Hello and welcome back to mcnn my name is joju and I’m pixie and we’re back for a recap of the series that we thought couldn’t get any crazier until it did we really need to stop saying that I I think we jinxed it last week this session was definitely one for the life Series history books but before we dive into the single task that took over everything this week let’s take a look at the events that happened in the first half to begin his session Scott was given a task to do people favors to earn diamonds once he gained 10 diamonds and Traded with at least three people he would succeed lucky for him the first four diamonds were practically on his doorstep you know those diamonds you offered Mar could I maybe have those like and I’ll do something for you need okay okay what do you want me to do for Them oh get me a bucket of lava I’ll get you a bucket of lava the excuse he gave for needing diamonds was not having enough for D pants this was in fact not true I Lally need as many as you can give me I’ve currently got five you only Need two more for me yeah but what do you want for them I don’t want to just take it a bucket of lava however he got away with it and succeeded with his task before things got interesting that wasn’t the only deal Scott made sitting At only a heart and a half after last session’s boss battle he decided the smart move would be to put his life in Martin’s hands for a price I could let you kill me and then later down the line you have an IOU if I I’m like hey I need This person killed or I need you to leave maybe and give me some breathing room we can cash that in you got yourself a deal let’s shake on it we’ll have to wait and see what Scott uses that IOU for in a future session meanwhile Tango is making deals of a Different kind after being dubbed the server Genie by his task he set out on a mission to Grant other players wishes with a catch here we go at the start of the session announce in chat that you are a genie and can grant three wishes however you must get Some part of the wish wrong how much is up to you all right well some wishes never came to fruition others were granted with varying degrees of death involved can you kill eo’s horse oh absolutely man everyone’s getting decked out today what’s going on decked out hey that’s a Great name I should I’m going to write that down that’s good that’s good is that a deal you do uh I do one Diamond per ancient debris this was bad news for grian whose Secret task made him keep the first mob he found as a pet unfortunately for him he immediately Went into The Nether and laid eyes on an adorable Magma Cube oh what have I done why did I go to the nether with this task he had just brought it home and named it after eth’s dishwasher the warden from last week when Tango the genie came around all right I wish Okay that you would help me look after eth’s dishwasher I’m sorry is is that this is eth’s dishwasher okay Tango’s assistance in protecting greens pet was helpful to a point with every wish needing a negative twist Tango was forced to take out the dishwasher fortunately when they die Magma cubes just split into more friend shaped guys so he hadn’t filled his task just yet no someone killed eth’s dishwasher there’s only two bits of eth’s dishwasher left the only downside is that Etho didn’t recognize the little guys also killed one grian by the way I accidentally killed one of your friends No e i I wasn’t I wasn’t thinking I thought you came out of the portal cuz you had the big boy and there was there’s little ones now well now I don’t know what to do you’ve got a bit of him left this certainly was a week full of apologies a Lot of playerss had some less than friendly tasks assigned to them which may come back to bite some players scar we’re looking at you let’s go to our field team to learn more thanks pixie The Secret Keeper seems to have turned up the difficulty this week with the Task getting harder and more ruthless player s directed them to be the server’s villain pretend to be the boogeyman be the devil on someone’s shoulder or just generally be mean Scar’s task instructed him to be a villain with a wind condition of being actively disliked by most of the server Despite his desire to make friends this week he doubled down on his task this resulted in a 100% chance of chaos scar taking the server by storm stealing things spamming grind SES everywhere in a moment of peak villainy selling Joel his own wife’s spine I got a trade for You an exciting trade a trade you will love okay what is it I got Lizzy spine I thought I’d trade you what do you got for it good good trade um I’m trading back your dead wife mhm gone she is I’m not really sure sure I want her what Impul assest was get three people to accuse him of being the boogeyman a bucket of lava from Scott set him on the right path and after a quick Chase he did manage to set scar on fire with it he succeeded being accused of having Natasha pretend to be A red name not quite what impulse was going for I would like to get your task you have to pretend to be a red but not actually beat Up’s going straight for the jug nope I’m not going to accept that answer okay he did balance out his evil