drop a feather I’m really sorry for doing what I just did guys maybe they dropped food or I don’t know wool or maybe even just string that would have helped look the zombies are just coming to me from all angles I

Think I made this challenge too difficult but I will beat it I’m determined oh my gosh I have to run I can barely outrun the zombies oh my gosh wait why is that guy faster behind them is he faster or is that just me okay please please please don’t kill me oh my

Gosh I found sheep I don’t even have shears yet and if I did have shears I think I wouldn’t even be able to Shear them fast enough I think I might store freezing if I’m in water honestly I don’t know and I do not want to figure

Out though oh another Pig a bunch of pigs and a sheep okay I need to get all these guys fast hopefully the zombies just are stuck in the water and they can’t even get to me yes animal Paradise come on I need to get all these guys I

Do not have any time okay come here cow and pig oh my tools are about to break I don’t think the zombies are coming again at last I’m free for 1 minute because it’s about to turn night time okay I don’t see anything else I see one more

Sheep that’s good two more sheep um oh my gosh oh my gosh I’m going to die oh dude what just happened what I need to hide I need to hide what do I do it’d be better if I can get underground somewhere for when it turns daytime I don’t think that’s

Going to be possible though I have to set up a shelter in the trees okay I’ve just been melting all my stuff it is about to turn day but look at all the zombies and listen to them I can’t even leave my house there’s so many

Zombies down there so I’m not sure what I’m going to do but I’m going to finish smelting and then I might just run for the ocean I don’t really know also my wall armor has only 11 and 13 durability so if I get hit 13 times I’m going to

Freeze to death I didn’t even know the durability was that low I think I also go ahead and make one more canteen so I have plenty okay it’s daytime now and the zombies are still there I have two pieces of pork left and then I’m just

Going to try and run into the ocean and hopefully it works one piece of pork there’s a skunk down there maybe he can help me okay it’s now or never cuz if I wait till the next night there will be even more zombies hopefully I do not

Perish okay all the zombies see me now but they’re going slow for some reason I can run away I should probably refill my water while I’m down here and I think I’ll mine a tree or two as well since I don’t think I have a lot of wood left

I’m so far away now I don’t think the zombies are probably even spawned anymore some more sugar canane I’ll take that and I’m almost out of water so I have to stop and refresh all of these in the water purifier good thing I have three cantens now though I think it’s

Almost night so I’m going to go ahead and dig down right here and then maybe I’ll mine around for iron and hope I get lucky and find some I’m also going to start purifying all my water cantens and I have three in totals so hopefully that

Will last me the whole next day and zombies have started spawning so I think I’m going to craft a sword and get some free XP off them I finally just found iron but I think it’s only three or okay it looks like it’s five and I don’t

Think it’s that close to daytime so I’m going to smelt it while I’m down here hiding okay it is finally daytime so I just got to get rid of these zombies and I should be able to leave again I also have to go get my furnace and I need to

Clear out some of these inventory slots cuz I have a full inventory now I probably don’t need feathers and I probably don’t need rotten flesh for now I also got an iron shovel from a zombie I didn’t realize till now okay so which way was I going I was going this way so

We’ll keep running goodbye zombies I think there’s like three left oh my gosh there’s a zombie chasing me and I can’t get hit because I only have a couple pieces of durability left to my armor and I need this armor to be able to survive so I just have to run away and

Look for more sheep I only have six wool right now it looks like I found a bigger Forest over here so I’m not sure if sheep can spawn here or maybe sheep can just spawn anywhere I’m not sure I’m going to take my boat and explore around

A little bit just found this cave which probably has some iron exposed that might be able to get a little bit easier I do see five zombies though so I don’t know if it’s worth it what about right here some copper I already have like a

Stack of copper though come on I need iron I think I should go get that sheep that I saw over here cuz I don’t know if the zombies can reach me oh no accident fell I got to eat oh I need a drink actually okay there’s two sheep actually

