Hello hello hello everybody and welcome to my brand new Skyblock series brought to you by mine saga I’m playing on the mind saga servers and I gotta say guys I’ve been poking around for a little bit here obviously Skyblock is not something I’ve normally done in fact I’ve never Done Skyblock in my life so I know nothing about it but I am pretty pretty excited about starting here okay you started with some basic supplies here a couple torches and stuff like that nothing no surprise there but this is not your normal you know plain old Skyblock server here where you’re just Doing things for the fun of it this is they got an actual interesting little thing here and then maybe this is normal I don’t know but I think it’s cool you can actually like there’s a shop associated to the server okay so everything we do here we can buy and Sell we can buy what we want with limitations of course and more importantly we can sell things okay so like we can sell things to the store to make money and this is all about like leveling up our our island with profits and things like then unlocking new Things which I know nothing about but we will learn as we go and it seems pretty cool now obviously this is sky bar because as for those of you that don’t know we have a very limited set of area I think it’s a hundred by hundred it Says on the right hand side there so we got to use our space wisely and and take advantage of things now I have started already here and I have made a super amazing cobblestone generator here I not I couldn’t take it I couldn’t give the word here which took me about 20 minutes Because I have no idea how to make a cobblestone generator but we have it and now I believe we have our little lava under there oh oh okay see I’m already I don’t even know what’s happening here you guys have to bear with me because I Do not I’ve never done Skyblock but I have some interesting ideas and I think I will be good at it oh oh hi oh yeah by the way check it out random ores will very rarely appear I don’t want this to go in the lobby I want this to hey did I Get it or did it go in the hole oh crap alright I got I got to do this better in a way they 100 percent guarantee or I wonder if I could I wonder if I could I hop er actually let’s see here red sir shop okay bye hopper for a Thousand okay that’s a tenth of my money but something tells me that it’s gonna be worthwhile because I’m gonna lose a lot of stuff let’s go let’s go we bought a hopper oh wait did we know we didn’t how does this work add one at 10 set to 64 okay Half the price confirm transaction cancel transaction buy more let’s do add one okay and we have oh wait no no no no okay that’s cuz the two let’s take it back to their okay we’re already good at one confirm transaction BAM did it work alright I got this we have 9k now okay so that’s the thing so let’s put this under here now like that hopefully that’ll work now so now when we break ebrake e and brekkie breaky and break your break e you get three cobble in there we have to cobble in there oh One went in here okay got it okay so that’s step one um we need to think about what we’re gonna do here to make some money and like I said we’re gonna be learning a lot as we go here but my gut tells me these two guys these two Guys right here are the important ones right here we have one cactus okay and I can buy some little lures it we can buy some sand okay for pretty cheap I can buy a couple of hundred of these things am I really prom do you probably I don’t Know probably not but I could buy a bunch there and we’re gonna make a little cactus farm because that is a fully automatic afk way to make a whole ton and honestly we might go big here we might go big I mean if I if I the other Thing I should say I learned oh it’s getting night time how do I turn on why is that not working hello I’m trying to hit f3 g and no no dice okay well that’s supposed to turn on 3G right why why are you not working it is A 3G right supposed to turn on chunk borders anyways I gotta to get to figure out how to get that turned on and we’re gonna we’re gonna build our cactus farm all within one chunk because I have learned that you have to when you’re afk you only get like one chunk the chunk You’re standing in is the one that will process I believe there’s a lot of optimizations on the server like mobs don’t spawn I guess and those that do you do spawn don’t have an AI so there’s really no risk of dying unless you jump off the Island which I have no idea what would happen if you did so I need to start thinking about making some money here so and food I need food to I got some steak but I don’t know if that’s gonna be enough we gotta get some food I guess I Could plant I can plant these guys in a cave and just wait for them to grow and then make mushroom stew but I think when I chop down some of this tree gather some cobble here and start thinking about a cactus farm all right so I’ve Dug out some of the tree quite a bit of top there actually we’ve got now