The END UPDATE is HERE! + Minecraft Trails/Tales V.6

A brand new update for trails and tales plus is here this update has been a lot to actually get released and we are so happy with how the update has turned out the update is a update that a lot of people have been asking for and that is

The end update we’ll cover a little bit more about that in a second but before we jump into the video I just want to say a few things the first thing if you actually have any bugs or suggestions there are three ways you can actually report them and you can see the three

Like And subscribe as there are many more updates coming to this mod and it does also really help out anyway let’s jump straight to the video so let’s Now quickly just jump into the end so we can actually see what is new now nothing has changed about lightting the portal you

Still need the Eyes of Ender and also nothing has changed about the end Island this main end island is the the same nothing has changed about this because we wanted to keep the Villa feel of the actual dragon fight now there is one change on this island that has a chance

To actually spawn just to make the dragon fight a little bit harder and that is none has actually spawned on this particular Island but I will show you that actually no one has spawned over here this is a new liquid source that spawns within the end it is made up

Of voer rocks which you can see right here and this is just a solid version of the actual fluid and you’ve also got Vo fluid which you can see and when you go inside of it it’s very pink and Misty now there is a bucket version for this

And you can pick it up within a bucket but when you actually with inside of it it does three things the first thing it does is it gives the player luck another thing it does when you actually enter the fluid if you are holding an item

With a coold down a cool down being that bar you saw over the end Pole where you cannot use another item for it will actually remove that cool down instantly as you can see if I enter the fluid it lets you remove the cool down so as you

Can see I can now actually spam ender pearls because there is no cool down but you have to be within the fluid for that to work and then the final thing it does which is a negative it actually drains your XP while you are within the fluid

As you can see my XP is slowly draining now it is draining very slowly but that’s because I’ve actually given myself a th000 levels if I was on let’s say like level 17 or something it will drain a lot quicker and then the final thing about this is this new actual vo a

Rock can be lit to get purple fire so now we have just beat the dragon let’s now head to the outer end because that is where this update actually begins so let’s teleport through the actual Gateway and you can see that there are some changes and a lot of them so there

Are two new tree types when you actually come to the outer ends the first one is burden logs and then the second one is called vocal and these come in as you can see every single typee just like Oak does including boats chest boats signs and hanging signs and is also the same

With vocal as you can see vocal comes in every single type just like burden now the leaves of these actual trees or mushrooms are called sap and these actually have special properties to them and that special property is it will bounce entities on it as you can see it

Works kind of like slime blocks but more of a constant slime block block so it will continuously bounce the actual entity unless the entity is crouching as you can see because I’m crouching I’m not being bounced if I uncrouch I will actually be bounced now the range at

Which they bounce you is always the same there is no way to actually bounce higher you can bounce lower by holding space but there is no way to actually get higher and that is really all the trees do now as you can see just by looking around there are a load of

Actually new blocks there are some new vegetation blocks around the your end there are three of these as well the three new vegetation blocks is Nightshade rora you then have M rora and Amber RoR these spawn in three different biomes Amber spawns within end baronss this one spawns within the end Highlands

And this one spawns within the end Midlands and they do also have some flower types you have night shade uproots and then you also have if I pick block these ones you have night shade RoR growth and then all of these have exactly the same as you can see you then

Have Marv rora growth and also uproots and then if we head down here you also do have Amber RoR growth and Amber uproots you do also have one unique purple flower in the actual end Highlands and that is called Isa so now that is most of the actual vegetation

Blocks let’s quickly just cover a few little other things the first thing right here is screeching Vines these are a new fine block that spawns in patches these can be climbed and they basically just work like twisting Vines just with a new texture and the final thing is

This thing right here which does also spawn within the actual end balons we’ll cover a bit more about this in a second because this also does have more uses so now let’s actually cover new entities within this update the first entity which you can see over here is the

