Unlock Apocalypse +20 in Minutes – Minecraft Dungeon Guide

As you can see here i have already a solid item build that i can clear levels with and i’m at power level 164 just about one hour after the patch released hey guys i’m going to show you now how you can beat apocalypse 20 in a matter of just a

Couple of minutes up to maybe one hour and also reach the new max power level so i’ve gone halfway through it figuring out the best way to do it and i thought i let you have like a look at the way i do it and part of my progress

So um what you can see here is i’m having just a couple of items that are at a higher power level than what i’m wearing and this is basically all you have to do like um the very first thing you want to do is you go to

The shop and you just buy all the stuff like you can see um right now i’m with power 115 in the camp and there’s still some 120-ish gear so you want to buy from this guy here just a full set of that gear so you get an armor a weapon three artifacts

And a bow and once you’ve done that you throw that gear on and then you want to start a mission now before we do that let me quickly tell you do not waste your time and money on the blacksmith i did that at the start it’s not worth your time

Just just leave him for now we’ll get to your good stuff later on the first thing you want to do now is um get a mission that you can play on a very high difficulty even though if your gear isn’t up to the challenge so for that i recommend either archaven

If you have a shadow walker build or if you just have a speedrun build you do soggy cave so for me i do use a speedrun build i do soggy cave because soggy cave in the best case i don’t have to do any fighting at all and i can just go through it

So with the higher power level stuff that is basically garbage just high power level we enter the map and once we’re in the map we swap our gear back to our speedrun gear now of course if you are using different gear to clear the level you can use your gear

And then we just play through the map we try to not die on our way there and also yeah the mobs hit really hard after a certain point like if you’ve seen i’ve already unlocked i think apocalypse plus 14 by now um so yeah i can get easily killed

So i try to avoid as many mobs as possible and then here you just have to really do the jumps that’s it and you go through and there’s one room that you can’t jump skip like there’s one room where you actually have to fight if you encounter this room and you’re

At your speedrun gear just go back to camp it’s not worth trying just takes too long so you always want to pick up the gear because maybe that’s already an upgrade and before you finish the mission that’s very important you swap back to your higher power level gear again

Now you can see i found an armor that is better than what they had so boom old one is gone speedrun gear is in the back and the higher power level stuff is equipped now we go back to our camp and that’s it that’s basically how we make our progress

Up to the highest power level so up until this point like getting from before i was like 115 and to 145 it took me like 30 minutes or so so the last half will take about the same amount of time i guess we’re gonna salvage that got a new

Artifact from the back and then we can check here and this is actually looking interesting but this one 151 that’s actually really good so we buy this boom that’s a nice little upgrade um that actually is an upgrade it’s not really useful so but we still we still get it

And i’m thinking of getting this one it’s pretty expensive but you know what i don’t care just just get it 149 now and you always want to check out the luxury merchant because um there are actually some new items in the game let me quickly show it to you one i

Found so far it’s the sheer daggers so since i got this item you always want to check out uh the luxury merchant for these items but you don’t actually want to buy something from there it’s just too expensive if you got some emeralds on stock which you should have because there was

Pretty much no use before it should be no problem to buy from the village merchant from time to time an item to keep your power level rising now if we look at soggy cave again our power level is now high enough so that the game actually recommends us to play

Plus 15 now and not plus 14 anymore if we would go up just by one you can see that the gear and artifact power that we get would not increase until we go up another one and it really only goes up by the max gear that we could drop by one

So it doesn’t really make sense we just make it way more difficult for us to actually beat that thing so we just leave it at recommended and just start the mission then again we swap back to our speedrun gear here and you want to make sure that

You always swap the gear before entering or leaving the map that’s basically key to it let me go through here you don’t need to worry if you die once or twice during the map it’s can happen can happen your gear is pretty low and now we’re just trying to get one piece

Of gear or one set of gear that far up that we can play the highest difficulty with that as recommended difficulty now you can see here this is the room where we have to fight so i’m just going back to camp doesn’t really matter to me this is

Basically no time to go there again so i just do that now i continue to upgrade my gear and i get back to you as soon as i’m done with that okay and just after that one mission i played you can see from the shops like i

Bought a couple of items here did some restocks and picked up some loot um i already increased from like um plus 15 to plus 17 on the apocalypse scaling like my power is basically nearly at the cap so it really goes very very fast if you just know what to do

And another mission later i’m already at 159 and if we look at soggy cave we are already at plus 19 so after the next one i’m already at the max difficulty that i can play at and once i reach that i will tell you how you upgrade your gear afterwards

Okay now that i’ve unlocked apocalypse plus 20 all there is to do is get my main gear up to be the same power level as the gear that would normally drop and so that i can play this difficulty with my just everyday gear right so what we’re going to do for that is

Ideally you want to have two sets that you could run like you want to have one one one set like this like a shadow walker set that you could run that you can now throw in and upgrade while you’re still completing the level with your speedrun gear

Like you need to have two sets that are able to beat the level and you choose one of them that you upgrade first and one of them that you use to completely level because what you’re going to do now is you go to the blacksmith and you throw in your gear here

Let’s do all the items first we put that all in and now what we have to do is we have to play three missions on the highest difficulty apocalypse 20 to upgrade our gear so i quickly do that and i’ll get back to you once i’m done with that

Okay now i’m done with these three runs and of course i’ve been using the same technique as before high power level stuff equipped entering and leaving the mission and only swapping to the speedrun gear while i’m inside of the map now we pick up our stuff from here and as you can see

It gets immediately upgraded to the maximum the blacksmith can do from here on i’m basically just going to re-enchant that stuff again and now we basically already can just go into that mission and run it with that gear and we can upgrade our speedrun gear now next i’ll put in

The pickaxe the speedrun armor that i’m having and the speedrun so that i’m having and basically do the same thing again just this time using the shadow walker stuff okay i accidentally claimed the bow already but i’ll let you look at these items as i claim them mystery armor on

164 and the pickaxe on 166 and debo already got on 166 as i claimed it this item i don’t need it and now we basically just um enchant these items again and we can continue using them and as you can see here i have already a solid

Because we need this feather to be upgraded as well um let’s put this feather in here as well and now let’s put his armor in again i mean you can just go higher right um you don’t need to this is especially uh interesting for you if you just

Start with upgrading your items now after you reach the max power you don’t have to play this on the max difficulty the only requirement the blacksmith has is that you play apocalypse plus difficulty so what you can actually do is you play the first two missions to upgrade your items

On apocalypse plus one and only the last one you have to play on apocalypse plus 20 so that the blacksmith upgrades them based on that and that is already all this is how you can get to the maximum power level really really quickly and beat the highest difficulty currently in the game

Just after about one hour now one more thing i want to mention here is the way there can be really really stressful i died a lot of times since i did soggy cave i had to reset a couple of times trust me i got really unlucky with the rooms so this could

Take some time if you can go for archave and do archavan but also there if you don’t have the shadow walker in vulnerability build ready you probably will die once or twice but trust me it is worth it you will go up really really quickly and i don’t think that the developers

Intended us to go that quickly through all of these difficulty levels like from the interviews what they said i think they believe that this will take us a while and not just one hour or so and it feels like they are kind of out of touch with their own game but