Deeds By pledging his gift heart to the Heart Foundation in exchange for three extra entries into drawing which he then won although he never gave his gift heart to anyone so maybe that was just part of his mean stke after all Martin also gets to play with lava with his first test Being to punch a play into it problem is managing to combine the punching with the lava oh my no idea come here buddy eventually he manages to punch Etho into lava moving onto tasks that included dropping an anvil onto skids using a zombie Aon ironically enough Cleo or hiring a non- Red to damage another non red lastly he was tested with spling someone into a giant pit which will carry over to in the next session as nobody was falling for his tricks this time man I’m trying to could be in so hard they could be that would be Cleo continued a streak of Getting strange tasks this week they had an angel skiss and a devil Etho on their shoulder who had to convince them to either do good or bad things unfortunately being roommates with Etho and having her own Love Of Mischief potentially skew things on the bad side though Cleo did try and keep them Balanced stabbing Scott then giving bebs a diamond burning down Liz’s house then protecting scar from a mob of players after his head back to you joju thanks rosic even with all the Sinister schemes going on some players were still keeping it light Pearl’s task this week was to constantly Break the fourth wall something we wouldn’t know anything about right joju anyway um but Pearl struggled with her task because so many other things were going on by the time she got absorbed into the main story which we’ll cover later she was relieved to be rid Of it what is mine is mine no longer valid your task is no longer important uh please you know that’s fine I was failing at it pleas meanwhile Joel got to be Petty on purpose for every conversation he had to be at least one block taller than the person he was Talking to this fell apart when he walked up the side of a mountain while Etha was waiting for him we’ve had some rough times be fo I think I’ve just failed my task on the other side of the server big be’s task led him to fake Failure then lie about what his task was between avoiding crouching tight rope walking the shoreline and crafting an obnoxious amount of crafting tables the story kept changing which would have confused a lot of people if the session had been a normal one and as for beat Ups he got a duplicate task to repeat everything he was told to do in a sassy Voice come dubs so you’re saying you want me need to pay up huh Cleo are you saying you want this diamond back he was the first to be consumed by the main Event but he didn’t let that stop him it took him a while to realize that his task was canceled wait I didn’t need to be keep doing my task this whole time I can still suceed on my task is gone but what is this mysterious Main Event we’ve Been teasing this whole time not much it’s only the end of the world as we know it again thanks pixie The Season’s not over yet but it sure feels like the world is ending the story started at Gemini Tay her task mocked her as a boogeyman and sent her spread the curse By killing non red players and making them join her it’s a struggle at first scar violently resisted taking a good chunk of Jem’s hearts and generally wasting her efforts you making this very difficult oh she’s coming after me oh no oh no what the heck she did succeed in Converting buubs to a cause after several failed attempts he got caught in the crossfire of a trap gem left for Pearl narrowly escaping with one and a half hearts and by then beats was an easy target for Jem what no it’s over for me impulse was the Next to join their ranks after he overheard Jem and bdub say they needed another person he enthusiastically volunteered without realizing what they were talking about are you saying you want me to bring the smoke bring the smoke BDubs okay okay thank you whoa at least he wasn’t too Disappointed he already was supposed to pretend to be the boogeyman this week now that just made it real the slowly growing Army made scar their taret again but instead managed to recruit Pearl which he activated the Trap gem let F Scar’s front door where did you die was It Scar’s house yeah okay I have news for you can I just walk away and pretend this doesn’t exist once Pearl stopped running a away from gam she reluctantly joined the Boogie crew now with four people on the side of the boogie band scar was overpowered and Quickly fell the Pearl’s spell much like Pearl he didn’t seem eager to stop and chat or read Gem’s task scar you have a new task scar scar scar task task task you need Stop in the Name of the police scar your task is void we have a New task for you scar scar you’re on our team scar no the only thing that can stop the apocalypse reading around this point the remaining greens started to figure out they were being targeted and the survivors gaed up at the bestie space Gman scar showed up The Scout at their next recruits and Gan reacted by spawning an Enderman for protection right in front of Etho it’s angry at Etho should we take a moment to pounce yeah absolutely I need some help