Yeah okay all right so this is your house right now all right and or this is Mason’s house and he had it set or it was torched up kind of like yeah like got a bunch of torches all over to keep mobs away yeah right there’s a better way to do that

Watch this is a slab it’s the bottom half of the slab uh not a full block as you’ll see in just a sec see like that one’s still taller right big half yeah right mobs can’t spawn on that okay which means no m you don’t need any of the

Torches they can’t mobs cannot spawn on slab on the bottom half of slabs or stairs or transparent so okay that’s pretty cool I did not know that I did this to a few of the buildings yeah to keep them off cuz that was always annoying a spider kept falling down

And just getting you now El no I wouldn’t have thought of it either it’s it’s all right um this will work with just about anything by the way uh wait hold on cuz that building is it over here uh forget someone one of our viewers built this but it’s more of a

Odd shape although maybe I don’t know by I stones made oh yeah that’s right stones made that be his house in or area yeah he’s working on right now just trying to get some ideas so yeah the thing slabbed up uh mobs cannot spawn on it it could stay

Dark forever you don’t have to worry about that and the best thing is is it looks like nothing was done like it was one of those did you even do anything no you did something and mobs no longer respawn all why I speaking of Ms we had

A oh uh oh what do you mean by now we was K going to the mine for that to see that the yeah yeah um yeah where I I know there’s there’s always going to be mobs around here because there’s not enough light it’s not enough no it has to be

Lit up around along the path at Le like along the path it’s going to need so that unfortunately you are on your own yeah like um I’m not going to one thing I won’t do is I won’t make a um a like if you noticed in spawn no mobs

Spawn in spawn like for a reason that’s called a region and I can set the region so that no mobs spawn in any specific region the region of Spawn has no mob spawn I’m not going to do that right like if you want my theory is this you

Got guys want your mobs to not spawn light it up do things show a little leopard in your own town like it’s not hard no it’s not no I mean you can make it any it’s like anything in Minecraft I mean right now see I look I already see a creeper there

So that’s why we got this is the of our priorities now I am going to show you another tip let’s see let’s let’s look at functional blocks sea lanterns no um why why using sea lanterns in my house actually sea lanterns might work you can see there’s a just be

Careful there’s a creeper near the uh where people join in all right hello Twisted they’re Twisted wed welcome to the had a bad feeling happened it’s okay I can fix it trying to get him away from um that thing over here thanks are you creating oh B behind this

Oh okay now there is another thing you can make um like structural lanterns and stuff or you can hide um L uh like sea lanterns in the ground like this and suddenly oops doesn’t look unnatural see one two three how you I can this so

B I see what you’re doing over there as well that’s fine and you’re building pretty symmetrical our left and right sides as long as it doesn’t look weird and off sided it see careful where place blocks pause where are these sea lanterns oh yeah

You B the is not going to be H boss anyway it’s going to be War yeah like here doing it like this suddenly these paths are now or that path will always be lit no matter what it’s always going to have light mobs won’t spawn any anywhere near

It oh yes I I say either either that or uh we call glowstone block I think or glow stone or you can make little lanterns for other things it’s just one of those little building tips that you might that may or may not help you performs how you do it it’s up to

You it’s just if you don’t you know what will spawn you know what will grief and I I I really can’t stop that now that’s part of survival as we know that’s why I think we going to light up the areas that are more prone

Like uh that are that we function in so I mean we wander way out there there’s no way we could light up entire a whole bunch of like lighting stuff really don’t so I mean Tores are easy to make temporarily that’s about it you could always make Jackal lanterns too although

Jack lanterns right now might entice Frank he has a thing for uh jack’ lanterns or I see for uh yeah I see well that’d be good for the future yeah cuz we’re get enough of The that I I think it looks pretty uh we’d have to put that to a test like we get enough of that go around I mean you never know some people might sell some of that find of we haven’t been in the ocean really I’ve been I’ve been trying

To find more for my house I mean if you see a the natural way of getting it then great for what glow stone no no the there we’re talking about like Sealand stuff that’s something you get like either from somebody else or oh talk to