stack and a half or so of logs so we’re good there we got okay first diamond it didn’t go in the lava that was a bonus and I got some iron some iron ore popped Out of the cobblestone generator I guess and like I said it also generates other ores so we got some iron out of that and some coal so we’re doing a little something-something here I want to get some food going now cuz cuz starving would be bad I don’t think that’s Something that sounds appealing to me right now so let’s do this like that and some of this and some of that and this alright now what we can do here is punch all the stuff back see I don’t know I don’t even think I want to deal with Wheat wait who’s got time to eat right so let’s let’s just go shop food and I think we should just buy some potatoes and get a little potato the little potato action going here I think I have no idea why have 19k listen back I had 9 K howdy what 10 K money just fell in my lap I have no idea why that happened that’s weird ok anyways let’s let’s buy some some taters how about that let’s go yeah how about well we’ll add I went to the stack of 64 gonna cost me was Transaction here let’s say I was gonna 1600 yeah that’s too much remove removed ten room ten room ten we’ll go with 34 maybe how about we’ll do that 800 deep tables $800 for the potatoes let’s let’s do it I’m probably gonna regret all this vicious spending here already but anyway can you you Can’t possible okay obviously I didn’t even know if you could if you could hold puzzle or not all right so let’s dig some of this out get a little farm going here take this wood I think in the end I’m just gonna tear up this whole island so any Major stuff I do that I feel is like permanent will not be on this island I think I want to go down where it why 73 here and I want to take it down all the way to light zero I think and that’s what happens when someone turns the Shower on while you’re recording in the tango residence hmm this is quite possibly the worst cobblestone generator ever because you have to sit around like break wait break and you see that I even broke the dirt back there that time that’s pitiful so I think what I wanna Do is double this up let’s try and go with I bought another lava bucket because I want to keep it symmetrical I mean don’t we need you yeah I probably do anyways I don’t let’s do that and then we’re gonna say I got another hopper here too let me put a just put This here for you now just to block that block of that I want to get a hopper where’s my shovel that shovel sold me alright let’s do that and that oh let’s pour some other hopper right here it is alright right shift-click that into there now that’s gonna make That flow out there let’s see here I want it ring this and cobble make it a little bit more official here how about we do like that I’m not sure where I’m gonna dig from though that’s the thing let’s do some of this I look at this a Little bit fancier in a second I think we’re gonna go do I need another water source here probably not if I just do let’s say this is gonna be we’re gonna make a mess here probably let’s see what happens okay we got that and that’s Right on top of I think right so if I break this now get that we got that okay good is this a thing now can I just go one two yes okay one two Oh feel the rhythm uh-uh it’s like a rhythm game one two okay maybe not so that’s gonna get a Lots gonna go into that lava though there’s probably a better way to do I wonder if there’s a way to a hundred percent make sure that nothing goes in the lava I’m not sure there is probably not that hoppers are helping quite a bit though I think and then now we got our Bits right here okay that’s definitely an improvement I might even want to go three eventually yes yeah I think that one went in a lava there hmm all right we’ll play this yeah it goes yeah we went three wide this works a lot better here so basically just Carolina reset here one two three okay I can now go one second by the way I’m turning chat off because there’s just so much spam but sometimes you have to turn it on because there’s like all these there’s all these uh help commands and stuff and things I need to Learn like help three didn’t help too and help all this and apparently I can fly and I didn’t even know it I’m not even sure I want to yet or not if you guys want me to fly let me know should I fly or not and look there’s all this Voting spam and everything I’m gonna turn it off so jet and where’s it where’s it scale let’s turn that down keep that off okay so anyways I went three wide on the cobblestone generator with three hoppers underneath so basically it’s got one two three one two three and that way it Always you bet you pretty much never have to wait for a block to spawn if you just stick in this order if I if I just keep going in the front and sometimes as I’m digging yeah you see like as I start to dig out one block then the block in Front will spawn and reset my dig timer so it’s better to just do one two three and