need some help I’ve had better days oh de G and Scar took advantage of the Ender Damage to Corner ether with lava and the two of them made quick work taking out one of the final greens raising their count to six boogy men but things were only just getting started back to you in the studio thanks srow this all seems a little stressful fortunately I got some Suggestions from Joel on how to relax let’s see take horse go to Cleo kill pixie revive Lizzy go to the Winchester have a nice cold pint and wait for the all all of us to blow over wait kill who well we have some time let’s take a minute to do a building Update the Heart Foundation has a beautiful heart-shaped island in the middle of a peaceful Lake they’ve covered the entire thing in Cherry leaves as a symbol of the peace and happiness they bring to the server and then scar burned it all down fortunately they were planning a remodel anyway I’m I’m kind of feeling like this may have been the last heart give out it might have been it might have been I think I’m thinking about extra zesty yeah maybe we’ll wait I don’t know when but I’m feeling like we we were about to turn this heart dark we’re Going to turn it black and then we’re going to uh it’ll it’ll it’ll be it’ll used to help choose who we we become we become anti Heart Foundation yes and we got to turn that smile into a frown and turn it upside down I love it they may have to Rebrand From The Heart Foundation to the hurt Foundation if they really want to commit to their new theme meanwhile the besties Mountain Fortress Is Still mostly intact there may be a few more traps in there after what Etho and Martin did to it this week but we’re pretty sure that the Life series doesn’t have workplace safety guidelines over with Gem and the Scots there’s still remnants from Jimmy’s failed booby trap last week and the Rigg doorbell as well as Martin’s failed pitfall trap but at least it still has Good Vibes we did lose two bases this week when clear torched Lizzy’s place and Gem blew up Trader scars but honestly that’s a pretty low casualty rated this point to a life series on the other hand big be’s back rooms and the Big Dog’s backster are both doing great protection three book okay don’t mind if I do 10 diamonds what the heck how’s no One raed Jery’s house yet oh gosh o get out the big dog’s house right now scram get out sorry I didn’t know this was your house what do you how do you not know it’s the big dog’s house it’s a big dog oh thought it was Jimmy it was the mounders come compound Is also doing well despite last week’s wither incident and all the things gem blew up and so is Joel’s Fairground speaking of Joel let’s look in and see how he’s been holding up thanks pixie with the Boogie apocalypse ramping up pressure was on the survivors to stay Alive despite the odds or to find a better solution if they could does anybody have a potion of weakness cuz I got a golden apple maybe we can heal one of them I’m join our Joel confident in his skills and gear decided to head out on his own to Check on his base and loot some others along the way unluckily for him the Boogey men now spearheaded by Etho had set their sights on him and being alone left him vulnerable fighting fire with fire he Unleashed an entire stack of zombie spawn eggs on his pursuers before ultimately succumbing to Gemini sleigh You guys pick your zombies oh they’re after me do you like some zombies got a lot of eggs guys he’s got a lot of eggs gosh he hurting me as well wow maybe it actually is an apocalypse how do you have so many of these things I’m I’m zombie army Let’s Go zombie army come on you got this by a zombie I’m going to start rooting for draws soon because this is just this is something EO it’s not worth it EO if only his teammates had been there to help him green and skis had gone out For a recon mission listening in on some of the boogies with moderate success in theory I should him correct stinky poo poo heads you guys are stupid stupid stupid zombies who speaking somebody said it’s stupid like they did their stealth stood the test when The Horde chased Joel right past them Without spotting them giving the two the chance to turn tail and run in their cowardice they hesitated to save Joel and ended up enchanting their gear at his base when Gem’s forces finally claim their Ally we just left Joel man we know I did I took the Cowardly route I let Them run right that such a coward come on all right up me up dude take me up everything comes on this moment man it’s time it’s time to fight for our brother this is how you lock somebody in we come to his rescue right now ready go I do Need to my bow though cuz Pearl is decked out oh he’s dead he’s red as well no he’s dead meanwhile back at base Tango Big B and Cleo were trying to shore up their defenses the tools at their disposal spawners and a wide variety of Spawn eggs hostile mob Spawners in their home seemed like a bad idea so they settled on sharing Cleo’s best defense so far wolves by setting up a wolf spawner near the bed Shrine I got one of these we can make a wolf spawner you want to make a wolf Farm oh did it Actually and no hased I’m pretty sure oh wait bo bo Cleo come on what