Unlocking Secret in Minecraft 1.21 Snapshot

Good morning everybody it’s me wles and unfortunately welcome to one of the snapshots of all the time yet another week goes by the devs have tricked us there’s nothing cool in this snapshot nothing Breezy nothing chambery wait oh what’s that the moving pictures flashing in front of your screen say they say

Otherwise I hope you haven’t left yet I hope that intro didn’t trick you too much because Minecraft snapshot 23 W 45a oh baby it’s a banger we got the breeze we got the chambers we got the spawner we got a key in honor of all the world

That I had to do before the snapshot and the hype of it all you know I had to take the suit to the dry cleaners and all go ahead and tap that like button right now and let’s just dive right into it we got the breeze we got this brand

New strange key we got a new spawner and we got a brand new structure that I haven’t seen quite yet so sort of picking up from where we left off in yesterday’s video I’d like to begin with this strange mysterious key look at that texture it’s evil looking it’s so nice

Looking this item is called the trial key you’re looking to get your blocky hands on this beautifully new textured item ah well this is going to be over to the the trial Chambers for you you’ll get this as a reward from The Trial spawner sometimes this thing looks so

Clean oh and of course it’s use you’re wondering about that it’s a mystery no no no no like for real for serious they added this thing into the game I love this they added it into the game and you can get it at all allegedly but there is no functionality

Yet begin the theories please I’ve seen some amazing theories on this thing specifically one really fascinating one from potato man over on the subreddit on Twitter everything like that but what do you think what is this key going to be used for call it down below and in the

Yet listen oh it’s deep the devs are on fire with these sounds like look at that number one the best sound in the world oh that’s evil sound and that’s so cool now check this out in survival if I try and mine this thing it’s going to mine really really really impossibly

Slow like actually check this out it doesn’t matter if there’s a mob in it or not we have a classic spawner we have this spawner right here if I mine this one as you know the mes like pretty quickly you get experience this one if I

Try and mine it same thing best pickaxe in the game it’s going to go really really really slow if somehow you are dedicated determined enough and eventually you fully mine this thing out you are not going to get it in survive just like I don’t know only the most

Mysterious Block in the entire game even if you mine it you get nothing at all now next up check this out let’s say we had trial spawner box right here with explosives in the middle we back away give it a second and it doesn’t blow up

Either of course as you probably may be well aware the classic spawner it does not behave like that just blows up and it’s gone a little bit of experience but this thing never not my very first instinct with this new trial spawner thing other than just I can’t get enough

That sound I I I can’t I’m sorry maybe you guys think this is weird please this is going to be real awkward if none of you care about the sounds but my first thing that I wanted to try was the key with the spawner maybe it does something

But no unfortunately yeah they did not lie to us it literally does nothing at all so this spawner and all it’s cool but there is definitely a better way that we could experience this thing we’re going to have to go out into our world on a little adventure and find it

Throwing it back to Minecraft live as I’m sure you remember when the trial Chambers was shown off the trial spawner was inside of it before our next little experiment today I would like to break a little bit of ground and finally at long last take a look at this brand new

Structure so this world that I’m in right now has been my Snapshot world for all the other snapshots of course before the trial Chambers was added it’s not going to generate so this new structure according to the change log is going to be a new structure found underneath the

Ground in deep slide range I figur I’ll give myself a little bit of night vision so we can probably see it a little bit better and generate this lamp I don’t think I’ve ever been out here before all right so right off the bat almost as if

It’s a sign of the times the very first thing my heart sees oh so nostalgic the old dungeon if you were wondering yeah this thing is still in the game this structure the new one it should be relatively common we should be able to find this thing before too long running

Around flying around underneath the ground here I’m not seeing too much other than the world’s largest M shaft in the world in a million trillion geod this cool we’re looking for copper this should be easy to spot all righty so flying around for a little bit of time

Drifting slow slowly and smoothly under the ground I’m not really seeing much happening under here perhaps this is my problem maybe I have loaded that land before maybe I’ve seen it all whoa wao I got the deep dark biome in an ancient city wouldn’t it be amazing if I could