Snarling this is actually a mob from Minecraft dungeons it is a new Enderman family and as you can see it’s got the the goop on its back that actual goop is what this is this is snarling goo and snarling will actually place this goo at

A player’s feet and as you can see you get slowed down when you are standing on top of it so the snarling does use this as an attack to basically stop the player from escaping the snarling does also have Custom Sounds and also a drop so let’s quickly just kill it and drop

Is kind of rare but not too rare and the drop that the actual snarling has is the snarling eye which we’ll cover a bit more about that later on in the video because this does actually have a use that is quite good so the next mob we

Are actually going to cover is a mob that spawns in the small end Islands the little islands that you can see on the outer Island and that mob is if we quickly just find one they are not too rare this mob is the GH is a new version

Of the Phantom and it is added to the Phantom family it spawns in different sizes I think they’re fre sizes you have a medium size a small one and a big and these basically work exactly like Phantoms but these do actually have a drop we didn’t actually see what that

One dropped because it fell into the actual void so let’s quickly just take this one out and then we should be able to see if it doesn’t actually run you get ra ghl Wing load this can be cooked in furnaces campfires and smokers to get the cooked version and it works just

Like most other Foods it is a decent food source at least something so you can make it around the without dying if you did actually forget your food so now before we cover the rest of the entities because the other entities are actually locked behind some certain things the

Next block is per Stone per Stone will actually spawn in patches as you can see but there are two stages to this you actually have per Stone which is unpowered and as you can see that is a default version so if you was to break

One of these and pick it up it will become unpowered and as you can see this is the look of it when it is unpowered it’s a great texture to actually power it you literally just need to get a bucket of oiv and as you can see by

Doing that it does actually power the block which then makes it into the purple again now this don’t actually have any uses apart from just decoration it can actually read an output of a comparator when it is actually powered and when it is unpowered there will

Actually be no the next thing is bismi ore this spawns in little tiny patches around near end you can find it more commonly in the walls and also in the floors but you can also find it mixed within and on the surface and this is basically the ore of the end you can

Mine it with your pickaxe it can also be fortuned and this will actually give you if we quickly just look it will give you raw abysm you can turn the raw abysm into raw abysm blocks and you can also smell down into ingots and then craft them ingots into blocks of abysm which

You can see right there and you can also get abysm mium armor and tools as you can see right here now these are gotten from one abysm Ingot a abysm smithing template and then also some neite armor so you do actually need to get neite

Before you can get oymi but the reason I needed to Showcase abysm meum because this next block actually requires abysm in the crafting recipe so it requires one abysm meum ingot in the center it then requires four per Stone in the blocks like so and it requ Ires for

Endstone bricks and this will give you a endstone guardian block now this is a block that spawns a new mini boss so you place this down and it can be picked up so you can actually pick this up again and move it around if you want it is

Multi-use so how this works is once you actually place it down you then need to power it with a Voyer bucket which then as you can see it glows purple and it lets off this fire particle the fire particles will stay there until it’s activated how you activate it is you

Literally just right click it again so if we actually do that as you can see it will spawn the endent this is once again another mob from Minecraft dungeons and this is a mini boss it is not that overpowered but it is a decent difficulty and this mob when it is

Actually killed will drop the abysm smithing template that is a tempt we drop until we come up with a better item in the future now I’m actually going to go somewhere else to fight these just because I don’t want any other mobs to get in our way as this mob does have

Some cool actual attacks so maybe just going here will be good for now so the endent is a mob that is quite big now if you was to go let’s quickly actually just build up a few blocks I don’t want it to actually kill me but as you can

See it will actually let off flame particles and it will spawn in some watch Lings watch Lings are also a new mob with in this update which I’ll cover in a second but it will spawn in watch Lings and the actual endent will attack you as well so once it’s spawned in the

Watch Lings it will then charge at you trying to kill you as you can see it’s actually spawned in more watch Lings because it actually can’t get to me so it spawns the watchings as reinforcement and it will charge at you attacking you with its fists to try and obviously kill

