Hi folks this is Tristan from World English school and today I doing another Minecraft video this one um gosh I got too much Cobblestone now um this one I guess I got to go upstairs and release some here this one here is going to be special because I’m doing um the biggest

Pyramid yet and to be frank I’m kind of kind of nervous about it cuz I uh don’t have enough uh dirt I have some dirt here in my inventory right now but and this is one of my bins and I think I have how many is it again like 14 15

Something like that um but it’s not actually enough to uh make the the job come out fully so I’m going to have to mine more dirt but I don’t oh I’m quite sure I won’t finish the uh pyramid today I’d have to go I’d have have to go all

Day long to to make that happen so I don’t think I’m going to finish this pyramid today but um let’s get this cobblestone in here um yeah I plan on getting at least the the foundation of this thing in order it’s going to be the biggest one yet and so okay so the

Dimensions of this new pyramid are um I did I I found a website that does um okay I can’t get rid of all my Cobblestone it looks like I found a website that does um uh calculations on the height size and number of uh volume and all those

Different statistics on uh the numbers on what constitutes a pyramid of a particular base size so for example if you put the base size 299 in you want your you want your pyramid to be an odd number of of blocks at the base so that

It turns out at a point I’m going to get rid of this and we can start our work um so you need an odd number to begin with and then um from there you uh you can see according to this website how many blocks it’s going to take so I put in

The number originally it was like 299 I put in and the resultant uh the result was uh not good it was something like um 150,000 blocks would would have been necessary to uh do that to create a pyramid of a base size 250 or no I’m was it 299 or 3 gosh I

Can’t remember so anyway it doesn’t matter in the end I ultimately decided I couldn’t do such a large pyramid so what I did do let’s grab all this dirt what I did do was I put in a uh base size of 259 that turns out to be about the right number

Okay okay here we go I’m kind of like hesitant about this because um I’m going to make sure we’re on peaceful here I don’t want any enemies coming toward me yeah peaceful mode okay um I’m not interested in fighting monsters right now um yeah so I ended up putting in a

Base size for this new pyramid here of uh 259 and that’s going to require some I think 60 something, blocks and right now I think I have about 50,000 so it’s not going to work it’s not gonna I’m not going to be able to finish it right away

But uh this is going to be one of those ongoing projects I’m a little nervous cuz I when I did my last big pyramid I was barely able to finish it I mean emotionally it’s it was like really hard work um listen those chickens look at

This oh my goodness boy that’s a lot of chickens I think it’s time to start killing those chickens huh I was going to um I was harvesting I was getting those chickens ready for uh a major uh a major uh how do I say it

Nicely kill I’m going to kill a bunch of them and then I’m going to get their uh feathers for uh uh bow arrows rather so that I can go out hunting zombies I’ve gotten a little more violent in this game I kind of realize there’s not a m

Not a lot of choice especially if you want to beat the game okay I don’t really have a sense uh at this point of where I’m going to build this pyramid um 259 blocks is a lot so I was kind of one of the reasons I’m I’m on uh

Microphone today is because I kind of needed your guys’s help uh the audience to determine where uh I might put this pyramid oh good sun is rising um it could be these three pyramids that I have right now can actually be seen actually that’s how I got uh well it’s

Not the cover image that I have now but um I did take one screenshot that includes all three pyramids which I thought was really pretty cool cuz I didn’t know I could get all three in there you know um this building this would have been a great Hill upon which

To build a pyramid but I don’t think I want to cover that building so let me look over here perhaps this Hillside here could rest beneath the new pyramid because this thing’s going to be so massive that oh my gosh 259 blocks is this it says okay so it says 60 I think

It was 64,000 let me check the stats here the number of blocks necessary to build such a massive pyramid was 67,000 right now I think I have I think I’m about 20,000 short I think I’ve got about 50,000 so um I’m a little a little hesitant in

Here but I think I’m going to go ahead and do it uh I have to be sure that the number is correct so we’re going to have to count this and uh I hope it’s not I hope it doesn’t get too too boring for you because I’m going to have to do some

Counting here but if you’re looking for some relaxation this is the video for you okay so here’s my largest and here’s my smallest um I think I’m going to put it here um and that means means that this track I’ve got an ice track for a boat

That goes uh that runs into this pyramid on this side of it whatever side that is and so I’m going to have to cover that up I’m kind of just planning plotting out my um my new tracks here okay I think I’m I think I’m going

To start here we go this is kind of cool I didn’t even like see this before look at this this thing kind of goes oh wow that is kind of cool I think we we’ll try to keep that but I might have to tear it down too okay I’m going to get

Rid of this little block here I can’t even pick up a block right now I’m so full on my inventory okay we’re going to start um this seems like as good a place as any I I think I’m trying to create like the Valley of the Kings like in Egypt

You know where there’s like places to to walk between the pyramids kind of thing I don’t know if you’ve seen those pictures of those pyramids they’re kind of close together I guess not like super close but you know what I mean within sight of one another I think okay I’m

Going to start I’m really nervous right now cuz this is I know how many hours this is going to take uh here we go how should I match um or should I put it in between perhaps that’d be kind of cool too like right here it doesn’t ultimately matter I

Suppose yeah we’re going to put put it about here okay this will be corner I started it okay the first block has been set okay so now we’re going 259 blocks now I have a problem with we’re going to be I think we should use the coordinates

To do this cuz I don’t think I want to count it’s just too much isn’t it so but I have to be certain so this is um we’re looking at the first number in the um X Y and X zy I guess it is so that the

First and last coordinates tell you the X and Y no is that right the or the I don’t know how to explain it but it’s three different coordinates the middle coordinate being the height I guess the middle coordinate would be Y and the the

