All The Mods 9 Ep. 15 Best Spellbooks! Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks!

Hello everyone welcome back to all the mods nine so big update again I I say this every episode now I should just start with I’m doing the updates brilliant uh so the biggest biggest update so far in my opinion and that is they’ve added creates in the pack we create for 1.20.1

Yeah we’re not going to do any create today by the way I um I was originally looking at all the crushed stuff that you’ve got right here so like you’ve got crushed iron which you can wash and get like the nuggets and then you can get redstone as like a chance

You get redstone from it it’s pretty decent uh you can wash gold and get a chance of getting nether quartz wash copper you get a chance of getting clay and you can wash zinc and get a chance of getting gunpowder unfortunately osmium Platinum tin leads

So two tens or did I just oh silver as well aluminum uranium and nickel don’t have a recipe you can’t really do anything with them right now from what I can see this is just because you know it’s just updated I’m sure those recipes will be added at some

Point and we’ll get something similar to these ones where you get like a byproduct that’s not really any you know it’s not really anything to do with iron at that point but kind of is because Redstone is like a thing in the Overworld and quartz is a thing in the nether where

You get a load of gold and Clay is like something in the Overworld as well kind of makes sense but there’s other things that have been added and that includes easy villagers EE and villager tools or artifacts I think it’s called villager artifacts I don’t know which one that is

Is that this thing The Village at all thing I’m not sure but this is really good for us if we have a sleep just like that there we go we can go I found a big Village this is on my my exploration trying to find like all

The stuff for uh iron spells and spell books which by the way we’re going to do it probably a little bit more of uh but this is really cool he’s a Mason he’s a farmer all right just shut in my face then it’s a villager it’s my villager now

I’m gonna do some kidnapping I think that’s a knitwear we don’t need that uh I kind of want to grab people that don’t oh I miss this paintings bucket of cod there’s a free bucket right there to be honest so we’re not back maybe I just think didn’t loot this

Place it doesn’t sound like me no way oh there’s blood wait oh yeah we already talked about how evil craft got added awesome um right I need to find like a bunch of villagers and we can Nick them take them back to our base and then we can set all

Of this stuff back up that one I don’t know how they behave these villagers because could I technically go to my my other Village that I found pick up all of the villagers I’ve already like invested in if you know what I mean and then

Give them by the way you can’t use these uh these amethyst buds for anything I don’t believe you might be able to silk touch them to pick them up but other than that I don’t think they kind of work unfortunately like you can’t mine them to get amethyst

What I’m trying to say anyway um yeah could I pick up the villagers that I already have and then put like just um for example the the ones that give me emeralds for sticks could I just pick those up and then put what is it the Fletching stands thing with them and then

It would work or do they need their original what you call it the profession stand like this one here I can break this and this villager turns into a regular villager no idea anyway right let’s uh let’s head back home I think I have a plan for today

Uh we are it’s gonna be funny I’m gonna actually just get get all of my villagers and stick them in there for now we’ll come back to those uh so we’ll see I think what does this do ring of Mana that might be quite useful oh that’s a point remember I was uh

Talking about this the ancient debris or sorry the Arcane debris which is from this mod uh just whilst I remember I might as well mention it now um this stuff Arcane debris from what I can see is the same as ancient debris but in the Overworld so

We go down to quite low and then you just mine around and you’ll find some Arcane debris I think that’s how that works I’m gonna say it don’t quote me on that okay I’m not gonna lie I’ve got like 25 minutes worth of Clips where I’m trying to find an ancient city

So what I’ve done is I’ve just chopped that bit out oh we found a Monster Box I think or is that a spawner that’s a spawner okay uh yeah let’s try and light all this thing up so but there’s a zombie spawner right there it’s pretty good

I’m really looking for aha oh what the heck is that ancient compass that actually sounds like something we should be using okay it says it’s in this direction or we can sit on the map oh you can’t really open the map can you uh okay I’m

Not gonna lie it kind of took me nowhere so I ended up just going back to base and then I did a slash home I did uh I did sort of say that I didn’t wouldn’t use slash home anymore but I’m kind of used to using it now so