You but it mainly lets the watch Lings do most of the damage now watch Lings also have a unique ability to them and that is is when they actually attack the player they have a chance of teleporting the player away most Endermen will teleport away themselves when they are

Attacked but the watch Lings will teleport the player away from them so then they have a chance to actually locate you again and get the first hit and that is I think it’s like a 30% chance to teleport the player away when they actually attack all these actual

Mobs do have custom idle animations hitting animations sound effects and also walking animations as well now if we actually take out the watch Ling the watch Ling will drop a unique item so let’s quickly just kill it and as you can see that item is right there this is

The Ender horn now the Ender horn does a certain thing and when you actually play it it plays the sound calling the traversa now the traversa is once again a new mob within this update but it only has like a I think 30 to 50% chance to

Spawn the mob so if we do it again yes as you can see it’s actually called a traversa and the traversa is a mob that you can actually jump on and ride you do need to get yourself a chorus fruit on a stick though which is crafted Just A

Chorus fruit and also a fishing rod and how the traversa works is if you are on the ground and you hold the fishing rod in your hand it will par fine to you and then you can actually click on it and ride it you do not need a saddle they

Are autom automatically saddled by default if I hold my w key as you can see I’m now going forward I can go down I can go up but you have to basically just look in the direction you want to go now they are quite slow and that is

Intentional we don’t want these to be something you jump on and fly around the end finding 20 end ships within the matter of 5 minutes we want them to be something that you could use to get over the void if you don’t want to use blocks or ender pearls now that you can

Actually make vo torches which is a purple torch if I quickly just show you the actual recipe for voy a torch as you can see it is a voy a rock and a stick and that gives you four you can also craft voy lanterns which is a VI torch

Surrounded by Iron and then also a vo campfire which as you can see is just a campfire with the purple smoke it works exactly like the normal one there are no differences apart from damage it does half a heart of damage rather than the normal Fire’s one heart so I’ve now made

My way to NN City because entities haven’t actually been changed at all because we wanted to keep the vanilla feel of some of the end without changing it all but there is one thing you can actually grab from this actual structure and that is purple blocks you actually

Need some of these for a new mob in the game and you need one for every mob but obviously Gathering more would be good you also need a carved pumpkin because if you haven’t guessed this is a new Golem it is the purple Golem and you get

It by placing one purp block and one pumpkin now this actual Golem will give you strength four if you are within five blocks of it so it’s a Golem that actually wants to help the player out but if you do go outside of its range of five blocks the actual strength will

Start wearing out which means you’ll have to go back within range to get it again and the next thing the actual per Golem does is it will actually attack three types of mobs it will attack Ender Dragons Withers ravagers and and wardens so I’ve now teleported back to the main

End Island because this is a big plane area where I can show this off so if we quickly just grab a ravener and also a warden as an example right here so let’s spawn the ravager let’s spawn the per Golem the actual purple Golem will flee

From the ravenger trying to get far away from it and if it travels into these like a complete Noob then it will go to the Overworld which we don’t want but yeah as you can see it does run away it will actually then shoot bullets at the

Actual ravenger and it will try and run now they are quite slow so they most of the time can’t get away but if you want to spawn them to fight the mobs then that’s up to you to defend it and kind of block it in or do something like that

If they were too fast then they’d be able to run away from the mob and always basically kill the mob which we don’t want we want them to be balanced so it’s up to you to defend your per Golem and obviously keep it alive for as long as

Possible we are now back in the outer end because there is one final mob that I actually want to showcase that we have added within this update and that mob spawns within the end Midlands and that mob as you can see right here is the blast Ling once again another mob from

Minecraft dungeons and this mob is a little bit more overpowered but it’s not really a boss mob now if I quickly just go in survival mode you will see that it will actually Target me if I get within its range of visibility and it will hit

