Hello everybody my name is Marlo and today I’m going to show you how to build this jungle tree house in Minecraft on the inside we have a cozy functional survival base that also gives off some amazing views of the surrounding jungle biome if you are choosing to build this In survival you want to check out the description down below for a full materials list of all of the items that we’re going to be using in today’s build so first things first we’re going to pick which tree we’re going to turn into our tree house now I am not going to Pick the one I’m currently stood on top of here in fact I’m not going to pick any of these that are currently in the jungle biome because none of them are tall enough I’d recommend picking the tool list or furthest away from any of the other tall trees that they are just So your tree house actually stands out a little bit so if you’re kind of in this situation like I am here where you’re not really sure which tree would be the best let me show you what you can do about that and we’re going to start off By building the beginning of the tree just like that I’ve gone about 10 blocks up with some jungle logs in a 2×2 formation and then we’re just going to place some dirt on top of those and pretty much grow a tree on top of this One to extend it a little bit this may take a couple of attempts depending on how tall you actually want your tree to be but the upside to that is you can get lots of logs in the process that can be helpful for building as you can see that Right there is pretty much perfect so now what we’re going to do is just kind of clean up the edges so you may want to just climb the vines or get some scaffolding or fly around if you have an elytra but just go around and remove all Of the extension bits that we have here because we don’t really want any of them super high up on the tree if they’re a bit lower down feel free to leave them because they probably won’t get in the way but these ones here most definitely Will the next thing we’re going to do is actually expand the tree canopy because in comparison to the tree house it looks a little bit silly at this size so I think it’s a good thing if you actually make it a little bit bigger so all I’m Going to show you for this is what to do for each of the layers starting on the bottom layer of leaves the stone blocks obviously represent the leaf blocks don’t give placing Stone in your tree it’s just so you can easily count how many there are so do that for the first Layer for the second layer and then the third layer and then you have a much bigger canopy now that the tree is finally finished we can make a start on the Treehouse itself so what I’m going to recommend you do is maybe wait for the vines to grow or just get some Scaffolding and come up to the top of the tree here just underneath the camera canopy and count down somewhere between 12 and 20 blocks just go all the way down and Mark it with the stone block I’ve gone with 16 if you want to do the Same as me so 16 blocks down we just got a temporary block there with a spruce slab next to it on the top part of the block on the corner here and then on top of the slab we’re going to have two Spruce planks and then coming off either Side outwards so here and here we’re gonna have three planks just like that and then one underneath just like that then at the end of these planks we’re going to have two stairs upside down and same with these planks here just down on the next level two more stairs and then All we need to do is have a trapdoor next to the slab here at the bottom as well as in front of these lower stairs just like that and you can go ahead and do the same shape three more times for the other three corners so these by the Way are meant to be the struts that are actually holding up the tree house itself so now what we can do is go ahead and grab some of our jungle blocks and on the corners here what we want to do for all of them is start with a jungle Plank then two upside down stairs trapdoor underneath the plank and one two three slabs just like that as for the straight sections here we’re going to start off with jungle planks in line with the spruce planks and then two more in front of it then some slabs at the Back some trap doors then some upside down stairs slabs and then trap doors again and as you may have guessed we can go ahead and copy this three more times on the sections here and on the corner ones do those three more times as well for all of the others whilst you’re Building this you may also want to have a think about which one of these sides you would actually like to be the entrance to the tree house itself once you have decided on which one of these sides you would like to be the entrance way it may be wise to gather some Vines And actually make a full way up but all you want to do is just climb the vines all the way up until this point here and just break those slabs and those four blocks and just extend the lines up so you can actually get up to the tree House or alternatively you could leave that bit to the end and just wait for the vines to grow naturally next up we’re going to grab some composters and super simply we’re just gonna go around to all of these edge blocks here placing a whole line of composters all the way Around in a big circle until you eventually meet up at the other side just like this for a nice little rim for the bottom of the tree house then where we have all of these Spruce stairs so two on either side we’re gonna go ahead and place down a jungle log and we’re Gonna actually extend them by one two three for a total of four and once you’ve got that done for all four of the sides we’re then going to come to these three diagonal blocks and all we’re gonna do from the center one is place down one two three and four barrels Making sure they’re all facing upwards and you don’t have any to the side like that you want them all to be pointing up and to the side of them we’re just gonna have four jungle planks each then in the two jungle planks in the middle so here Here here and here we’re gonna have some trap doors just to cover them up and add an extra little bit of detail and this can then be copied