Find a trial chamber and compare it side by side with the ancient city size-wise I wonder what’s going on oh actually actually speaking of the Devil Himself the trial Chambers the ancient city all right so as we know and love the ancient city one of the most sprawling

Structures of all time and also it kind of intersects with this biggest cave of all time the trial Chambers the brand new structure look at this thing my first glimpse of this thing oh that’s a big room I didn’t expect such a big wide open room we got some chests in there oh

We got a big hallway underneath with an oak tree inside of it a little bit of deep dark all over the place and oh no way what is that is that quartz no it’s oh it’s powder snow oh they’re evil from the outside over here inside of a cave it kind of just

Intersects a little bit awkwardly right now but maybe this is part of the problem they pointed out our trial chamber experienced today it might be a little bit wonky maybe fixator the corridors will sometimes Ed in a dead end and aquiver Lush caves and skull veins sometimes intersect the chamber

Now this structure is described as a midgame challenge I don’t know what mid game means to you but I’m thinking maybe iron armor I’m thinking a bunch of steak I’m thinking torches Cobblestone bow arrows and so I could break my way into the structure itself good luck a diamond

Pickaxe oh boy all right so right off the bat of I’m hearing spiders and I’m seeing spiders I think that’s probably just part of the ambient cave though my thinking with this structure was we go ahead and gear up and just take it on and survival for the first time and see

What we have here trial chamber trial chamber I’m in oh yeah yeah yeah I almost forgot clear all the effects too and yes yes much darker actually I’m already forgetting some of the tools I need a diamond axe to move through the structure so I can like scrape the wax

Oh Breeze Breeze no no no no Breeze immediately a breeze with a with tra some potions did I hear a potion get out of here lad no no no no no you go away I think the breeze doesn’t have like the most health in the world yeah there we

Go not the most health in the world but immediately I suppose the trial has begun and I swear I heard a potion inside of that thing that’s so cool all right it’s time we go ahead and take this on seriously though look at the breeze the movement the wind knocking

Around oh that’s so cool looking oh and the skeletons too oh the jump no no no no you leave me alone you hav it mistaken I’m not involved in the skeleton you get out of here definitely not Skeletor not today not today buddy okay y hold up hold up actually This

Breeze like being knocked around that’s dangerous like I don’t know if it’s dealing much damage I think the skeleton might be doing it but the breeze like the knock back oh that’s evil that’s so devious to the devs what are they doing all right so it seems like when it

Doesn’t hit me though it’s not really dealing damage until it does hit me hits me smack on and I guess it’s like a little bit of damage the knockback thing though is a little bit more insane that’s dry to deal with don’t get trapped in the hallway I guess get out of here

Buddy all right so I think we’ll do maybe a little bit more of a sciency look at this whole thing in a second when I can get my situation under control I I think it dropped out like a decent amount of skeletons From The Trenches we shoot them we take them out

They will not be able to take me out no no no no we’re in the trenches with iron armor I suppose if I geared up a little bit more this might be easier Right From The Trenches we take the skeletons out I think I lost the breezes I’m too far

Away from him not so smart after all all right it’s go time let’s go ahead and run into this room and take the skeletons out the skeletons are the huge problem here being swarmed all over left and right center with skeletons yeah not my favorite thing in the world can’t lie

It seems like the skeletons don’t exactly like the breeze though if they accidentally get hit by the breeze this game over for these things all right all right all right but seriously uh we go ahead and move in here now a little bit of skull no big

Deal it never hurt anybody right and this should be the final skon maybe maybe Oh no you’re hiding all the way back over here okay excuse me it seems like as soon as I ahuh as soon as I take them out the thing spits out baked potatoes my

Favorite all right so this is what I was really really curious about the loot here the loot it’s very like clearly stated in the change log it’s still a work in progress so they’re going to maybe like improve it later what is this the breeze one yeah the breeze Breezy

Boy I’m sorry about this I got to take you out for science I need to see what in the world your loot could be I wonder how many Bree respawn though seems like two or three uhhuh so we get a little bit of a noise it plays and then loot uh what do