Me as you can see not really for too much but it explodes it has a 30% chance to actually explode on hit so when it punches you be careful because it could cause an explosion dealing more damage now when you actually kill this mob it

Will drop a new item and that is blast powder and that new block is called UCC and if we quickly just craft it up it’s crafted like so five blast powder and for endstone and UCC is basically an alternative to TNT but it’s unstable so when you actually place it down there is

No way to ignite it I cannot just go and grab a flint and steel and ignite the block as you can see that is actually doing nothing you have no clue when it will ignite so it’s kind of a block as you can see that one did just ignite

Randomly I didn’t do anything to ignite it so it’s kind of a block that it’s more over powered than TNT it does have a bigger range and also more of a knockback to the player but you can’t rely on it in a sense now let’s cover the last two features within this update

The first one is endstone lapis this is just basically normal lapis just with the endstone texture and this will spawn throughout the end Dimension so the living in the end is possible and you can also get enchanted and then the final thing is the snarling eye we

Obviously covered how you get this but we never covered what it does now it does one thing and that is if you find yourself a new structure within the game now they are fairly common they’re rare than n cities but they are not extremely

Rare and this as you can see is a portal these portal blocks cannot be removed they cannot be taken in survival mode or anything basically what you have to do is put your snailing eyes in these blocks and if we quickly just do that to

Light them all as you can see you get this Blue Portal so let’s jump in as you can see we are obviously given the menu screen or the credit screen because we’ve never left the end before if you have left the end then this will be removed you’ll be teleported to your

World spawn so it’s basically a quick escape from the actual end Dimension without having to go through all the little portals that take you back to the main end Island then having to jump straight into into the middle portal you can just jump straight into one of these

But you have to light them with snarling eyes a few things to note about the structure once it is lighted it will stay lighted forever there is no way to unlight them and if you actually have a bed with your spawn point set at your bed it will teleport you to your bed

When you exit it teleported me here because this is World spawn and I didn’t actually have a set spawn now let me quickly just cover some bug fixes and changes we have made to the actual Trad on Tales plus mod that should be noted the first one the creative inventory has

Had a complete overhaul as you can see items are a bit more grouped up more matching the Minecraft style there is a change to the suspicious sniffer and that is the fact that you can now actually dye it if you just click a die on the actual mob as you can see the

Actual entity is now being dyed and you can Dy it all 16 colors in Minecraft one quick change to Echo or there’s actually two changes that is the first one it is now actually crafted with diamond tools rather than neite and that’s also the same with armor so you no longer need

Neite to actually craft it you now literally just need diamond and then the next change if you actually put the armor in a spiffing table and you actually put a template on it the template will now actually render on the item icon this was a bug before and it

Would only render when it was on the player but as you can see it now actually renders on the item itself another change that has been made that just matches up more with theilla Minecraft which we didn’t actually register when we was adding them Custom Boats and chest boats can now be placed

From dispensers as you can see if I now do it the actual boats are being placed within the world another change that has been made is the actual smithing template of the echo type now requires a block of echo shard in the middle to be duplicated before it would require a

Also the same with Celeste as you you can see you can now also use that to get these blocks and then one final change that I thought I would quickly say we have actually added some new statistics to the actual menu and if I quickly just cover what these are Distance by

Traversa as you can see right there that shows you how far you actually travel on the actual mob you then also have if we quickly jazzed head down here more interactions with picture pods that goes up every time you put a flower inside of a picture pod you then have interactions

With replication tables that is every time you actually open the replication table GUI we then do also have interactions with Fletching tables because Fletching tables do actually have a UI within trails and taals plus and then we’ also have talk to elderman and this is just for interacting with

The elderman mob just like talk with villagers and finally we have the actual one for if I quickly just find it spawned echs this actually goes up every time you spawn a echo and that is it for this update it’s a very big one and although it might not seem that big this

Has taken so much time and work
