Terrifying Zombie Apocalypse Mod Gameplay!

Hello everybody it’s me hocus and welcome to a brand new video this is the forge labs zombie apocalypse mod there isn’t really too much time for an intro because as you can see i’ve just loaded into the world here and oh my god we’re already being pursued by a bunch

Of these guys and um they look terrifying they look absolutely terrifying oh this is gonna be crazy and we’re experiencing a little bit of lag probably due to the shaders in the world loading in but uh that shouldn’t be oh boy look at this i’m actually pretty nervous i’m pretty

Nervous to play this not gonna lie but uh like i was saying a little bit of lag there probably due to the shaders and the world loading in but without further ado we we just need to get progressing onwards because we are under threat so what do we got here

Fatal cryos bunker of takaka i i have no idea what takaka is but what’s burning okay it’s just a fire in the garden that’s okay we we’re under uh we’re under a lot of stress at the moment so let’s go ahead and start i just exploring adventuring

Geez that is that is a lot of noise okay we got another book here i i wonder oh the books the books have writing in them does this one it does all right once we’ve uh once we found somewhere a little bit a little bit more quiet maybe we’ll take a look

To do really but we will continually be pursued by just hordes and hordes of uh nasty creatures welcome to siznay town we love our swans okay all right i actually just turned down the zombie sounds because they were very loud very very loud and i i don’t

Know what that’s gonna be like on your guy’s end so i don’t want it to be too unbearable but i think we might be able to go inside here and just see what’s going on it does say tools so probably some useful items oh that could have been a mistake

That was a huge mistake no no no no no uh oh oh that was that was tense that was a huge mistake and we just pretty much unleashed the entire horde we got to keep moving here though because they are closing in fast i don’t want to uh i’m kind of scared to

Go into buildings now because we’re just gonna get closed down so quickly here and we’re um i i don’t know how to pronounce that but this looks like somebody’s house we’re gonna go on the inside oh there is a spawner here that we should probably deal with quickly

Okay food food is going to be a priority because we are we are under massive threat we’re we’re low on hunger already or we’re losing hunger i should say and this is exactly what i was looking for so we should be able to just do this all right and do this

And there we go we can reuse the bowls as well so that’s always nice oh hello lava bucket and coal i’ll take that all right there’s all these uh all these assets in the game as well that look really cool like you’ve got some shelves

Here i don’t know if you can use them or not but uh nice and interesting mixes it up a little bit what have we got here oh rabbit stew hell yeah give me that and oh copper saber damage absorption and chest damage bonus 100 base weapon damage when the foe has no

Chest armor give me that oh boy look at this they have uh they have located me they know exactly where i am all right can we jump wait wait wait wait wait why does this water look so strange oh it’s giving me uh what is that oh regeneration

Nice nice this is actually good this is good i i was almost assuming that was gonna be something bad anyway let’s try out the copper saber oh yeah hello stay i need to pass through the bridge i i guess we’ll just come back to this part of the town

Um it’s it’s too dangerous right now we need to try armor up if we can i would say what i’m really looking for though is probably a small building that we can call home because as soon as it turns night i i have no idea what’s going to go on

Around here but i can’t imagine it would be something i want to experience sunset lemons crib oh there’s another spawner let’s go in and take that guy out and some golden leggings not not the best but i will certainly equip those can i please take those hell yeah give me those all right

Body parts are floating in there oh boy what have we got here so a bunch more buildings this is that mata matatutu i’m i believe oh okay we got like a ruined oh i don’t know why i’m laughing because damn outlander has got your got our boy meek verde

Interesting i i really like the design of some of these buildings and the assets they’re using i mean maybe a sensitive topic but uh pretty cool all right i see chest chests are what i’m after i’m gonna try and get in there and see what i can do about it grandma kelly’s storage

Facility got all the valuables in town all right let’s uh let’s see if they are true to their word i i like this i can i can just grab that sword what does it got on it nothing oh boy oh wait did it say it had sweeping edge or was that just uh

Oh sharpness three sweeping edge three awesome it’s got got a couple enchantments oh look at this wooden crossbow sick heavy bulk quiver and bolt of slowness oh can i passively supplies bolts apparently contains nothing can i like combine these how do i how do i put those in there oh here we go

