UNBELIEVABLE Nether Mine in Sjin’s Byzantine!

Hello and welcome back to Minecraft mine Colony bisontine now you’ve caught me in the church paying my respect to our Lord and savior um I guess sperman and ambriel hooes has come no she’s not come to pre she’s come to finish off the enchanter’s tower basically we’re trying to get this to

Level three so we can do the research oh my God the timing amazing perfect great job now this is level three we can do the research to unlock a very important building this episode what we’re going to be trying to do is build the nether

Mine so let’s jump in ah yeah so the enchanters tower is level three and it looks like ambriel needs a job well we might as well upgrade the school and Library over here if we can they’re pretty small but they should do their job and yeah level one is no level for a

School to be at so ambriel if you can grab these things oh a note block we’ll have to teach that to somebody but if you can grab those bits and Bobs we’ll get the school to level two and also the library over here level two as well a

The library is much simpler isn’t it wow and look at this so there’s like little ladders on the bookshelf so you can get to the high books so she’s off and she’s going to get started on that so what else are we doing well first up we need

To get the research underway for the nether mine I think it’s another mine at least there was something that the enchanter was holding us back from but now it’s level three that shouldn’t be a problem now we still have two researches underway because some of them were

Really long ones but it should be under technology I believe go down here and there we go it’s more Scrolls which unlocks US Open The Nether which unlocks us the nether mine okay so we’re going to need an ancient tone the lapis and the paper I believe I put those things

In my backpack so there’s the paper yeah lapis there we go and yeah that research should be well underway while we’re here we might as well do something else what do we have the materials for H oh wa look at this masks reduced disease transmission now I don’t think we’ve had

Too many sick people in The Colony but if we have they’ve gone to the hospital and they’ve cured themselves pretty quickly there’s also some pretty good re searches around the graveyard that are going to improve our chances of bringing our guards back from the dead when they

Die so if we can find a gas tier we can improve the resurrection Chance by 1% wow that’s expensive but it’s a good idea because basically if we can get a gas tier we can also get the research requirement for the next level the nether mine which is gilded Blackstone

So we’re going to leave the colony to build a few things in the background and while we do we’re going to hit the nether it’s time to grab some important bits from over there and it’s been so long since I’ve been to the nether I kind of missed the place now that’s a

Joke nobody ever misses going to the nether it’s horrible but I think it’s the only place we’re going to find gilded Blackstone this pickaxe should be fine to get us what we need I’ve got some wood that I can turn into planks for some building materials we’ll also

Waiting for that research to kind of complete it’s going to take a little bit of time but that gives us the perfect opportunity to look around and see what we need to change on the colony now all of our Builders are at work doing little

Bits here and there and we can check the clipboard to see if anybody needs anything important oh look at this chiseled quartz both of these guys need this which means we’re going over to the Mason’s Hut and here we are at the Mason’s Hut I’ll have some Eternal steak cuz it’s

Delicious and let’s see what we’re doing so this guy needs to know how to make is it going to be here if we go to teach recipe then requests no it’s not an open requests it should be custom recipes and we’ll go for quartz it was quartz right there we go block of

Quartz wait oh that’s why it wasn’t here so the stonemason isn’t the guy that uses quartz he does have the recipe space right yeah 10 of 80 so we got to go and find who uses quartz now who would use the quartz I’m kind of thinking maybe it could be the mechanic

But we’ll look in here so yeah look at this the mechanic so the mechanic turns nether quartz into blocks of quartz and then I imagine he’s the one that also deals with turning that into panels a bit weird because quartz is Stone however we do have some mechanics lying

Around so we’re going to go over to the sieg works and check that out now apparently The Siege works at higher levels also gets an archery Academy which is something I didn’t know so we can also to upgrade that and get even more training done for our archers and

Of course while we’re here let’s set in motion the upgrade for the dromond warship now at the moment this is just a big old boat that looks pretty cool but we can turn it into a massive 10 guard Tower and that’s going to be huge yeah

We’re going to get 10 more guards in the colony periculum deor okay cool and cers yeah there’s a lot of strange signs over here that probably mean something in Latin that I don’t know anyway we’ll go upstairs and check out the mechanics Hut and teach this guy the things he needs

To know so we should be able to just teach the recipe and it will be in requests yeah there we go and we’ll select both of them it might be different things now he’s also going to need to know how to make chisel quartz blocks themselves oh man he

Doesn’t know these by default so we got to teach him the recipe so block of Quartz there you go he also needs to learn how to make chiseled quartz blocks no he doesn’t do that okay um does he make quartz bricks yes he does okay he doesn’t make quartz slabs either

In fact who does make quartz slabs no it’s the mechanic the mechanic makes quartz slabs oh wait are you telling me he’s run out of recipe space no no he hasn’t that is a little bit bizarre and while we’re here we might as well get the siege Works

Upgraded so build options we’ll get Leo on this we’re trying to save Jensen as somebody that can build the nether mine once we unlock that but at the moment Leo Molly and ambriel all have loads of jobs to do there’s no archery range yet which means it must be at level three or

