Zebra Gamer – Minecraft Dungeons Gameplay Walkthrough Part 29 – Warped Forest!

Hello zebra herd welcome back to minecraft dungeons in the last episode we started our nether dlc adventures with nether wastes we got through pretty well there’s still some other stuff to get but we’ll get that hopefully along the way as we have other levels to tackle this time we’ll be trying warped

Forest and this place looks pretty spooky it’s a forest in the nether you can see some gas floating around so maybe we’ll actually run into them in today’s episode but for right now the story the warped way there’s only one way in and out of the nether portals

With nothing but a broken portal at your back you’ll need to hope that the warped forest is hiding a new way to make it home watch your step for these are dark woods and entermen lurk within the shadows see we can find anime around here which

Is pretty crazy uh i could go with our match power here i probably don’t want to go above yeah we’ll try adventure four and hope for the best all right let’s go for it the warped forest all adventures in the nether begin and end with a portal

But what’s a hero to do with nothing but the weapons at their side and a broken portal at their back forge a new path forward and find another portal to take you home okay let’s go for it then nothing’s scarier than being stuck in the nether

So we’ll have to do everything we can to find a new portal out of here yeah here it is so interesting that that previous level that we did in last episode i guess it was more of a prologue than anything you can see these glowing things this is

So cool because i actually haven’t really explored much of this in the actual minecraft i know there was another update that added a bunch of other biomes and such i’m really excited that eventually oh my gosh these guys aren’t playing around okay uh yeah i’ll do a little bit of that

And that’s not the way i’m supposed to go so i’ll go ahead and explore it now there you go but eventually i will export in minecraft that’s eventually the goal i need to get back to minecraft scene but it’s cool to experience it here oh we got the critical hit yeah we changed

Our axe a little bit definitely catch up with last episodes we did some stuff there in terms of our weapons that really should change things up for today’s episode but it doesn’t look like there’s anything really over here so i should be able to just fight my way through the spine

Oh my oh so the the mushrooms i guess explode and they do damage so let’s avoid that for now then still have a couple more electric heroes trying to make the most of those and grab you the ham that’s definitely good what’s over here though oh no i didn’t

Even see it okay use the potion and then keep going we do have a bunch more food waiting for us over there i think i’ll hold on to most of it if i can oh you’re throwing them at me i don’t appreciate that okay there’s a couple pigmen this place

Is a proper maze so far gotcha i gotcha can i where’d i go okay so i can’t dive across there lesson earned not worth risking we’ll be doubling back this whole area well actually maybe not it’s telling me to go this way now so maybe i should go back okay there we go Awesome there’s a lot going on here well i don’t know how i jumped over like that so quick that was interesting oh there’s a big chest waiting for me though it’s definitely worth going this way the phone club that was huge i don’t know we’ve seen nothing before so that’s new

Pretty cool pretty cool if we have seen it before it’s been a good while at the least there’s a lot of enemies over here though and they are all trying to pell arrows at us we just got to be careful of all that but this place just keeps

Going and going it definitely is a bit of a mess okay grab the food got it oh man they will not lay off oh geez i think we need to use arrows more arrows trying to get the potion guys first but i’m running i’m just creating more enemies chasing us oh my goodness

Almost got it ready now we can go much better that was pretty crazy and i’ll chop through you a little bit oh there is a bunch of enemies waiting for us over this fight i do have the potion but i certainly want to well it looks like a piece of another

Nether portal here yeah okay so i guess we might not be the only adventurers trapped in the nether hopefully whoever’s here is friendly because everybody else isn’t all these other guys they’re not friendly to us at all jeez that stuff really hurts we gotta run through to catch up to him

Okay i think we saw everything over here maybe a couple more enemies when of course just gonna knock those guys off the side we missed out on the uh the prize though oh there it is okay let’s grab that pot and which way does it need me to go i