First and last may be like a and b or something cuz they tell you the lateral or the flat coordinates on top of the earth um length and width I guess um I guess you could say okay okay so 392 I’m going to write that

Down and what we’re going to do is um 392 um I’m going to go ahead and do a little calculation here I want um I could do this probably in my head pretty easily but I’m not going to trust my head right now 392 is my um my position

On the first coordinate there we’re going to double check that okay 392 is correct okay so 392 and then we’re going to go ahead and add to that 259 jeez that’s a big number okay and we’ got 651 651 is what we’re heading toward okay and I hope that so that’s that should

Be that should be the correct number you see if we’re incorrect about the number of blocks then we’re what we’re going to have is a problem because it’s going to um the pyramid’s going to yeah I think this is what we’re going to do here what’s going to happen is

That the pyramid will um not come to a a point at the top does that make sense so if you do an odd number of blocks the pyramid won’t come to a point so that’s kind of the issue that I have here I need to make sure

That um this number is correct okay and what’s happening now is you can see the base this is interesting the base of the pyramid is actually above ground now I didn’t count for that this is this is going to be a wild pyramid I can tell that all right we’re looking for

651 man it’s like this takes all my blocks just to get one row I like the way it looks though already I was thinking about using coarse dirt or something but I was like nah it’s takes too long to make you got to make it with gravel or whatever ever

I’m not going to do that okay we’re getting closer 651 yeah if you can hear some trepidation in my voice some hesitation it’s because um this job is is by far the biggest so we’re going to see if I can make it happen I’ve been trying not to get tired

Of my projects and so um and also I kind of want to do something with it like I don’t just want to make things I kind of want to after I make stuff I kind of want to do stuff with it if that makes sense okay I’m going to stay on here

Even if it’s not the most exciting cuz I want to um make sure I get this right okay we’re going for H we’re almost actually what’s the number again it was um I got my cell phone open to the to the calculator here okay hold on

Let’s see what it is again got to open this up here and the number was 651 oh we’re we passed it okay well that’s fine cuz we can just kind of oh no no no we we didn’t pass it actually we’re almost perfect I see okay 654 653 652 651 that’s

It o boy I tell you it almost makes me feel a little nauseous if I get this wrong and we get to the very tip of the um pyramid what we’ll be dealing with is going to be really really bad because that means the whole thing has to be

Brought in by a whole step on two sides I think so we got to get this right man this is a big pyramid okay um so what I’m thinking is do I trust the calculation of the coordinates or do I count the blocks it’s a lot to count you

Know but the thing is I’d only have to count it um two times I think I better count it shall I before I count it shall I go ahead and do um shall I go ahead and do uh two coord uh two sides why don’t I do that

First okay I’m going to go ahead and do that even if it’s incorrect if the if the sides are even at least they’re even right but I want the number of the blocks on each side to be odd that’s important okay so what I’m going to do now is I’m G

To um my laundry machine keeps stopping over here I’ve got kind of a weaker machine and it keeps stopping so the the sound keeps beeping in the background it’s kind of annoying all right um this is here what are we at uh this is okay now we’re different coordinates right we’re negative negative

262 got to make sure I got this right 262 all right and what I’m going to do is make sure that double check that so this is the line right 263 262 261 great okay – 262 and we’re going to be going again two uh 259 blocks so we’re going

To do um uh 262 plus 259 equal -3 yeah that is correct so we’re going up we’re going up tog -3 all right and again we are going to count we got to count this it’s unfortunate but it has to be done I really don’t want to do

That I I have to say like I do like this game oh man we going to have to well the good thing about the coordinates is we don’t have to count right now but I do have to find the correct what a pain I got to go over

This thing let’s see I’m going to climb up there and because I want to make sure I’ve got the same uh elevation they it has to be on the same elevation can I get up there yeah I think once I get started on this it’s going to be a lot easier you know

What I mean but that as I started it’s like the most um I feel the most nervous I guess you could say okay here we go we’re good nice let’s go and break this ice right now cuz we are going to need to do that eventually

Same thing here I hope we don’t have to do too much carving of the ice as uh at the beginning you know what I mean I don’t really feel like carving much I just kind of want to build right now okay we’re through nice that wasn’t too

Bad okay let’s take away our steps here and I just built two of them it looks like nice okay we’re on our way again we are going to-3 is that correct yeah three is correct okay well we have a long way to go I don’t want to be too real sometimes

With my feelings like that’s why I don’t talk sometimes cuz these the this job is really hard like building Minecraft stuff is can be I know it sounds funny you know cuz it’s a you know it’s digital and it’s it’s a game you know but it’s actually like you know it’s

Actually like real designing sometimes yeah okay should I get rid of that or should I leave it let’s leave it cuz we’re not counting blocks right now we’re just going for coordinates so I don’t have to worry too much about um oh I don’t have to worry too much about

Oh man look at this we’re like way down here I don’t no I haven’t really explored this area yet so I’m not really familiar with it okay we’re going to head back here boy it’s a it’s a tough Journey just to get the base uh layer set got plenty of

Dirt let’s get my shovel up there all right and my partner here is helping me out with the laundry and my coffee thankfully without her I couldn’t be doing this so shout out to her that’s uh actually you’ve probably seen her in other videos so you might know who she

Is she’s been in I think 60 videos on this channel which is really nice that she helped me out like that uh you know what this is kind of wild isn’t it it’s going to go into the mountain oh no -3 oh no oh man I’m almost shaking like

Thinking about this project is like I don’t know you know a better idea you know I I’m either going to commit fully look at how far from the other side this is the corner all the way over there you know 299 259 blocks rather um um is a big