I think I’m gonna continue using it I know it’s a bit shitty why did I take full damage I think I should not have taken full damage ah this thing’s awesome this this uh ancient Compass it doesn’t have a recipe though so you’re gonna have to try and

Find one but look at this uh oh did I just break these is that how this works but you need a hoe interesting don’t really want to fight a warden right now I probably could take one on if I’m honest but maybe not right now

So the whole reason I’m here is so I can try and find one of these ruined books because apparently that this is where you get them change that oh there’s one right there brilliant where do we look I suppose we just fly around to try and find some uh some chests

Let’s copy some around it right ah there’s one why is this all lit up it looks a bit weird amateur shards as well oh and we’ve got one of the sensors we don’t really need the sensors decent right there uh right I’m gonna deep sleep brick interesting yeah I’m

Gonna go back to base and I’m going to dump everything off again oh that’s pretty decent we found some Echo shards already just uh dump all of this in my backpack you forget I need to be quiet last time I did this I uh I was kind of really op

And I like just two shot the uh the warden so ah anyway hopefully it’ll be okay oh dear I don’t make noise like that I’m just trying to get up there what are you doing okay there we go room book slash home that’s all we needed it’s all we wanted as well

Cool right so we can use this what’s heavy chains power resistance interesting that’s we we could use that yeah I wasn’t really there for anything else we got some epic stuff though it’s not bad I think as well Epic I think if you use this Arcane Anvil thing you see it’s like

Level one and level one makes a level two epic epic makes a legendary but it’s got a level to it I’m confused okay well anyway oh and you can like put it on on your sword and stuff imbues it with Fireball interesting so with that that means that we can make ruined book

We can even make the ancient codex or we can make the dragon skin I don’t know which one’s better are we going to start using ender spells that’s probably a question right and how the heck do you get dragon skin I should look that one up oh mate

There’s a friggin wiki page for this I didn’t know that okay I’ll put the link to the Wiki page in the description if I remember but yeah there’s a link and it says drop by the Ender Dragon dropped from Ender Dragon is how you get these dragon skin

Did we get we didn’t get any dragon skin right dragon doesn’t look like we got any dragon skin hmm okay also it doesn’t show the mod unless you like do that yeah you can’t see the mod it’s a mystical Acquisitions yeah that doesn’t show it and that one doesn’t show that that’s

From Corral that was just Minecraft right so same with this one that’s interesting we need that uh yeah we need that later so we can get the Cog Nissan dust cognizant dust probably said that wrong apologies now what is going to be easier do you reckon

This one the ancient codex or the dragon skin codex I kind of want to make this one because cooldown reduction sounds good to me issue we’ve got is if you ignore the ancient cloth which we could probably go and find anyway we’re gonna have to get a bottle of lightning

Use an empty bottle on a charge creeper to obtain okay does that mean we have to get a lightning spell first Lightning Spell is there any other way of doing it lightning orb how’d you get this one as well what you need like a lot of them apparently electrocutes roll engine scroll

Okay we’ll have to just get the other rotten book we’ve got rotten book and I forgot I moved everything to over here stick that one in okay what does this do does that do lightning hmm because what we could do is go find a creeper to sit on them and then

Or maybe if we hover above them it does look like it does an actual lightning attack right there interesting okay because that could charge them up right I need a bottle okay I was about to sleep but then I realized wait we’re hunting for creepers so surely we shouldn’t sleep

Somewhere over here maybe oh the only issue is if we’re over here then there’s like trees in the way so maybe we go find somewhere else let’s go over in this direction there’s still trees I suppose but ah there’s a creeper they do kind of uh like hover below you don’t they do

That I didn’t sort of explore last time because it was getting quite scary so now I’m gonna just uh break this oh well that wasn’t very helpful thank you very much uh this one yeah we’re just going to go around and try and get all of the loot that we can find

Well this is a good room to find get some amethyst out of this I wish I found this earlier to be fair I have those that wasn’t a budding by the way I did check there’s another one in here interesting oh and it’s got one of the inscription tables as well