Think down there so if we just explore the rest of that really quickly i think we’ll be good to go uh don’t fall off please there you go yeah what’s the deal over this way we get a couple more arrows and i think there’s a few more enemies waiting for

Us oh a whole bunch of them the game couldn’t even handle it for a moment that was crazy and there’s nothing over here besides a whole ton of lava i suppose yes now we’re going back down there for sure for sure so let’s make the most of that we are

Closing in on level 61 we got 60 last episodes that was pretty cool see why does it want me to go this way though i guess it there’s a path with this so i i think i sort of see what’s going on yep just like that and

Once again there are multiple paths here so i don’t exactly know the best way to go but if there’s a way to go for now we’ll do this and we’ll try to figure it out along the way we don’t want to get too sidetracked but

Don’t want to look at the map the entire time i want to play the game too you know and we’re finding more pieces of this broken nether portal we really can’t be the only ones here then hopefully there’s other players that might be able to help us out maybe a

Whole society of people who’ve been stranded in the nether for who knows how long Okay we’ve got a lot of enemies over this way we need to destroy that’s good i’m trying to save the arrow shots for enemies that really need like these guys typically but we got that pretty well because the cool thing about this is the lightning chains up

And that’s super duper useful like that guy he’s not so fun to deal with this throws all that stuff out of so probably try to save the chain lightning for all that and that’s everybody explore the forest don’t mind if i do so this level hopefully will be a little

Bit longer than last episode that level was really really quick and that was sort of a disappointment in my opinion but i haven’t found this one oh gosh the enderman they’re here whoa and they’re not happy let’s back up a little bit and just try to oh use my potion come on

Get rid of that guy and maybe it could just chop my way through oh he hits really hard but we were able to get him we picked up another bone club for it wow okay so yeah i really don’t know how this is all gonna link together or we’ll

Have to backtrack a little bit i’m hoping we can get another pork chop for one of these guys i guess i’ll wait to see okay there’s so many enemies over here i’m trying to get away from enemies i just keep running into more of them oh goodness come on

Gotcha new sword to the soul knife i think we’ve got that before but oh no no that’s not fair okay we’re still kicking i’m gonna use my potion real quick somehow i survived that i don’t even know how but hey there’s a chest force the swiftness potion in

There so we found two out of the eat chests oh gosh there’s more the enchanted pink one too he’s not messing around can i just roll across i can oh i knocked him off they hit for really hard though is the problem we got to be really careful about that

We’ll definitely grab the pork there’s more of them okay [Applause] see i think it does wrap back around so we don’t worry about missing too much at the time being i guess the only thing we really should try to do is explore these areas thoroughly that are

Right in front of us so that we can make sure we don’t miss any of the trust because we still have plenty left of those to find we definitely grab that strength potion oh man whenever there’s a big cluster of them that’s when i want to pull out the

Electric arrows because it gets rid of the groups so easily i think it’s stronger that way than if you were to focus on one opponent because it just has that chaining lightning damage which is a lot of fun i’m honestly really liking the flame arrows were

Great too because they had a good area of effect but this is just so much better it’s a very cool addition to the game so far happy with it and what about over here oh gosh a whole bundle of them and there’s some tnt waiting for us too

If i want to try that oh more than one tnt you know yeah we’ll throw it over there i’ll use my potion real quick because these guys are just not being friendly i think the other one fell off the side unfortunately so it was really only one of them

Really quickly but what was down here anything get a little bit of a shortcut so let’s take a look yeah over this way when pulling up the map like this it can be sort of easy to get a little confused what’s back here anything looks like it might have been a hideout

At some point this area is so neat though because it has this weird mixture of being both eerie but also sort of relaxing especially with the music it’s relaxing but in an unsettling way and that’s really neat feeling i don’t feel like many places evoke that

Oh gosh there is a lot happening here okay so let’s try to back up i see some enchanted people who are left and i they’re coming over so let’s just try to make a path for ourselves and get rid of the the ranged ones because the range guy is