Difference as compared to the other one was 200 and um 2 uh 19 that was my biggest one was 219 blocks at the base and that was sizable you know this one is even bigger so it’s crazy like how just a few blocks more it’s only what 40 blocks more is that

Right 219 to 259 right it’s um um it’s only 40 blocks more but the size difference is incredible okay I’m glad I brought a shovel cuz I’m going to go ahead and do this right now I want to kind of make sure that we’re um I think it’s also time for I don’t

Have oh no I do have torches okay let’s go ahead and put up a torch like on a tree maybe oh man this is a mess this is going to be tough so so again if you’re just joining me I’m what I’m doing right now is I’m creating the base of a uh

Pyramid and this is going to be a pyramid with a base uh dimension of 259 blocks which is um which is 40 blocks bigger than my other one um the biggest one right now oh man there’s a tree right above me I’m going to have to figure that out okay and the

Elevation now of the land is going up I didn’t even I didn’t even think about this you know what I mean like this pyramid’s so big that it’s like passing through multiple land features you know what I mean so I’m going to have to take that into account so let’s see

Here I’m going to carve my way up here and see what we’re looking at in terms of it looks like the elevation maybe oh there’s another tree okay let’s get our way out okay we’re out okay look it levels up that’s good that’s very good oh my goodness we

Have a ways to go um there’s no way I’m going to be able to um I want to get rid of these trees too let’s get another torch up I’m sorry if I sound so hectic I’m I’m kind of like I’m kind of still hesitating about this project like my

Mind is filled with a little bit of Doubt cuz this is the this is the biggest project I’ve ever done you know but I I want to challenge myself and I want to I want to see how big I can build here what I’m what I’m kind of worried

About is the number of blocks it’ll take cuz it’s 67,000 I think was the number 67,000 blocks and the problem with that is that um I only have about 50,000 right now so that would be the main issue for um in terms of my limitations right now

Okay and it looks like I actually got rid of this tree which is really nice I got another tree in the way somewhere else okay and now oh yeah and I’ve I’ve been able to pick up all those blocks okay okay here we go we’re going to go ahead and carve

This right now um just to kind of indicate to us where uh the line will be um because it’s oh man there’s two more trees in the way I do not want to take out these trees I’ll tell you that um I want to kind of just get my line in

Order here and it looks like I’ve been able to maintain that thus far this shovel is about to go okay shall we head back it’s almost daylight now looks like let’s head back along this line I want to make doubly sure that um we are following the same

Line I didn’t mark the absolute coordinates here only the one the first number okay so this is let’s let’s make sure that we’re not deviating here so we’re along the line of 69 that’s the number 68 69 7 68 wait a minute 69 yeah that’s right okay we’re good and set and

68 I’m confused why isn’t it changing here oh wait a minute 51 oh no no that’s the wrong coordinate I’m looking at the elevation so we’re looking at 652 651 and 650 so 651 that’s all that really matters 651 is the line we’re staying on in

Terms of this left and right here okay I get it uh and then okay and then 69 is the we want to be standing at the level of 69 which is the elevation and uh 251 is the co uh coord coordinates okay I’m going to write this down cuz uh

When we get to the end of this we’re going to need to make sure that we’re standing at the elevation that I’m at right now and that um I’m not going to worry about that tree right now and that we’re also um at that uh latitude or or longitude whatever it may be

Okay so see right now we’re at 79 which means we’re 10 higher than we need to be so we’re going to need to be uh standing at at that elevation okay and here we are so let’s check our coordinates two uh 651 is good that’s correct okay we are okay it isn’t

Almost daylight I was wrong about that seems like we still got Darkness here okay I’m going to carve through here and we are going to just kind of we’re not going to lay any dirt here that’s some looks like Holly or whatever that’s called 651 we’re still good here so the

Base of this pyramid is going to come into this Hillside it looks like okay which is fine with me cuz that means less work actually I don’t have to um I’m going to put a torch up I don’t have to um yeah I don’t have to lay uh dirt for

That part of the tree uh tree I have the pyramid okay uh oh okay uh negative three we’re almost there actually wow okay that’s good that’s good I’m not able to no I did no can’t pick that up not yet it’s okay I don’t really need

The stick okay uh 651 we are good and we are almost okay so now we’re see now we’re below the line of the pyramid um which means I’m going to go and get myself up Put Dirt here and now we need one more which means perhaps I’ll put one

Here and this is my elevation and this is my correct uh coordinate on the x or y or whatever it is the longitude or latitude uh so we are actually here correctly and we are going to -3 the reason I’m one of the reasons I’m talking to you guys is because if I

Wasn’t I don’t know that I’d be able to do this I can talk myself through things pretty pretty easily okay okay let’s go a and give myself a bridge here and as we see I am atg -3 oh man 651 neg3 okay so now here here’s the

Here’s the trick is am I correct in assuming that if I go from3 uh yeah neg3 right if I go fromg -3 and I walk all the way back to um my origin spot my point of origin and look at this environment I really had to get through some like you know

Wild stuff didn’t I some lava here it’s dangerous I died in the last video I didn’t like that obviously right nobody wants to die in a game right um but the the problem with that was that I had um like a couple pickaxes that were valuable uh silk axe

A silk touch and uh another one that was also a diamond pickaxe with some other enchantments you know okay so here’s my line SOG -3 is where we’re standing over there and what I’m doing is I’m just running back and I’m doing this cuz I kind of want to

See should I climb up here why don’t we get up on top almost fell off there all right so this is what I’ve created here there’s the other side you can see there this is going to be a pretty massive uh project all right let’s get rid of this

