Woggenz – Minecraft: Survival Island 1.8.1 – Stranded (Part One)

Hey guys welcome here and today I’m going to do something that I haven’t done in quite some time and that’s going to be play some Minecraft uh recently my videos have been mostly about patch updates um things of that nature partly because well there’s been a fair amount of patch

Updates recently on that and I’ve been extremely extremely busy um I recently well got a new job while I was job hunting then got a new job school you know good stuff all sorts of good stuff uh but like I said today I’m gonna actually play some Minecraft I’ve loaded up a

Survival Island map here by yours crafter from Planet Minecraft um and there’s a little little back story here let’s see here are the crew of a merchant ship passing by a small set of islands one suddenly a terrifying lightning bolt strikes your ship even though it was raining the fires

Spread throughout the ship letting water pour in you managed to crash it into a near my Island before you or before the ship begins to sink the fire has stopped and the Sun appears seems like you’re unlucky dot dot you and your crew must survive on the island until another merchant ship

Passes by but who knows how long that will take maybe there is wash is a washed up chest from other ships which have had similar problems on the island so that’s a little backstory behind this this little uh Adventure Map um so it’s a little island over there

And a cactus over there probably need that for something um the rules of this are no item inventory hacking and or giving no flying okay no exploring beyond the map basically the ocean I assume that’s the ocean Beyond uh those two islands as well uh no spawning mobs do not change the

Time and do not ignore the rules wow a rule to not ignore the rules that’s that’s genius and then there’s a few goals which I’ll go into a little bit I’m just going to take a look around here at my destroyed ship oh dear it’s all sorts of a mess oh wow

It’s a flow of water there almost three down all right let’s see here oh yeah this thing is things done oh look at this chests dies gunpowder took that for now um raw fish leave that in there wait till I can cook it sapling nice pumpkin seeds melon seeds and a couple apples

Take those as well and this all right exotic spice storage I assume these are exotic spices here excellent out of here actually let’s go check out this swamp back here going for a bit of a swim so anyways if you’re unfamiliar um the whole point of survival island is

You know you have this little time out little tiny Island what’s your stranded on and then you pretty much have to you know survive so probably not a lot to it um but that’s that is a blue stone that’s glowstone up there some stairs or is that it ladder

That’s pretty much it just a little beat up uh piece of a castle looks like and a dock all right sweet so anyways obviously the first thing to do here is to chop down my only tree step one and wow it’s another rack there that’s it’s not inside I guess

All right so let’s see here I’m gonna chop down my only tree see this video is probably gonna be um a few parts in length at least I’ll try to keep them reasonable to watch is not too long so you can you know walk away come back and

Watch the next one whenever you feel like it but uh but yeah so um that got wood now great top down it’s sapling over here I guess um oh should probably read these signs I just said it’s been said that melons tend to wash up here all right

For challenges read the doc text read me okay or look up this map on Planet Minecraft good luck seeds precious seeds the grass there it’s a flower I’m not sure what I need that for but all right I have a flower it’s not going to be any saplings

Nope no saplings good thing I was provided one so actually I’m Gonna Leave the grass for now until I have a way to actually do something with that um so I guess the next step would be to turn all that into wood planks get some sticks crafting table um

I’m gonna take out a little home here really quick uh underground bunker Maybe it’s got to be times at about midday so I don’t know if monsters will spawn on the sound since it’s so small and I’ll be right here but I really don’t want to take the chance so

Um the way I’m playing this is if I die I die and that’s that’s game over so knock down that grass so kind of do a little Iron Man here for uh Survival Island which only makes sense I guess the goal oh actually I want that dirt there grass will spread

Leave that there let’s go about to hear with dirt um let me build a shovel and do this but I may scrutiny I’ll just do a wood shovel I I feel like um I should hit Cobblestone and hopefully iron fairly soon so um no harm in using a little bit of wood

Go there pick all right that should be about all I need for now and um time to continue on my dig so I don’t know I played once from out Survival Island map in the past it was pretty it’s pretty fun um but this is uh my first time on this

Particular version so hopefully it’ll be uh be more fun because I enjoyed the last one so check this out I’m gonna make the walls of my house out of sand which is probably not the uh best thing to do but oh well so I’m just kind of digging out this little

Oh look at that amazing chest so I could just strip mine this whole thing maybe that’s fancy would just dig down the bedroom Bedrock straight down oh gold wheat Diamond Yes actually I’m actually gonna leave that in there because if I take it I know what’s gonna happen I’m gonna die

And I’m gonna lose it um obviously don’t want to do anything with that just now um don’t I probably will never ever want to do anything with that but um Diamond will definitely come in handy uh later on so keep that around so I guess I’ll make this one lower chest love it

