Hey guys and welcome back to another how-to tutorial and today I’m gonna show you how you can make this really cool security door that you can actually open with a key so guys stay tuned I’m going to show you how you can make it right guys to make This really simple security door we are going to need all the blocks that you can see right in front of me we are going to need any kind of building block buttons iron doors and wooden pressure plates now once we have all of these blocks we then need to find an area of Where we want to build our security door now as you can see right in front of me guys I have a little room set up right here that has my diamond blocks inside now this is the room that I want to protect with my security door so what I’m going to do now I’m gonna punch a hole in the middle and this is where I’m going to put my door now it’s very important that you go on the inside of your room and then place your door down like this so when I go back around to The front as you can see the door is kind of in a bit now that is very important you need to place your door on the inside of your room now once you have done that what we’re going to do is get our pressure plate and place it on Top of the block that is above the door like this now this is going to be how we power our door with our secret input so when anybody comes up to our door they won’t know how to open it only we will know because we built it so what we’re Going to do now is kind of cover up this area right here so we have our pressure plate up here but what we’re going to do is grab any kind of block and just build a ceiling at the front and at the back so I’m gonna build a little ceiling at The front like this just like that and then I’m gonna go around the back as well where the pressure plate is and just place a block there and I’m gonna build a ceiling above my secret room that I want to protect with my security door so there we go I have a ceiling Either side now if I go back around to the front as you can see if somebody was walking past this room they wouldn’t know how to open this door because there’s no button or anything like that now the secret to opening this door is you grab yourself a bow and an arrow and You shoot an arrow at the top half of this block in the middle where we have the pressure plate so if I fire my arrow right there as you can see the door opens so this is going to be our secret key to get in into Room now once you’re in the room as you can see you can still leave the arrow there if you want to and the door will be open you can go and collect your diamonds and then you can jump up grab the arrow and the door will shut but if You want to fire your arrow at the top right here and you go and get your arrow then go inside of the room you have to be very quickly if you get the arrow and then go in just like that but there’s no way to get back out so what you can do Is place a button right there and then you can get back out nice and easy and nobody will know how you got inside of your room but if you want to add a little bit more detail to your door and add a little keypad on this side so it Looks like a realistic security door we can do that with custom heads so all you need to do is grab yourself some snow blocks some armor stand a custom keypad head I will put the command to the custom head in the description down below so you guys can get it for Yourself a redstone block a piston and some half slabs now on this block right here all we need to do is knock out these two blocks and dig a hole in the ground just like that then in this hole what we’re going to do is place down Seven snow layers so one two three four five six seven like this then we’re going to place our armor stand on top of these snow layers then we’re going to put our custom head on top of that armor stand so this is going to represent our Keypad for our door just to make it look a little bit more realistic then we’re going to get a block and place it in front of the armor stand like this then we’re going to get a piston and place it behind that armor stand right there grab Yourself a redstone block and power the piston so it pushes the armor stand into that block in front then we can destroy the piston destroy the redstone block and then destroy this block right here so what we need to do now is cover up this armor stand now to do that we need To grab myself a piston and place it facing down into these armor stands right here then grab yourself some half slabs now it’s very important that you use half slabs otherwise this custom head will go a dark color and that is not what we want so go above and power your piston like That and as you can see it pushes it down then what I’m going to do is um power it place another slab on top like this and then power it once again and as you can see it is nice and covered up right now then I’m going to destroy the Piston destroy the Redstone look go back round the front and place my last double slabs at the top right there and as you can see we get a nice realistic looking keypad for our security door and everything still works like it should and we have a nice functioning simple security door but There we go guys are really quick and simple security door like I said before the command for the custom head will be in the description down below so all you need to do is give yourself a command block put that command inside of the command block and then you will have the Custom head but guys thank you so much for watching I really hope you enjoyed it and I will see you again in another how-to tutorial Video Information

What is Minecraft? Minecraft is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on Minecraft is designed and constructed by members of the community. Minecraft is designed for 8 to 18 year old, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore Minecraft — interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything — be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yet to be dreamed-up creation. There is no cost for this first plot of virtual land. By participating and by building cool stuff, Minecraft members can earn speciality badges as well as Minecraft dollars (“Minecraft”). In turn, they can shop the online catalogue to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.