Oh i’ve hit the mother lode a bow as well with a bunch of arrows nothing nothing nothing uh the sun is most definitely setting grandma kelly a former doom slayer are you willing to face hell uh what is there is no ladder right i don’t yeah i’m not jumping down there just yet

When we’re ready to die perhaps we’ll jump down there but right now i’m not ready to so let’s uh let’s maybe think about finding somewhere to sleep the night that might be our best bet right now okay this cabin this cabin looks far too convenient it looks far too convenient what the

Geez some of these noises are just insane like very scary what is this have they barricaded this place oh they’re hello zombie hello hello hello they have barricaded it i want to try to get in here real quick okay it’s uh it’s pitch black but there are beds

And we can sleep we’ve made the achievement for the advancement sweet dreams all right so that was uh that was convenient let’s maybe break one of these so that i can take it on the run with me because uh beds are gonna be valuable i’m also

Gonna grab these like why not hey we can use these we can use these as defense barriers hell yeah like what i’m aiming to do is find a building and just make a compound out of it i think that’ll be a pretty pretty sick idea pretty pretty you know zombie apocalyptic thing

To do and i’m about to whip out the crossbow again as well this thing’s just too fun all right here we go he’s got no arms did you guys see that he had no arms oh boy what a what a poor zombie straight to the face oh he didn’t die what

Now he’s dead what do we got here what do we got here some vines a door can i get in there please and probably close the door behind me oh we got a horse i am thinking that we want to leave this horse alive this is probably

A good mode of transport we’re coming back for you buddy we’re coming back for you you hiding anything else here though i see oh hell yeah here we go electrum rape here which is actually less damaging than the copper one we have some torches finally uh a saddle for the horse sweet

And spec snazz chest plate what oh baby oh baby oh baby all right now that i’m looking like a straight g uh what are we gonna do here there’s an anvil this actually might be worth taking along for the ride as well thank you thank you a little out house look at this

Little outhouse and you go in and there’s some pee in the bathroom oh disgusting oh cheeky little spawner let’s get rid of it and another chest marine chest plate holy moly and a golden sword uh we we want to make haste here because they are closing in again

All right i’m gonna probably just try to create a little bit of distance between myself and the zomboids so that we can wait a second nope no no i take it back we’re going to the roof we’re going to the roof boys oh there were stairs i completely missed

These last time i was in i i think i actually referenced them i might not have kept that in the video but i did reference the stairs that’s uh that’s dumb uh ruled pork chop i’ll take that just for the food now i’m feeling like

Most of these are gonna be empty but i should probably search them just in case all right raw fish i’m i’m not too interested with that another saddle we need two we’ll take two rabbit stew hot spring water bucket now is that that water that was healing me earlier if it

We need to we need to start looting so i think next move is going to be to search for a building that uh can be turned into a compound i think that’ll be a great idea uh what is this over here by the way we’ve got some pretty big buildings off

In the distance i mean look at this the hospital was that an h you know what uh scratch the hospital scratch that area over there i might save that for another episode just because i feel like it’ll be dangerous going into bigger buildings like that based on what i’ve experienced so far

Anyway this thing here though is intriguing me i’m not sure what it is in remembrance of in remembrance of our fallen friend mata tutu hooked venison chain helmet now that is gonna be oh wait wait wait hold on just a second right spetsnazz chess play i think

Has to take a backseat at the moment and so does marine chess play because look one armor one armor the santa costume is also one armor and oh you best believe i’m putting that on you best believe it we’re cosplaying santa in a zombie apocalypse map

Oh yes this is this is great now what else was in there uh still saber five points oh Okay all right so the rapier is actually quicker but it does less damage and the still saber does more damage and is the same speed so give me that oh we’ve already got mushrooms or oh no i put those in there i would probably take the venison then just

Oops just as a healing item now let’s get inside of this thing and just i don’t know check it out see what it is i’m hearing uh hella zombie noises got some barricades on the door i’ll grab a few more of those oh wait is this

Like uh is this like an old church or something why can’t i pick this barrier up by the way um a different type of barrier let’s uh throw something down it’s a rotated barrier that’s why i can’t pick it up oh boy this looks like a satanic

Is that supposed to be a trap that i just doesn’t do anything okay whatever this fire me all right this this video is supposed to be pg hey this video is supposed to be pg but uh it doesn’t look like there’s too much going on in here oh there is a ladder to

