This Horror Map Was GREAT Until… | Minecraft Horror Map: Beware 2

Hello everyone my name is appleguy welcome back to another Minecraft horror map today I am playing the map called beware 2. it is a sequel to a map called beware that I have played before actually I need to change my shaders hold on a sec okay never uh never never

Mind they didn’t work they gave me a Shader uh that they wanted me to use and then it didn’t work um that didn’t work okay good let’s do the tutorial I guess so beware one uh you should see a glass and lamp the cable you see you can go anyway the

Beware one was a pretty good map I had a good time with it um and so now we’re gonna play again or a sequel so I am hyped about that okay if there’s a blue straw next time you can pick it up to that stand next and press couch that has special

Readings look at their description great okay let’s play yeah beware one was about like going to uh I think it was like we were in a hospital or something it was fun it was creepy wind like televisions and stuff and oh it looks like oh I can’t I can’t

Move left and right but I can walk forward this is gonna be like a very cinematic good map you wear one was good and we haven’t had a good horror map in a while I don’t think so I’m very excited to see What Becomes of this all right just tell me voice acting

How did you even find yourself geez Okay oh we’ll crashed the car I crashed the car Oh good I clicked the keys I won’t be able to keep driving with this piece of junk In fairness no not the car’s fault that it can’t drive anymore I’m pretty sure we crashed it yeah we crashed it that’s it’s not a piece of junk or the tree fell on it I guess either way

Not the car’s fault I thought at least I know what I am I can climb up the tower okay this is the tower in question that I can clean up still a long way too is that home okay that’s home I think so I don’t remember I don’t remember much of what happened

In in beware one except I know we were I think we’re in a hospital and there was a part where I was like playing dead by daylight where I was like running around from a monster and I was flicking like switches to power generators I remember that I don’t remember too too

Much else so I’ll have to just kind of keep uh keep this in mind as we go about and play this Minecraft horror map also gonna need to make sure I don’t get too lost so we need to be just cautious generally I guess I’ll go counterclockwise

Beware one was not in 1.16.5 this is like a really old map like I don’t know why I would have played an old map hey here’s a tower we can climb anything of use no not particularly better press on nonetheless however so I guess we’re trying to get into this house

Or a house around here we’ll have to keep that house in mind I’m gonna continue going around seeing what’s new what’s accessible okay this okay that doesn’t really lead oh I can’t Sprint that’s kind of cool that’s a neat little system gives you like an in-universe explanation for why you can’t Sprint

Also uh plus two points for not uh not giving me slowness or blindness you’ll be surprised how many Minecraft horror maps they just dropped the slowness blindness uh effect as a way to get you spooked so this one doesn’t do that not quite sure where my end goal is

Necessarily let me check this house no nothing okay so the Central Lake I think we’ve walked by before we’re trying to get the lay of the land if nothing happens around these parts I can always go back are there people how come they can’t hear me I don’t know man

I want to explore around a bit man using the offhand is crazy I like never use my offhand in Minecraft like ever which is just bonkers because it’s a it’s a feature in the game you know remember back in the day I used to watch ant venom play this uh Adventure crafts

Uh map which adventurecraft was a mod but it was a Zelda map and he used to have the ability to put things in his offhand before like in like Minecraft 1.2 or something like way long ago it was always cool to see him running around with things in the offense

I was like maybe they’ll add that to the game at one point and you know they did add offhand support to the game it’s just not as uh not as much as people in like the Adventure Craft days thought it would be okay I’m in hey he’s he’s up he’s praying to Slenderman

I should keep my hands on the keyboard and mouse oh yo I was under I guess oh he’s Whispering yo was that Keys chalk what are we looking at here I don’t know I haven’t done an art history lesson in a very long time you should take a class

Like that whatever that was had like a little a running animation to it wow and I see why I’m glad I’m playing in 1.16.5 usually for maps like this these ones that I know are going to be like a little more in-depth than like a typical Minecraft horror map

I’ll try and follow all the this is the exact Copper from The Shining though by the way which is hype The Shining is a great movie um I’ll try and follow the rules like exactly although I don’t know if I’m breaking a rule I feel like I shouldn’t see red Sandstone um

But yeah I do my best to follow the rules on the ones that I think matter a lot if it’s just like Jimmy oh the back rooms in 2023 minus half letter grade um am I not progressing at all that’s interesting I’m intrigued anyway yes I was saying like if it’s a