And his chest at the back hey we’re getting there we’re getting there I’ve got two out of the four that we need uh it might be worth taking all the books as well I suppose just in case there’s like a chest in the corner and what I’ve been doing is this

Okay oh you don’t actually cast until it’s a interruptible okay and they can’t really get out of that it’s pretty decent oh he’s only gone and done it I think that’s everything we need location one there as well I uh I found this area

From above so I dug out the the top bit and then that set them all on fire that’s what I’m about apparently setting things on fire I could do more of this to be fair so I could make the Hat and there it is oh let’s make ourselves the ancient codex And what we can do is we can Nick all the spells out of this one the one we’ve been using and then we can put this one in and we can just store like every single spell that we’ve got although we already know that we don’t want this one because we’ve got a

Legendary one already so and we might as well put that Ascension one in as well leg end and I might use this what is this one void has this been updated I don’t think I saw a void before unless I’m just blind probably I’m blind to be fair

Poison okay let’s just go fire because we like fire never mind we’re out of blaze rods all right here we go here is all of the stuff we’ve got what is Fireball okay Fireball it does 24 damage how about a fireball 13 damage 28 Mana one second cooldown 25 second cooldown

And a lot more Mana but it does oh it does a radius um I kind of feel like we should just do this one yeah I think we’re gonna do this one and then we can do remove that one stick that one in stick that one in

So if we do this I wonder if this one shot’s everything now all of the like vanilla mobs let’s try and find something it’s cow yeah it doesn’t set on fire oh maybe it does but it killed it too quick uh I kind of want to find a load of mobs

Now and then lob the the magma bomb down get these two right here Pig oh wow that does a lot of damage just was that the impact though I wonder if things when they’re in this fire get hurt by it so I’m gonna put this necklace on

Let’s actually have a necklace do we have one on no okay it’s still cool though since we’ve got an extra bit of uh was it magic resistance or something spell resistance nice uh if I type Epic there you go so we’ve got a couple of Epic spells

That we can put in So Fire we’ve got an epic Fireball so we can already make one of those anyway uh stick that one in there it is so we see what this one actually does that’s kind of cool uh do we have we had some epic yeah epic

Ink so we could actually make one more legendary because I believe we can combine these as I was looking up earlier so now we can just make any spell that we want and then turn it into legendary let me know what are really good spells that I should be using doesn’t have to

Be fire it could be any of the other spells I’m sure there’s one that’s like a real big cheese kill sort of thing right so uh I think that’s us done now though for iron spells and spell books for a bit uh I wanna move on to doing something

Else so we got a new mod this this episode basically didn’t we and that was uh the Villager easy villagers mod and part of that there is that villager there is this thing an iron farm I don’t know what this does particularly do we just stick that stick that down

Do we need to put a villager in there is that just going to produce I don’t know it doesn’t really say got no uses except for the the create uses so weird right we’ll leave that then hopefully that’ll have some output kind of annoying though do we put more villagers in see what

Happens oh no come back yeah it makes the the Villager sound which bit a bit annoying but it’s fine I suppose what happens is um an iron golem will like pretend to spawn here and fall in the lava and then we’ll get the iron out of it

Seeing as it’s called an iron farm you’ve probably set up like a bunch of these although how many iron does it take we got our bucket back at least so two iron per you’ll probably get more than two iron in the first run so we got a another mod which I I really

Want to get into and I’ve said it a few times already I want to get into evil craft because evil craft is awesome I just don’t know how to get into it nowadays I know you need the dark gems and I don’t have any of those I don’t think so

We might need to go mine in um oh is it is it worth me going into the end and then making the the ridiculous pickaxe whatever it’s called the something’s steel wait what’s it called silent gear this stuff is it worth me making this how do you say that kirian

I’m not sure is it worth making this I I probably should go make that that does that does mean that we uh we need some choke shells so yeah let’s go to the end and we’ll get some of that I know this I literally just said I want to go do some

Evil craft but we might as well do some chalk shells if we can you know what we could do leave me alone I don’t get the um the Looting if I do that thinking about it but it’s fine wait I should bring some weight stones with me

