Have you ever thought what Minecraft would look like if it was the hardest game ever well I have and I spent nearly a year making what I consider the hardest Minecraft mod pack called road to worthy when you first jump into road to worthy you’ll notice a lot of Different things and could be quite confusing at first so here are some tips on how to survive the hardest mod pack first we may notice that we have some extra bars first we are going to to get into the circle that’s between the health and the hunger that is our Temperature bar when you first spawn in a new world make sure you’re in a biome that is not too hot or cold you will be granted with the climate clemency buff for 60 seconds which gives you full immunity to temperature debuffs and can give you time to run around the world For a more comfortable environment if you can’t manage to find a good environment you can find sources like water to lower your temperature or find lava to increase your temperature temperature while also in the early game you can make leaf and wool armor Leaf will decrease your temperature and wool Will increase your temperature when you’re in the later stages you can make armor liner which you can use to apply to any armor you’d like once you craft them just put both pieces in the crafting grid and you will get the benefit of that liner another thing you Should keep track of is your hydration if your thirst bar ever gets low early game you can find a nearby water source and hold shift right click to drink although it is very slow and has a small chance to give you the Thirsty buff but another item you can make early game is The water canteen once crafted you can rightclick a water source to fill it up and can be used multiple times making it a faster way to restore your hydration there are also ways you can purify your water such as rain collectors which will slowly fill with purif ified water as it Rains or you could use the water purifier by placing the canteen or bottle in the top slot and charcoal in the bottom slot then you should be able to get the purified version of that item and that way you shouldn’t be able to get the Thirsty buff there are also Other drinks you can make which can restore even more hydration while you should keep track of your thirst you should also keep track of your diet you can take a look at your diet by clicking the hunger icon in your inventory you will always start with 50% of each stat Except for sugar which is more of a negative if your food stats are too high you will have increased Max health and become stronger but if they get too low you will have decreased Max health and become weaker if you are ever running out of food early game you can find wild Crops throughout your world each crop will spawn in different climates later on you can make the cooking pot which can be used to make over 100 different food recipes to suit your dietary needs some foods can even give you Buffs such as comfort and nourishment but the most important thing You should keep track of in root to Worthy is your health the health system is revamped your health is locational and taking lots of damage in one area can give you stat decreasing debuffs until that area is healed what you should really look at out for is the Chest and the head if there are no Hearts left in that area you will die natural regeneration is also disabled but there are other ways you can heal early game such as making healing cells by collecting flowers and putting them into a bowl healing cells will only heal One heart but can be used to make better healing items such as plaster bandages and medkits which heal more of your health sleeping can also help restore your health but it will take a long time and you’ll get some debuffs upon getting up or you can even put a hay bale under A campfire to give you an infinite regeneration source and with the debuffs you can craft morphine which when consumed will not give you any visual debuffs upon getting hit which can help a lot during battles so yeah when you’re starting in road to worthy don’t get cocky you should always focus on Surviving sure there are some structures around but you never know if they’re dangerous or not you should also be careful when looting as there is a chance for a cursed armor to spawn when opening a chest and will chase you around like a hostile mob and with Locational Health there is a chance of things one hitting you such as ranged enemies like skeletons and keep in mind that every time you die your max health will decrease until you have no Hearts left and the run is over the only way you can gain your hearts back is to travel 3,500 blocks to a grim Citadel and destroy the heart so it’s best to stay geared and prepared before you explore sketchy areas like abandoned looking structures underground Dungeons and caves instead you should progress as much as you can on day one make sure you have a set of Flint tools gather food Make yourself a campfire and most importantly of all make sure you have a safe and secure shelter I would recommend digging into a hill and blocking the entrance off with blocks some things you can do to get through the night are mining down for ore but Note that the deeper you go the slower it is to mine Stone and if you happen to find a cave check the surroundings and make sure to place walls around the area so mobs don’t hurt you you should also carry a torch with you because staying In the dark too long will lead to instant death and once you get to the novice Quest reward you will know you’ve survived the first full day and while surviving you should also try to gain more experience when you come across a powerful item early game you may notice That when you try to use it some numbers appear this is because you will need to level up this skill listed below the tool tip in order to use the item luckily there are some revamps to the experience system The Experience required to level up now scales less exponentially and takes Twice as much effort to get to level 100 blocks will also drop twice as much as experience as in vanilla which means you don’t have to take the risk and grind mobs on the first night but feel free to level up in whatever way you want just Be a little prepared if you’re doing some mob grinding since they can be very smart you may know notice a lot of changes in mobs first of all their height will vary from being 5% smaller to 5% bigger and their stats will also change another thing you may notice as You progress is the mobs will generally become stronger and more equipped they can even aggro from twice as far away as vanilla pathfind and break torches destroy nearby crops loot chests swim faster use certain items avoid certain dangers mine tunnels towards you and that’s not everything passive mobs will Attack back when harmed creepers will breach through walls launch themselves at you and even spawn with a special variant and his name is [Applause] John anyways after seeing all the mobs and what they can do you might just want to collect more materials when you collect your first logs you may notice That you you need to use your axe again to convert them into planks and even when you do that you will only get two instead of four Yep this mod pack tends to Nerf some recipes by decreasing the number of outputs you get when crafted or even just getting nothing in return That’s because you will need some special crafting stations to either make that material or get more of it the earliest station that you can get is the cutting board which can used to break down certain items into more outputs and even extra items in return such as its Bark which can be used to make paper then you can break down the stripped log down into four planks later you can get into the create mod by making the millstone which can be used to make wheat flour sugar and even extra bone meal from Bones there’s also the Mechanical press which is used to make metal sheets and paper the mechanical mixer is used to make dough brass netherite and finally the crushing whale can be used to crush down hard blocks for extra materials you can power these stations with automation like water wheels windmills steam Engines and more you can make an entire Factory if you want the possibilities with the create mod is endless so go have fun but the main thing you’d probably want to do in this mod pack is become overpowered once entering the nether AKA expert mode a lot of doors will open and That includes gathering netherite in this mod pack you can now make netherite Shields bows crossbows horse armors and more but netherite is not the strongest type of gear out there you can make eight different types of upgraded netherite gear each with their own special abilities like Gite making you Immune to piglins Blazer right making you insta smelt ores when mining endite saving you from the void prismite which is like a carriable conduit witherite which inflicts wither spider right which gives you the ability to climb walls fite increasing step height and reach and feite which gives you the ability to Multi- jump and the best part is all those sets aren’t even the strongest after you defeat the Ender Dragon and obtaining Adamantite you can combine all the upgraded netherite bars to make ultramite which gives you every single ability from each type of gear and that isn’t the strongest either because after Defeating the final boss aka the Wither storm you can combine all of these items on screen to make an eternal bar and use that to combine with any ultim right gear to make eternal light and it’s the strongest out of any gear giving you the ability to fly immunity to harmful Effects and with the sword you can spam it like it’s 1.8.9 again and once you craft a full set you’ve pretty much beaten the game but if you want to get even more overpowered you can always enchant your weapons with the overhauled enchanting system from apotheosis requiring you to upgrade your Bookshelves for the absolute Max imum power or you could also add an AIX to your items you can find AIX items from Mob drops and chests then you can salvage and reforge them and with the aexes and enchants together you can get some pretty high DPS and that’s it for my 10 main tips to survive and thrive in road to worthy and if you found this