Ice cuz I’m going to need to do that anyway probably okay that’s good enough for now we’re just kind of laying out the base I didn’t realize that just laying at the base is a job in and of itself you know if you guys have ever tried a major project on Minecraft

You’ll you’ll kind of know what I’m talking about okay here we are um we are now at – 262 so if I were to go up from – 262 up to -3 because that is going up right um even though the numbers go down because it’s negative right so – 262 to

-3 um that would give us that would give us an odd number right yeah um okay I think another way to do this and here’s what I’m going to do the problem with my next um here’s one of my problems I’m going to have to I think I’m not going to worry too

Much about the Perfection of this base layer right now because I’m I don’t really trust the coordinates and I don’t trust my math skills either um so what I’m going to do is I’m going to get back over here we’re going to see if we can create the other base but I’m guessing

That we’re going to run into this Forest area which is going to lead us into some troubles here okay A little bit of tree in the way here let’s get rid of that and I think I’ll do a little bit up here I’m not going to do this whole tree just

A little bit okay and here’s where we began our whole project here okay so make sure that my microphone’s picking up here with these streams you got to check every once in a while okay we are good okay um let us now go from here okay so now we’re doing the same thing

This is – 262 we’re going up to -3 what I’m going to this isn’t going to work I was thinking to you know what never mind this is way too much like calculation for me I’m no mathematician okay um the elevation again is going to be 69 9 and then

392 uh is our okay so this time the um latitude needs to be 392 that is correct 392 that is the key 392 and 69 are our numbers 392 I’m going to write that down this uh project is so big I actually have to do a little bit of calculating I guess

392 okay we are on the right path right here yep that looks right I’m not uh the other projects I’ve been able to eye them a lot you know uh but in this case I’m not going to be able to do that okay also I’m not going to be able

To use the shovel for much longer it’ll break right here okay and this is going to be the path right here 392 is correct okay we’re going to just keep going and we are not going to dig here because um that’ll come later if I ever get around to

It now so now we’re 10 above the elevation of that base layer so you can see this is going to be a bit of a trick okay 392 is where we are 393 okay we’re going to just keep going once I get down to the elevation of 69 that is

Where we are going to um that is where we are going to stop we have to create a dirt layer if there is none at that elevation but so far we’re walking on dirt above that elevation so we don’t have to worry about the base

Layer I wonder what this is going to be this is going to be massive and is it going to Encompass more than one biome that’s another thing I wonder okay we oh hey my path oh wow it stops right there huh okay that’s kind of convenient okay we are far above

Uh 392 right here this is our trajectory here we are far above the uh the base layer the base level of the pyramid okay let’s continue our journey I’m going to cut through this tree here and see if if there’s a lot more tree I’m not going to be doing this cuz it’s

Too much to bother with but at least I’ll get through here it looks like my inventory is full 392 is right here okay let’s get rid of this we’re still far above our Baseline um elevation so we don’t have to worry about that looks like I picked up

Something okay and looks like we’re going to hit a drop off pretty soon cuz I think we’re on a hill right now okay yeah looks like we’re a top of hill Oh look we’re almost there oh wow we’re really close actually Okay negative 63 right here right here this is it that’s the

One oh man all right um now here’s the question I mostly I just want to make sure this isg -3 yeah that’s it this is it right here um mostly I want to make sure that we’re going to hit one block at the top of the pyramid so the the most important thing

Is that the pyramid has to be an odd number of blocks at the base get a sip of coffee here um has to be an odd number of blocks at the base that’s the most important thing um put a torch here looks like we’re hitting Nightfall again this is it right here so

Why don’t we Mark that okay um this is going to be a little bit trickier than I thought the the elevation again the the base elevation is down about what 13 blocks or something it’s at level 69 Which is far below where I am I’m at 83 right now elevation 82 here

390 392 it’s actually right here 392 yeah it’s actually here not here um okay I’m trying to think of what how I’m going to deal deal with this I think I think I’m going to leave this as the um coordinate here I’ll leave this torch here and then um what I’m going to

Do is I’m going to start creating the base of the pyramid so let’s go back I haven’t decided exactly how I’m going to approach this cuz it’s so massive and we’re not going to see the end of it until I don’t know probably three or four videos in at least if I can

Continue this work so um we’re going to need to come around these trees here well this is bigger than I thought two again this is this pyramid will be 259 blocks at the base so this is the biggest project I’ve Done Yet the number of blocks that it requires is

67,000 so okay and there’s our line right there so this right here is the line of our pyramid um so I think the right thing to do now would be to start laying blocks and in doing so I can start to see the outline okay okay now okay here here’s here’s a

Thing right okay let’s say let’s say that I let’s say that I use this let’s say that I use uh four sets of blocks here cuz it’ll be 259 blocks so let’s say like let’s count the number of packages I’m using this is the first so let’s remember that this is

Number one it should be an odd number I just want to make sure that I’m using an odd number of blocks I think is the main thing okay this is the first I don’t think there’s any lava behind me so I’m okay okay number one okay uhoh number one okay number two

Package number two and can I grabb this here looks like I can now yeah I got it okay package number two I’m going to Face Forward here it’s night time again I need some torches up don’t I otherwise it’s kind of hard to see wonder what it looks like on your screen

There okay number two this is number three it’s going to take four packages H pick that up three this is number three I got that block didn’t I yeah got to make sure I’m right here got it okay this is number three and and now number

Four okay and this should be maybe it’s going to take five this is number four can I grab it got it nice number four like my footsteps on the ice there okay number four we’re almost at the end here and okay four okay so that’s four