We got I got a honey bottle ah potion of strength all right now taking a look at the rest of this room the spawner itself is now disabled how long is it disabled for you may be wondering 30 minutes A total of 30 minutes this thing is done

For so that’s going to amount to like three in-game days or something like that very interesting random loot chest back here hm Fortune 2o all right that’s the thing how about over here oh fire charge yeah so the devs have rigged this whole structure up with different types

Of traps a water bucket that’s kind of evil that’s going to be really really annoying the buttons are ruined too oh that’s not good fire your charg right there but I think the water that’s going to be one of the more tricky ones got a little bit of great work going on over

Here that’s pretty great and some floating things too I like it now this monstrosity that we just experienced for the first time in survival it is called the range trial chamber we’re going to have different types of Trials inside of the struction some of them arrang with

Like skeletons and mobs like that some of them sound absolutely nightmare fuel spiders cave spiders baby zombie and silverfish what in the world no leave me alone I also got melee which sounds like it maybe will be like the least bad out of all of them oh and not to mention that you’ll

Also be able to find poisoned skeletons inside of this thing as well but anyways let’s go ahead and carry on with our search of the structure this seems to be a dead end I don’t know if that’s one of the are talking about or maybe just how

The structure is let’s go back where we came from so far I will say though looking a little bit like a porcupine but like this kind of gear it was not bad it held me up for this trial let’s move into trial number two maybe oh or is this the corridor room oh

This is the corridor room all right so yeah I’m kind of moving into this thing a little bit BL oh the corridor room with a little bit of hus going on no no no not so fast you leave me alone all right so so far I’m kind of going into

The structure a little bit blind I know a little bit about what to expect B off with the change log but I don’t know too much what is that noise is that another Breeze or oh they keep spawning oh it kind of goes in waves no way all right all right

No yeah that’s my bad totally my bad all right so already moving into the structure and only checking it out a little bit so far I can tell there’s going to be so much of the structure I don’t know if we’re going to be able to

Get to all of it today but let’s go ahead and get back to where we were maybe you set your spawn before you move into this thing just in case you get swarmed by husks those husks right there no no no no yeah not so scary anymore

Reward reward give me the treasure give me the loot I yeah oh there we go I got the loot and the sper turned off that was so cool you see that all right so this looks a whole lot like the room that we saw at Minecraft live with a

Tall hallway and I guess apparently some hidden spawners up top too this pretty cool little bit of decoration here give me the loot give me the loot what kind of loot ah arrows what kind of loot ah iron okay very nice what kind of loot I thought I saw another one that’s

Too bad oh wait these are all waxed oh that’s cool look at this actually so we had the spawner over there that we were taking out and then we kind of got this like Small hidden room right here with even more loot they totally made this structure almost like some kind of Zelda

Dungeon or something like that keep in mind that it’s going to be procedurally generated so a little bit different every single time and hey I wonder what happened there that looks sad wow okay so there’s a trap door right there that tells me that there’s got to be some

Kind of like secret moving tunnel in here too oh maybe there is there might be all right look no hate no shade but I think the have gotten a little bit confused with these trapo mechanics we got to put a trap door right there if I

Want to be able to check that out and then somehow I need to figure out how I can now how in the world doesn’t work there we go we’ll go ahead and jump up like that flip that open and all of a sudden I’m crawling is this a secret

Room oh I’ve just vented into a secret room no way no way this is so amazing it just gets better and better and better I really wonder what kind of loot we’re going to have here yet oh this thing is so cool I guess I didn’t really even

Need to use the vent to Loop the back around but wow this structure is beautiful so suddenly I found another little random ladder and it seems to L off into like a completely different room another room that I’m kind of recognizing from Minecraft live and what is this oh a folding submerged sunken

Room with glass in the middle I need to break it I need to get in there oh no way no way even more cool this room like from the inside it would be fully solid it up with like a little bit of supplies and like a base room you set your spawn

At the structure and take it on no way oh this is so cool okay okay all right another room with like big Fountains at the bottom of it and even more loot it looks like inside of this structure that was pretty good loot it looks like inside of the structure not every single