I could make shears I think that gives you more wool so that’s probably worth it I got two from that guy any more around here another sheep only one wool I think though if you kill him what is thatting me a zombie are you joking no

Wonder ability left oh my gosh this is bad I guess I’ll stay in the trees for now there’s another cave right here maybe I can see some iron no no easy Iron at least there’s none in this wall either maybe the Y level is too high it looks like it’s turning night time

Actually I should probably get down okay this is a good hiding spot just need to place some torches and I should be safe overnight ooh some water oh is that water cave oh wait that’s exposed okay what else is in here I don’t know if zombies can spawn here so I think I

Could make some doors and go explore that place oops I just ruined my canteen that I was using okay I will purify some more and I have nine wooden doors so I’m going to try to go down here and hope I don’t get ambushed by zombies while the

Zombies started fighting their way down and I didn’t see any iron I don’t think it’s worth it okay since I have one durability left to my helmet I will make another one since I’ll probably get hit pretty soon tomorrow’s goal is just to keep trying to find iron I think that’s

A little bit of a cave looks really dangerous though let me just mine this coal okay I don’t want to stay here too long I think that’s probably enough coal I got like a big portion of this but zombies could be tracking me so I do not

Want to stay here for that long I think I’m going to need gravel to make concrete for an item to make weapons later so I’m going to go ahead and grab some of this while I’m here I’ll probably mine maybe at least 32 I’m not

Idea I’m going to go ahead and steal three of these logs before they melt and if I make a campfire okay I need a piece of coal too okay but if I make a campfire like this okay I need sticks okay now I can tell you guys the plan if

I make a campfire and place it here I should be able to mine up and zombies will just jump in I can make some trap doors well I can’t do it anymore so hopefully wait I can do it here I got to do this and then go into crawl mode yeah

Need to get this this is free okay it was literally a single piece so rest in peace any more though this is a pretty good spot for it to spawn I’m going to check real quick okay there’s nothing here that sucks I really thought there’d be at least another piece but

Unfortunately I did waste a little bit of time it happens though I will find iron it’s just not going to be there what is that I’m going to go check this out this is a very interesting structure and it looks like there could be Iron again but will there be who knows ooh

More of the Lush cave up here so I’m going to go ahead and try to get into that too okay I just found another part of this cave and there is a m shaft so hopefully I find melons in the chest then I can go back home there’s also

Some diamonds and I should get the gold as well if there’s any I just don’t see any yet but there should be some down here there’s even more diamonds over there and some gold I also see a CP P of gold up here and it looks like the M shaft

Entrance so maybe I’ll just wait on that gold and see if I can go up that ladder to get it cuz I’m going to go check the M shaft now okay I found a spider nest down here there’s also a chest in the corner hopefully he has something good

Doors over it I should be P the pumpkin here too and it will grow directly in front of the seeds I don’t think you can actually bone pumpkins only the seeds so I’m going to go ahead and do that and fill this whole thing up with seeds then

Keep building it for melons will start growing okay all the melon seeds are there now I will wait for the melons and continue mining this up I think I’m also going to extend this beam up one block cuz I kind of like how this ceiling is

Armor will probably survive unless I get hit a bunch of times and don’t get any XP cuz it doesn’t break that fast so I won’t have to keep making armor anymore there’s a bunch of mobs waiting in that grinder so I’m going to go get all that

XP as well which will give me from level 12 two level 16 yeah I also got my armor repaired the diamond ones too from just getting moms throughout the night so that’s nice there’s also more monsters jumping into the pit maybe I can go get some more free

XP I am at level 21 now or 20 if I get level 30 I could try enchant some more weapons cuz I actually like the trigger finger enchant cuz this is it with a rifle it can just Spam really fast I might make some attachments for this gun

Planning on going to the stronghold but I mean the easiest boss I can think of to go to is the Ender Dragon and I kind of want to see how much damage I can do to it how fast so I’m kind of just doing
