Which is a great feature to have dynamic surroundings will completely change your visual and audio experience in minecraft when it comes to visuals there’s auroras storm intensities and fireflies whereas with audio footsteps are more varied and realistic with additional sounds depending on your biome wolves make great pets but they don’t

With it comes some new 3d backpacks which can be worn on the player’s back items inside the backpack will be kept safe upon dying and friends can also access the backpack contents as long as they’re standing behind you minecraft caves gets repetitive and boring to explore pretty fast

With young’s better caves now they’ll be completely restructured adding new biomes lakes and caverns caves feel more real as the sizes vary a lot instead of being more like small tunnels if you die in minecraft you lose all your stuff if you can’t get back to your death location in time

If you install the corpse mod you’ll leave a body behind instead which you can search to retrieve your items without a time limit there’s also a death history page so you can easily find your stuff the animanium mod completely transformed most passive animals in minecraft now they have different textures models and animations

There are also genders with animals consisting of different breeds also included are some new mechanics which make farming a lot more interesting da vinci’s vessels is a mod that i always add to my own mod packs it allows you to craft both custom boats and airships

So that you can have a portable base to traverse your world with you can also place chests and beds on board as well as being able to carry mobs around zombie awareness will overhaul the ai of zombies now they’ll have some new mechanics when attack you’ll leave behind a blood trail

Which zombies will follow if you place light sources or make sounds they’ll come to investigate making them more intelligent with the camping mod the player can set up a tent to rest for the night as well as campfires to cook food it’s a much better alternative than digging yourself a hole

And waiting for the sun to rise minecraft oceans are pretty interesting to explore especially after the aquatic update with simple diving gear new clothing items are added which allow you to see and breathe underwater as well as swim in place the slowness applied when mining underwater is also removed

The final mod which makes minecraft feel like a new game is shaders they completely overhaul the lighting shadows and reflections in the game they’ve been proven to work on newer consoles too with little frame loss so it’s something we’d love to see implemented in the future
