Pay to win Minecraft servers have become pretty Infamous across YouTube and the Minecraft multiplayer Community with players crusading against their existence using exploits to Jeep or crash servers the fight against pay-to-win Minecraft servers is one of which now spans many years however the situation is not only exclusive to Java Edition and did you know that Minecraft Bedrock servers have an entire shady and pay-to-win world of their own and no I’m not talking about the big popular featured servers I’m talking about Bedrock Realms that’s right unbeknownst to most there are hidden Bedrock pay to win servers that use Minecraft realms Allowing you to go as far as purchasing staff like admin and not only that but there is a small movement of players on Bedrock who have found some extremely powerful exploits allowing them to render any paid to win realm useless join me today as we dive into the Unknown world of pay to win Bedrock servers now to get things started we need to clarify things yes there are normal Bedrock servers and yes some of them are paid to win but for the most part what we’re going to look at is the emerging and rapidly growing scene of Pay to win Realms let’s join one called aquatic Network here of which by the way you join through an invite code or URL upon joining the server it looks pretty normal in fact it doesn’t look like a realm at all the server has a nicely designed Hub with a custom resource pack A sidebar a bunch of holograms a functioning compass with options that can be clicked and what seems to be a variety of game modes like a Minecraft Network the server seems to be Skyblock and as I continued exploring it only seemed more and more just like a normal Skyblock server there were kits to get free items NPCs with quests to your own rewards and even a prison style mining area it was a bit scuffed a few invisible NPCs and there were some odd rules such as no small or invisible skins whatever that means but in general It’s all entirely playable this is where things begin to unravel though as I use the compass to navigate to the teleport Island option I was promptly teleported into what seemed to be a cut off super flat world at first I thought I was just lagging but no I could destroy blocks And move around fine and then I fell into the void because the chunk was missing got teleported back to spawn and then warped to My Island again like normal and then it all made sense this is all one super flat world here the spawn Islands warps and everything is All built and contained in the same world surfers don’t do this as I’m sure you are aware on a normal Skyblock server when you warped your Island from Spawn you were actually being transferred to a different server as if you were joining a Bed Wars Lobby for Example upon trying to teleport back to spawn I also realized that the server had virtually no commands and that’s when it dawned on me this is a server entirely run by command blocks well not entirely they also use Bedrock add-on sort of like a much more basic version Of Minecraft plugins or mods which is what you download when you connect to these servers for the first time you can actually see some of the service add-ons you downloaded in the settings as well it’s a creative way to run a Minecraft server that at initial glance looks Entirely like your typical large Java one but Realms isn’t without its issues on Bedrock Realms obviously do not support plugins so players are extremely limited by what they can and can’t do that’s why when we got that kit earlier it came in a pre-made NBT chest and we Couldn’t access it through a command or a GUI furthermore Realms are capped to 10 players including the realm owner for 11 players total so at most you can only have a maximum of 11 players online at the same time there’s technological limitations as well I doubt the server Being used is very powerful and you have very limited access to a back end in fact you don’t have a console at all giving you much less control but I guess for eight dollars a month and a low barrier of Entry it’s not so bad but here is where things begin to get Strange a lot of these Realms organize and cultivate their Community through a Discord and almost all of them do not have a website the few of these servers that do have a website often only have the basic server store and are riddled with spelling errors because many of These servers grow through pure Discord promotion alone you can often find dedicated Discord channels in larger Bedrock servers just for realm promotion or even discourse with thousands of members where you can look for Bedrock Realms some of these discords are clearly making money from selling promotions as well it’s an interesting Money making strategy so since these servers are spending money to advertise they probably need to make money as well which is why many have begun adopting the traditional pay-to-win mechanics including ranks premium items and spawners crates kits special access to Worlds money and more these aren’t too bad all things considered with some Server owners even letting you negotiate the prices of things that being said the entire practice is questionable I’m going to go out on a limb and mention that the individuals running these servers probably aren’t the oldest or most reputable and considering there’s no third party here to verify payment Because it’s done through Discord and also due to the fact that you can pay in a variety of methods where you can’t dispute or refund I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of scamming goes on there are also some questionable donation perks such as fifty dollars to Get admin which you’d be surprised at how common it is but there’s no doubt been a lot of effort and creativity put into the Realms as well and one I found here had something which is actually becoming more common on Java servers a battle pass but since they don’t have Plugins allowing for a proper custom to UIL commands you have to teleport to an area where there is a long row of buttons representing each battle passed here all the way to 100 where you can go to claim your rewards some Realms are more impressive than others