Here at Vanilla Venture, we try to mirror an experience similar to the old days of minecraft SMPs, unlike today’s state of servers. We take inspirations from other popular servers such as Hermitcraft and combine them into something new. We try to be a relatively small SMP server and will only accept around 10-20 players.
We will have frequent community events that can be hosted by anyone, ranging from competitions, minigames, challenges, and more! Of course, you don’t have to participate.
We have minimal plugins and datapacks to enhance the vanilla experience, and help moderate the server, which include:
- Core Protect: can revert griefed builds to normal
- One Player Sleep
- Custom Armor Stands
- Player Head drops
- Silence Mobs
- Custom Wandering Traders
- +More to be added later
We try to be a small, close-knitted community, so we do have a limit for the amount of players that are able to join. The server will start when we find 10-20 members and applications will be closed. If you do not receive a response in 1-3 days, that means your application was not accepted or you applied too late.
To join, you must fit these requirements below. (exceptions can be made)
- Be somewhat active (weekly at most)
- Own a legal copy of Minecraft Java Edition (This is not a cracked server)
- Have some experience with minecraft
If you fit all these requirements, you can apply in the discord server below. If you are accepted, you will be whitelisted on the server and given the member role where you can chat. All non server members will be kicked from the discord server when applications are closed.
