Trail Ruin Looting & Nether Portal Build! – Minecraft Survival Let’s Play Episode 10

Hello and welcome back to another episode in the let’s play World episode number 10. man I really want to find a trail ruin it’s been the update’s been out for a while now and I’ve still not found one I’m gonna go out later and try

To just find one but we’ll see how that goes um anyways I have been working on something if I follow this path go around here I’ve extended the path to the right uh behind the house and it gets a little bit cramped but we go down

Here and I’ve got a secret a secret little door okay we flick this lever and it will reveal my secrets you guys want to see what’s inside it should I flick the lever and I’m only joking I’m not showing you guys right now uh anyway what are we doing to start out

Today’s episode we have our never never pull here and it’s looking very plain it’s not decorated I want to get it decorated to start out uh get some blocks going around it get it matching the the rest of the Villager all right I got some things together ready to

Decorate here I got loads of decorated pots got some flower pots got some cherry wood I got some obsidian because I’m gonna make the portal bigger I’ve already broke it and we’re gonna make it this big it’s gonna be a five by five instead uh we’re gonna grab a brick

Slabs and put these like that um I’m gonna put two of these there just to make a solid block I run out to these so I’m just using the slabs I’ve got for a minute I’ll go around here and do a line of these all the way across I

Will grab a brick not bricks uh pots then and you can pick block these right let’s pick block it yeah you can okay cool we’ll do this all the way around make sure we’re picking up these petals I’ll do one right here go around the back and we’ll do one

There we’ll do one there one right there and then we’ll grab our flower pots and this is the thing I see people doing all of the time uh it’s really cool though you can put the flower pots on top and then you can put um flowers in the

Flower pots it looks like a giant flower pot which is pretty cool I say we’ll just put one of these in every did I do this one I did I didn’t do this one though one of these on top of all of those and I’m gonna use daisies I don’t know

If I have daisies though wait can you put these in flower pots hang on I’m curious now let me see can we put these in in here because that would match the never right it looks a little fiery and stuff oh you can okay we might do that uh how do we can

We put these ones what about these these other ones I’m gonna have to replant the love the flowers I’m picking right now but can we put these in flower pots as well I might go around and switch out all of the daisies I put down with these flowers uh no you can’t okay

Can I put this back now save me replanting can I put this back for a minute no it looks different okay we’re gonna have to grab some seeds um yeah I’m gonna harvest my torch flowers here and we will use these for sure come on sniffers don’t what are you doing in there

You’re not supposed to be in there uh hopefully they’ve got enough seeds to replant wow okay they’ve got plenty of seeds let’s take the metropods to stack those back up cool only got four of those guys and yeah they’re producing more than enough what I’m gonna need here

Uh so let’s run back and get these all replanted got a picture pod there all of these gonna be torch flowers and uh something stepped on one of my other ones too I’m gonna have to go replant that really quick just around here I think it was a pitcher pod they got broken

Uh yeah one of these got broken this guy oh I need to grab my my whole let’s grab that and there we go I’m gonna put these I think it matches the the cool never Vibes too look old fiery and stuff um there’s been a lot of uh people saying in the Minecraft

Community that they wish the torch flowers produce light and I’m kind of with you guys it would be cool to have um these produce lights for sure there we go I’m gonna grab my my flower pots then and we’re gonna put one uh here we’re gonna put one here and

We’re gonna put these in that two nope I did that wrong I’m gonna do this over here whoop there we go there we go we got all of the flower pots in uh I need to grab a trap door to put in the back grab one of these

Suckers and break the crafting table go around here and there we go just make sure when we step out to the portal again we step out in the front and we get this nice view um Okay so we’ve got the bottom of it done now I want to work on the the top

Of it so we’re gonna add again like we’ve got all of these kind of grooves I’m gonna try to do one of those for the neverport it’s gonna be more similar to this one down here though um where it’s gonna be like that or it’s got the bushes on the side and it’s

Going to be a really thin kind of roof obviously uh so we’re gonna do that off over here on my flint and steel let’s go and light this portal and we are done man I really like those torch flowers I think they look so good I love it

Um but yeah there we go got my portal all done it looks all pretty I’m gonna decorate it with the flowers got it looking a little fiery and stuff I love it uh so next thing I want to do is I want to grab some bamboo I’ve not