If it’s like a basic horror map then I I kind of just play it whenever version I have loaded up but for something like this I’ll go out of my way to make sure it’s I’m playing in the pristine settings okay oh nice now I can see thank you

That’s the the thing that chased me I think so I have to be prepared to book it might let it catch me though just because I kind of want to see what it does how crazy is that though oh it’s crying and jump up do a flip

It didn’t do a flip oh it’s just chilling oh no it’s dead I have knife it’s a knife I thought they were just like hanging out they’re not hanging out so are we I’m trying to try to fix the story so we just did this we had to oh good choice

No one will protect you anymore I should have watched my beware video before this I think beware was a map where we had a dream that we were in that hospital Hotel shining room thing and then we came back and we did a stabby stab on the wife I think that was

The map we were like gonna move somewhere let’s see what was that I need to check this okay should have I should have brushed up on my knowledge from the first one before uh playing the second one that’s fine though we’ll be okay I’m not sure what my objective is now necessarily

Java 1.16.5 and then on that webpage is also linked like the shaders you can use if you want to use the shaders I can get them to work but I didn’t really try that hard truth be told so you know options options options options okay

So this is where I got the ax the first time I can Sprint now so that’s good help us get through some of the uh a walking segments a bit more gotta say I enjoy the segments the like liminal segment I don’t want to say liminal because I feel like that’s like

An overused word can’t go that way okay I like the parts where I’m in the hotel or the laboratory or whatever it is a little bit more than the forest segments but you know the four segments have to be here to string along everything else because otherwise

It would be less uh what okay what’s my objective what was that I need to check this what do I need to check what is what is the this that I need to check I guess is the question I guess I’ll go this way I didn’t go that this way before

Maybe I’ll see oh my god oh what happens here he’s still praying no we were here when this happened man this tree felt lightning struck the tree like we did like we were there for that man my character is insane he’s cuckoo that’s okay though we knew he was cougar

From the first uh first map so you know how it is the first map the first video the video I made on the first map that’s the sense I’m trying to say it was like 45 minutes long I don’t know how long this one is gonna be

But you know we’ll do our best to to see everything there is to see oh we need to go to wherever that that building was that had everyone sleeping in it like it was a cabin you know there’s like all the beds lined up we’re like why can’t they hear me

I didn’t hear the joke oh there’s the blindness from behind me oh no do I need to use audio I don’t want to use audio I think they’re baiting us to turn Headphones Up that we we’re gonna get attacked with noise oh yo see magic had your headphones up for that that’s why my headphones are at a cool eight percent volume now they’re at 22 so that I can oh wait

Yeah just say you want to take a bath okay um whose bedroom is right next to the front door that’s a bad place for a bedroom should be in the back of the house that’s that’s a weird way to lay out an apartment this looks like an apartment

Because how small it is it’s morning time it’s time for the Morning News a boy I have a television over my door okay this I’m rich but also poor Rich enough to afford a this is Loud by the way Rich enough to afford an over door TV but poor enough

To have to live in a apartment where the first room is the bedroom hello residents of Silent town it’s time for another round of news like Silent Hill it has been exactly two weeks since the Grissom accident Advent at the foot of the mountain and could bloodly killed every resident okay

That’s what that was Great that’s what we just did a month that’s what we just played I mean I saw him knocking every door and asking for something through the window uh moment later I lay down then suddenly I was awaited by my next bus crib I think we were the Killer By the way

He was standing next to his car but I was terrible afraid at the moment a month later he shot himself in the head I didn’t know what to do so I went back home to carpool head but when I went to the car the body was good suspicious I

Thought the termites I was the man who crashed the car Ry to the house he had purchased the problem however is that there is no house in that area the question remains where was the psychopath he did we will probably never know probably not ah no might do it my expensive TV it

Stopped working to those mountains Maybe there really is something there so we should go to the mountains guys I don’t want the I don’t want the police officer to get Earth she’s my favorite character she’s my favorite character and if anything happens to the police officer character I will be upset I will say darn it shoot

That’s what I’ll say so be warned if you know what happens in this map and you know something’s gonna happen my favorite character we’re gonna we’re gonna have to get a stress ball or something because I’m gonna I’m gonna lose it are we at the the lake now I’m just grab

It as a mountainous region I’ll describe it as like uh as a lake we there yet um I have a feeling I shouldn’t be leaving my body unless I should is this is this supposed to happen I have a I have a feeling uh I have a feeling something’s wrong which is unfortunate

