As you may know there are two different versions of minecraft there’s bedrock edition and java edition you may think well you can’t combine both right you can now today i’m going to show you guys how to join up java edition servers on minecraft windows 10 edition or pocketed edition This does also work on console edition but it is a little bit different and i will leave the link in the description on a tutorial on how to do that on console yeah the first thing you’re going to want to do is go to play and then servers um you’re going to want To scroll down here go to add a server the server name doesn’t really matter but i’m just going to put in geyser because that is kind of the name of the the method i’m using sort of for the server address you’re going to want to put in geyser connect dot Gq and for the port you’re going to want to have 19132 from here you can just click save and then go right into the server so yeah you’re gonna see all these servers pop up here um if you want add a server all you have to do is go to edit servers Uh scroll down to add a server you can put in whatever ip you want here of a java server so for example i’m just going to put in snapcraft.net you leave the port as it is it’s two five five six five click on bedrock server you’re gonna wanna leave that as online mode And you’re gonna click submit now it should um if you go back right here it should have this now on your list of servers and if you go ahead and click on that it’s going to bring you to this generating world screen it’s just going to load up uh server basically Now yeah here is the only other thing you’re gonna have to log into your java edition account yeah it’s obviously the one caveat to this whole process is you do need a job edition account so yeah just click login with minecraft and put your email and password in Obviously i can’t show mine but yeah you just put in all that stuff and it should let you into the server after this see i put in my stuff right here you’re just going to want to click submit and with that you are now playing a java edition server In minecraft bedrock edition now the only thing i will say about this is there are some servers you do not want to do this on like hypixel for example if you use this on hypixel there’s a good chance you’re getting banned because in bedrock edition there’s slightly different movement than java Which makes it so basically their anti-cheat thing makes it think that you’re hacking there are a few different servers that have this kind of thing going on so be careful on which servers you actually join with this method because you can get banned on your java edition account So be careful yeah other than that that is pretty much it for this tutorial um remember to leave a like if this did help you and i’ll see you guys later goodbye Video Information

As I’ve mentioned in the video, you should be careful when choosing which servers to go on using this method. Many bigger servers have anti-cheats which will perceive you playing on bedrock edition as hacking.
