Hey guys what is up the neocubist here welcome to episode 8 of my Skyblock let’s play yes I’m in the hub we’re starting from the very beginning here of joining the server but yes welcome to episode 8 guys I know it’s been a little bit since the last episode my apologies

I was out of town for the 4th of July but yeah if you guys want to play this is my server Neo Network it’s the server that I have created for all of you watching to play on you can play it on both Java and Bedrock Minecraft the last

Thing I will say to potentially annoy you is that I don’t know some people get annoyed with that I don’t know I have an entire media team here on the server you can see some of them on the scoreboard and they’re all doing let’s plays on Neo

Network as well so if you guys want to check those out links are in the descriptions they’re all new creators and it really does mean the world to them when you guys go over on their channels and leave some positive comments or even just leave your viewership it really does make their

Days it’s it’s hard to start out as a Creator so I I train a team of creators for Neo Network and yeah that’s that anyways not a lot of has changed honestly since last time we came on here I did forget to make my island priv or

Public so I did do is public and it is now public so you guys can join and uh there was an issue because I left the trap doors closed and so if you don’t have fly you know you’d go over here to this uh to the to this tree

House right and uh you’d just be like oh yeah I’m on Neo’s Island I’m gonna go grind some mobs and help him out climbing all the way up oh oh let me open the trap door boom they couldn’t open it because they didn’t have permission so I went around and I opened

All the trap doors really the only one that matters is this one but yes okay so I wanted to get the Slayer blade but to do that we need to get tier one as you can see in all of these masteries and we don’t even have we’re not close

But it’s gonna be a it’s gonna be a long episode for me maybe not for you but for me because yeah we have well we do have tier one and pig we don’t have tier one and the rest of these so we’re gonna try to do that as quickly as we can really

It shouldn’t be that much harder uh I think people have been coming here to grind quite a bit which is really helpful I believe other people grinding on your Island helps you with your own masteries I’m not for sure on that but I’m pretty sure that’s the case but yes

You can see that we’re you know about halfway there to the kill so it’s really not that big of a deal I have been trying to fish for money I’ve also been trying to snipe like you know spawners off the auction house because as you can

Oh because as you can see we already have the amount bot of tier 2 spawners that we need to buy so I’ve been going on ah and I’ve just been looking for cow spawners for cheap because these don’t count towards the ones you buy but you

Know it is kind of helpful to buy them for a cheaper price because once you get to the next tier some people offload they only want they only want the tier of mobs that they’re gonna you know be grinding on at that time understandable understandable but the grind does not

Stop I was also oh yeah I got this this piece of bait while I was fishing that’s kind of cool we’re gonna try that out I was informed that these for some reason were thrown to me in the d-boss arena I’ve decided I’m gonna keep them okay I

Don’t I don’t have as much time to play as you guys so getting even one piece of dragon armor is just absolutely amazing to me so I will keep these uh we have some pedal keys to open I believe that was everything to go through

Um so we’ll go to warp crates and we’ll open those we might try some PVP in this episode I would get absolutely destroyed but we could technically try it we could technically try it I don’t know though I’ve never been a big PVP guy and uh some people on the

Server are very good at PVP okay so we got three illusion ones and 15 000 Sky coins interesting three illusion ones hmm I don’t think I’ll ever end up using these so congratulations uh Asterix Julie 30 you are now in possession of three illusion ones

Forgot we have a house now I wanted to see if we have any blocks put down okay so we’ll put down like if we’ll put down 10 blocks of iron in uh some random locations or maybe probably just in one location where do I want to put the iron at

I need to get my herbalism up to 1000. I realized that pretty soon after I started grinding on this that there’s no way I’m ever uh gonna get the farmer’s Harvester by farming this because it’s too small of a farm so we may want to expand at some point

But that’s the purpose of this Tower of cocoa beans is to get Mastery 1 000 or not master with herbalism 1000 um that way we can you know have them automatically be replanted whenever we break them sorry I haven’t recorded in like I don’t know it’s been almost two weeks

Because I was out of town so I apologize if I’m kind of you know fumbling over my words it is a skill to commentate like this it is a skill that you have to learn it’s not something that just kind of comes naturally maybe to some people

But it was not a skill that came naturally to me so it’s something I’ve had to work on for a long time yeah let’s look in here one more time which one are we like furthest I don’t know why I keep clicking on that uh so we’re furthest away from cow Mastery

