some moments in Minecraft can get
confusing for example easily finding
diamonds getting overpowered armor and
fishing if you consider that as
confusing so here are 35 tips and tricks
to help you become a better Minecraft
player we all know the golden rule of
Minecraft and that is to never dig
straight down because you can either
fall in lava fall from a great height
fall into a cluster of mobs that you
can’t
handle or awaken the warden like waking
up
Dad if you are going to dig straight
down Dig A 1 by two hole while standing
in the middle so that if you stumble
upon a big cave like this you can decide
to go in or not instead of having fate
juice for you that or just don’t dig
straight down at all speaking of high
heights like this the easiest way to
descend safely is with a water bucket no
I’m not saying like that unless you’re a
clutch God like me place the water at
the top then flow down the stream if you
want you can choose to leave the water
there or take it with you but I prefer
to leave it in case I need to leave in
an emergency instead of needing to build
upwards now how about ascending if you
want to ascend if it’s a tall wall
you’re climbing place the water bucket
above you against the wall and ride the
water upwards like this and then pick up
the water and then repeat
[Music]
when looking for the stronghold it’s
best to bring a few extra Eyes of Ender
just in case some break Eyes of Ender
have a 20% chance of breaking when
thrown so it’s best not to take the risk
especially if you’re an Unlucky One
instead of fishing for well fish if
that’s what you’re doing jump into the
water and kill the fish yourself I found
this to be a really helpful strategy
than waiting for a bite if your chest is
constantly being cluttered with seeds
and random vegetation items you can
build a simple Auto Farm containing
chests Hoppers and composters here’s how
to build it start with some chests on
bottom next on either side of the chest
Place Hoppers that link into the chests
on top of the Hoppers place composters
then Place another row of hoppers on top
finally Place Another chest on top of
the Hoppers and there you go so now if
you place any kind of vegetation in the
chest above it automatically composts it
turning into bone meal and deposits it
into the chest in the
bottom to easily find or you’ll need to
go to the height at which they are
commonly found at coal is commonly found
at Heights 95 139 and 248 which are
usually at the Windswept Hills copper is
commonly found at height 48 iron is
commonly found at Heights 16 150 and
246 this is another ore that’s commonly
found on the Windswept Hills Gold is
commonly found at height -16
32 and
256 lapis is commonly found at height
zero and finally Redstone and diamonds
are commonly found at Heights – 59 or
-48 and if you want a seed that has a
cave with several Diamond veins in it
then here is the seed and the
coordinates for an unreal amount of
diamonds here are few tips for armor it
requires 24 iron gold diamonds or
leather to make that specific armor set
protection is better than any other
protection enchantment as it protects
you from most damage just look at me I’m
just chilling if you’re going into The
Nether bring a golden helmet instead of
boots as you get to have a little bit
more defense it’s nothing much but it’s
worth it if you’ve just finish building
your high security home and want to add
a flooring to it but are worried you’ll
have to go back and forth
Gathering block you want for your
flooring to save you time turn the
blocks you’re using into slabs this will
allow you to use fewer resources and
finish your flooring faster the best
part is that nothing will look out of
the ordinary this is how many blocks I
had to use before they were turned into
slabs for this 8×8 flooring compared to
how many I could have used with just
full blocks when enchanting with an
anvil there’s a little something called
prior work penalty what this does is it
adds more levels to your enchant
which can get pretty annoying so say for
example you have 16 power one enchanted
books and you want to put them all into
your bow for power five once you’ve
added them all together you’ll notice
that it’s way more expensive than taking
a brand new power five book and adding
it into the bow this is because it’s a
constant chain reaction of enchantments
being added into each other if you want
to avoid this penalty find the highest
level of that enchantment and add that
together and you’ll see that it’s much
cheaper if you want info on how to get
the most OP gear without costing too
many levels there’s a link in the
description that will give you the best
process just make sure you get plenty of
iron first to acquire these op
enchantments you’ll need villagers like
a lot of them and that means either
kidnapping them with boats or building
your base near a village either way will
work as long as they won’t be harmed by
mobs specifically zombies I recommend
trapping them in a big box like this and
making sure the entrance has fence gates
instead of doors to breed villagers give
each villager either 12 carrots 12
