TwilightPianist – Minecraft – Resonance of Alchemy and Buildcraft

Hey everyone and welcome back to another episode of minecraft today i’m gonna be showing off two things one of which is this texture pack which would be the resonance texture pack for those of you who don’t know what resonance is it’s uh based off of soul eater and that would

Be an anime slash manga which is absolutely amazing and i’m in love with this so i decided to do it just because i saw that so i figured i might as well record this while i’m at it um start a new world for alchemy also got a build craft an industrial craft

And i’m going to show you all my little farm it works out pretty well too so let’s see show off that the industrial craft slice build craft stuff uh that’s basically what this episode’s gonna be so um here we go as soon as i figured out oh yeah

Alchemy got updated to where it has alchemy bags and stuff now i’ve got a ridiculous amount of dark matter blocks now thank the dark matter locus um let’s see this is the normal crafting table and that signs which look completely badass here’s some of the paintings you get with it

I love the glass don’t really care much for the glowstone in all honesty i’ve thought about changing that myself because it looks a little bit too plain for me and now to show you the setup for my furnaces or not furnaces but closed on aggregators over here is my little aggregator room

So first off or to start all right this is where everything comes through it all gets fed into this chest right here and this is where it all comes out of if i flick this switch up here it’ll activate these little uh steam powered little thingamajiggers i can’t remember the name of them

Let’s look that up actually while we’re at it uh redstone engine so you flick that it’ll start pumping these out and it has to have a pump to pull it out of the chest and that has to be wooden pops so whenever i flip it it starts pumping

It out it has three settings the blue which is just starting slash not really working green which is medium and red which is working really hard as you can see right there i got fed into a stone pipe right there gold pops to accelerate it so it’ll shoot off

And go faster i need to do that with these i might replace that but i don’t really feel like working anymore because getting these iron pipes to work right where they don’t go backwards is a pain because if you have these pipes like they are right there it’s blocked off to where it

Won’t go back this way same with that and i got it going that way the whole way uh let’s take a sneak peek back here i’m really proud of this this puts out a whole bunch of diamonds really fast too there’s a way to make it completely automated though

But the thing about that is buildcraft is semi not working at the moment because the automatic crafting tables don’t really work well it doesn’t pull stuff out of them so yeah at least it doesn’t with my version so as you can tell all i have to do is

Sit there and it’ll do that um this is the main canal that i’m working or walking on right now where it all pulls through all those pipes will do that and if i flip that switch all of it will get pulled through here shop back through this little top part on both sides

And feed in there one problem i’ve noticed with it though is if all the aggregators are full it’ll all fall out right there behind that and unless you’re back here you can’t pick it up and it will lag the hell out of your game i’m talking about like maybe

One frame per second if you’re lucky so i’m gonna flick the switch and show you guys what happens whenever i do so as you can tell it’s starting pumping now and it’ll start pulling these out let’s see if he’ll start shooting all right here we go

So it usually goes to the one with the least in it usually but in my opinion i’ll just say it’s random now as to how i restock it i’ll just take these glowstones out like let’s see three four five six seven seven is what i usually do for this

This is the transmutation table with equivalent exchange it’s relatively new and it saves you a lot of trouble having to go back and get your philosopher’s stone every time you want to do that so you just shift click it like that all right so what we’re looking at right now is a wheat

And tilled ground and smooth stone half steps if i remember right might be cobble i think it’s cobble either way um wheat looks badass like compelled skulls on crosses uh let’s see i think i have some saplings don’t i i guess not uh jack-o’-lanterns they’re black

And red how much more amazing can you get than that um let’s see let’s get some of this out all right blocks basically look like that all of them do only colors match whatever they are like say for instance that diamond right there it’s light blue gold is that irons that yeah

Uh mossy stone actually looks more mossy let’s pull some of that out what else do i have that i can show you cole’s got a different look uh pork chops pork chops are amazing they look like actual souls from a soul leader uh let’s see that would be four this is the bow

An upside down pistol like death has now when you charge it up it even has a little charge effect from the gun which i thought was really amazing i’m probably doing a horrible job on explaining half of this but you’ll live let’s see wood that’s something else i can show

That’s just normal wood that’s not dark wood or anything that’s actually how it looks now so apparently i never got that achievement before but oh well um i’m going to fix that in a second i think my factories at a new level now all right so now it’s pumping out more

Because it’s at the green stage whenever it’s at the red stage it will pull them out like crazy so i’ll get back to you whenever it’s at red while looking through my inventory there’s one thing that’s probably been updated but it hasn’t on my version yet ender pearls don’t have a texture

So yeah i’ll show you the jack-o-lantern while we’re sitting here see this just makes jack lanterns even more amazing i mean i already loved them but if they could got more badass they just did i’m also not sure if melons got different texture they probably did but now to wait

On the pumps all right guys i got me some ore now let’s throw this in here also you can add additional ore like that right there and whenever that runs out it’ll automatically feed that into there so let’s show you guys so i had two iron ore

And three gold ore came out with uh three iron ore and four gold ore let’s see i’ll need that and that so basically what you want to do to get diamonds real easy use the philosopher’s stone change it over so basically just do that over and over obsidian aggregators turn it directly into

This kind of diamond except just the ore so personally i prefer the glowstone aggregators just because i can smelt it and get more although if you use the macerator with buildcraft it uh flat up doubles it basically so that’s something i’ll look into and i’ll post a video about that once i

Start playing around with that more but that’s going to require the automatic crafting tables to work to get to go into complete factory style because for each stack of uh glowstone actually i’m not sure how much i’ll give me uh let’s find out i’m not sure on the complete uh

Values on the glowstone all i know is i get a bunch let’s get the philosopher’s stone out and put this in my window up here yeah that’s what i thought i have to have an actual workbench for it or i can just do this so split it into four

So you’ll get two iron for each stack or each of those let’s see so i’ll put me at 32 and 16 no nevermind 8. so i’ll come out with two diamonds so each stack of glowstone turn out to be two diamonds now picture a whole alchemy chest for that quite ridiculous but

Since so much stuff requires diamond block each of that requires four diamond blocks and then four mobius fuel and dark matter blocks is made up of four of those and you’ll need uh dark matter blocks and ender pearls to make ender matter which will make the kitten star cotton

Star whatever you want to call it clean star i’ll call the kitten star that’s what i’ve been calling it kitten star you don’t hate on the kittens um but yeah that’s basically for this little video spotlight tutorial slash thing i hope you guys enjoyed hope this was somewhat helpful um yeah also