That’s okay so I’ll just sit here kill the mobs I’ll get tier one and I believe it’s yeah and pig sheep chicken and cow so I’ll get that I’ll come back and then we’ll craft ourselves a Slayer blade and then maybe we can get some op enchants

But we’re gonna need a way to make some more money so maybe we’ll fish or something like that I really don’t know but yes I’ll come back in a bit when I’m done with this really does feel nice to be back here though dude I was so excited to get back

To me if I’m on well I just got done grinding to tier one and these four uh Mob masteries We got cow chicken sheep and pig Mastery at tier one which means we can craft the Slayer plate and while I was doing that I was watching the video and unfiltered

Slayer blade I believe we will need a blank netherite yeah a blank netherite sword so we gotta go to my house which is over here people were dogging on the house in the comments man they did not they do not enjoy this house which

I can see it you know it’s a little out there I guess so maybe at some point we’ll change it I am going to sell all this stuff I am going to H token convert the rest of it okay so one of these chests should have wooden things and then maybe this one

Right here and then I for some reason did not grab I sold the diamonds you know what it’s okay we can do is set or gen and I believe we have origin level four do we have level five we don’t have a little fiber okay and

Then we can go get some diamonds pretty easily we could also vote and get the diamonds that way I’m not really sure but I don’t know I like this thing but it’s like I don’t want to mine at it I don’t know why it’s just it’s a feeling

I get when I’m here mining that I just don’t like it I don’t know why man it’s such a weird thing it’s like it works great you can mine a lot really quickly but if you don’t like some you don’t like some so maybe we’ll build a new one

Uh today okay we have two diamonds which is perfect and then we’ll probably just buy the nether egg because I don’t think our generator is capable of even getting uh netherite ingots yet so we just need one okay and because of how the new update in Minecraft works for some

Reason if you try to use an anvil on this very or not an anvil a uh what is it called a smithing table it just does not work so we just added a custom recipe where I don’t know if it works in here yeah you could just make another right sword like that

Ah yes and I should not have converted those heads because if you look in masteries the way to craft the uh the Slayer blade if you go to crafting view recipes all recipes you looked at the Slayer blade you see that it’s any eight heads of any mob around another right

Sword so I have to get a stack of heads which I probably would have had by now to be honest with you I want to watch this interview video more so I’m gonna grind on whichever one has the most so I’m gonna be grinding pigs for the next

Just started so if you guys want to start it’s still a very good time there’s still a very big chance that you can compete anyways back to my Island I am going to go get 64 mob heads I’m pretty sure I just remembered something I’m like 99 sure that for some reason axes

Will get you more heads than a sword now I don’t know this for sure so I’ll test this hypothesis but we are going to need for example to buy sharpness and I don’t know if we we don’t have enough money to buy Sharpies which is fine I mean it

Gives us something to do like it gives us something to do so we’re gonna go with our fishing rod and we are going to fish a little bit we’ll fish some on camera because I know some people do enjoy it but I know a lot of the uh the

People who’ve been really grinding on the server do not want to see someone else fish at this point which is understandable so again the length of the fish is how many Sky coins you get oh that might be worth some money not 86k I actually might be enough to get us

Another level uh but what I was trying to say is that yeah it is not Thriller okay so we need 100 more k um and once you get to tier two in your basic fish masteries in here you can see that you get Triple the amount of Sky

Queens or basic fish and kelp are part of the basic fish you can get a ton of Sky coins from fishing if you get to that tier two and basic which I believe we’re very very close I don’t know I looked in there but I didn’t look at the

Number yeah 8.95 fish caught out of a thousand and you catch basic fish by far the most so that’s actually really really good that we’re almost there ooh the grub bait from catching a default catch ah okay I see so I’ve used 11 out of 20 uses which is cool

And uh it’s not every time you fish that your bait is used it’s every time it would actually like have prevented something if that makes sense so you can see like as I’m fishing here if I were to check it would still say 11 out of 20

Because well it says 15 out of 20 wait hold on so 15 out of 20. and then if I catch another fish is it going to see 16 am I completely wrong Freya you get down from there sweetie you should not supposed to be on there

Says 69-20 okay does it say 17. Freya come on get down she’s on she’s on my desk because she’s not supposed to be because she she gets up there and she knocks things down yeah don’t listen to me man I I that’s completely wrong the beta is used every

