The Minecraft Blueprints – Episode 3 – Building The Base!

Hey guys draggy here and welcome to episode 3 of the minecraft blueprint so last time we found our first diamonds a shitload of iron some gold and a lot of coal so we’re set and in today’s episode we are going to start on our house and i already started just a little bit

So let me show you guys what i have been doing and one second i have to get my timer up again unprepared i know i’m sorry here we go we’re set let’s go so here we are this is where our house is going to be or our sleeping point

It’s going to be this big tower i just lay down a little bit of the foundations and we have to continue those so we’re going to continue on the on the foundations of the of our tower of our sleeping point so we have to wait for that and in the

Meantime i wanted to do something else and it has to do with the sugarcane over here i wanted to have a little sugarcane farm oh it’s this ocdiness one second ocdinus kicks in there we go hello but like i said i want to do something different with the sugarcane farm

And i have seen this already on youtube so i’m going to copy it because i thought it looks very cool and the idea is so simple but it’s different and that’s what i like so we are going to try and copy that style and therefore we need some dirt

And we have a ton of dirt oh yeah and i’ve been collecting some awesome flowers and we are definitely going to have a a garden maybe but there are going to be a lot of flowers around this place to uh to make it look nice and pretty which is awesome

So let’s just fill it in just a little bit and where do we want to start i guess we could start right here but that’s by filling up this by doing this so you guys might get the id now what i’m trying to do so i guess i could just fill it in

But um let’s see i think i have a new plan i’m just going to fill everything in or not i don’t know let me see um one over here all right so this is the sugar cane farm we are going to be rocking hopefully it turns out great

I think it’s already looking great so this is kind of the style we’re going for let’s see i want another one right over here and we’re already out of dirt which isn’t good but we can fix it so yeah that’s kind of the style we’re going for

So let’s just continue working on it i think this is going to look pretty cool or was it like this i can’t even remember i think i’m doing it wrong actually um oh no i can’t remember really let’s get a shovel two sticks but i might do this even off screen but

We just have we just have to wait a little bit um let’s see let’s see let’s cut this out i totally totally forgot how to do this um this isn’t good or was it something like this i can’t even remember really well i’m going to look it up after this video of course

But yes something along these lines just random spots of water where i can can put my what’s it called my sugar cane in so oops holy [ __ ] this is kind of annoying to build actually what the hell well i can fix it no worries

So yeah this is what we have got so far i’m going to look it up later actually and i’m going to make it nice off screen so that’s one plan so let’s get this back in here let’s see how this is doing okay so we can start i guess so let’s go

Oh yeah and i also totally forgot to mention look at what i made home sweet home right just simple to sleep just to not get attacked by other mobs while we’re trying to sleep but yeah this will change that will change definitely because we are going to lay down

The foundations of our sleeping place of our little house well this is going to take a while actually but if i don’t get it done no biggie i can play all day off screen as well so hopefully you guys like the second episode where we found some diamonds

That was pretty lucky i just stopped recording and almost right after that we found some diamonds so if i had been going for just a little longer we might have found those diamonds in the recording in that recording but no biggie we did found them which was pretty cool oops i’m lagging

Don’t like that so these are just the foundations guys remember this is not the final outside and i wanted to what’s called integrate maybe integrate into the mountain i can’t find a better word for it at the moment hopefully you guys know what i mean so i’m not going to

Clear out the whole landscape i want the landscape to integrate with our builds all right now let’s get back up there if we can let’s see this tree has to go someday let’s just keep it for now um there uh some now we’re kind of locked in

Which isn’t a big deal because oops why are we lagging so much content let’s see does it have to do anything with the video settings oh i have no idea maybe change no the chunks are already low i don’t know oh well let’s just go on

Let’s see if we did the right thing this looks good and don’t worry guys we will definitely um i’m going to cut the tree down actually we will be terraforming the landscape after uh after the build so we can see more clearly so let’s get this um we definitely need some more stone

There we go that’s cooking awesome where’s our x i guess we need to make a new one so we’re stacked on iron at the moment which is pretty cool maybe after this we could make some uh some iron armor should be coming item yeah so let’s get into the shack oops

There we go um so making good progress guys this is coming along very nicely and this will be nicely after the episode i promise so let’s get rid of this is it this tree is kind of a shame because i like it but we can always replant it i guess big tree though

Loads and loads of wood so i’m very very excited to be building again i have some very good ideas and hopefully you guys have some awesome ideas as well so leave them down in the comment section once again oh what do we do about this tree i guess we could keep that one

I think we have all the all the wood cleared out from it holy [ __ ] that’s a lot of wood i found a spot let’s see uh itching one second there we go and here’s another spot get out of my way leaves there we go all right i think we have done the

The bottom half of it so now let’s go to the top half where it’s getting narrower as you can see we need to get up there i need some cobblestone for this so i can see what i used and what i didn’t so do we have any more cobblestone we have eight huh

Any more stone thank you thank you awesome so we’re stacked a little bit let’s set the timer it’s gone there we go 12 minutes in so i’m going if i’m not um able to oops no i didn’t mean to do that or did i one sec what’s going on here

Oh what did i do wrong i know what i’ve done wrong oopsie this wasn’t my intention actually this was my intention don’t fall off there we go now it’s understanding there we go and let’s go to this site nice view from here by the way it looks