Higher that this gets the archery building aha so it is the stone Mason that makes chiseled quartz man it’s a bit weird there’s a bit of like a disparity there does the mechanic make some quartz and the stonemason makes others doesn’t really make much sense but we’re going to go to the stonemason

Now just make sure everybody’s Ticky boo because we need to get Molly Moo and uh whoever it is Leo these chiseled quarts that they need also it’s another good point and reason why we’re making a nether mine because we are actually going to need the nether Miner to gather

Us quartz from the nether we got a whole bunch a load of episodes ago so we’re not really going to run out anytime soon but when we do we’ll be in trouble if we don’t have a another mine and and here we go yeah over to the stonem Mason’s

Hut and we’ll go to crafting recipes and teach him how to make chiseled quartz but the quartz slabs does he know how to make quartz slabs yeah okay he’s learned that recipe as well amazing that’s weird I feel like all of the quartz recipes should be made at the

Stonemason however I can respect that the stonemason already has a million and one different recipes to make so giving some of those to the mechanic makes sense it’s just a bit weird cuz it Doesn’t doesn’t make any like you know sense in your brain anyway over at The

Sawmill and of course there’s another recipe we have to teach this guy it’s the note block I’m fairly sure the carbons is going to make this cuz it’s mostly wood right no okay so the uh Note Block itself is also probably made at the mechanic so it’s back to the siege works

Yeah it’s a bit unintuitive because this guy makes Juke boxes but it doesn’t make note blocks doesn’t make any sense they’re both wood they’re both musical although wouldn’t it be cool if is like a musician shop so over here at the University very exciting times so we’re

Going to see if we can find where is it research technology and now we need to unlock open the nether it’s why I got the Gilded Blackstone and boom it’s in position now that reminds me there was something else I was looking for in the nether so that I could get another

Research done and that was a ghast tier I totally forgot to do that so we’re going to go back into the depths of hell my friends but yeah I totally forgot that we need a gas tier now I have everything I need to kill a ghast so

Let’s go and see if we can find one now as always the nether is absolutely no joke but if we move in one direction we should eventually find a ghast it’s usually very easy to find a ghast because they cry like giant babies any Ghasts yet no don’t see any well I

Guess we keep going oh man you know what if you don’t mind all the red and it’s a lot of red the nether can be a really beautiful place look at all those you know magma steam vents is that what it is is it steam fog oh man it’s a great looking

Place now while I’m here there’s some other things I should be grabbing we’re going to be building a nether mine but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t grab the stuff we need while we’re here namely look at this massive vein of Glowstone that’s going to come in super

Handy oh yeah here we go now if we can get close enough we can dig it all up in one big lump so yeah there we go that’s close enough ultim mine bam oh yeah glowstone for days and uh yeah we’ll see if we can get a bit more oh what’s that

Again this time it’s raining man it hasn’t rained here for a long time so I was wondering yeah the other episode we noticed loads and loads and loads of bees with smaller bees hanging around and I was thinking to myself why are there so many bees and I realized it’s because we have

Breeding on at the apist hut and all of those hives are actually full so this guy is just Mass producing bees and they’re escaping and floating around the colony so we got to turn off bees bees will be bred otherwise we’re going to have a real bee epidemic going on in the

Colony yeah look at this there’s bees freaking everywhere oh man I love to see it it’s pretty cool and I don’t want to turn it off but the problem is he’s going to be using flowers to breed the bees and flowers are pretty valuable it takes the florist ages to make Them so how is it going Scotty the quick problem is you’re too quick at breeding bees so breeding is off and we’ve got enough honeycomb so yeah keep collecting honey so now we’re home with the gas tier let’s go and queue up that Research here we go how’s it going halter man and it was in civilian I believe that we were looking for Resurrection chance oh no it’s always the way we can’t do this until the graveyard is level three as well H well that’s okay because we did actually

How big this thing is cuz there’s a lot of room over here to test out a building’s size also if might be that we end up putting the nether mine out here cuz we really have kind of run out of space everywhere else is it military no it’s not Mystic I

Don’t oh no it is it’s a Mystic building okay fine well I guess it’s kind of magical oh my God what what is This oh my oh my actual God so this is the banan never mind oh I see so most of this building is supposed to exist underground that’s why there’s all these placeholder blocks on the edge they basically mean leave what’s there there just dig everything else but as

You can see there’s a Hut at the top so we want to take a look at what the Hut looks like because we can hide everything else underground and that’s a really cool idea that means we’re actually going to not need that much space for this building not as much as

We thought at least so this is the Hut and this is what it looks like level 1 2 3 4 and 5 but we’ll have to see what the nether mine looks like underneath once it’s been built so yeah we can actually find quite a small place to put

This yeah I reckon there’s just enough room here for the nether mine so let’s see if we can put this in position Mystic nether mine and we’re going to shimmy this around until the building is on this piece of flat land now it’s a bit tricky to see I know bit

Of a headache but don’t worry yeah oh man this is actually going to be perfect so what we can do is we can build it here and most of this is going to be underground these blocks say leave this so won’t bother with the warehouse building won’t interrupt that build this