Time not not when it would proc so ignore me okay because that wouldn’t make sense on things like you know would give you a dragon uh fragment or something because then you would just get 20 Dragon fragments that would be nice but that wouldn’t make any sense

It and uh about I’m about an hour into it and I’m like man I have like no mobheads at all I have like 11. you can see you know I have 11 down there right next to this pork chop and then I open my inventory and I’m like wait a second

Those are infused and I went over how many pig heads we needed so it’s actually a good thing but I was like man this is gonna take like you know because if it took me an hour to get 11 right then I could extrapolate

It would take me like six hours or so to get 64 right or somewhere around there you know 10 hours whatever I’m just happy that that’s not the case anyways let’s do slash mcraft let’s make our Slayer blade also while we were fishing we got a treasure test so I have

Another Blue Orchid kit I’m just ready to be done with with killing mobster right now and there we go ladies and gentlemen the Slayer Blade the best sword ever doesn’t have any enchants on it right now we can’t really afford to enchant it but it’s there we have the

You know what that does probably nothing unless you’re opt and then we’ll sell everything in here and then there’s not really a use for these right now so we’ll just throw them on the ground and then let me look up like ah what are these going for Blue Orchid

Is for sure hey I sold it already oh I can’t sell air that’d be kind of cool though okay so someone bought it we got three million dollars which means we do have some money and we can enchant the Slayer blade now most of the so how this layer blade Works essentially is

That there’s a point one percent chance to get double Mastery points the mod beginning for every thousand mobs you kill but I don’t really care about that what I care about is the Looting 25 that you eventually get which is a ton I mean you’ll kill like one mob to get a stack

Of beef or something like that or two stacks uh but for right now let’s just do slash enchant okay slash enchant and let’s get ourself uh only thing I really want is sharpness five Unbreaking three uh we’ll get Smite doesn’t really matter we’ll get Bane arthropods doesn’t really matter and

Then we’ll get Looting of course uh fire aspect sure knock back no okay hey we still had 2.5 million dollars which means we can hopefully let’s see do we have if we go in here and spawner hold on sorry yes we do have the tier two spawners unlocked so we

Killed enough tier one mobs now I’m gonna be buying the cheapest ones string is nice if you’re gonna make a cactus farm I may actually end up making one they don’t make a ton of money this season but any AFK money is pretty dang good

Um I also believe we have a servant that we just have not used also I don’t know why but I have not checked I have an AFK to ton but I’m curious what are we at we’re still at tier four okay that’s fine but I’m gonna go to slash servants

And I’m gonna put this bad boy down I forgot that we had him and uh you get that from just doing two personal missions and we’ll set him to be probably mining for now and then we’ll upgrade his efficiency all the way if we can ah close

Um and then what does it mean for mining it’s 80 000 XP yeah I oh I can upgrade one level I spent a lot of my XP on books just because I wanted to see if I could get anything and I didn’t get anything I would have shown you that’s

What I used all the XP from the pigs for okay well that’s with that we’re done with mining for we’re done with killing mobs for now this Farm again it’s not gonna work it’s a little bit too small so maybe we’re gonna work on some Farms

But I do want to get my mcmo level up I feel like that’s just one thing I’ve been neglecting and neglecting just because it’s not super fun and I didn’t end up using the ax at all it just doesn’t it just doesn’t work super well but let’s see how see where herbalismo

346 which is good but I think I’ve gotten honestly most of that from sugarcane do we have any mcmo boosters hey we have 1.5 times oh okay hey I’m gonna watch the rest of that interview and you know what I’m gonna do I’m gonna

Fall to the void first of all I am going to go mine this sugar cane because you can get an absolute ton and I mean a ton of herbalism XP from this so I’ll be right back I claimed all my Island missions and we have quite a few extra boosters to use

Which is nice um I did mine this entire thing of sugarcane you can see our herbalism is level 378 now so I don’t know like 20 levels or so I still know that cocoa beans are quicker I just have a bigger field of sugar cane so it feels like

It’s faster to do sugar cane but also that gets my sugar cane Mastery up like really quick I don’t think there’s a way I can break both rows no there’s not but you can see like even even with this do you see how much faster it is like I

Don’t know what level we were at I already forgot dude my my memory bro I don’t know I’ve never had a good memory that’s one thing about me like no matter what like growing up I just had a bad memory I always had so much trouble to like memorize all the presidents or