This i explored a little bit of the map so far and i found some cool things this map is awesome looking this seat is pretty cool we’re burning through the uh oops through the cobblestone i was trying to say so let’s try and get back up um how is it coming along cool

Let’s get back up here um let’s just make a little pathway like this oops there we go let’s jump and don’t fall this time thank you the same yeah we’re doing fine awesome all right we have the bottom half done so i don’t think we will have enough no we definitely won’t

Have enough for the top half but let’s see how far we can get and jump okay we’re out so let’s go what do we do now first of all let’s organize a little bit because we’re a mess at the moment oh no we’re still good i totally forgot about these awesome

Keep on going furnaces pretty cool i totally forgot i had more all right let’s try and get back up here once again there we go we need to eat a little bit nice this view is awesome this is going to look very cool oh yeah and i also figured out how to

Make um cyan wool or designed eye color it’s um cactus green oops cactus green with lapis and we found some lapis or i did and um so yeah but i still haven’t found any cacti and i have been looking a little bit around and i couldn’t find any desert or any cacti

Specifically so that’s kind of a shame but i think we’ll be all right and there we go pretty cool let’s see how it looks can we make the jump there we go let’s see if it’s the right height and stuff otherwise we could change it um i think

We could go up a couple of layers on that part actually because i wanted to be a tall tower so let’s actually count these were 14 blocks i think or 13 the bottom half of the tower let’s count the um the top part is it getting nighttime already the sun is going down

Which is kind of sucky um let’s see let’s see let’s see let’s count one two three four five six seven so seven high i think we could do two more layers so this would be layer number eight ah we don’t have enough eight well let’s do it like this eight nine

Nine let’s see what’s this oh this is awesome i haven’t even noticed it so holy [ __ ] that’s pretty cool we are definitely going to explore that around sometime holy [ __ ] i didn’t even notice it all right let’s see is the height okay i think we need to um

A couple of layers maybe maybe two more or does the bottom half have to be cut a little bit off because i don’t know really hard decisions so let’s count these two one two three four this is four well you know what guys i’m going to finish it off screen actually

Because that’s way easier so you guys don’t have to be bored a little bit it will be sorted out and i will do the pattern or find a pattern which works for me and and after that we will finish it because i definitely need to get some more cobblestone so um

Let’s see let’s store some stuff and let’s go to a little cave huh maybe we could explore this a little bit let’s see where was the hole right here i don’t have a sword but oh we fell a long way maybe it was kind of smart to bring a sword

The current is annoying come on swim are you kidding me get up here there we go so let’s statue ourselves a little bit what’s this let’s just ground i can’t really see but there is some iron so in the meantime let’s just get some cobblestone and explore this cave a little bit

And after that i’m just going to finish it finish the tower finish the episode and look up the uh the sugarcane farm hopefully i can find it or i will try some stuff for myself i will do that so yeah hopefully you guys are enjoying this series

I am i’m so excited to be building to be survivaling i think the series is awesome i fixed the uh screen issues by the way if you guys haven’t noticed so in the first end or this episode zero and episode one had a small screen size so i tried to fix it

And i actually did it so now the screen size is a little bit bigger and it looks good looks great actually so that’s pretty cool step in the right direction so let’s see i think we have explored the most already it’s not a big it is a ravine but

Country oh there is a creeper up there which i haven’t even seen some iron okay so let’s just explore a little bit more or i mean let’s get a little bit of more resources and after that we’ll call it the quits for today already time flies by unfortunately because

I’m really really having fun building and survivaling it’s just so awesome let’s see we’re already level 26 dang that’s great let’s see let’s see some more call we’re definitely loaded on call we don’t need anything at the moment but just for the xps oh what’s this i thought we already explored everything

Oh this is a big cave damn this is awesome let’s see if we are lucky and find some last minute diamonds let’s see our own our pickaxe almost is almost about to break or some is about to break dang dude get my word straight some oh a lot of iron i’m going to

Collect it in a minute is there any diamonds there is obsidian which we could use is obsidian only breakable with uh with a diamond pickaxe i don’t know or could i use iron i’m going to try that in the um are off screen actually i haven’t played

This is the first time i’m playing minecraft in a long long time awesome or the first time you guys know what i mean it’s been a while since i had a minecraft series and i’m proud very proud to call this my main series the minecraft blueprints so yeah guys i’m going to

I was working on the um on my house off screen as you can see right here in the corner but it takes a lot of resource i just didn’t expect that but i managed to finish finish quite a lot actually so one thing i wanted to say was that

This series or the builds on this series are mostly about the exterior and not the interior so i’m going to detail these builds from the exterior and not so much on the interior because now i don’t feel like it but yeah i got a lot done as you can see the reads have

Grown so that’s always nice i don’t know if i like this setup but for now we’ll leave it and um so yeah maybe we’ll change it up a little bit and move them somewhere else but for now we’ll keep it so when we come to the front let’s just go up here quickly

Let’s swim maybe a bit better angle let’s see right here would you look at that guys pretty cool design i took the design actually from right in the gate the same design i used and i think it came out pretty cool you can see some little faces in it as well

Which is kind of funny so i like the design so i just got one side done which is this side still have to do the other sides but i don’t really have that much resources left i do have a couple left but so i will get going on those but i definitely

Have to get more resources and it’s a mess in this chest or not in that one in this chest it’s just so messy so therefore we have to uh when we finish all this i’m going to work on this first of all and when this is all done we are going
