So the thorns enchantment what is it what does it do well let’s show ya so let’s go ahead and get the thorns enchantment thorns 3 is best so why not get it then you want armor because that’s what it goes on what the heck let’s just put on all pieces of armor Little pig okay so now i have a full set of armor with thorns three on it that’s the maxed thorns that you can get and we’re going to need something to attack us zombies and skeletons are pretty good right let’s make it night and now Well let’s uh get ourselves a bunch of eggs i’m just gonna go into survival right now okay oh yeah i forgot i’m really hurt badly i need some food Okay let’s put down one zombie he’s going to attack me now watch what happens what the did he get hurt keep attacking me i know i’m hungry keep on look at that he died and i didn’t touch him once because that’s what thorns does it makes it so that when something Attacks you it takes damage in return sort of like damage recoil guardians and other guardians in minecraft have the same enchantment basically if you hit them they hit you back however that does not count with projectiles it’s only by melee attacks so now let’s do a skeleton and see what It does to us look at that he still took damage though it’s not always the same with projectiles when they’re hitting you with the projectile armor see eventually this skeleton will die i dare to keep shooting me just keep on just do it stare you down death by stare it worked Yeah how about oh and i got a lot of arrows in me pretty much everywhere it doesn’t come without a little bit of pain but luckily it worked right and that’s what it does pretty cool huh the more thorns the more uh the higher the level thorns three The more it does you know it’s interesting if you actually make some of this armor put in dispenser and have it eject it right next to villager in java this only works in java i think he’ll pick up the armor and it’ll actually help him defend himself so when He gets attacked he’ll deal damage back yeah you can make villagers to venezuela kind of interesting okay well that’s enough and now you know about the thorns enchantment You Video Information