potatoes or three bread and make sure
you have enough beds for how many
villagers you want for starting I
recommend placing down composters to get
Farmers as these will give you easy
money for your crops once you have a big
farm and plenty of farmers and emeralds
it’s time to bring in the Librarians to
get these you need lecterns which
require four of any wooden slab and a
bookshelf in this shape place it down
and now you’ve got a libarian these guys
will sell all of the enchantments of any
level except Swift sneak and soul speed
if you don’t get the book that you want
on the first attempt you can break the
lectron and replace the lecton to roll
the stuff they sell this applies to
every villager then once you get the
enchantment you want place down another
Le turn and repeat this might take some
time but it is worth it and as I said
before try to go from the highest level
enchantment for cheaper enchanting if
you want more awareness of your
surrounding in Java Edition go to
settings sound settings and turn on the
captions what these will do is give you
a better understanding of what is around
you by displaying what sounds are
playing and what they are so the next
time you get in those dark caves you
won’t get creeped up by a creeper when
those footsteps ain’t yours I’m sure we
all hate skeletons especially in the
Bedrock Edition because they never stop
shooting so make a shield this is your
best friend I’m telling you make a
shield it’s the best defense as these
deflect most attacks except magic
falling TNT explosions and attacks after
the first hit from an enemy with an axe
we all hit creepers they blow up your
Creations give you jump scares and do a
ridiculous amount of damage and I know
you’re reading the caption at the top
and probably thinking I’m crazy but hear
me out if you found a place you want to
live in and want to level out your base
quite a bit but just takes way too long
and is making your shovels scream and a
wait for night time to let some creepers
spawn in and one by one gather them up
and lead them to the terrain you’re
trying to get rid of hold up your shield
and taada not that impressive but it’ll
still help you out a bit however if
you’re in hardcore mode do this at your
own risk when mining obsidian the same
rule of mining straight down applies to
mining obsidian instead of mining
obsidian from straight down mine it from
the side with water flowing into the
obsidian you’re mining however make sure
you stay back to prevent yourself from
falling in if you found a vein of
diamonds or whatever ore you find during
your mining trip don’t just mine what is
shown there be sure to mine around them
as there could be more hidden within the
[Music]
stone if you want to quickly get food
without having to spend coal get a sword
with fire spec or a bow with flame and
go hunting for animals or go to your
animal pen if you have one when the
animals are killed with either one of
these they will always drop cooked food
if you found yourself an ocean monument
and want to explore without much trouble
from mining fatigue bring several
buckets of milk with you depending on
how long you’re going to stay down there
so whenever mind fatigue is casted on
you pull out your counter card aka the
milk and lift the curse to resume your
mining of the monument the same rule
applies to the bad Omen effect when this
is applied to you after killing a
Pillager leader you can find a nearby
cow extract some milk drink it and now
it’s gone Minecraft logic whenever you
strip mine pay attention as you could St
upon your own death whenever you have
the elytra equipped you lose eight armor
and sometimes you would forget to go in
your inventory to re-equip the chest
plate leaving you pretty vulnerable to
enemies to solve this you would need to
sacrifice a hot bar slot place your
chest plate or elytra in one of your
slots I recommend the ninth slot to make
things look nicer place your fireworks
next to to it and now you can quickly
swap to your chest plate and a light
show with just a click of a button just
don’t swap in
midair when you’re just starting in a
new world and start collecting wood
instead of making all the other tools
like the axe shovel and maybe even a
sword make a pickaxe in set so you can
jump start to stone tools and weapons
blast mining in the nether with beds can
be a pretty efficient way to find
ancient debris or whatever or you’re
looking for in the nether but it can
also be a pretty dangerous way as one
wrong move could end your whole hardcore
world so instead of beds use TNT as this
gives you more time to step away from
the explosions no fire everywhere and
it’s stackable sure it’s expensive but
it’s worth it and if you want to take
extra precautions you can use a bow with
flame to ignite it from further
away if you’ve got Stacks and stacks of
rotten flesh that you’ve been piling up
since the beginning of the game don’t
throw them out as you can sell half a
stack of this stuff to to a cleric for
an emerald sure it’s not much but it can
help you build your cleric a little bit
which when built up to expert level have
a good chance of selling ender pearls so
