What is going on guys my name is James all thanks see ya and welcome to another minecraft mod spotlight and today we have something kind of different because we are taking a look at the Harry Potter slash Hogwarts mod although technically this can be a little bit of a custom map

At the same time so what we need to do is get ourselves a magic wand and then we need to go my crafty Armus I’m lying to you but what this mod does is it actually allows us to have this amazing Hogwarts structure spawn in our Minecraft world now as well as the

Castle itself it also spawns all of the other areas that you might be familiar with from the books and the films now I myself was one of those people who just read the nursery who just watched the movies I like read a few books right at

The beginning but I kind of gave up so even with my fairly basic knowledge of Harry Potter I can relate to a lot of these buildings and structures that do spawn so to be honest if it was featured in either the books or the films chances

Are it can be found somewhere on this map which is really really cool now for me personally which is the main reason why I wanted to do this mod I myself am more of a survival minecraft than a creative one so the fun for me and minecraft has always come from

Exploration and this is one of these mods that really really lets you explore so so much because the the castle itself is not hollow you know there are asked bits and pieces inside it and anything you can kind of think of that you might relate to from the film’s it’s in there

Somewhere so you have the Great Hall you have all of the house dormitories you have all the potion labs and get this as well I actually found this by a chunk error so it’s kind of cheating but it wasn’t really my fault underneath the castle itself there are all of the

Secret hidden chambers you know like the Chamber of Secrets and all that stuff so it’s up to you to go and find them now as well as the actual full castle I did mention earlier that some of the other stuff spawns as well I can’t remember

All of them off the top of my head because there are quite a lot of them however you have the Quidditch pitch which looks really really good you have the whomping willow I think it’s called you have those creepy woods where Voldemort likes to hang out and do stuff

You have Hagrid’s cabin all over the botanical labs with those horrible plants that want to eat you or something like that you have the lake with the mermaids that live in it and a yeah you name it it’s in here so visually an amazing looking mod and

It is also really good to explore but I hear you asking can it get any better well yes it can because if you want to play in survival mode and have mobs on then you can pretend that all the creepers are from Slytherin and at the

In the description so what you do is it’s different from normal mods or whatever because you you just make a new world save and then you go into that folder get rid of everything and then replace it with the files that you have downloaded and when you upload that