I think it’s okay oh there’s a flipping Nest there for the Enderby all right we’ll have that why not right we need an ancient city I suppose or I don’t know something to spawn us we actually need one of these as well chorus flower because that’s what the uh and a b

In inhabited Ender B okay I love that one as well then yeah the end of bees will pollinate off of the chorus flowers from what I’ve seen yeah negative end to be oh yeah these uh these ships that you find these enderships are actually really useful

Because most of the time they’ve got an entity map and you can lightning okay lightning Lance that would have been really good earlier although it’s a rare so it might do quite a lot of damage we want to use some of these so we can get creepers to

Be lightning I don’t know I feel like um if you’ve ever watched uh Avatar The Last Airbender the uh the lightning that Azula does uh because they’re both firebenders and she can do like a lightning spawn yeah I feel like lightning and fire are kind of similar so I’m all right we’re doing

Some lightning as well as fire I don’t know maybe that’s a little bit role play right there but that’s fine uh anyway we’ve got this ncity map does that mean we go in this direction we should find a here we oh there it is there’s no ship though that’s a bit

Annoying can’t find an elytra doing this foreign it’s actually quite easy using uh using the spell book to do damage and stuff although as I said we don’t get looting if we do that oh yeah we got some iron out of that that’s already made back the iron that we uh

That we invested right I might use some of these what other uses have we got oh you need them for the green heart canisters that’s a pain uh oh okay you can make like bigger shock boxes interesting oh what’s this one B conversion holder B if you leave items

On the ground this bee will collect them and store them in its hive can carry more than the Lesser cousin The Collector B okay fair enough ah cool so this is like a vacuum Hopper I don’t know how good it is though uh this is what we want to do we want to

Get some obsidian obsidian also look at how many flipping service quarts I’ve got now that’s quite a lot I think right let’s get a couple of these uh what else do we need we needed oh crap I used all my netherite scrap we can at least make some of the Azure

Electrum because we’ve got some Azure silver and the Crimson steel we just need the the other bits okay we can go make all of this oh there you go it’s doing it and we just got some more I’ve only got four out of that one though instead of

Six so we get poppies and iron decent I’m in the uh in the nether again and I am doing a little bit of ancient debris mining bed mining I’m using beds figure out how to do it I should probably show you you guys probably already know but this

Is how I do it you line all the way to where you can and then you use a bed on the furthest point and the explosion is where the pillow is I suppose so you just right click it and then it does a big explosion and then you might get ancient debris

So you kind of just uh like move it along like that do a bit of a mine put down some beds and explosion no no luck I got enough though I reckon I’ve got enough that we can uh we can use these three I actually got six out of that that’s really good

Not bad I’m gonna put all the beds away I was using my mining laser a little bit I don’t have the power for this so I think after we do a bit of evil craft I might do some power power because what’s a good way of doing it that’s a

Good efficiency okay I need to start ripping all of these enchants off of stuff plan right what was I doing oh yeah okay there is the electrum I already made the steel this this stuff Crimson Steel stick that in here that is loud thank you very much decent though

Um I will just mention whilst this uh does its does its magic I have completely claimed everything again because someone in the comments I apologize I I didn’t catch a name but someone in the comments mentioned that you need a security upgrade and it puts you basically it turns me into this

This modular right here so this now works even though it’s in my claim chunk so just bear that in mind I’m glad that someone pointed that out I didn’t even know that was an upgrade if I’m honest yeah we got some steel right pickaxe and I might make Katana as

Well because it sounds like it’s pretty decent so we can swap the head out for that one and I think we could probably Salvage that as well I don’t know if we’re going to get any out of it because of the durability of this press Ctrl oh we got two interesting that’s really

Good okay and what was it this is a katana is it three for that as well that’s a bit expensive interesting and that is now looting mending on the katana this is mending in Fortune I should probably put other stuff on there like uh oh actually sure Electro yes please

Have some of that uh yeah this one maybe I’ll make the the shovel and an ax I would make my armor out of it but I’m kind of going for the the pyromancer sort of stuff I got all three out of that one because it was full durability it’s pretty good oh