Messed with any of the bamboo stuff yet I’m gonna take one and do I have bone meal in here I do I’ve not missed of any of the bamboo stuff yet I kind of want to um I really like the trap doors okay uh let’s put this here we’ll just bone meal

To get some more of it can you burn me a list infinitely no I thought you could I guess not um yeah we’re gonna take some bamboo and we’re gonna uh make some how do you do it blocks it’s like this right how do

Is it in a free buy free is that how you make it uh do I have a crafting table I do throw it down here for a minute um yeah it is a free by free okay got blocks of bamboo we got one of those very first one I made

So I actually really like this stuff um I do think the cherry wood is overshadowed um is that the right word is kind of made its um less of a thing people are gonna play with just got the cherry wood I think I don’t know I do think it looks really

Pretty though I do like it um one thing that I really want to mess with is the trap doors the trapdoors are like my new favorite trap doors we’re gonna need a lot of this stuff though this is going to give us one more block again so we’re

Gonna need six of these oh wait no so that that acts as like a log then we can make planks here and we get two of those um yeah so I want some of these I need to do that again let’s bone meal it up and break it

And grab all of these make one more block it we should be good to make some trap doors there we go these planks and a trap door and yeah I really like these trap doors oh my God they are really pretty I think they’re my new favorite trap doors I think they

Look really really cool um so I want to make like an outdoor sitting area like a place like you know how you go to a park and it’s got those benches and there’s some chairs and people hang out at them kind of want to do something like that around the

Village I don’t know where somewhere on the outside maybe maybe like behind my starter house if we go back behind here there’s a nice open space to the right maybe like right here we just sneak in like a little bench and chairs so let’s grab some scaffolding I’m gonna need string to do

That I don’t have a lot um that should be enough to do what I want to do today though um do we want to do that scaffolding maybe will that look good I think I think they’ll look good if we do uh scaffold in and then one of these

We’ll go like a little chair I think that looks really cute matches it nicely as well so we’ll use these as the chairs something like this so we got a bamboo uh table we got a bamboo little fold up chairs uh just like that maybe we can put some

Things on the the table too I do want them to be like that do we do want this to be sticking like up uh facing upwards like that would that look better if we did that uh that instead I think that looks better yeah I like that it looks less like a

Log that’s just laying there if it’s like that okay cool nice uh let’s go get some things maybe we can use like cake we can make cake and to put on there and like some pots to look like cups I’m not even sure how you make cake uh cake

How do you make cake we need free milk two sugar I got the sugar free wheat and an egg okay so buckets I need some buckets we need one two three one two three we’ve got the buckets just need to fill those up with milk and we’re good with that

I got my two sugar one two now I need a chicken to lay me an egg I’ll find a chicken somewhere there we go got my cake man I love this area so much I keep saying it’s every video at the minute I’m saying how much

I love this place but I love this place and I’m not even sorry about it uh we’re gonna put a cake in the middle and put a pot on the side I’m gonna put an item frame here too with a whoops with a apple in it and we’ll turn a little bit

So we’ve got a little picnic area um a little picnic table sorry I don’t know if you guys have these where you’re at but these are a common thing uh where I meant I live in Wales and you go to the park and they’ve got these little like wooden tables like

This and then some fold up chairs people hang out at um I’m gonna go and do like an actual little picnic thing here too let’s grab some wool we’ll do that and we’ll kind of try to texture it a little bit I’ve got to have

It going down and a piece of pink here a couple bits of white like that maybe pink right there we’ve got a little uh let’s do white that’s here I got a little um like a towel on the floor is that what that is called these towels just like that’s cool

I don’t like that one I’m gonna get rid of that one uh maybe we’ll push one down too like that’s uh uh okay nice nice there we go and yeah I think I’m happy with that it’s got a little acute picnic area behind my starter house

Okay so that is all I want to do in the village today I want to go exploring now uh we have a pottery Museum and uh before we before we go I’m gonna I’m gonna go show you what’s what’s behind this though okay I really want to show you I’m going to

Show you right now okay psych uh I got my uh my Pottery Museum off over here anyway uh just behind here there is a pottery Museum and I’ve been slowly but surely working on getting all of the pottery shots added on to onto decorated pots and having them out to display and

I love it so much I think it’s great in her one of my favorite places in my world um but we’ve got Moana so far we got skull I think we got like 11 or 12. uh we got over half now we got minor we got uh what is that plenty