Something it just something really wacky like I don’t know why they did that in elementary school they’re like okay now memorize all 50 states because you know the United States has 50 states right and I’m like in my head I’m like why and so I just

Didn’t want to do it and then when I tried to do it I realized I couldn’t I don’t know man um Also let’s see so we’re at level 388 right now let’s go down an entire row and let’s see what we get so we started

At 388 and we’ll see where we end up I’m not going to look at it until the end 392. so that’s four levels with one row and of course you know the higher you get up in the XP the more the requirement is but either way I’m pretty

Sure my cells are yeah they’re gonna turn down I’m pretty sure either way that that’s much quicker than the sugar cane even if I have to replant it but it does grow like super fast I wonder is there a way I can break both rows kind of actually

I don’t know if this is as fast or not I think it’s faster to do this yeah I think I think that one’s a little faster and then if I but okay so the reason I changed my home was that you remember I put my home up here so when

You fall you just go back to the top of this well the problem is is that well if you can’t fly and you visit my Island then you just you’re stuck here so that’s why I set my home back to be in front of the fishing spot oh already

This one okay well I’m Gonna Keep harvesting this grind out as much herbalism as I can I’ll replant all this and then when we come back we’ll go do something else I think I wanna I don’t know we’ll figure it out all right guys well all of this is replanted we got

This done and I feel like we need to level up the island because I keep doing the same things right I go I’ll go mine the sugar cane I’ll go mine this or I’ll go fish I want more to do so I wanted a bigger fishing area and yeah you’re like

Okay well you can make a bigger fishing are you still gonna go fish this fishing area was great at the beginning it’s a little shabby now it’s a little bit small I did when I was claiming my I think I yeah when I was coming my Island

Missions I got a million bucks so I feel like it’s time we make the water that’s gonna surround this thing now this is going to be a long dry out project so if you guys would leave a like on the video you know I’d be appreciative you don’t

Have to though but I would be very appreciative um I’ll see if any of these stack and literally none of them stack so we’ll just throw everything in the corner I don’t really like cosmetic keys because I just don’t end up using them when I get them but it’s okay

Probably want to put all these over here okay there we go so we have a ton of extra Hoppers I don’t I think the reason that was stuck in there was for the old days whenever I had uh oh yeah did they fix this where you can put preservation on a fishing rod

No they didn’t hey I thought they said they fixed it well I’m a message Dev right now okay it messes the devs and to be fair I’m not trash on it they’ve had so much to work through with the new season and uh I’m very happy with everything there’s there’s been very few

Bugs compared to other seasons and we’re getting better at it every single season okay so let’s put this stuff up because we don’t particularly need it let’s go into the shop this is going to be the project of the century this could take uh it’s gonna take a while um

I think what I want to do it first is kind of make a circle around this thing I need to see where my borders are so let me turn that off in my resource packs I believe it’s Neo’s invis borders yes we’re gonna turn that one off okay

And by the way if you want that pack it’s in the general it’s pinned it’s in the pinned messages in the general chat so if you guys want that you can have it I’m just trying to see how big of an area do we have to work with Okay so not

Super huge on this side we’re kind of close actually which is a little bit of a problem yeah it’s a little wonky on this side how much does it cost I don’t really want to know but how much does it cost to go okay 2.5 million Sky coins okay

Okay so whenever we build the wall out to here this is the widest like right here this is the widest it can be so we’ll start from over here and then we’ll start to curve it right like go inside a little bit something like this and then we’ll just kind of

Curve it around a little bit I I won’t make it like a perfect circle but we’ll try our best to like just curve it around if that makes sense so I’ll go ahead and do this real quick I’ll come back probably just gonna do most of it off camera I might replay it

I might not I don’t know sometimes it can be kind of a pain to do the replay mods because they I don’t know they take forever to render because it’s on like a server and I guess it takes all the actions of everyone on the server when

It’s rendering it or something weird I don’t know it definitely does something wonky because it sometimes it takes like 45 minutes to render um and that makes me you know it’s harder to edit but we have a lot of it done already I mean we already have this

Wall built and then what I’ll do is I will build a layer of dirt under the whole thing like this and then I will build the walls down like this obviously on both sides build a floor under and then we’ll fill it with water and flood

It so I may come back on like big moments during it but I think a lot of it I’m just gonna have to do off-camera just because it takes so long and like I said the replay mod has been kind of messing up which is my fault I know I

