We’ll guide you through how to convert a Minecraft Bedrock world to a Minecraft Java world if you find this guide useful then please consider subscribing and liking the video so first of all just quit off the game like so and then what you want to do is find the world which You want to go and convert in this case is this one here and then what we need to do is go over to the right and click on the edit button just here and now you want to make sure game is selected on the left and scroll down like this until You get right to the bottom and you see the option for export World click here before we get any further a big shout out to our sponsor Apex hosting then I go to Minecraft server host if we go down here and check out some of their awesome features they’ve got oneclick Install mod pack so it’s super easy to play with mods they’ve got dos protection 24/7 servers and support so you can get help anytime you need it so if you’re interested there’ll be a link in the comments and in the description as well and at the moment you you can Get 25% off your first invoice which is super good so go and check them out and you need to go and Export it to somewhere you can easily find so I’ll just going and put it on my desktop just like so and then click export so it’ll then say World Export started it Shouldn’t take too long it’s now finished and you can now close off Minecraft Bedrock for the next step though you will need to go and open up a web browser so I personally use Chrome but you can use any browser you like and go to a search engine I’m just using Google and then what you want to do is go and search for something called chunka and then just add Minecraft at the end as well just to make sure you get to the right site so what chunka is is basically a conversion tool to convert Bedrock worlds to Java so let’s Click on chunker here it is so what we need to do is go and click on upload archive because at the moment we’ve got a Bedrock world so we’ll go and click here and your file explorer will then open up go and find where you exported The world to for me it was on my desktop so I can then go and select it and click on open like so once once you selected it then click on start upload and it’s then going to start the process and now as you can see we can now decide what Minecraft version you want to export this world to so at the top here we’ve got Bedrock but then as you scroll down you’ll then see the option for Java so I want to go and Export this to Minecraft Java 1.2.2 so I’ll click there once you selected it then scroll down again and Click on convert and download like this and just like that it’s now going to done it so we now go and hit on download in the bottom right and it’s now gone and downloaded so now what you want to do is close off your browser and we need To go and open up our file explorer so go and open up at the bottom and go into your downloads and then what you want to do is go and drag out the file you just downloaded from chunka just like this and what you’ve got to downloaded is a ZIP file so if we go and double click on it we can go and see these folders inside of it but what we need to do is make the zip file into a folder so we need to unzip it to do that and then we You can go and add it to Minecraft so right click on it like this and then what you need to do is go and click on extract all and you shouldn’t need to change this then just press extract and it’s then going to make a folder with Everything in it just like so so what you want to do is double click on the folder and as soon as you double click on it you should go and see this information here if when you double click on it you then go and see another folder then that’s the folder you’re Going to need to drag out you don’t want a folder in a folder you need a folder into files so now that you’ve got that folder ready you now need to go and add it to Minecraft to do that come to the bottom of Windows and click on the Search button and then type in run and go and open it up and what you want to do is type in percentage app data percentage and go and hit okay like this this will open up your file explorer again and what we need to do is go into Minecraft and then find the saves folder so then we can go add our world the saves folder this is saves is also all of your worlds so go and click on Save and then all you need to do is go and drag that folder we extracted into here And we’ve now gone and added it so then you can close off your file explorer here and we need to go and open up Minecraft so here we are in the launcher and I’m just running Minecraft in the same version which I downloaded the world in which is 1.2.2 so then we can go and click on play we’re now in Minecraft so go and click on single player and as you can see at the top here we’ve then got the world called guide realm and this was our Minecraft Bedrock world so now let’s Go and click on play selected and the world will then go and load and just like that here we are in the world and as you can see this is exactly the same world as we were playing in Minecraft bedrock at the start of the video Video Information
