All right hey guys welcome back to another Minecraft event stream oh it’s been a while since we’ve done one of these but we are finally finally back so today we are finally doing the Minecraft effect event that I have been talking about for so so long so hi chat how’s

Everyone doing everyone doing good today that is incredible so uh yes I have seen some people ask in the chat will will you guys be able to join of course you guys will be able to join so I will be posting the server IP in chat in a few

Minutes um also for those who are curious this will be on Minecraft Java 1.2.2 so the latest version of Minecraft so yeah also there’s um there’s some kittens who have some somehow wandered into my server here um look at this look at this small child there’s only one

Thing to do in this situation there you go problem solved all right so anyways um yeah we are doing the Minecraft uh infection event so yeah I hope you guys are excited for this event so I am going to explain everything um I’m just trying to give a second for a

Few more of my friends to be able to join um hold on one quick second uh let me uh let me check something really quick so yeah you guys hyped you guys ready for another Minecraft event so yeah I will also be explaining how this event will work in a few short minutes

While since I have done a Minecraft event stream but the last time I did a m but since the last time I’ve done a Minecraft event stream I have gotten a brand new Minecraft server So This Server is supposed to be like four times as better as the server I had before uh

So hopefully this should run really smooth and that should also allow a lot of extra people to be able to join as well do we need any mods no this is vanilla Minecraft it will be Minecraft 1.2.2 Minecraft vanilla Edition so uh yeah all righty uh I want to check one

Last little thing uh um okay well I guess um I guess we’re just going to go ahead and go all righty got to love classic Minecraft vanilla Edition yeah that’s right playing on the latest and greatest version of Minecraft all right so anyways um hm should we go ahead and

Start letting people join on in h should we should we go ahead and let people join in or should we go ahead and explain all right we’re going to go ahead and explain first and then after I’m done explaining I will send the IP in chat so basically how this Minecraft

Event is going to work is as you can see everyone already has blue name tags like look at this beautiful beautiful boy right here hi mister I like your uh blue blue name tag okay yeah this is awkward um anyway so pretty much whenever you spawn in you

Will be spawned in as an alive player so there’s two different teams there’s the alive players and then the dead players um so how this event will work is pretty much I haven’t decided yet if we are going to do a grace period or not I

Think we’re going to have a grace period so once you come into the server and once we start we’ll just going be playing some you know nice regular peaceful Minecraft um also don’t worry Friendly Fire is turned off for teams so you cannot harm your fellow teammates

But pretty much after the grace period is up I will enable it so that way from now on after you die after the grace period is over if you die you will be sent to the dead team and pretty much it’s going to be last one standing so

Whoever is the last alive player they will win the event but um yeah so that’s pretty much how the infection event works and pretty much if you become a dead player you get spawned back in but you’ll only have five hearts and you will also have slowness but you will be

Able to go around and kill other alive players but don’t worry you won’t be able to harm your fellow dead people and um you can kill them and last Al live player stand and win so uh that’s that’s pretty much the nice short summary of how the event works so uh yeah what

Version is this Minecraft 1.2.2 vanilla Edition for Minecraft Java latest and greatest build so yeah all righty hold on let me check one more one more thing one more thing one more thing all right I’m not going to lie I’m uh I was kind of waiting for Mystic to

Join cuz Mystic said he was going to join in stream uh his Minecraft is dying I was just waiting for him to make sure he can get in I’m pretty sure everyone will be able to get in so for This Server I have it set so 150 people can

Join that’s a lot of people I don’t know if the server will handle it or not it should be able to handle it um but if not then um then yeah Mystic my internet is dying at the moment well it’s not like we’re all waiting for you or

Anything like that buddy it’s not like that at all oh no oh no so yeah I can’t join them on I’m on Bedrock Edition that’s sad yeah again if you’re playing on Minecraft Bedrock Edition you will not be able to join but if you have Minecraft Java you will be

Wow so anyways chat so the grace period so do you guys want us to have a grace period or not pretty much the grace period will keep everyone on team alive um but if we don’t have a grace period Then if you just die you instantly

Become on team death um but um if we do if we do have a grace period how much time should the grace period be 5 minute grace period no I feel like it should be longer than 5 minutes you guys want like 15 minutes or 30 minutes 30 minute grace

Period because the grace period will allow people to you know go and get some stuff and if they die they can continue playing as an alive player so that way if any sneaky creepers come out of the corner and if you die instantly that way

You can’t whine to me about it 10 100 minutes I think 15 minutes is probably enough 15 15 20 minutes hm all right we’ll probably do all right we’ll do 20 minutes we’ll do a 20 minute grace period all right and I’ll just have the timer set up on my phone so

I’ll do a timer on my phone for 20 minutes whenever we start and whenever you guys hear my alarm that means the grace period is over so yeah I’m too lazy to put a timer on on um on stream so yeah all right chat should we continue

You are dead so how this is going to work is everyone’s going to stay on the live team for 20 minutes of grace period uh but once the 20 minutes are up and if you die after 20 minutes then you will be put on death but if you die before

The 20 minutes are up you will stay on team alive so um but once you die after the grace period you’ll be on team dead for the rest of the event and all you got to do is just go around and try to kill more alive players so there you go

And I think as well I’m going to leave Whit list off but if you join the server for the first time after the um after the grace period is turned off then you will be automatically put on team dead so I think that’s the main Fair way to

Do it so yeah is the go to avoid the dead prettyy much the main goal of the server of uh this event is to be the last player on the alive team so pretty much it’s going to start off pretty slow after the grace period because you know

It’s going to be like natural deaths that are going to cause people to get on team dead but once you are on team dead you are able to kill team alive players but if you’re on team alive you aren’t able to kill fellow team alive players

It would like be super laggy and stuff with the old server but this one’s run was running really smooth wasn’t any lag for me um so I’m really happy with that so yeah but uh rip and rest the infection event it it did not go the way

I thought it was going to go it was okay it was okay not the best event but also not the worst event I’ve ever hosted cuz I’ve had events in the past have been more scuffed than this one so yeah but there you guys go the uh the new the new