Should probably update the replay mod or something like that I don’t really know exactly what the problem is but I’ll look into it I still play on 1.19 without any like special version or anything it’s just like base 1.19 so maybe that’s the problem I genuinely don’t know at this point

Minecraft has so many versions like like didn’t you know the new version of Minecraft coming out 1.20 I mean obviously everyone’s a little disappointed because you know it took them a year to add I don’t know I’m not gonna trash on it okay but I think 1.20 is a huge L dude I

Don’t I come on I don’t understand like for example that issue has been happening since 1.17 or 18 and they just like never fixed it you know we’re blocks just go invisible and maybe it’s from OptiFine maybe it’s from something like that but it was just weird to me that

Like something like that was never fixed I don’t know okay I’ll come back whenever I have something to show you more because I’m just going to be building dirt for a while oh okay oof okay so this side is a little close uh by a little close I mean it’s like

Five blocks so hmm maybe the back side will be a little different maybe this can be like a volcano or something and in the future I don’t know but I don’t think we’re gonna have the water go all the way back over here I think it’s just gonna kind of

Kind of flatten itself out over here and just kind of circle back in inward towards the island like this something like this yeah cause otherwise it’s gonna end up looking a little weird that’s okay but hopefully this makes sense is to you know this whole thing will be water and

We can fish inside this entire thing which is gonna be awesome but it’s definitely going to take quite a while to build uh but I’m kind of excited you know it’s this is one of those projects that I’ve been working for because I wanted to have a big fishing Island

Fishing was always something I wanted to prioritize this season just because the new like you know headline feature and I really enjoy fishing in real life and this is you know kind of combining all that and that may look a little weird nah it’s fine we can we can do that

There we go cool okay well now I said I I meant what I said I’m gonna go back in and what we have to do now and I’ll kind of explain it I’ll do it in a in a smaller area so this will make sense so I’m going to turn off the

Island board or turn them off again yeah ah much better and then I get to go down here and basically fill this all in because you know you’re going to want to fill this all in just like this and then I’ll put water around the entire thing

And then after the water is there I’ll build these down to be as deep as I want this thing to be so something like that maybe a little bit deeper and then we get to break this layer and that’s what I’ll come back to film is breaking this

Layer because the rest of it’s just putting water buckets and a layer of dirt down so I will be back in just a bit I’m very excited to see how this turns out you know it’s funny um because people are uh shooting fireworks off near my house it’s July

8th when I’m recording this we’ll know it says July 9th now I guess because technically it’s the ninth wait I said them how could the server say whatever anyways uh yeah people are still shooting fireworks I I did get done with this I was truthful I was gonna come back

Um I don’t know why I can’t fly um I was gonna come back whenever I was done with this but yes we have the water put down so now the last step is kind of the more fun step I’d say and that is flooding it

So it does have a stone bottom as you can see which will look nice and we can decorate it under underwater of course maybe maybe I should do that before removing this but honestly I’m a man of chances so we’re gonna take a chance so my next big step we spent

Almost all of our money on this dirt and stone rocking Stone if you know you know um but yes I’m going to remove all this and then we’ll come back and we’ll have a giant fishing area it’s not totally done I still want to put like a border around

It you know with some like dirt and stuff and you know make it look nice with trees and stuff but I don’t know if we could do that until our island is a little bit bigger uh yeah let me go and remove all this dirt and I’ll come back when it is done

All right there we go nice okay so we have the basis of our fishing area around here dude this is looking so cool I think from here kind of the plan is gonna be we’re just gonna kind of make this into like a a mountain sort of

Thing that goes around this whole thing and then we’ll have like a giant volcano at the back or something but I don’t know big plans for this bad boy and again all the business is gonna be down below did I forget to put Stone here oh no hold on

Okay crisis is averted anyways yeah everything that we’re gonna do like business money-wise is gonna go down here because you know it just doesn’t look too good down here and it’s okay probably gonna build a couple more of these or something because yeah I mean

At the time like I thought this would be big enough nah it’s not gonna be big enough but honestly with the amount of money we can make from fishing now it’s really not that big of a deal I am gonna go put these materials back up in our in

Our base people are telling me Neo you need to change it and I’m like oh dude I just I built this whole thing and I thought it looked good and everyone’s dogging on me they’re like not everyone is some people are like oh it looks cool