what is this there’s nowhere to move there there’s no look at it I’ll call you Cleo DeVille at this rate jeez look how many dogs there is after killing most of Cleo’s wolves in an initial Skirmish the Boogies launched an assault on the survivors once more the fight wasn’t without casualties on both sides and friendly fire proved to be an unexpected danger when gem lost a life to scar probably be a nice gesture I suppose he is seriously Oh SK you really want some of this you really want this I literally don’t know what just happened I’m in shock but that didn’t stop Joel from carrying on taking down skis soon after and bringing yet another member into the Boogie crew after being initiated Into The Horde skis chose to Chase down his buddy Tango to get him back on his side come to this side SK get him SK get him to back buddy where is he where is he meanwhile Etho and pearl decided what this apocal alypse really needed was a warden he’s coming he’s coming he’s here He’s here oh dear I’m setting off so much dude okay now run run run run I’m angry I’m running all right Tango or maybe two should I go get another one I feel like I should go get another one I’m going to grab another one we’re going to grab two For the chaos let’s do it why am I doing this after dragging one over to the Heart Foundation the boogeyman took it on a little walk all around the server and up to Gem and the Scots where Scott big be and Cleo were hiding out trying to Tunnel away from the swarming horde In their terrifying new pet come on buddy come on buddy sniff me out let’s go come on that’s it I’m not going that way though I’m bringing a pet Ward going to be a warden up here in a second stuck between a rock in the Boogie curse Cleo Chose to flee right into an aquafer unintentionally going out on their own terms instead of being infected Big B who was following behind them was less lucky being cut down by Joel and joining The Horde big right here hey be oh that lava is not very good for the you big be Is it oh gosh he’s Hit me hard there we go sorry Big B big B’s death brought the number of uninfected down to three Scott grian and Cleo but the safety of the session’s end was in sight Scott chose to hide along the world border narrowly avoiding Joel and Pearl at one point Staying safe until the session was over he’s probably not here right he’s probably heard the heart and ditched at this point I think I have to leave this feels like oh movie there’s Joel who has not seen me hi Joel oh hey P wait did you just break A block no I just heard a brock block break uh you know what is there green had spent the rest of his session hiding out of sight and out of mind a top jool Stone pillar from session three with a great view of the chaos below but his task forced his hand Under the cover of invisibility he had to to sneak back to base to check on his beloved ethos dishwasher avoiding detection by the infected long enough to get out safely Cleo he’s still alive still alive the dishwasher is still alive I made it Cleo chose to lead the Boogeyman on a wild Chase around the server burning a group of pearls Wolves and alerting the enemy to her location despite taking plenty of damage she managed to escape ultimately burrowing into the walls of her home then escaping to hide on the roof just as The Horde Was zeroing in on their location despite eo’s attempts to protect his bestie from his fellow boogies Cleo was saved by the end of the session just in the nick of time but the chaos over let’s send it back to the studio thanks seratonin like we said at the start this week was one For the life Series history books and we’re only expecting things to get more explicit from here on looking ahead to next session there are a few things we’ll be keeping an eye out for not only is Martin’s IOU still on the table for Scott but beat ups also seemed Especially interested in joining him in the dogghouse so we might see our local Big Dog become less of a lone wolf next week I’m so looking forward to what you and I are going to accomplish in the future are you you you’re becoming a big Dog or oh 100% on that note we at mcnn can’t help wondering if having so many red players on the server could see a finale for the series on the horizon with how unhinged the tasks have been in recent sessions it’s possible if that’s the case it might be time to start Taking bet on who the last one standing is going to be my Mone is ne’s dishwasher just like every week here’s the list of tasks players received this session due to the way Gem’s task rendered former tasks null and void and because Cleo grien and Scott managed to survive the Boogie takeover an Extraordinary number of people failed this week Martin completed four tasks which doesn’t make up for it but it is still pretty impressive also because Cleo’s task involved two people who got turned into boogy men we’re not entirely sure if she succeeded or failed we’re going to assume it was a success because Technically she did complete equal tasks for both of them but we know for sure next week but for this week that’s a wrap on the servers chaos and Carnage I’ve been joju and I’m pixie and we’ll see you next time Video Information