Packages of 64 again I’m going to use my calculator 4 * 64 4 * 64 = 256 and it looks like like three more right one 2 and three so that was 259 blocks so at least I know 259 oh wait a minute that means that I’m 261 at the

Base over here so this is the original base that I had calculated oh interesting I had gone one layer too deep uh according to to my prior calculation um cuz I’m looking at a baseline of 259 and that’s what I just got here that’s Baseline of 259

Okay am I going to this isn’t going to work I mean I’m in other words I’m not going to be able to calculate based on this this length here but we’re going to try it anyway I guess I’ll stay on the ground here um why don’t we bring in new

Dirt don’t get rid of that okay so that’s 259 let’s calculate here this is going to be quite a bit trickier because I’m going to have to take into account the ice you know what I mean um that ice there and I don’t know let’s kind of

Break this up yeah it looks like we’re we’re good actually why don’t I create a little staircase here okay here we go let’s do that okay and and um we’re going to count this as oh okay we’re going to count that as a first block aren’t we so why don’t we um add

One more block here and that way we can not have to account for that because this is now at 63 I don’t know if this is making any sense to any of you out there but I’m I’m kind of doing the math in my head as I do this because I have

To make sure that the base is even and also I mean that each side is even you know what I mean and also that the number of blocks in each uh side of the pyramid at one elevation is odd so that when I get to the top of the pyramid it

Will come to one single block all right get a sip of coffee there um here we go we are going to start with that so 63 here okay great okay let’s do our best this is the bunch number one we’re going to turn this way

This works as long as we don’t hit an obstacle we can count this as one Bunch okay we can make it 64 blocks without an obstacle we’ve hit our first Bunch there we go okay second bunch and we’re already going to hit obstacles I don’t even know if this is going to work

To be honest okay second Bunch again if you’re just tuning in this is my biggest project yet this is the biggest pyramid that I’ve done okay we got to get rid of the blocks now now the tree leaves here um and this is a pyramid of gigantic proportions all right we’re going to

Head through here all right down on the ground hopefully I don’t think there’s any lava behind me hope not otherwise we’re going to die okay that’s group number two okay we’ve hit 228 blocks uh 128 blocks rather and now we’re heading to our up got to pick that

Up got it okay we’re heading toward our third Bunch now and we’re going to start hitting same thing happened I’m going to start hitting some obstacles here so that’s to be expected okay got it this time I got it okay our first obstacle is a tree

Let’s put up a torch here I got to remember yeah okay I’m good okay our third Bunch right yeah this is our third Bunch got to keep that in mind what what a tricky situation I’m just going to take this one block out there we go and this is our third Bunch okay

Own counting and my mathematical skills so if I were more confident I think I would do this but what I’m going to end up doing here just to double you know double check that I’m getting this right is I’m going to Um I’m going to work I’m going to do two sides at once until I feel confident that I have the correct coordinates so I think I’ll get high enough that it’s easy to count the number cuz 259 is a is a large number you know so I’m going to go ahead

And I’m going to bring this to the tree line yeah I think this is the best way to do this I don’t know if you guys are kind of getting a sense of what I’m doing here this pyramid is so big that it crosses into maybe different biomes

It almost seems like it at least it’s crossing different types of environment you know from sort of an ice covered uh Waterway this kind of area I’m at now to a a snowy Forest so I think I’m going to go ahead and bring it in here as far as I can maybe

For that reason um it’s besides being the most abundant of uh resources it’s also the easiest to work with in terms of how it Blends in okay we are going to now we’ve got two steps so we can kind of use this as our guide and this is when the job gets kind

Of fun so now we’re just going to go back and forth it looks like um I was able to talk myself through some of the most difficult aspects I was really worried about uh starting this because it’s such a big project that um it’s the kind of thing you don’t even

Want to start if if you guys know what I’m talking about like there’s there can be projects that are so big that you’re just like N I don’t I don’t think I’ll start this and so I was kind of like i’ I I kind of

Um like felt like I hit a limit recently with the game and so I turned zombies on I kind of want to expand I might have to start doing other games again soon too CU I uh yeah I’m not I’m not bored of this

Game but I’m it can get it can get a little tiring sometimes if you only play one game you know so I um decided to kind of try to inspire myself here with this pyramid you know all right we are going to take this here we’ve already

Got a nice two sides here well three sides actually the other side um we’re going to wait because I I have to make sure that we’re going to come to a point if it’s truly going to be a a symmetrical pyramid then that um symmetry is of utmost importance we have

To come to a point at the top so okay another thing I like about talking in these videos is um I live I live here in Japan and I don’t um of course I speak English um you know with my wife and um where else well that’s about it

There’s not a lot of not a lot of English in Japan it is Japan after all um so I do kind of like the um feeling I get when I you know when I speak English I get a drink of coffee here if you see me pausing in the videos it’s

Uh often because I’m getting a drink or just kind of resting my hands it’s it’s not a very strenuous uh job that I do here you know cuz I’m I I do sit at this indoor uh bicycle what do you call those exercise Cycles it’s just pedals you

Know on a seat kind of thing um okay looks like this is our limit I’m going to chop all this up though just because I want it out of the way this is looking prettyy good so far I’m happy with it um I don’t know how far I’m going to

Get today on this pyramid but as long as I feel entertained by my own voice by my own efforts I think I’ll continue okay this is what I’m talking about uh about the back and forth of things we are now going to um head back but we’re going to

Start a dirt line here like this because there’s no point in you know not doing this because it’s going to be there anyway so why don’t we just you know start it now is what I figure okay um yeah so if you hear me pausing sometimes it’s because I’m just taking a little