Shooting at me from every angle what’s the problem they are enchanted zombie penguins oh no i fell off okay i’m fine it’s okay it’s okay maybe oh this is gonna be scary but i think i’ll do a bit of that they are everywhere and they are really

Packing a punch once again get rid of the range ones first because the melee ones i can get rid of pretty easily just by doing that oh no oh come on gotcha we are so close to getting beat up here by almost on my potion

So i’m trying to wait for that oh i got some food there too good stuff i’m trying to dodge our attacks as well as i can and so far going pretty well got it and we get ourselves a soul robe for that and i have full health now so we’re fine

And i still have my potion if i need it which right now luckily i don’t but we gotta just play it safe because we never know if that’s gonna happen again that’s sort of the risk of playing at this difficulty right these things can get very difficult very

Fast so it seems like yeah we’re going the right way so far that’s good closing in on level 61 why did i walk over that didn’t mean to oh whoa it’s funny that the door closed but i could just walk around the other way oh no i can’t it’s a drop down

Okay so i spoke too soon with that one oh here we go we’re that cluster of enemies if i can walk up and melee some of these range guys more easily i think that’s a good move oh no uh got it a couple more coming in still have a few

More lightning strikes i can use and there we go and we got the pork the pork really does restore health quickly as long as we’re not taking too much more damage which we are so careful about it got it and you okay good stuff i will grab this which will have another twisting

Vine bow which is really nice and we’re good to move forward oh gosh there’s plenty more waiting for me as per usual i don’t think we missed anything we haven’t found the one secret guy i tried to dodge over that that didn’t turn out so well come on you two

Oh there’s some food there’s some food grab that for sure oh no ah darn that’s not what i meant to do it’s okay we still have a regeneration working for us so this is what i missed before i just want to try to get it if i can oh

No potion time there you go tnt there too because these guys are all enchanted they don’t play around so we got to hit back as hard as we can so this is where we were before we could have just had a really oh oh never mind let’s go see a really major shortcut

Well sort of yeah it puts me back over here how weird is that so if you wanted to skip a huge portion of this level you could have i don’t want to do that of course i want to see everything this level in this dlc has to offer

So didn’t plan on it but here’s another chest hiding out it’s going to have an air bundle strength potion tnt and the soul knife getting a couple of souls related items so far so that’s always cool i almost have my potion available again oh okay we get triple pork from that

Maybe i could have saved some for later probably would have helped to be the conservative okay i’m gonna throw the tnt over that way because there’s too many of them but we get a level up so we are now level 61. how cool is that okay there are

Pigs attacking us from everywhere i missed a shot though with the lightning i can’t really afford to do that around here so i’m going to be more careful there we go so no chest down this way but a lot of enemies to take out and i don’t know what’s going on with

Our experience bar at the moment but sort of blinking even though is 61 the max level i don’t think so but hopefully we can make our way to 62. pretty quickly i think it’s just a good shot got it there’s a couple of shafts we must

According to the map so i want to try to get them just gotta get through this big cluster this lightning arrow enchantment or whatever it is uh artifact has been a lifesaver so far so glad that we found that in the last episode and i hope we find more things like that

So where was it it was right over here so i guess i sort of just missed this and you another bone clips we have found how many bone clubs at this point a ton of one two three four and a bunch of those knives there’s not anything else this place has

Given us a ton of loot which is always appreciated it’s a wonderful fun any more enderman’s you know i feel like i just heard an enderman other creepy scream noises what’s this way oh no okay we can deal with that i think i think we can handle it got it okay looking good

I say that but then that oh that really does hurt let’s grab that pork right what i can because those guys they do a lot of i think it’s called corrupted damage or something like that it does damage over time and it’s really painful there we go we are handling them pretty

Well though i’m gonna continue with that way strength potion will help with that and we get a nice golden chest for that would that be our one secret it won’t be oddly enough moreros out gotcha okay new objective find the key it looks like we have a couple of spots marked on