Like a chest got Archer blades we got angular prize we got arms up which might be my favorite I think I like that one the most we’ve got Explorer as well just because how rare it is I guess because it’s from the um what’s it from it’s from the wells

And they’re kind of hard to get from the wells oh we got shelter which I think is a big mushroom and that’s it so we’re still missing a fair few and I know you can get seven seven more from the trail ruins and yeah we’re gonna try to find one today I’m

Gonna go out to explore and we’re just gonna walk we’re gonna take a boat uh we’re gonna we’re gonna just travel around try and find one um I’m not gonna give up until we do find one I do need to sort out my inventory though because I need to grab

Some brushes and just get ready I have got my inventory down to the Bare Essentials uh I don’t even have my sword because I have my my ax that has sharpness on it I’m just gonna use that to fight things if I need to I got my

Pickaxe to break things got my shovel to break things got my Foods got a abodeive chest for more storage um I don’t know if we’ll be able to use that since on the trail ruins only in like tiger biomes or something like that um I didn’t know I went Explorer and

Trying to find one and yeah you can’t find them in Planes biomes right which was the majority of the area I was checking out looking for them um I got my bad as well to sleep just only six inventory slots uh used right now I got all this extra space

So the plan is to fully s excavate atrial everyone and bring it back with me like all of the blocks I want to see what I get uh there is a Tiger Biome over there which I believe they spawn in Tigers Mega tigers and I think there might be a few extra

Biomes I don’t know I know they don’t spawn in Planes biomes uh which I had no idea in the previous episode so we’re just gonna run down there um I’m gonna see if I can follow this River by him and find anything chances are I won’t

Um but if I do follow the river I can use my my boat chest for extra storage you know we got all of this extra space um I don’t know how hard it’s gonna be to spot one in here but let’s go see if we oh wait I forgot brushes I was lucky

I didn’t go too far jeez um I don’t know how many I need because I know there’s like seven seven of the pottery shards and isn’t that like the most amount of suspicious gravel you can find in the trail ruins versus any of a structure um we got one here

Um we got some cobber let’s take that anyway take two let’s see if we can find ourselves a trailer ruin like I said if we can stick along this water which I doubt we’re gonna be able to looks like this is the end over here if we can um what does it go

Down there if we can if we can stick close to the water I can always come up and drop things in the in the chest and then go back down just make things a little bit a little bit easier bringing all of the stuff back I don’t know how

Much stuff there will be when I excavate all of it but I’m gonna say it’s gonna be a lot I don’t know let’s go this way see if we can spot anything my render distance has turned up a fair bit but I don’t know if that’s gonna help me in seeing these things

Um looks like is that a no that’s uh I thought that was a village um yeah since all of the trees are here I don’t know how much that’s gonna help us with spotting these Trail ruins it might be worth like trying to power up going right in the middle of the biome

And then pillaring up a bit come on game is a really nice view here I can still still not seen one yet not moved very far but let’s go up here can we spot anything I see some pumpkins up there I see a village over there

It’s gonna be really hard to spot I have almost given myself Whiplash a few times now thinking I’ve spotted one but actually it was just like a flower or something you know this is that Village over there whoops uh there’s that Village over there here’s the pumpkins I spotted

Made me think I found one too uh yeah all of the pumpkins all the like the the berry bushes and the flowers making me think I’m spotting them all of the time I’m spinning my camera around all all over the place uh don’t see anything from up here

There’s gotta be one in this biome right there’s gotta be there’s no way there’s not one I’d bet there’s multiple um they’re just so hard to see with all of the trees oh hold on look at that mountain over there it’s got a cherry blossom biome around it looks like it

Goes off over there too massive volcano looking mountain and there’s The Outpost um I’ve still yet to find a trim in this world too and eventually I want to try and get all of those I know we’re leaving the tiger by him for a minute

Um but I need to go check it out see if there’s a trim doing some exploring today I will be back to that tiger though there’s still so much more of it to explore look at that mountain those cool kind of Spike Peaks over there got a massive

Massive Cherry biome there’s another one over there uh let’s go see what is inside the chest up here there’s so many cool mountains over here what the heck um there’s some La cages I don’t really need a laze I’ve got some of those back home now um I’m just gonna avoid this guy