three more times round to the other three diagonal Corners as you can probably tell this tree house has quite a lot of symmetry So there’s more copying to be done once again and we’re gonna come to the corners once more starting with two slabs right here on the top part of the barrel then one more on top of the Jungle planks like that coming out by one like so so we’ve got two two and two Then we’re gonna have two trap doors on top of these middle slabs and then two more on top of these outer slabs so you can do that three more times I’ve already done it twice but just to show you how easy it is and how quickly you Can actually do it once you get enough flow all you need to do is that very simple so on all four of these sides we’re gonna have a mini balcony of sorts which as you can see I’ve already gone ahead and built for the other three Sides so prepare yourself to do that too but we’re gonna start off inside the tree house by placing two jungle stairs facing forwards like that then two upside down ones off the back one two slabs either side and two in front then we’ll have two jungle trap doors on the Corner blocks and one two three and four fences to stop you falling off your balcony with two flower pots on the edge fences just as some little bits of detail they’re not really meant to be a flower pot so don’t put anything inside of it just leave it as it is then we’re Going to place down two Spruce stairs pointing outwards and then whilst we’re looking at the other stair so looking into the build I suppose we’re going to place in two Spruce trap doors and just fold them close like that and then step in middle of them both and we’re going To place in three this time and just flat them closed as well and you should end up with something like this then we’re going to grab some Spruce stairs and next to the Jungle logs here on top of this outer trap door not this one you Can see which one I’m looking at by the hitbox this one the one closest we’re just going to place in a stair like that facing outwards with two upside down ones next to it and two Spruce trap doors in the middle and you should end Up with this which as you can then go ahead and do repeat it three more times oh this one isn’t finished let me do that one quickly once you have all four of those sides done you can see we now have a fully fledged roof outline and we Can actually start building the roof itself so super quickly we’re just going to grab some of our jungle blocks here some planks some stairs and we’ll grab some slabs too so what we’re gonna do to begin with is actually start by just coming to one of the sides here and on Top of these logs we’re going to place in one two three four all the way across like that and then just come underneath here and place in two upside down pointing into each other so from the outside this little section looks like that not really part of the roof but We’re just going to do it whilst we’re thinking about it so then what we’re going to do is next to these trap doors is just place two slabs like that and then we’re gonna have two more coming outwards again going into the tree in the center here and then we’re gonna Look all the way across until we see these logs right here so not the ones who are eye level with the ones just below I’m gonna place in one two three four full planks and then two jungle stairs like that then what we can do is Next to the Jungle stairs place in two slabs like so and just in front of it we’ll have some more jungle stairs on either side and then we’re gonna have another full block here as well as over here so that’s what we’re gonna do for Now you can go ahead and copy that three more times for the other three sides you now should have something that looks a little bit like this and all we’re gonna do is go ahead and place a full plank in the middle of these gaps here for the Corners and then we’re gonna place in a slab on top of the barrels two stairs pointing outwards there next to those slabs and then another full block here in the corner and obviously do that three more times whilst I’m thinking about it something else you could also Do at this point whilst you’re on the roof I’ve already done it but Place some of the vines around on the out side of the tree as you can see other jungle trees that spawn naturally have vines coming down from the top so that may be A good idea just to do now whilst you’re up here and then once you’re doing the interior they hopefully should carry on growing and you should have a bit of a better jungle tree once you’re all done but that is actually the interior or exterior sorry all finished so that’s Everybody is the exterior of the tree house all done we are now ready to head on inside climb all the way up and begin work on the interior of the tree house so the first thing we’re going to work on in here is the floor it’s not going To stay like this we’re actually going to use some of our strips Spruce logs so we’re just going to come to one of the sides here and start by placing a log like that then we’re going to place log on the side of that one then forwards Then on the side and all we want to do is just kind of repeat that pattern and all you need to do for this is only place a log on the side texture don’t place it on the front and we’re just going to go all the way across obviously Making making sure you don’t cover up the entrance way to the tree house otherwise you won’t have a way to enter the tree house now if you’re following the materials list and you have the exact amount of blocks that I’ve said to collect you’re going to have two Remaining all you want to do there is just grab two of the blocks that we have here at the entrance way where you can see this texture so that and that take those logs and just stick them down over here then you can grab your stripped Wood block which is the same it’s just got the same texture on all six sides so all you want to do once again placing on the side just go ahead and replace them over here at the entrance way and it looks a little bit neater also while We’re thinking about it they may grow back a little bit but we’ll actually be able to stop the growth later but