Our map so i have to look out for those we should be able to handle these guys console melee pretty easily nothing over there see this is what we need the key for oh my that guy did not drop any pork for us whoa almost fell off that would not have been good

Okay there we go so i’ll grab some of those and we’ll grab some more on our way back i think oh there’s the key okay that was pretty easy oh no maybe i spoke too soon because now they’re starting to spawn in oh no wait wait come back here i need

You still sorry if we take down that she starts running away we don’t want that oh there’s so many of them now so many come on you’re staying with me so we can open that up and find the exit i’ll do what i can see did i not go down there i don’t

Think that’s what that indicates i think it’s just maybe a different elevation oh there we go we found the secret level mission unlocked crimson force that was easy i think that’s just sort of a chance-based thing so there we go we found the secret level for the

Was it the fire with another dlc i forget what it exactly the dlc is called but yeah it’s really exciting to see that i’ll definitely be playing that into an episode looking forward to it but that’ll be after the main levels okay getting rid of a lot so far

More coming in i think that would be good time for the potion but this has certainly been more challenging than we’re used to because we’ve been taking on lower levels of things which i think is pretty good because this is very engaging we really have to specifically try to not fail here

Gotcha and gotcha pretty cool escape the forest the door has been opened so i guess down this way is this all we have to do yeah we made it So i guess the narrator doesn’t have much to say about that but there we go we made our way through the warped forest that was a very cool level but unfortunately once again the levels were sort of short uh mom’s defeated we got most of them defeated we never found that one secret

Even though i looked all over but let’s see what’s going on in this one we found the shock powder and that’s something we found before so not nothing too crazy exciting but yeah we did make some progress so that we can go into the crimson forest which i think is our secret level

If i’m not mistaken what about this that’s the daily trial so i think over here the basalt deltas is what we’ll be doing next episode but i wonder if that’s it that there’s just these three levels usually there’s a boss fight or something so maybe there’s one last

Thing over this way or even whatever this is i’m not really quite sure that’ll be certainly interesting to find out but i guess in the meantime we could do what we did in the last episode where we uh just explored older levels just to get some extra things out of them and with

That being said i am curious about our adventure hub quests defeated been using a ranged weapon defeat mobs with the fire brand defeat mobs using charmed mobs and drop icebergs on mobs so maybe we could try some of those not really you know super crazy about it but what is the fire brand

Uh was the firebrand yeah this is the fire brand okay so that wouldn’t be too bad we’re already more than halfway through that one so we keep working on it focus a little bit more on melee as we run through everything so what levels might have some stuff still

For us there’s this one artifact that keeps popping up over and over so of course we’ve done this mission before this is the cow mission but i figure we could try it again um because there is a new reward here that we’ve never gotten before so i remember this

Level being quite long so i might try to storm through it really fast and not deal with as many enemies but still if we could get through it and get whatever that artifact is that’d be great so let’s get to it of course we had our own episode on this whole thing

And it was pretty crazy but there’s so many of them out and i think it’s just these cows that’s all that’s in this level so do they attack us yeah they will do some pretty significant damage so we got to take it seriously still but i’m not going to go any side paths

If i don’t have to i think i’m mostly just going to focus on uh cutting my way through with the fire brand because that is our one quest but whenever i can i’ll also use the electric arrows because that’s always good come on gotcha whenever it’s a big group like this i

Can at least lower them a little bit so we can chop through them more easily because there are so many and if not we’re going to be here for a while because these guys are tough look at this oh so good just got to be careful with that because

They do pack a punch now we have the poor killing us up and some bread so once again if i can just cut across oh my gosh it’s so many okay there we go nice nice and they’re damaging me back so it’s a bit of a sharing situation

Got it and then of course with it being the fire brand it does some pretty major fire damage okay okay now we’re already halfway through level 61 when we just got it so it might even be able to get the level 62 today it really depends Okay i get a couple of those guys look at this huge cluster of them then i can just the lighting just bounces between them no problem crazy how many of them there are though okay and got it here comes some more though crazy how many extra arrows we get from our our thing