Avoid that guy where’s the door uh there is no door what really are you always supposed to break into these oh it was bigger I walked right past it walked in a circle it’s chasing me uh okay uh where’s the chest they’re all coming up now oh my God

I only have an egg this is fun um I don’t have a bucket oh we got a first the trims we got two of them two of the Sentry ones you’ve got the Sentry ones here right I just seen a village to the left that’s you I don’t think we need anything in

The village though man this area is really pretty um yeah there’s a village over there but I’m gonna go back we’re gonna head back to that tiger main goal was to get uh the trail everyone all right I went and checked the Wikipedia to see where

All the trail ruins spawn and they spawn in the tiger biomes they spawn in the tall Birch forests uh they spawn in Jungle biomes which is where I’m at now uh this jungle’s not too far so I came to check this place out um I did just spot a jungle temple I’m

Gonna assume it was a jungle temple and not a trail ruin it’s like just over there um but I’m heading to it because you can get a trim in these I believe uh so let’s go whoop uh let’s go have a look see if we can find it I forget what

What when you get it in here but we’ll have a look I don’t have any torches right now so it’s gonna be kind of dark just bust in the side here and oh we got a diamond I’ll take it let’s close that and sorry about it

Being dark right now oh okay and we got two more we got the Wild Ones nice two of them two wild templates we got two new ones today super cool let’s leave this place I think again night time too so we’ll sleep really quick there we go so I’m gonna look

Around and see if I can find a trail ruin in the jungle it goes pretty far that way and I’m not sure how far it goes this way so we’ve got a a fat chance here to see if we can find one oh hang on I think this yeah we found

One it is right next door to the Jungle the temple it’s right there and there’s a trailer ruin right here Okay cool so it’s not too far from the water over here as well it doesn’t link up to the uh it doesn’t link up to the

The base area sadly like there’s a lot of land between us and the and the uh the Water here and our base so I am gonna put this down just Rex the extra storage can leave uh templates in there and a diamond and yeah I got way

Too many brushes uh I will throw those out if I don’t need them but I’m gonna try to collect all of these things I believe they kind of glitch now right are they aren’t they glitched uh where was it there it is and they kind of glitched where a little bit of

It spawns on top and then there’s like a fair bit of distance is this my this is silk touch okay so we’re gonna get all of these blocks um I think there’s a fair bit of distance between this Top Pot here um oh I just broke one didn’t I oh no

That hurt my heart I that hurt really bad I just straight up broke that one I’m gonna tear all of this out and try to keep all of it to take back home I also want to display some of it like I want to take a screenshot of some of the floor

Inside it and place it in the in the actual Pottery Museum as well yeah I think this is all all there is uh there’s no suspicious sand on this part we just break all of it this is all there is and then you have to like dig down a lot

There we go so there’s all of that make sure we grab that and we don’t want the dirt that we get I’m gonna throw out these bones and arrows too I don’t need those I will just dig down and see see if we can find it we have to dig

Down a fair bit from what I hear to get to the rest of it I don’t know how far oh you know something I didn’t bring I didn’t bring torches I’m have to make some torches um this is oh there it is okay I’m not super far down but

Solid like 10 blocks extra we have to dig down yeah I’m gonna have to grab some torches [Applause] I just got the host Alma trim from the very first piece of suspicious gravel nice we found three trims today all right we got another piece of suspicious gravel and looks like we’ve

Got a pottery Shadow this one so this is guaranteed to be a new one now right we got burn we’re cool and we’ll break that so there’s a few more I spotted down here uh there’s two of them is that another Pottery Shadow is that a brick

Uh that looks like a brick yeah a brick and we got one here this is gonna be what is that is that die that was white dye wow okay okay so I don’t know how big these things can be I don’t know if they’re all different as well or are they all

The same I have no idea um I did break into a cave right here I lit it up uh that’s I didn’t light up down there but they can’t get up here anyway it’s fine uh we got another piece right there that looks like a pottery shot hopefully it’s

A new one looks like it so we’ve got a heart so we got burn and hearts looks like that’s a trim is that the one we don’t have it is the one we don’t have okay uh so this cobblestone was from digging this cobblestone was from

Digging none of it came from the trail Rune itself I want to keep in like the um the blocks from this not only the blocks I’m digging now around it hang on there’s more than two armor trims in the in the trailer ruins really I thought

There was only two of those and then seven of the pottery shards huh I guess how many is there then is it more than free I’m not sure coming back to drop some things off though so I am done I’ve cleared out all of it of the course dirt and the gravel

