Hello guys welcome to episode 17 of my minecraft survival series today i’m going to show you how to put netherright onto a piece of diamond armor or tools or weapons or whatever you want to call them um but first today i want to start a brand new project um So feel free to guess so i’ve only got enough network for one bit of armor or tool or weapon so feel free in the comments to guess which of those bits of armor i’m going to enchant so if you go outside so today i i’ll look it’s obviously night time as Soon as i start recording obviously ah look at you just see the spider just poking out on top of the the the enchanting huh he did i guess i need to put some more trees back there to hide him a little bit um but yeah i want to show you something That i’m going to start work on so uh but what’s the best way to do this so behind me as you can see is a nether portal this was an abandoned or ruined nether porter whatever you call them um you can see because it’s got their crying acidium obsidian In the top right hand corner that i just um completed and i’ve been using as my main nether portal um but it kind of sticks out and it’s even got netherrack at the bottom but i don’t think it has any lava down there or magpul blocks Um so today i want to build something to or at least start building something to hide it for one um and to also like as a cool little thing for it to go in for me to look at from my base because my base is kind of like i don’t know what I’m doing with it i’ve got a fork there spider there a cow from there enchanting hut there i’ve got a big factory behind me and my little hot over there along with the fishing shack over there in the distance you can’t see it behind the tree Um so i’m going to start work on this six on this base in the next like i don’t know what 10 episodes or so i’m hoping to change how this looks dramatically and the first step with that is i don’t know if you see on the ground there a Bit of it is covered up by this snowfall um but there is a ring of cobbled deep slate down there um which is basically where i’m going to be building a volcano and this volcano is going to house the nether portal and i think that’s quite fitting And inside the volcano like outside it’s going to be like a cobblestone like a dark cobblestone volcano with lava you know coming out the top and smoke and stuff and inside i want it to be netherey um which that netherrick never brick sorry the netherrack there will help greatly with so let’s go Ahead and get started building this volcano so first things first i want to i’m not too worried about that at the moment i want to build the frame for the actual volcano and volcanoes are kind of hard to draw i do want it to be taller than anything Currently in the base maybe except that chimney that’s way too tall um considering its size it’s only got this amount of space because it has to be roughly central and i’ve got the enchanting heart there so it’s going to be about probably about that size maybe a bit taller than the Thought so in order to do that i first have to know where exactly i put cobblestone um and i just need to go like this one two three four five for example uh and then i do this hmm yeah that’s too steep so normally in the in the wild In real life volcanoes and mountains tend to like get steeper as they get taller so it kind of like narrows out down the top down the bottom so i’ve done that bit right i think but i need to rethink this bottom bit for sure that looks more volcanoe although that side Uh is kind of it’s kind of like what but that looks more like it so obviously when i flesh out the mountain some more i can add more curvature but that i like i like that for that side so i need to do something similar on the Other side i also need to figure out where the entrance is going to be so ideally because i go to nether quite frequently i want it to be here okay there we go guys so i’ve done the framework for the volcano and it’s going to look roughly like This as you can see i’ve done a ring in the middle as well so if we go in here uh pick up this cardboard stone a couple deep slate um you can see the ring in the middle like nothing in nature maybe volcano rings are more symmetrical than that but most things in Nature are not symmetrical so none of these frames match any of the other um and i’m gonna have to fill in the rest of this maybe maybe in the next episode um but i did want to do at least the frame and the door um maybe in a future episode uh Or maybe the next episode when i’m working more on this mountain on this volcano i’m going to be hopefully implementing some sort of redstone contraption to open the door i think that’d be really cool yeah this will be the door um i wanted to be roughly in the same sort of shape As the mountain a volcano i keep going on a mountain so basically my plan is to have lava cascading down like a portion like a little runway a portion down the mountain and over both sides of the door and i think now looks super duper cool into little like moats if you like But that’s that for now um i didn’t realize quite how difficult it is to like come up with some sort of structure for something that’s natural uh minecraft builders make it look way easier than it actually is but in this episode i did want to show you more How to do netherride so let’s go into here so last episode i got my first bit of ancient debris um between last episode and now i found a lot of never stuff um and three more so i’ve got four in total so i need four ancient debris in my hand just like this So what we could go and do is we go and smelt that into netherrite scraps and this might take a while there you go so those are smelted so i take the netherette scrap i’ve got four golden ingots as well i just got from my uh chest while i was waiting for those To smell and now we can go here and look in the craft recipe four netherette scraps and four gold ingots make one netherright ingot just like that so now that you’ve got your another way ingot um and you need a smithing table too you go ahead and place down the Smithing table whether you want to play something place my nails my stack of stuff in my house i need to make this house bigger um and you click on there i click in the tool you want if you guessed diamond pickaxe you were correct good job Um and you click in the netherlight uh ingot there and boom you get your netherright tool or piece of armor that’s exactly how you do it um the only difficult thing about this uh is finding ancient debris four of them you need one anger per piece of gear so i need four For all of this i need one two three for those bits um and maybe more considering that these are not the best pieces of gear it might be worth enchanting them a bit more before going ahead and upgrading to the right uh but hopefully that helps you guys Um i hope you’re looking forward to the next episode when i make that volcano um and please don’t forget to like and subscribe cheers guys bye Video Information

Hey guys! In today’s Episode, I wanted to show you how to turn the Ancient Debris we found in Episode 16 into Netherite, that we can then use to power-up our Diamond gear! I also start work on a Volcano build to house my Nether Portal. I think a Volcano suits a Nether Portal pretty well, don’t you? Haha