Room is a trial but sometimes yes finally that animation sometimes you pop up into a room and there is a trial look at that all the husk they begin again no you won’t give me this time no chance now the trial spawner it doesn’t matter how far you move away from this

Thing once you take the mobs out you take the mobs out you could pull them all the way out of the room if you needed to or like hide around a corner and and trick the skeleton oh trick the skeleton until there’s another wonderful free all right well that right there is

Where we’re going to go ahead and zoom out and take a look at this room this is a beautiful looking gigantic room look at this thing we got a trap in the middle what in the world does a trap do oh no it’s water and keep in mind the

Breeze it’ll be able to activate these traps too and what in the world is this oh it’s just a problem with the structure okay in hopes of moving the snapshot video along for you today though let’s go ahead and flip into creative and just take a look at some of

The other Treasures that the structure I have all right it’s okay also taking a look at this structure as a whole like the proper size of it it’s a decent size however what have I told you that I found one that gets a little bit bigger

So when all that sad stuff happened to me a minute ago and I was taken out I actually located an ancient city and then right next to that ancient city smashing into it this time is a completely different trial chamber this room right here I almost don’t even want

To take it on we have powder snow all over the place like you got to bring leather bruts to the structure it makes it even more useful I can almost guarantee this thing right here this has got to be like a stray spawner right if

I move over to it in survival I think it kicks off and oh it’s skeletons oh it’s just skeleton oh it’s a poison skeleton oh no this structure is so fascinating and how it smashed into the ancient city this is some really really interesting generation as well like you got the ancient city

Corridor going on with the trial chamber go ahead and take that out I dare you the more important part that I wanted to point out about this trial chamber is it looks to be a little bit bigger we’ve got a gigantic room right there we’ve got a huge corridors right there

Sprawling all the way up into a Min shaft as well this whole section of this particular trial Chambers looks really really big too and like a complete whole maze you got parts that wind all the way down you got a classic dungeon right there you got the tree room that we saw

Before I wow how in the world I’m going to break all of this down for you and show it all to you oh that room looks like a nightmare that looks terrible another thing that I wanted to test for you here today is the trial chamber

Instead of a brand new fresh world let’s say I went ahead and make this world get that new fresh World feeling it’s beautiful but then all of a sudden I slid under the ground how quickly would I be able to find a trial chamber right under the ground inside of this random

World that I made we got a giant dripstone cave it’s cool we got the deep dark as well but I’m not seeing any copper oh hey yeah hold up hold up right after I said it I saw it we got a giant trial chamber structure sitting under

The ground inside of this massive big cave now like imagine this let’s role play You’re caving inside of the big cave and all of a sudden you see this huh what in the world could it be look at that that’s a perfect entrance this structure is actually lowkey highy maybe

The most fascinating thing to come to Minecraft in like ever this is beautiful it’s gigantic there’s so much to it look at the trap doors and The Traps the detail the oh the good loot that actually pops up sometimes the attention to detail inside of this structure I

Mean look this is only day one I’ve just seen it for a quick second and this is beautiful this is stunning and 1.21 this is going to be an amazing update all right so I got to apologize today’s Snapshot video I know it’s a little bit different than the normal one

A little bit more information on the trial spawner we have categories one mob is going to use for the entire structure for example one trial chamber it might be like zombies and cave spiders and Strays meanwhile another one is like slime silverfish and skeleton so all these categories you’re not like

Necessarily guaranteed instead of one chamber back over at our setup here today finally I’d like to take another look at the breeze and first things first this model the texture it is beautiful it looks so good looking if we go ahead and roll it over to night time

Check this out the eyes and the eyebrows they kind of like grow glow yeah look at the sides of this thing I don’t know if they need to grow anymore they kind of like glow when it comes to taking out one of these mobs let’s say we had an iron sword and

Landed crits on this mob if we go ahead and do that it’s going to be four crits right there and then we get experience it seems like right now this mob it doesn’t really have any kind of drop or anything like that every time I take it

Out I just get experience I I think the devs are maybe working on a drop that we’ll see later on though so that’ll be pretty cool all in all Minecraft snapshot 23 w45 a this thing is gigantic I’m almost for sure going to make a