Rest um and I try not to because I want to I want to keep playing you know uh when I started this world I didn’t have a direct goal but I just figured I want to make the most awesome creation that I can so I’ve been going since late August actually of 2023

It’s kind of impressive I think I think it’s something oh and um if you have been watching recently or if you stay in touch with the channel I’ve recently received the um the uh silver Creator award they call it ah I hate it when that happens the silver Creator award

Which um yeah I’m very proud of I’m going to leave that tree I’m going to come back here with a wooden uh or a stone axe rather to chop that wood okay we’re heading through got a pretty clear view here yeah clear now cool that Forest is going to be a

Bit of trouble and we’re going to cut some ice up ahead here I think yeah so I got the silver Creator award recently and I posted that in a short I I did the I actually did the unboxing in uh real time well on well in the short anyway it

Wasn’t a live video but I had filmed it just prior to to uploading that that short and um yeah I did it without any music or anything just kind of wanted to share the experience so yeah that silver Creator award came yesterday really proud of that thanks to you guys

Watching and um yeah on these videos I get like it depends like at the new year it’s been it’s been a bit slow viewership has been down a little bit but it’s been really pretty good I’ve been able to sustain you know my my job with this game that’s a nice Sunset

Isn’t it um so I’ve been doing this uh game primarily I I think I played oh yeah I did a puzzle game the other day I don’t know if you saw that one that was um it’s a game called jigsaw puzzle dreams created by a a couple of really

Nice guys like um I actually was in touch with one of them at one point uh they’re pretty active on um online and uh yeah really nice people and um yeah that game is is really fun that jigsaw puzzle games it’s called U jigsaw puzzle

Dreams so if you guys are looking for a good jigsaw puzzle game that’s the one to play kid-friendly too that’s important to me I’ve been able to keep this uh Channel kid-friendly which I’m proud of it’s really hard um yeah if you guys are you know into

YouTube at all if you do any creation um generally it’s really hard to make videos that are age appropriate and that you can make a living off of at the same time so I don’t know what um proportion of my audience is actually um kids you

Know children but I do I do aim to that audience so that’s why I make this channel for kids it started out as a um School here in Japan we um my wife and I started a school an English school and then we turned it into just a channel

Because it was just a lot easier to do it’s hard to run a school yeah okay um I’m going to take it this way and it look look like we are almost out of dirt um and my my last two two bunches here I’m actually really surprised that um I

Was able to get this far we’re going to we’re going to really see what it’s going to take to create this pyramid because I am um I’m going to start this line here too um what am I trying to say here yeah it’s I I just I wasn’t expecting to get

You know the base done so quickly but we it looks like we have a pretty good start also I’m kind of disappointed that we aren’t able to get the full dimensions of it laid out um but at the same time I’m kind of glad that I didn’t

Decide to go full square shape right away because um it’s just such a oh one more Bunch got one more Bunch um it’s just such a dangerous game to play if you are trying to get a symmetrical pyramid you want to make sure that your base dimensions are uh

Are are exactly symmetrical and that the number of blocks in each base line are odd if that makes sense cuz you need a point at the top I have a horse around here somewhere that I left where did I leave that horse I saw him uh I saw a horse standing around

Where where was that horse I got to go get that guy there’s a horse maybe it’s over here let’s see if I can recall um I’m heading back back to base but I’m trying to pick up my horse on the way along the way um and I’m going to go get

More dirt and I wonder I wonder I think on this pyramid for sure like this guy here there’s no light as you can see um what maybe four oh I see that’s from the interior yeah this one I’m definitely going to want um lighting let’s put it here and here and

Here we’re going to do it every other step similar to this one here um I think we’ll light it slightly differently but I think that’s how we’ll at least start yeah with these with these pyramids um the job can be so oh that’s what I was going to go to this side I’ll

Take the path too the job can be so big so massive that um if you want to go back and add things it’s a job in and of itself you know what I mean so like I kind of want to figure things out from the beginning but I I feel like I’m

Definitely going to miss things too wow look at all these animals two sheep and a and a cow yeah look at that okay where is my horse and I got a bee flying around I guess these guys um I think when their hives are full when their nests or their hives are full

Of honey I don’t think that they go back in um until it’s emptied or something like that I guess because I’ve seen them out at night and they really shouldn’t be they they go in at night that’s their that’s their coding and where is my horse I know I

Saw a horse around here I had forgotten it previously look at these crazy chickens I love it um I don’t I was playing this game without uh where is that horse I know I saw my my horse out here somewhere okay let’s go check up on

The next to the small pyramid I think it might be there um I was trying to play the game without killing any animals but then I realized how truly impractical That was cuz how you going to how you going to collect leather for example if you don’t have you

Know if you don’t kill the animals so I realized ah man I got to kill some animals here I really didn’t want to um I’m not a vegetarian in real life but know I don’t I try not to eat meats that are you know from endangered animals or

I I do care about animals you know what I mean despite the fact that I eat them but in this game I was trying to keep it um as as PC as as possible as as kid-friendly as possible and um I don’t think there’s anything wrong with killing Minecraft animals but still I

Just I I was just on a matter of principle I think I was trying not to do it where is that horse I remember I saw it I was walking around before I started playing to get some I remember where it is I just remembered okay we’re going to go get it

Now um yeah so on a matter of principle I was trying not to um kill those animals do you see that little emblem in the upper right right there that is a what it do what’s it called a con a conductor or a circuit or something what’s it called again it’s

It’s it’s this special thing that you make using the item called heart of the sea and what it does is it allows you to breathe underwater and look it’s still acting on me it’s a very powerful spell a very powerful effect so that’s yeah that allows me to breathe

