All right so it’s time to break minecraft all over again from what you guys see on screen in today’s video i want to show you guys a glitch with the newest minecraft snapshot that allows you to get your minecraft world to show a crazy and insane color spectrum all Over your world the process for executing this glitch is actually quite simple and the results are simply put pretty awesome so let’s go ahead and let’s get right into it if you guys haven’t been keeping up with the latest minecraft snapshots you should definitely get caught up with Them i’ll link a playlist of videos above all about these new snapshots for you guys to check out and most recently in minecraft snapshot 18w 15a minecraft’s biome blending system got a bit of an upgrade especially in relation to how water appears between different biomes not only do the transitions Between different temperature oceans look kind of awesome now but moshing actually allows for you to modify how rough or smooth this transition is via a new option within the video options menu but with every new menu option in minecraft comes a new opportunity to break minecraft so how are we going to Break this new menu option the lowest that we can set it to is off and the highest that we can set it to is 15 by 15. well thankfully just about every menu option in minecraft is stored in a text file called options.txt within your.minecraft folder where we can Actually type whatever value that we want within this file if we open up the text file we can see an option called biome blend radius if we set this option to be a negative number some really interesting things are going to happen if i try to set this value any lower Than negative 15 however minecraft will just crash when generating the world but anywhere between negative 1 and negative 15 and some really cool results are gonna occur alright so first up negative one right off the bat it’s easy to tell that things are going absolutely haywire i Mean seriously we’ve got blue trees red grass purple grass brown water purple water minecraft has absolutely no idea what it’s doing right now if i had to guess somewhere in the math for biome blending exists some form of multiplication which when a negative number is fed into the equation causes The returned number to also be negative which minecraft generally doesn’t like at all if we take this value up to negative 2 another pretty radical shift happens all over again what was green has turned blue what was pink has turned green what was red has turned pink hues Are shifting all over the place because each individual setting would take quite a while to go over in detail here’s a rundown of each setting shot from the same angle so you can pause the video and analyze each one to see what sorts of changes are happening from Negative one all the way through negative six things change pretty wildly each and every time the effects definitely peak in intensity with negative one and negative two but once we hit negative seven we get values that loosely resemble the color scheme of minecraft alpha but with murky green Water added into the mix from negative seven all the way through negative fifteen things don’t change that much at all and honestly that’s actually about it for this glitch i want to give a special shout out to 3d spotters for not only bringing this glitch to my Attention via a message on my discord server but for being one of the first to discover this glitch in general so yeah if you guys enjoyed this video please consider leaving a like on it because it would really help out myself the channel and the video quite a lot so i hope you All enjoyed my name is ant venom and i bid you all farewell thanks so much for watching Video Information