for right now they’re just kind of going to get in the way so maybe go ahead and get rid of all of the vines now we’re going To go ahead and work on the ceiling so what we’re going to do on these lowest jungle planks is just place in a spruce slab on the underside of all of those for all four Corners like that then we’re going to start on one of these Sides here and we’re going to place in a spruce stair upside down and all you want to do here is kind of just follow the pattern that I’m taking rotating your play around to actually bend the block so as you can see that’s one corner that I’ve just done I’ll show you Again so we’re going to start this way place in two turn Place Another One turn again place in two more turn again place in two more turn Place turn place just like that and I’ll just show you in case you haven’t I got it for the final two Here it’s pretty simple but we’re kind of just repeating that pattern so we get a bit of a cool and funky ceiling design which when we’re all finished looks like that and all we need to do to complete this is just go ahead and place four Spruce trap doors on these sections here Try not to fall back down as you’re doing that mind the entrance way but when we’re all finished that is what the ceiling looks like pretty cool okay let’s actually start Furnishing shall we by the way temporary torches might be a good idea in here because there’s Actually light level zero so mobs can spawn but we will be placing some lights eventually just not yet so either side of the entrance way here we’re gonna place in two upside down stairs pointing into each other like that with a double chest on top then we’re gonna skip a Block and place another double chest up the top there with some Spruce trap doors underneath there as a little bit of a shelf to hold it up then all we need to do is next to the stair here we’re gonna Place one two three and four Trap doors like that folded all the way up until we get to the top side of the chest so one two three and four just like that if it’s a little bit easier to place you can also place it on that stair and just kind of Bring It Downwards that would work just as well too but this is just a little bit of the storage that we can obtain in this tree house as well as all of the barrels in the wall by the way you can access them too now we’re just going to come round To the opposite side of the entrance way right here and on the left hand side we’re going to place our bed any color is fine with a scaffolding table just beside of it with a lantern on top and also just for an extra bit of detail Gonna place a foot on the bed with a spruce sign just like that and last but not least we’re just going to stick a temporary block here and get a nice two by one painting we can also Place another couple of paintings over here so assuming your Vines are grown up to this Length that’s a pretty good place to stop them so we’re gonna stick a painting here just trying to cycle through until I get the one I’m looking for there we go that took a bit longer than expected as well as another two by one above it once again it’s not giving me The one I want but just cycle through the paintings oh that was it there we go perfect until you get the desired paintings by the way it might be worth mentioning this interior is designed to be nice looking as well as functional so it may not be the most efficiently Placed thing ever there are some things in here that you don’t need they just look nice so make of that is what you will but that’s how I like to do my Interiors so we’re going to start off facing the bed here and turn to this Corner and what we’re going to do is on this spot right here we’re just gonna have two looms so just Crouch and jump up can be a little bit tricky you might actually need to like go in the wall I found to be kind of easy at points and Just place in two backwards facing looms that way we get this texture on show minus these four pixels that’s part of my texture pack but it kind of just looks like some set of drawers with a note trapdoor on top we’re going to have a crafting table to the side of it with A flower pot on top of it for a nice little bit of decoration a chest here then a scaffolding with a chest on top of that one so from this section we’re going to move to the left and start over here and place in a blast furnace with An anvil on top and a stone cutter adjust to the side then over here next to this log will have a grindstone with a bit of a chair in front of it so a spruce stair with two Spruce signs either side of it and another little bit Of detail here from this plank on the top part of it we’re going to place a trapdoor and you should be able to place a lever on top which can be just some sort of tool that by the way may not be possible in other editions I’m on Java If it’s not just do something else or get rid of it entirely once again moving around to the left hand side we’re going to start with a smithing table and an ender chest with an upside down Spruce stair next to it with a flower pot on Top of that one then we’ll have smoker to the side facing this way with a furnace on top of it and then nearly forgot we’re going to have another Lantern just for some extra light around here on top of that furnace and one two three more furnaces because those aren’t Always quite helpful to have in a survival house and for the last Corner over here we’re going to start off with a cartography table on this spot so just to the right of the bed then we’re going to leave this Gap and place a cauldron here and fill it with water then above The cauldron and the cartography table we’re gonna place a spruce trap door level with the top of the block once again so just make sure it’s there not here otherwise you won’t be able to place a brewing stand on top of it which is actually what we’re gonna do on the Other two spots here and here just down a block placing two more Brewing stands and there we go we are all finished with the interior which means our jungle tree house is done I really hope you guys enjoyed watching thank you ever so much For doing that and I will see you in the next one bye for now Video Information