Oh wow wooden shovels almost destroyed already it’s just good could just make a diamond show [ __ ] that and not have to worry about it forever but uh not do that just yet it could be the only diamond on this entire world pretty unlikely but it’s possible so that’ll work there um here

Should I go one more down it’s see if I make uh make a dirt roof because dirt’s quite useful so it’s out gotta keep the creeps out oh yeah dirt roof um I’m loving it living it up with my uh my dirt roof it’s uh it’s quality I know

Let’s see here plenty of dirt which is good so probably need that actually insert I’m gonna go actually I’m gonna go one more level down perhaps as well this is so much this isn’t making for absolutely nothing there’s a lot of roof here I don’t like um

Houses that are two blocks tall it’s very congested so down one farther better not close this off too much or I’ll uh not be able to see it’s almost Sundown oh God it’s a little sundown um here’s spider assume that’s somewhere near the first area I encounter for uh for rating so um

That’ll probably not be very fun to do but uh do it all right leave that open actually I could probably leave this whole thing open What’s the likelin of creeps coming in to attack me right all right so let’s dig this out right quick one more layer down

Moving up the world to stone tools which is exciting let’s throw that in there too because diamond armor is pretty much worthless so one of the challenges is to see here oh well while I’m looking at this the goals uh growth entries conquer a dungeon make wool using string

Make all types of colored wool so let’s see here discover a secret um make a wheat farm that produces 32 or more wheat use a pumpkin to make a scarecrow in the middle of your Wheat Farm of course watermelon and pumpkin farm and uh make an automatic sugar cane Farm

See here and then extra for the experts which is definitely not me so join the land between all three islands making one large island build a castle put a pumpkin on your head of course rebuild the ship doesn’t matter how it looks as long as it could be recognized as a boat

Gets full gold armor and make a throne and sit on it proudly of course make a library with many bookshelves create a small village around the castle you have built make a diving board at Club One to a 720 spin before hitting the water nice all

Right so there’s my uh my goals and my expert goals for this little Endeavor which is which is always fun to have something to shoot for but currently I’m just um shooting to stay alive because well I have nothing right now I do have a little food which is good but

The health the Food Barn 1.8 that I mean that doesn’t mean a whole lot you can’t uh you can’t serve Health forever so at some point you do need to eat even if I avoid taking all damage oh oh God a bit of flood apparently that’s um very new to the

Ocean so or is it let’s see what is this I feel like this can’t be the ocean can it nope it’s not hmm Shady oh is it yep definitely the ocean a little uh oh cropping there all right so that was the ocean for sure awesome

There don’t want to get mobbed by creeps all right all right and continuing on with my digging Expedition it’s uh here soon enough I will be venturing down into the unknown and uh yeah that’ll be it’ll be glorious so I love my crafting table upstairs yeah flooded out my house already so

It’s a good start isn’t it that as well come on all right um just throw it up there could serve some space what else don’t I want to use I guess I could have grown that tree installing up there I didn’t think of that at the time um that on me

All right so um let’s see here got some Cobblestone which is good I’ll need that make some stone tools here quick should probably make a stone sword as well and a few sticks left for some torches assuming I can find some coal around this place jeez oh that’s that’s very nice actually

Another rack kind of Lights this place up which is good so let’s see here um where do I want to dig my hole ocean is very near there seems like in this corner I want to dig my mine and of course my crafty table saw everyone lose that oh the other side

Other corner should do this will be fine it’s just fine I believe yeah either one of these corners should do so I’m gonna do this one it says much more dirt um so I’m gonna make a pretty tight staircase here so here let’s get out of the way all right so

Just gonna kind of weave back and forth a bit not really can be very ordered with this staircase just gonna get spider is and end him because spiders are one of the most annoying creatures in Minecraft oh um also um just thought of it I was recently allowed to monetize some

Of my videos so if you see some ads going up don’t be too offended it I’m actually fairly excited for this opportunity it’s gonna hopefully just make what I want to make better because I make a few bucks I’ll be able to get a better mic stuff like that thus

Increasing the quality of my videos I’m not expecting to get much out of it so I said if I end up you know getting a new mic or getting uh something make my server a little better or you know stuff like that I’m gonna be pretty happy so

Um just so you know there’ll be ads don’t uh don’t get upset they’re there and they should just make the content uh more fun for everyone so um thought I’d make you guys aware of that and uh thanks for everyone who subscribe to his um like my videos watch my videos period

And the favorites uh it’s great it’s awesome I appreciate it so um anyways back to digging this fantastic hole you probably can’t see anything because lack of torches um is it Daylight yet here and there getting there um Cole I wonder if I can oh look at that