then just keep going in waves like this and you pretty much never have to wait now so we got a decent supply of cobble going here I say we kick up our Our furnace smell terrific ation process here let’s get some more of those going well double up here go eight and then we’ve got one more sure why not alright where’s all my coal that’s all we got a 16 coal alright so I got some there 23 iron there I’m doing good we’re doing Good but the diamonds but diamonds are like super easy to get so I’m guessing we’ll never use more than diamond gear I don’t know I think we just want like regular enchantments like can I just buy can I just buy enchanting stuff like can I buy let’s see what would I need I Would need an obsidian block which 2500 that’s a bit pricey right now I need four of those who are obviously not doing that yet and we need let’s say mob drops where is it ok so we need some leather and I think sugar cane would be we have a sugar cane Once we start I just actually start growing that probably let’s get that growing here can I put that next to my water over here maybe about in there we go sugar cane go for it then become fruitful you know what instead of buying I’m sitting in for 2500 why don’t we Just buy a few lava buckets one to them alright for lava buckets lava buckets done and we go over here I’ve made a infinite water source I just super high-tech here and we’re gonna we’re gonna decorate we’re gonna go1 wait some will sell 1 2 3 4 and oh Wow lava buckets stack check it out I didn’t realize that ok that’s good 1 2 3 4 bring this and we should have 4 obsidian Hey problem solved just save 10,000 10,000 ok so we got the four obsidian that we need we have the two diamonds we just need the book so let’s See mob drops get me a piece of leather one yes and let’s just go back out to here and you know what why not why not we it’s it’s wood it’s easier just buy stuff ok what did I just do there oh I wanted to do too okay now we got the Three I think we’re good alright now I can do oh that’s only one paper no research paper we might do what am i doing alright we’re gonna make make a book I said make a book okay and I think let’s see where some diamonds at I don’t even Know what like is this the normal path like isn’t it an enchanting table the right thing to do here I don’t know okay let’s see what happens now I mean is it is it normal is there like okay everything seems normal I guess we should make some books Do I want to buy the sugar cane yeah Wow okay there is so much to learn here that is just kind of hidden I need you guys got to help me out help me out with all the all the commands that I don’t know about apparently like I just learned That there’s crates crate keys and stuff and all these different kinds of crates that I can open up and I guess you could like buy these too but I have I have three drop party crates so I think it’s time to have a drop party I Don’t know I think we should left click and open a crate I receive I received a multi pick what oh this time light this pick this pickaxe will destroy it through but what Oh hack mode X mode engaged oh my gosh okay what else what else they Gonna give us more drop parties I got a bank note for 50,000 coins and money’s all right uh what else am I gonna win hey how about another amazing pick okay that just happened that just happened don’t need that in chanting setup anymore oh now we need to step up our we Could do a 3×3 bite okay hold on now now we need to make a crazy cobblestone generator I think all right thought process needs to happen all right I’m guessing this words like I expect let’s say here yeah oh my gosh no no no I lose My hoppers oh man do that that thing is just okay hoppers Berta ‘fuck ated cuz I don’t know my own power I’ll have a moment of silence to commemorate our valued friend and and trusty cobble generator you were with us for some through some good times and some tough Times and you served us well my friend thank you and moving on from that stupidity to the next so I’m gonna put this picture good use now and I actually want to see what we can do here so let’s go let’s just go down here a little bit okay and I want To see oh by the way I planted my mushrooms over there they’re probably all grown I want to see what this thing can really do here cuz I think honestly I don’t need a cobblestone generator when I have an island I’m standing on and this this Pick yeah look at this thing look at this are you kidding me right now Bam Bam Bam Bam oh when I don’t get the stump do I get stone hold on am I getting that stone or not 6464 carry the two all right 360 fours and a 14 oh it Doesn’t give me the stone okay so that’s how oh never mind gives me all the stone plus more apparently wait what the heck 50 I have 50 now this should give me 27 cobble tonight like hello pick up uh gave me 14 it gave me like 18 cobble I Don’t know what’s happening right now okay but we’re getting the cobble I think right that should be yeah Lois this is ridiculous okay all