Some of that and then i’m probably going to use this potion scene here comes another huge chunk of them but we’re supposed to be going this way so i guess we’ll deal with this for now oh no this may be a mistake uh we got it we got it

There’s some more normal arrows too got to be careful i don’t have much health left at all so not worth dying over keep in mind got a mace common weapon but still something oh i got a little bit here ready And that should be restoring pretty fast okay here we go we’re still getting regenerated which is nice but not gonna last forever I have my potion of course but i’m trying to save it for when i really really need it probably could have waited for the tnt because it’s only gonna get two of them and it doesn’t even get rid of them all the way they are really tough at this difficulty gotcha

So we were definitely still going the right way and look at that we got the firebrand challenge done excellent we at the end already wait are we at the end already i guess we really did make some good progress by uh the mushroom monstrosities coming in we made some good progress simply just

By ow oh no it’s floating through all those cows i don’t know if this is gonna work out so well i don’t know if we could actually defeat this guy right now oh man i’m trying to dodge out stuff but it isn’t easy oh especially when i do that okay you

Died it’s fine we’ll be okay we just need to hop back over i do remember this fight being super duper difficult and we were barely able to defeat it before so maybe the difficulty i chose wasn’t the best idea but if i just paid attention i

Should go to dodge and without too much of an issue it’s just not one of those fights where you can just stand there and get an easy win by just fighting for it you need to pay attention the problem is you don’t really get a chance to get them through melee really

Let me get some i guess and they start slamming down on you again and dodging that stuff just takes a lot of work so it might be better to hide out for a moment and here comes some more of it it is not as easy to

Dodge from this angle so i’d rather not it is gonna take us a while oh my goodness come on here’s my chance and that’s damaging him but once again he starts firing at us come on i tried to dodge through it and i just didn’t really want me oh no no no no

This is not looking so good it’d be easier if i could get some stuff from my cow friends here but i rolled okay i guess you can’t roll through it some games are like that where you can use dodge to like roll through things but it looks like that just

Still hurts us and you can only use it okay so i will just have to try to dodge in between them which even that is still quite challenging oh no [Applause] just fight my way through but oh no i used my potion because i really needed

To but i think this this might be done i think we might be finished here yeah last chance coming in i don’t think we’re even halfway through him this is a tough fight i remember being that way i remember having to replay through this level to actually

Maybe if i get closer but it feels like he just you know slams us with other things so and you can’t just shoot them away or anything yeah this fight i don’t know if it’s really the most balanced fight out there either oh i didn’t even see that that cow over

There i was so focused on just trying to get some shots and okay we’ll leave it like that we didn’t get the the one grass ability but we’ll try maybe in some upcoming episodes i’ll put it to an even easier difficulty but hey we have some time left let’s go and sift through

Our inventory a little bit and see some of the stuff i got i really don’t need the mace we got a bunch of these soul knives and power wise they are stronger 3.99 so definitely stronger it’s always a shame because you know these are always so nice but hopefully

We can get some better ones soon um that is my highest one and this one is this is 432 and it has two upgrade slots so let’s try this a little bit we’ve got illager’s beam attached to extra damage to illagers or attacks on mobs attacks of mobs that are not actively

Targeting you will deal increase down but let’s try this one and then deal more damage to enchanted enemies or refreshment defeating a mom produces your health potions cooldown time allowing you to healthy again quickly huh we could try this one so maybe i’ll just keep the fire brand to the side for now

We’ll salvage the rest of these i do want to take a look on this right here the bone club those who build a bone club prefer a less subtle approach to problem solving so maybe we’ll try this one i’ll just take a look at that i don’t think it’s

Something i would one of my active arsenal because this is heavier but yeah it’s just a big swing big bunch of damage probably hits multiple enemies and stuff so that’s pretty cool like i said though i don’t think it’s anything i need so i’m just gonna salvage these three and then this one