Obviously gonna tear out all of these Brock blocks to take back as well um but yeah all of the gravel is gone and uh it surprised me like how I think this is the main like tall tower here goes up pretty high yeah it surprised me how much that was

There’s a lot here it’s like a small little village here we got like a like a path down the middle is a house over here because I don’t have a clue what the heck this thing is some kind of animal feed-in thing I don’t know

Uh down here it goes off a little bit down this way and this stuff there it is a lot of stuff all over the place it’s even like a little Loom room down here which is interesting um I did get a lot of junk from uh the

Suspicious uh gravel I got like so many candles and dead bushes and stuff like that uh we got like a shrine or something here I don’t know um but yeah now we need to dig all of this out my friends it has been two hours since

The last clip and I am now done oh my God I thought I was done with this place and then it just kept going and it kept going so this is like the long um like like roads that I showed you and there was loads of rooms to the side and

Then there was something in the middle which was the last thing I started to to clear out and oh my God we had a lot more down here that needed to be cleared out um literally like double this it’s like another one of what we had up there but down here

There’s a room over here room over here room over here there was a a road going down here with extra rooms to break off it was a lot bigger than I I thought it was gonna be and then when I thought I was done there was just more of it crazy

Um yeah I got it all dug out I’ve got all of the blocks I actually took them all back to the base now um I had them all sitting on boats um up by the water there was about six or seven um boats with chests worth of stuff I’m

Gonna just leave this hole here put like a torch on here or something oh yeah there was like six or seven uh boats of chests that were all filled up I actually had to go back and repair my pickaxe as well when I found the extra uh section to it because it just

It was gonna break it was not gonna last they had to go back home and repair it up and then come back and yeah all of this stuff is now back at base made myself a jukebox I can listen to the new music disc I’ve not heard it yet I don’t

Know where I’m gonna put it though uh we just like Drop it here maybe uh no this isn’t we’ve I’ve hung it up around here uh do we put it like right here like that I think that works uh let’s get rid of that and yeah there is the

Music disc I will play that in a minute uh but I’ve got all of the pots in now too um so we got five there’s I think two more we gotta get from the trail ruins I didn’t get all of them but I got friends over there I got um I got heartbreak

Over here uh back here I got what did I get back here I got Flame that up here I got the heart over here it’s not flame sorry it’s burn I got burned I got hot and finally I got towel and I added my spares in the

Barrels over here we got hot break hot uh and so on just in the in the barrels and then all of the trail ruin is inside these barrels here uh so I’ve got all of the gravel I got in these boxes this one’s the bricks and the the stone

Bricks this is all of the stuff that I use my my brush on the suspicious gravel this is all the stuff we got um minus obviously the pottery shards and the the trail ruin the um the trim sorry oh we got Cobblestone just all of the

Things I even got the jungle boats and the uh the oak boats that we used to put the stuff in on the water uh so there was six all of these were set on the the water carrying the trail ruins for me I just wanted to keep them for like

History sake in the world you know there’s all my colorful blocks uh this is the important one back here so I got I did check and there’s four different trims you can get in the trailer ruins obviously these ones are from different structures um but yeah these we got four all four

Of those I got four of the Razer ones um and these aren’t going to be staying inside um actually you know what we got four of them I guess we could we could hang these up on the wall somewhere uh we’ve got uh these ones here we can throw those there maybe

And we can go around here I did get spare so I guess we can do this there’s two more spots here we go so we’ve got all of those hanging up and we have these ones we can take home with us uh to put in a storage room cool cool am

I gonna get in trouble if I play this disc in my video it should be fine right oh is it another broken one oh Okay I’m not gonna play that all the way through um but I will give that a listen to later properly uh so there we go we’ve made some huge progress in here I’m missing how many now one two is it just two we’re missing a three four we’re missing oh

Four Pottery shards now so yeah not a lot left to get I know there’s two from the trailer one and there’s one from the um what’s it called the the wells and then I’m not sure where the other one is that we’re missing uh maybe it’s the womb I am I’m not too

Sure we got lots of progress there today all right I’ve gone the whole episode not showing you what is behind the Secret Door not showing you my secrets I’m gonna do it right now I’m gonna I’m gonna show you guys what we got behind these iron blocks let’s flick the lever