the stone is being had so I want you can I even build okay I got to see if I can make steps with this thing unless I go something Like that like this switch to the crappy no whoops I gotta carry the other one on me this is painful all right what I want to do now is start focusing on the the cactus farm so let’s see here the border is right here you Can see over the corner I don’t how well you can see the corner is like over there basically I want to go put it in the corner and I want to put it down at Y basically zero down there or like Y 5 is what I want to do and this islands Gonna go away completely we’re gonna start from the ground level and work our way up as we build more and more automated farms at least that’s the plan so what we need to do I think is let’s see I don’t wanna do this let’s put some Of these on the bar and we’re going for a little ride now I do have you know what I do have the fly command I think fly am i what the that’s happening that’s the thing all right I don’t know how you guys feel about me using this Oh look at that that’s nice little beaver down here it’s all pokey what is this we got clay on the bottom okay well there’s a lot of source of clay down there so I want to I want to set this thing down here where’s my Y height 42 like Right down here what I want is to get a block down here I’m guessing there may be a magic way of setting a block here but I’m gonna do it the the old-school way and just start placing off of this and drag it over to there and I’m gonna Get a little slimy Jabby here you go well I just opened another crate and I thought I was recording but I didn’t but we got a key for a a basic crate whatever that means the other ones were like drop party crates oh we still gotta Figure out how to do this what do we do with this do we right-click just it do we do we just just hold on maybe I don’t I can’t give you a mic giving my money yeah ah did it go somewhere no idea which is that oh there goes 38,000 That’s quite nice okay we opened up another crate and we got this thing check it out a hopper charm this charm can be applied to a hopper to increase the transfer rate of item travel in the hopper so I’m pretty sure you’re limited by the amount of hoppers you can have on Your island again for server performance reasons we’re about to make a cactus farm that’s gonna be huge like super massive tall and it’s all gonna come down to one one hopper where all the items funnel through so this may actually be really swell I have no idea How to apply this to a hopper or something it sounds amazing but we’re definitely gonna hold onto this thing alright getting these supplies for the supplies getting the supplies for the cactus farm pretty straightforward stuff I got a bunch of slaves yeah bees already obviously we need some sand now So how much the same ten come on give me give me by 10 San yeah whatever that’s fine we’re gonna get way more than that later but let’s that’s enough to get us started here like I can’t I can’t drag Oh cuz I’m in the store so okay sand and I’ve crafted some fence gates I think that’s pretty much all we need I might want to get some some glass I think I think I think they hold on let’s hear uh is there a guy here it is how much is our oh yeah this cheap Stuff too let’s do it let’s do let’s just do that and that yeah 64 let me grab some more of those actually stack that up good all right two stacks of green glass I like that let’s get building tier 0 of the beginnings of our cactus farm here and We are at Y 10 right now which is a good height because I have a little space to do like a collection area below this which we’ll get to island is way up there here so you can see yeah we’re at Y 10 now we are kind of in the corner of Our our location our plot I guess you could call it you see the corners right there I’ve moved it in a little bit here and they turned that border off because that’s super annoying now the reason I move this in a little bit now I’ll turn On the debug what do you call it there the the chunk borders there so you can see a chunk starts right here where this block is okay and I move this you know like so it’s not centered on the trunk because the first cactus is gonna go There so that’s all that matters is that first cactus is gonna go just inside the the chunk boundary there and those chunks there that chunk and this chunk I mean those actually go outside our borders this is the first full trunk inside our plot within your you know as Close as we can get to the corner so we’ve got our first little area down here the idea now we’re gonna grow sixteen stacks of our 16 pumpkins pumpkins when I say 16 cactus per level of the farm here so I bought some sand we place the sand down on all these guys Like so let me get them down real quick here Oh bless you there and see one two three four five six okay and then we’re gonna put the cactus on top and of course I forgot to buy more cactus that’s okay we’ll take care of that a little bit The cactus go like