Now what about this i got my new twisting vine bow and this is sort of where it gets tough where we’re sort of starting to fall behind because this stuff is good but not as good i feel like the abilities aren’t as good is the problem

I think for right now just having the harpo combined with the electric arrows is such a huge thing for us that we just want to keep with that but if we’re going to use the soul sword i definitely want to get our souls gathered increased as well and particularly this souls woven into

The cloth of the soul of shimmer with power so that increases our souls and our artifact damage so we could swap these out as well the problem is i’m going to have to start maybe putting those away so i can actually wow look at this only problem is it

Doesn’t attack very quickly but it does do a lot of damage but if we’re going to use all that then we also probably want to have some kind of soul set up where we can actually spend them the only thing i can remember this thing the uh torment quiver the

Terminal radius powerful energy drawn from the eternal source of the undead gives slow arrows that knock back mobs and passers through walls so like that could be good what other souls related things do we have is there anything else there’s this it’ll release an explosion of souls and then this one

Heals the most injured ally nearby including yourself a boat of lightning on into the area let’s try this one i guess i gotta wait for the cooldown all right so i might mess around with a little bit and see what works and we’ll just use that in the next episode but

Maybe a whole different setup is what we need that’ll help us get farther with things we’ll have to wait and see did we unlock any progress here it looks like we did get some rewards so yeah because we got that one done so i got some emeralds there 500 of them and then

Another 1 000 of them right there so is there anything to get at the merchant or anything heavy crossbow gauntlets sickles nothing super crazy what about the luxury merchant would you have the eye of the guardian this is new fires a beam of energy that locks you into place as it deals damage

To enemies in its path the eye the guardian holds a power that awakens the hand in the hands of a worthy hero and then squid armor i think is also new right we’ve seen the turtle armor yeah this is definitely new squid armor it was easy to make this jet black armor

Look cool the hard part was securing the ink sacks so let’s go and try this out yeah we’ll go ahead and buy this i the guardian and the squid armor just to be able to say that i’ve had one of each you know and what about is there

Any extra art of artifacts that can we get a random satchel of elixirs corrupted beacon and then updraft temps nothing too crazy at the moment oh this is a soul thing fire’s a high-powered beam that continually continuously damages mobs do i have one of those yes i do

This one is significantly more powerful though so we’ll salvage that one maybe first let’s try this whoa that’s pretty good but it is a little low for what we’re looking for at this point so i might just plop that in there and try this one

Whoa look at this thing so this might be our combo right now being able to gain souls this way might be our best bet so i’ll try that out i think one thing we could do in the meantime is go to the blacksmith and which thing has the most put into it

Definitely the firebrand so i’m gonna upgrade the firebrand that way we get our points back and i can put those into say the sword and then maybe a couple of those points into this so what do i have the soul speeds the plus one soul gathering uh

When you gather slowly gain five percent stacking movement speed boost for a short time or swift footed let’s do this one for sure Now i have enough points for either soul focus increases the amount of souls damage deal or explore for every 100 blocks for the map you can regain a small amount of health i think we’ll do this one can’t afford all of it right now but we can do that and that’s

Not so bad okay very cool stuff there for sure so if you go to our storage chest there’s probably some stuff i want to put away like my robe see let’s transfer that to storage and that might be it for now inventory of course continuously gets

More and more full but i don’t think i want this stuff for the time being even though it’s i’m sure a great one the squid armor i like and i think i want to hold on to it for another time there you go and i was curious to try

The other artifacts we unlocked so we unlocked the eye of the guardian whoa that is so cool that might be good against a boss fight or something but we’re super close level 62 so we’ll get more points upgrade things soon enough but i think for right now definitely let’s keep with this

Whenever it gives me the opportunity to so i guess i’ll do that later but yeah for right now that is gonna wrap it up for today’s episode of minecraft dungeons thank you guys so much for watching i’ll see you next time bye bye