The roof all right now we’re talking now we’re talking boys and some chests helmet shovel axe i’ll come back for you gold wow so much gold and some gl a glowstone cross all right so uh this we can use this to ward off the zombies maybe the church i don’t know maybe the

Church would be a nice a nice area to build our compound i really i really don’t know you know if uh if there are going to be massive hordes at night if we’re gonna ever face any sort of challenges and if we do actually need a base that’s uh

Really really bulky and big you know i’m not entirely sure but uh here let me just make sure that we’re not leaving anything behind i think what we’ll do is we’ll place that barrier back down did we ever check out this building we were in this one for sure i don’t

Think we checked this one out um i don’t i do not like hearing pressure blades bogachan 32’s bar i think okay yes just the guys behind the bar that’s fine that’s fine die die yes kogachan 32 likes to hide their treasure underneath uh i don’t have anything to dig with so

I think uh we’ll leave that as it is for now but uh we definitely need to definitely need to remember that little sign likes to hide it underneath i’m guessing there’s going to be some buried treasure around here somewhere is this something over here it’s just like uh just a random block of

Lapis i’m again there might be maybe it’s under here there’s something under here maybe okay i i saw something i saw a little chesty what have you got for me oh baby 10.25 what andershield ah this is why we need the compound we’ve got no place to store

This stuff but i’ve got to take the halberd and try it this thing looks like a beast looks like night is approaching again so uh let’s quickly find some zombies to deal with before i shack down for the night you know what’s funny i can actually hear my stomach

Rumbling in the game because i’m hungry that is funny that’s a cool feature this uh just those subtle things like the the sounds and the uh the audibles very very subtle but amazing in terms of adding to the game i i hear a lot of growling too but i

Just don’t see any zombies well you know what we we will find some zombies in the morning let’s just uh pitch a bed down and get get to it look i genuinely oh i was about to say i genuinely cannot find any zombies and then this guy shows up hello

Oh snap he just got he got sliced up by this thing this is insane silver halberd so i’m gonna actually head back towards the original town that we started in and all of those zombies are still in the quicksand let’s just put them out there misery right

Oh i almost walked in there because my keyboard is a little bit messed up the d key is just not functioning so well it functions every now and again but sometimes it doesn’t work so if i try to strafe and run sideways it occasionally fails and you end up just running directly forwards

Instead kind of dangerous oh what is it nice so do zombies perhaps not despawn then because i feel like this is the horde that was chasing us on our way out of town the first time around and it’s still here so it’s kind of an interesting thing to keep in mind

But i i definitely feel better equipped now to kind of explore some of these areas especially with this bad boy wow look at it go just dice it enemies troll troll the alter family i who knows we’re we’re in we’re in yeah look at the fridge that’s awesome

There’s a basement and basements in zombie situ why does he have tnt is he gonna blow am i making a big mistake here ah no there goes my halberd already no i don’t want to get too close to the tnt guy i feel like he’s going to explode uh uh he is

Okay he’s dead he’s dead there better be some decent loot down here after that that was a lot of zombies man rookies helmet holy this is this uh this looks like some space age tech jesus look at it look at my look at my hud oh my this is crazy

And then there’s a randomizer an inductor weather sensor observer i think i’m gonna just i’m gonna you know what let’s put some of the maybe less useful items away for now and we can always come back for them we’re not going to be venturing too far away from these buildings

I’m definitely concerned about the amount of noise around me right oh that that really that generally made me jump then guys that genuinely made me jump use one of our back oh that scared the life out of me jesus i i was oh i was not ready for that that really scared me

When i’m making mint meat at these guys though it’s not not too much of a task oh yeah get him get him all right that was that was fairly uh apart from the slight scare it gave me that was fairly terrible all right ladies and gentlemen i think that is where we will

Wrap things up for today for this part of the zombie apocalypse forge laps mod play through and oh my it was a stressful stressful first time in this world i i can’t tell you guys this is super fun you should download it if you have the chance

More like a zombie apocalypse because in the real apocalypse we wouldn’t be building our own houses would we we’d be using other buildings to get stuff and to survive so just adds to the play through a little bit more i would say so if you want to see more of this be sure