that and they they’re gonna grow and when they grow one block extra they’re gonna pop off because let’s see how do we want to do this um probably just get some cobble going like this I think okay can I can I do that Okay no no is this because of the oh is it’s one thirteen where they allowed you to put the fence gates right so that’s gonna pop that of course there you go alright so I got to put a block underneath though because we’re not in one thirteen code base yet but that’s Okay so I put all those there and then I open them up so what this does is it gives us a block that will cause the cactus to break when it opens but it provides no collision volume whatsoever so this is actually better than a lot of Farms out there so when the cactus grows it can’t bounce into whatever is there it just it’ll be able to go in any direction obviously there’s nothing you can do to stop it from falling on top of itself actually there is there is you could if you want to do a separate farm It’s a lot more expensive them but you can actually get a hopper minecart in the same block as the sand and then it’s a 100 percent guaranteed to get every cactus but we’re going for volume here not for not for efficiency because it’s way too expensive so that’s pretty much The design now I put cactus all here and I put these trapdoors or the the fence gates in between each one and then the water streams go in these corners here now hang on let’s see here right in the middle right there is where all the Cactus and this is where the beauty this farm comes into play here so let’s see here hold on that water chute yep it goes right to the for the perfect smile music the infinite water source real quick here that one isn’t where it’s gonna go let me just real quick add These around the corners one there one there one there and actually let me let me just pick this up now there we go now but you should just have the corner there last one goes over here and all of the items now no it’s like no matter Where you throw an item in now it will find its way to that middle area there and fall down that central hopper so we’re in put a hopper right there leading into our chest storage which will be below and now also get the cactus in here it’s just a question of How high do I want to go yeah there we go there we go oh there we go active cactus doing cactus popping things there we go I believe that is our 13th cactus where is it where is it the hoppers are very slow on the server though 13 all Right we’re making profits here what would the green glass are on the outside I like the way that looks oh we have a 100% stackable design here now I’ll probably actually go let’s see go three and in the next level after this would be the double slab ujv on top of This guy I think so like I could go like this right yeah we could go I can actually go up one let’s see how long last night sighs I don’t have middle mouse click and it’s driving me crazy by the way oh also then the 3×3 picker that Thinks crap it’s annoying me it’s annoying me it’s good for clearing out my mountain but it’s just you can’t work with it it’s unbearable alright I think I could do like top slabs like this a single block man oh it’s cuz I’m built that’s cuz I’m not Standing on the ground that’s it hey smart guy over here alright I think that’s the design there for the next layer and then we just repeat the process like stuff that out sub that up more sand on top of that and then all the cactus will fall through this Center Call now obviously don’t need hoppers go all the way up it’s like gravity do its thing the only question now like I said it’s how hi to go and of course the answer is all the way to Y 255 so I start working the second level here and I realized I just ran out of resources I don’t have to go get more I’m not sure what the best fuel sources yet like sitting there at a cobblestone grinder just to get coal seems kind of pointless I’m realizing quickly that time is more valuable than money like I’m gonna have More money to throw at the problem then I’ll have time so I’m just gonna buy everything I think I just just burn away all my profits so that I can make more stuff to make more profits that kind of thing but I think in between episodes Guys we are going to take this thing and build it to the sky I did take down a good chunk of the tree over there by the way but before we go we have more crates we have a drop part to create and I don’t even know if I’ll get these other Crates or not I don’t up to random or not but we got a drop party crate which so far has been amazing to us I’m so curious what the even possibilities are here so hidden and I got $40,000 okay that just doubled more than doubled my My value there let’s see her okay take this do this with that over there there’s some of this and then right click and wait for 71k I am feeling next episode we’re gonna have like a million once this thing is cranking so thanks for watching guys as always I appreciate It and if you have any tips