such as this Gen server I came across which had a very nice spawn and was nicely set up with functioning NPCs and teleports one of the bigger and more advanced Realms I came across was a rare one with a website and as it turns out it’s a normal Minecraft Java server which Bedrock players could join called ogdashnetwork.net Bedrock players is time to move one from Realms come check out my service SMP where you can PVP grief sell items in the player run economy and much much more Java players welcome as well oh and be sure to subscribe no pressure anyways Neapolitan’s network is one of the more popular and advanced Realms I came across in fact it’s so popular that the first time I tried to join it was full and no the network in their name isn’t just to look cool but it’s actually because they have two Realms their first Realm is a faction server and they have it set up really well with an auction house a shop and more it’s probably the closest you can get to normal factions on Realms and just like a faction server they simply have ranks which cost well into the hundreds of dollars but these Weren’t on their website so maybe it’s bought with an in-game premium currency instead their second realm is another faction server likely due to the popularity of the first one overall it’s pretty interesting to see how Bedrock Realms owners are working within the limitations of the realm they own they Don’t seem to be making that much money one server which has Discord Channel where the owner announced every donation made about 286 dollars in one month which is actually pretty decent for a server capped at 10 players not everybody agrees with bedrock Realms being paid a win though which has led to The foundation of a Bedrock anti-pay to win movement I spoke to Bros magic and snail two prominent individuals in the Bedrock anti-pay to win Discord server and here’s where things get interesting as Bedrock Realms are extremely exploitable snail Ambrose magic told me to hop onto some of these pay-to-win Realms with Them and they proceeded to crash every single one with what seemed like the Press of a button no server was safe they could crash any realm even ones which claimed to have some form of anti-cheat they were in complete control when a Bedrock server crashes just like Java you can’t type in chats can’t interact with chess NPCs and more and can’t even open your inventory they crashed three Realms in the span of 10 minutes so you must be thinking how can such a powerful exploit exist if exploit as strong as this one is around how do Any of these Bedrock Realms even stay up and running well according to them only four people total know of this exploit and because they don’t want it leaked or patched I can only tell you guys limited details basically without revealing too much this exploit Works similar to a zip Bomb whereby the realm is sent to such a huge amount of data it has to process that the server can’t process it and it promptly overloads and crashes in terms of Minecraft they are sending this data through the chat likely as some form of command that the server cannot process As it’s too much information causing it to freeze this exploit doesn’t only work on Realms but also on dedicated Bedrock servers such as Eternal servers and the Bedrock anti-paidwind Community seem to have even bigger plans as well looking to develop an automatic bot called yarn that will connect to Realms Automatically and then crash them using the very same export they demonstrated to me earlier if this ends up working these Realms may not be around for much longer it’s a cruel world for Bedrock Realms and even in the past there used to be extra Sports where you could be Realms I actually made a video about that a few months ago and members of the anti-pedoin Bedrock Community would go around New King Realms until they either made changes or got banned with all their alts which by the way you can get an infinite of on Bedrock so good luck With that things have improved since then though and most of these exploits which functioned through NBT editing were patched not too long ago now I’ll tell you what in a way it seems like the anti-pay to win Bedrock Community actually has the upper hand unlike the Java one and even supposedly have Contact with Mojang enforcement who is aware of Realms breaking their rules they even have gotten some Realms to remove paid win features a task mostly impossible in Java due to the servers mostly formidable security resulting in any duping or exploiting only causing minor temporary damage at best and if They don’t want to outright crash servers they can mess with them in a variety of ways as well here’s one exploit where whenever Bros magic swings his arm it plays a Minecraft sound effect globally if you get the right annoyingly loud sound effect and spam left click you can basically ear rape The entire server permanently and it’s really hard to know who’s doing the exports as well apparently this works through modifying the packet sent to the server when you swing your arm you can even pretend to send messages as other players and there’s no way to tell if It’s faked or not and remember earlier how some Realms mentioned you couldn’t use any invisible skins well as it turns out there’s a good reason for that as you can upload specific Bedrock skins which are either too small to hit or are literally invisible meaning you are Immune to damage in PvP and players cannot see you the scuffed and small nature of these servers the various exploits and methods of server crashing that exist the rivalries between small server owners and Griefers on a crusade to grief or crash them reminds me of the early days of Minecraft multiplayer on Java where servers were small and grew through word of mouth and the abundance of exploits in the game at the time led to many griefs and crashes the Bedrock realm scene is sort of like a time capsule to the past and in a way even with the dodgy monetization and ability To buy admin I kind of like it I hope you enjoyed the video be sure to check out my Bedrock compatible server ogdashnetwork.net and subscribe thank you all so much for watching Video Information