Because something was wrong with the first map too in the first map if you die in a certain spot you never respond this map it seems like I’m I think I’m supposed to get teleported somewhere we did a Fade to Black and then it just never I’m gonna do something risky

I’m gonna do something risky uh God oh man cheese that’s a bummer I don’t know if it’s something I did wrong or if there’s an issue with the map all right I fix it if anyone’s playing the map themselves and they get to that spot these are the coordinates

Okay boom that’s how you fix it and then you spawn here okay great great okay I fixed it I think this is the continuation I think this is what happens not sure why I had an issue hopefully that’s not an issue that like you guys have if you choose to play the

Map as well uh but in case it is that’s how you fix it like I said I had to fix the first map too there was an issue with um uh yeah if you died against like the final little boss encounter then you would have to uh you wouldn’t respond properly

And so I had to keep like I had to go into spectator and actually find where that was and so yeah but hopefully okay I just get conked over the head okay here we go this seems important I’m police can’t I cross the police line I guess I’ll find another way in okay

I wish my character would say something to let me know I’m still on track to beating the game okay I’m guessing this is how this is the follow-up I don’t know for sure if this is what you’re supposed to do next but she was like we’ll find out next right

To be areas of padding when someone adds a maze to the map it to me says I don’t know what to put here but I want the map to go on for an extra five minutes so they’ll build a maze um sure I’ll go this way I guess

I guess I’ll look to the floor for my advice this one might be a puzzle if it’s a puzzle it’s excusable okay so don’t go to the right don’t really know what I’m doing anymore it does seem like it might be a puzzle though oh oh dear Evans I want to follow him

Like I can’t find your eye if I can’t go anywhere but you know it’s cool did someone like flush her eye I have to look everywhere for her eye I need to put this by the way elsewhere I will find your eyes I know you misplaced your ice cubes oh is this them

No this is a ax it can destroy glass well that’s swell but how do I find her eyes okay I’m through I found it I need to get in there I need to get in there that’s it that’s her eyes okay I guess I probably need to break glass elsewhere

I’m gonna open this way up there we go I’m guessing I have to find a way to get in there and to do that I need to uh break glass to get like a maybe a way to unlock that or maybe I just need to hold the telephone next to it

Let’s try that first because I don’t remember there being any glasses I can Sprint I should do that more I should Sprint so that I can go to bed soon I found it I did it’s right here I found your eye I found one of them I’m guessing there’s more than one

Which is like the Minecraft term I want to be able to understand what it means in a gameplay sense which would be less great one eyes please I did it I I I did she’s gonna be so pleased or mad that I only found one but surely I mean here you go I I did it I didn’t I found your eye what more do you want from me oh you want me to find the other one my flashlight like is so temperamental

Trying to gauge my progress here I thought I was about halfway done I think I’m less than halfway done now also for almost uh what the heck oh I just gotta keep going what’s the objective here the not to go under again What do I do what do I do I can’t fit can’t go anywhere I’m in a very small very tightly compact room I am looking or advice any advice okay I turned off my shaders to try and see if I could see anything clearer and I can’t so I’m going to go into spectator again and see what the objective is here I don’t think it’s to go back to where I was

I’m not sure what the end game is this is clearly a dead end something is supposed to happen here but I don’t know what I think I’m gonna be done in all honesty which is a bummer to say because yeah I’m gonna be done I think which which is a bummer but I

I don’t know I I think I this map was really exciting at first but it’s just not finished not refined it doesn’t I don’t know why mine keeps breaking this is the second time it happened on this map I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong I’ll admit it willingly

But it just seems like it’s not entirely functional which sucks because I was enjoying I was enjoying some of it you know I was enjoying some of it but I don’t know yeah I don’t know what the deal is so we’re just gonna we’re gonna call it here if they fix the map

Maybe I’ll play through it again honestly I played an hour this map and it feels really lame to just not finish the map but I don’t know I don’t know what the problem is and I want to upload this video just because I put time into

It already and I’d feel bad like wasting my own time doing this so I’m gonna upload it if they’ve released like a patch or something um I’ll finish it if this is just me if you guys have played the map and you’re like it worked perfectly fine for me I

Stuff I didn’t really like playing as the girl police officer in all honesty I think her segments were really weak like the back and forth kind of thing not really doing it for me were you like in the house then you go to a different

Room of the house but then you go back to the first room of the house it seemed too back and forth and I don’t really know how she plays into the story I’m sure they would have explained it eventually but you know I don’t want to ramble I’m just getting this video off