Underwater but yeah so I realized oh man I’m going to have to kill some animals so now I’m just going to go all for it if I’m going to kill rabbits or chickens whatever it is I’m going to do it I’m going to do it with as much Humanity as I can

And and without uh without guilt but it’s kind of sad like oh man the game kind of forces you to kill the animals oh I guess it’s like real life we’ve our species has survived because of that if we hadn’t eaten meat we probably wouldn’t have lived you know we

Haven’t always been Farmers you know um let’s see I’m going for more dirt and I’m going to get rid of some of these plants so let’s start with green plants I planted bamboo yesterday which is yeah something I I really enjoy I like I like bamboo in real life sweet berries these

Ones go in the um this part here oopsies oh look at all this stuff I traded with the um the guys down below uh what do they call the villagers you know and uh as a result I got uh all sorts of cakes and stuff it’s kind of crazy okay uh

Let’s see tree saplings get rid of this I got some AAA that’s pretty cool all right let’s get rid of our wood here wood sticks in here and logs in here Spruce logs um also should I bring I think I will bring one axe let’s bring just the one yeah we’ll just use

That one I guess also I don’t need silk t I got this one here okay and now for the dirt okay we got three bundles here I’m going to leave that I think and go grab some from upstairs also I’m not going to do that right now i’ I’ve been um

Refilling my lava buckets in order to uh in order to um do my moat of lava around the snow building okay and now we’re going to start with the last dirt B which is here gotcha okay fill her up that’ll take all this dirt that’s

Nice um we are not oh you know what I didn’t even take this into account I’m just thinking out loud to myself here I calculated that this pyramid that I’m currently um working on will take 67,000 dirt blocks which is a lot um hello sir you got anything to

Give me you got ferns I could get some ferns there’s green dye rooted what’s rooted dirt I don’t need packed ice I could use some ferns but do I really want them ah I don’t know okay um anyway what was I saying um yeah I calculated that this uh

Pyramid right oh shoot I forgot I can’t pick that up man come on I got to go get rid of some dirt that horse might run away I forgot to leave one spot open um the the pyramid will take 67,000 blocks um and Oh wrong horse this guy

Right here is who I want wait where is it is that no that’s him okay how old am I I can’t remember this uh let’s see we are going now back to the pyramid I think think I’m entering into a state of mind that’s kind of um like not numb but

More like hypnotic you know what I mean you guys ever do anything again and again and so often that you enter into a state of just I don’t know kind of like you don’t really think much you’re just kind of doing you know what I mean

An automatic State of Mind is what it is yeah look at all this lava around here is that pretty I kind of like it it’s it’s just an idea I had that I decided to to try out okay it is coming together look at that pyramid it is quite quite nice I could

Have refilled my torches uh we need a steak for this horsey um let’s see what’s my nearest Stak over here I guess this is it right here it’s not that far I thought it was going to be further okay let’s get you tied up my little horsey friend come

With me please there you are you won’t run away on me the most important thing about these horses is their speed and their armor and because uh yeah they really are fast and some of them are much faster than others in fact I have two rather fast ones now and one of the

Fast one uh one of the two fast ones goes faster than the other so I think that’s pretty interesting okay and I’m going to start pedaling on my little bicycle here I got to remember to keep my exercise up because um if you sit here all day long playing

This game you’re not going to be the healthiest you know what I mean so I’ve seen my weight go up a little bit because I’m like not getting out as much ever since I started doing uh YouTube streaming you know all right we’re looking good here having you guys watch has been uh

Helping me a lot because well I certainly wouldn’t do this without you and so I I do enjoy the uh the audience participation on this channel is limited because you can’t comment but you can like And subscribe and you can you can also dislike if you don’t like it um but

Yeah I do like I do like the interaction aspect of it okay we’re going to start another row here and we are looking good wow okay so now we’re getting a pretty good view check that out isn’t that nice this is going to be the center of the pyramid

And I okay so for this pyramid here I left everything intact actually this one over here this this is the smallest one right here I cleared it out I cleared the center out this one here that I’m doing I’m there I don’t think I’m going

To clear it out unless I get a whole bunch of people to help me in my game you know I don’t think I’m going to be clearing anything here okay break some more ice we can break this too here okay it’s kind of nice to have these little

Ice structures here they kind of add some variety you know yeah but so I’m I’m just kind of thinking out loud here to myself like do I want to clear this out probably not because it’s like a massive area of space you know because the uh pyramid itself is quite

Massive I think I called it mammoth in the title I was looking for a good word to describe a large size you know and Mammoth seem to seem to fit So okay I brought my um I brought my wooden axe here so I think I’m going to use it here yep we’ve already gotten rid of a pile of dirt so we can go ahead and I think I’ll be able to get back up pretty easily so let’s go ahead and chop this

Down here nice that’s cool I can see what I’m doing here all right um by the way fall damage I I read doesn’t um I’m going to take this out so I can get back up fall damage does not affect your armor I didn’t know that uh but fire damage

Does and so uh if you’re think you know thinking about conserving your armor that’s good information okay we are going to put a block here here this is going to be a line anyway isn’t it in fact I could do that right now if I wanted to shall I do

That on my way back maybe create that line okay we got rid of that tree that’s nice this tree is going to have to go too in fact we could get rid of it right now if we wanted to shall we do so um another thing I learned is that if you

Leave I’m sure you guys know this if you’ve played the game you know any amount of time you probably learn this stuff from uh you know tutorial videos or or your friends or whatever you know um but if you cut down the the trunk of

A tree like in this case I’m going to I’m going to cut this down well technically I am cutting it down aren’t I I’m coming from the top down but if you um get rid of the trunk of a tree as I’m doing here the branches