Is actually going to be pretty cool so do you know what I think this is the perfect position let’s press go yeah now I really do hope this doesn’t destroy the warehouse in any way it shouldn’t do if what I think is going to happen does happen but let’s get this into position

Anyway now where was that block I did not take a look to see where the red block was this could be bad where are we going to find this thing oh man so we have dug a big massive hole but I still cannot find for the life of me this control block it

Could be anywhere down here oh man oh oh as luck would have it I think we found it it’s very dark but I can see it right here now there’s a lot of materials required for this build but it looks like it’s mostly deep slate which is why

It’s so useful actually that we gathered loads of deep Slate from the mine and in fact there’s no real tricky crafts it’s just deep slate stone Granite diorite and wood oh man there isn’t even any concrete that’s really good to know so I’m going to have to go

Over and put these deep slate recipes into the Mason but you know what what I reckon Jensen paino tax is ready to rock now I’ve created one more nethermind because I do think there’s actually other buildings that might have a nether mine as part of the build later

On it could be part of a bigger structure maybe the church who knows aha yeah look at this so apparently the nether mine can be in the Mystic Arena but that’s it and since the arena is way too big it’s basically a Coliseum that will take us weeks to

Build it looks like this Avenue hell Miner is the best choice now I do believe that this actually becomes part of an Avenue so we’re going to have to Plum this in after the fact but it shouldn’t be a problem so the nether mine and we have a little bit of a

Problem here because I didn’t realize but the nether Miner is actually digging out a little bit of the warehouse we have on the left now it’s not catastrophic because what we can do is once the nether mine is built when we upgrade the Ware house it’ll replace the

Blocks back but it does look a little bit unneat until we get it finished now this is a really weird build most of this is underground the entire building is beneath the surface and while initially I thought oh no that’s terrible and also while it makes

A bit of a tricky way to film this as a let’s build the time lapse is going to look a bit weird functionally it’s going to be really Superior it means we can get a big building in a very small space and that’s always good news to

Hear and again this is a lot of deep slate in this build the only other real things that use deep slate in bisontine are the Avenues but it was high time that I went over to the Mason’s Hut and got all of those deep slate recipes plugged into his recipe

List the build isn’t a super complicated one but it is a big one but there we go as the finishing touches do come together on the nether mine this looks well it looks interesting and different we’re going to need to tidy things up for sure but don’t worry this will look Amazing anyway let’s jump in now and get this configured so here we go the Nether mine is completed let’s get this in configured now before we do that I want to take a look at this because basically this was called The Avenue hell Miner and I think what that means is it tries

To put this building on the edge of an Avenue and what that also means is we can put more of these around next to our existing Avenues where we have space so that’s really good to know but also it means we can probably dig away this dirt

And if I’m correct oh yeah look at this so we have deep slate tiles underneath this grass that we can just chip away I’m going to use the pxel because yeah it’s way quicker see if I can just you know prepare the ground a bit for one big ulti

Mine and then here we go oh yeah so look at this it basically is an Avenue so what we can do is we can stretch this Avenue over to the road over here and it will look pretty good now it did cut into slightly the warehouse but it still looks pretty okay

So that’s not really a problem but as we chip away this grass yeah we’re going to need to put down some extra deep slate over here but that’s okay that’s decoration that can come after the fact now let’s take a look inside oh man now watching this being built was a bit

Different cuz it’s an underground building but it looks really cool down here very impressive add infernum oh yeah to the bowels of hell down we go so there should be another portal down here at the bottom oh man now this looks really cool it’s a bit dark down here so let’s

See if I can find my night vision Shades here we go now that’s looking a little bit better but yeah oh my God the architecture down here is really good looking oh man there’s a room over here as well oh man I can’t wait to see how

This building improves as the levels go up now the big question is how do we actually get the portal where’s the ah here it is here is the nether portal itself now I think we’re going to have to light this ourselves the nether Miner doesn’t do it or does

He I’ve kind of forgotten how this building works but we can find out pretty soon so he’s got food right yeah so food is apparently I think very important for the nether Miner for him to stay alive cuz the nether is a very dangerous place now the nether

Miner doesn’t actually go to the nether he just pretends he goes to the nether and the game works out randomly whether he had a good time and whether he died and it’s pretty unforgiving a nether Miner is going to die a lot it’s a dangerous

Job so it’s usually just a good idea to get somebody that’s quite trash in here if they’re going to die often however the flip side is the better somebody stats the less likely they are to die in the nether so we’re going to go for Olaf warfish Halterman since the other halam

Warfish is our other Miner let’s get him over here and see what the medieval nether Miner looks like oh my God this looks like a a knight but like a special Holy Knight with an amazing Livery very cool ah and so the clipboard shows us exactly what he needs as well so he is still waiting

On some torches before he can get going but cuers are coming over here pretty thick and pretty fast so they must be delivering something but for now since we don’t want to wait for the couriers I’ll give him some stone tools that should help with what he needs what else are you