keep that rotten flesh there are a lot
of items you can use as easy fuel for
your furnace Blast Furnace or smoker
here’s some of them if you’re starting
life in the nether say for example
you’re doing a challenge you can’t get
Easy Fuel as you can’t smelt stems or
planks that come from the nether however
you can cheat the system by creating
sticks or some other wooden block that
doesn’t require a specific wood type and
you can use this as fuel if you’re near
a massive ocean with tons of kelp you’re
in luck because if you dry off nine kelp
in a Fus you can make yourself a dried
kelp block this can smelt up to 20
blocks with this if you’re near a bamboo
forest and you make a stone sword to cut
down bamboo trees you can use the bamboo
to make a block of bamboo which is
another variation of logs unfortunately
these cannot be smelted into charcoal
like other logs in the game but this can
still be a good way to get fuel when
starting Fortune isn’t amazing
enchantment for your pickaxe as it
multiplies the ores you mine however
Fortune can do way more than just
multiply ores Fortune can go on shovels
axes and even hose fortune on a shovel
increases the chance to find flint in
gravel with a guaranteed chance of Flint
at level three fortune on an axe
increases the amount of slices you can
earn from melons and fortune on a hoe
can increase the amount of crops or
seeds you can get now this enchantment
doesn’t need to be on all the tools I
mentioned they are just the recommended
tools for the job when whenever you
break melons with an unenchanted axe you
can get quite a bit of melons with
Fortune the amount of slices increases
up to nine however this still isn’t
enough to make sure you get the whole
melon every time add silk touch to your
axe now every time you mine melons with
your axe instead of getting slices you
get the whole melon which can be traded
with farmers at an amazing deal for easy
emeralds it also levels up your Farmers
like insanely fast if most of your mind
is infested with skull you can grab a
hoe and get rid of the scope much faster
than any other tool this is also a super
fast way to gain loads of experience
this was just after 5 minutes you also
tend to find a bunch of diamonds so if
you feel comfortable removing skull from
your caves take the time to do so
however if you hear shrieking and your
screen goes dark like this just turn
around and run if you can occasionally
you’ll find these trees in the middle of
nowhere and they’re pretty handy these
are known as flowering aelia trees and
these indicate that there’s a lush cave
Lush caves are known for having low
loads of clay if one of these is near
your base make sure you get a whole
bunch of stone masons and to get a stone
Mason you need a stone cutter which
requires three stone and one iron ingot
to make go down to the Lush caves and
shovel up as much clay as you can with
the clay you can get an emerald for
every 10 clay balls that you sell to the
stone masons but of course this guy
wanted to sell them for 18 oh well I’m
sure you or someone you know have bred
an insane amount of cats and don’t know
what to do with them since creepers and
Fant Phantoms are afraid of cats and
ocelots you can spread the cats all
around your base to make it creeper and
Phantom proof if you’ve planted a bunch
of bamboo in your base and want to
easily chop them all down make a sword
of your choice I recommend a bunch of
stone swords since they’re easy to get
and just start chopping now I recommend
that you don’t use your main sword for
this task
because yeah it just demolishes your
sword to receive an insane amount of
power at the beginning of the game make
a Stone axe this has more damage than a
diamond sword and criticals add on to
the damage however the speed is kind of
slow but it’s worth it unfortunately for
Bedrock players the axe doesn’t have
this power in Bedrock condition when
you’re about to fight the Ender Dragon
make sure to place a bed next to the
portal so that way in case you die when
fighting the dragon you can respa next
to the portal and try again if you’re in
hardcore just ignore this tip say you’re
exploring an ocean ruin or pirate ship
and you need air in bedrock look for the
nearest m magma block and stand on it
while crouching but in Java you can make
a door to make an air pocket or find the
nearest magma block keep in mind that
the door air pocket trick does not work
in the Bedrock if you’re like me and
always aim to make a massive storage
room you can name the chest with the
sign by holding shift or whatever button
you use to crouch place the sign and
you’ll notice that the sign is now on
the chest if you don’t Crouch you’ll
just open up the chest but if you don’t
feel like making sides you can just
rename the chest so that way when it’s
placed down instead of it saying chest
in its interface it will display what
you renamed the chest the same thing
works on shulker
boxes and for the final tip and trick of
the video probably the most useful one
yet do not play Battle edition of
Minecraft and that was 35 tips and
tricks for becoming a better Minecraft