Will die uh on on their own so that’s kind of interesting too okay let’s get rid of this dirt here I’m going to try to get my way out here is that it that’s it good okay and every time I do that I’m just kind of in fact I want to

Repair that damage there it’s nice okay there we go and I guess we’ll go ahead and do this tree too I’m this is just a technicality what I’m doing now it’s not really super important but I don’t I don’t like to have trees um sticking up through here so let’s patch this up

Because it will keep it even and then let’s make our way through here like this all right like that and actually I’m going to lay a few more blocks we’re going to be um look at the wolf coming through uh what about this guy here oh no I didn’t finish this tree

Here oh I see my stone axe is almost dead maybe I’m going to wait to do more of these trees I’ll take care of this one here um and then those branches will hello little guy hi you’re not a pet are you wild wolf coming up to me you think

That would happen in the wild I uh I do like this game I think it’s pretty accurate to like the the way uh the animals behave and stuff it’s it’s surprisingly accurate there’s there’s there was no obligation on the part of the creators at what’s it called Mojang

Or whatever Studios can’t remember the name of the guys who created this but there was no obligation on their part to make this realistic you know but they um yeah they did they did a pretty good job okay I am going to go ahead and continue

This as far as I can make it uh reach without going through too much trouble yeah I’m sure the guys who created this too are like surprised by the kind of innovative ideas that people have like what you can do with this game is pretty incredible you know that’s

What’s kept me hooked to it you know okay we are good look at that okay now like I said I think what I’m going to try oh look I’ve carved through here I think that’s a pretty good estimate of where it’s going to end up I’m not

Carving down right now but yeah cool let’s go ahead and uh set up another row here let’s get rid of these These are going to go eventually probably oh we got a big old tree here not going to worry about that right now okay we’re

Going to start it here and this is going to be our base row here hello chicken can I move you excuse me like I said I like to hit the animals so passive other players I played with a couple people um yeah most people like they they will

Hit the animals cuz it’s you know it’s part of the game you know why not right but uh I don’t know like I made it I made it my principle from the beginning there’s nothing wrong with doing either way you know what I mean everybody’s got

Their own play style you know my play style is to maybe because I maybe because I there’s like a part of me that feels bad for consuming animals in real life so I’m like well I’ll treat them well at least in this game and maybe somebody will take inspiration from me I don’t

Know I don’t know what my inspiration is for not killing animals in this game but like I said before like I’ve started the uh what is it the uh chicken farm and cuz if I’m going to hunt the zombies right then I need to get those feathers

And I don’t think I think you can find feathers and chests like in the Dungeons and stuff in the mines but um I uh obviously can’t find enough chests to to sustain my my feather quantities okay here nice stop and I guess shall we proceed here I wasn’t planning on doing

This to be honest but obviously this is going to be it’s going to have to come down or else I have to create some other kind of opening you know um let’s see let’s see I I wonder let’s go ahead and make a Stairway here shall we and then I’ll

Make my way up and then we’ll break what we need to break this is going to need to be broken eventually too so we’ll get rid of that in fact I’ll do this row here like that beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful and good nicely done okay and I think I’ll keep

Those stairs for now uhoh I do that a lot I still haven’t figured out the exact mechanics behind this like it’s kind of tricky to get it to catch sometimes there’s a certain way to do it okay it’s getting dark it’s time to put up torches too but I always hesitate

With torches cuz although it’s not hard to break them down it is it’s easy to forget that they’re there and then they may not be in the place you want so I sometimes hesitate to put up torches you know okay coming through here nice wow this is a really lengthy um

Base here oh you know this this base now or rather this this uh layer of the base is going to reach even further than uh the the the one I started with right cuz cuz I’m adding more blocks to get it to go deeper you know what I mean such

As the nature of uh pyramids okay I’m just going to get rid of some of this this tree is these trees are probably going to go eventually but I don’t feel like taking care of them now I think it’s cool that trees drop uh what are they call sprigs or whatever

Saplings uh that allow you to grow other trees that’s how I was able to make these tree farms you know which I rather like okay let’s go ahead and finish this up nice yes very satisfying okay that is a nice foundation for a pyramid I think we’ll continue in this direction like

This since I’m not doing the other side of it yet you know this is just uh two well no technically it’s three sides but not fully developed on two sides um of the three Sid that I’m doing because of that it’s not because they’re not fully developed I’m because I’m not bringing

The string or the line of bricks all the way through it’s not going to require all of my resources and also I didn’t account for the fact that uh a lot of the blocks are already in place due to the hillside being there so that’s actually kind of nice

Too we’ll see how this works out okay guys I think I’m going to um go ahead and stop doing commentary for now it’s not it’s not the most exciting commentary anyway but I just I kind of did this commentary for the purpose of um keeping myself company too because

This uh the start of this project in particular I’ve got a good start now but the start in particular was um as I suspected it was a huge challenge I had to make sure I got the count correct and it looks like I am using an odd number

Number of blocks that’s I suppose that’s the most important is if you yourself are doing a symmetrical pyramid in other words a pyramid that comes to a very sharp Point as sharp a point as possible at the top you’re going to want to make sure that the number of blocks in a row

In each row is odd because um you need just one block at the top so that’s that was the most important and I think I accomplish that of course we won’t know for certain until I get to the top but let’s uh let’s hope and pray that you

Know what I mean that it did work out correctly okay and here’s how high we are so far oh wow there’s a bat we’ve already got bats inhabiting our pyramid that’s funny okay I’m going to turn off the commentary but I’m going to keep playing and thanks you guys for T tuning