I’m definitely gonna make a shovel sounds worth it definitely to make a shovel uh Tyrion there we go I can probably throw this one away I don’t actually let’s put it in the salvager even though it’s not going to give us anything because it’s so low durability it won’t give us

Anything I don’t believe oh right do we use the End Rod what does this give us uh at silent gear I need one of these Rod templates Good Old Rod okay it doesn’t doesn’t say anything I’m gonna put that on my sword what traits do you have currently sturdy flexible and magnetic

If I put this you’ll have sturdy flexible and refractive Place Phantom lights when used oh cool that’s actually really cool and can we get rid of them oh we can oh I really like that not sure it goes really well on the on the the katana but at least when we kill

Stuff this will like regain some of its uh durability because of the experience thing The Mending there you go see full durability again so I just made a new spell and it’s called spectral hammer and I I made it out of the rare one so I’m keeping hold

Of those two epics that I can turn into not an epic if you know what I mean uh so if we just like come down here maybe how cool is that it’s got quite a long cooldown though uh okay never mind I thought this would be a short cooldown I must admit

Eight seconds Eight Second cooldown flipping egg I’ve never used this yet oh it’s uh oh I see so that’s just like the uh the magma bomb got ya right anyway uh let’s get back to I’m gonna go mining right so I can get some of those those gems might have to be

Next episode that we do some evil craft unfortunately where have I not been because evil craft got added like relatively recently I swear I’ve been up maybe I haven’t been up here okay let’s load in a few bits of terrain over here and there isn’t much over it to be fair

Oh speaking of which there is one of these things over here and sometimes it has chests so I just get unlucky anyway these things are really cool you can turn the weather on and off very useful actually these uh oh we might have to make some of some of

The bits for this for evil craft uh but anyway I’m here purely so I can dig the one place that I use the Spectra hammer and we find some dark gems straight away it’s actually pretty decent and we have Fortune so we got the crushed dark gem

As well you can make the crushed dark gem other ways but I don’t think you can do it from the actual oh there’s a Dodge m b oh Diamond B dark block that’s not dark block okay it needs uh half of my Dart gems that’s fine

Maybe we do that I don’t know I don’t think it’s that useful and follow my my torches background aha here we are so first thing we’re going to make is some spikes okay that’s not going to give us anything uh then we make a blood extractor

And then can we make probably make some tanks right to make this a bit bigger one two yeah just two let’s just make two tanks and you can combine that with the blood extractor to make it have more inventory it’s pretty good now I’m somewhere that I know there’s a lot of mobs

And I wonder if the fire thingy does a lot of damage like an egg yeah oh it did get me loads of blood that’s really useful I can fill my pickaxe back up with the durability thanks to mending so I dug a little hole we’re gonna do

That this will harden over time in fact I might dig a few holes and we’ll get a few bits of this uh don’t we need five five buckets worth uh turn a gem into one of the red gems let’s do that first gin let’s get all of our gems why not oh hello

There we go and now I’ll do that again you just right click I got a load of blood out of that that’s an actually really good but I think some of this needs to harden now am I right am I right in thinking that yeah because we need this hardened blood

We could silk touch it and then we get nine out of it but if we wait and then we just use uh the the pickaxe right here it’s got Fortune so we might get more than nine I’m not sure there we go that one has already turned

Does that is that not how you’re supposed to do it oh you forget how you do this okay let’s use our silk touch there we go there we go right so we can use this now to make the blood infused core and then we need to use that with some

Just regular Stone and stuff and then we don’t have to do that again basically we can just plunk this down and it uses blood we got quite lucky and we did get quite a bit of this this kind of blood oh hello that’s not what I wanted to do

And it basically fills this up right here uh I don’t know why that’s off on the side there that looks a bit weird but anyway um we are gonna need to like if I do show recipes you need to make one of these promise acceptors and then from there we’re gonna need to

Make the gold promise acceptor and then from there we’re gonna need to you know so on and so on uh I don’t know why these guys have turned up but they have and you know what that means magma bomb I genuinely don’t know where those guys

Came from if I’m honest that’s a bit weird I just saw a load of like is there more down here there’s another one there what the heck is that like a random event or something that’s very weird strange anyway I’m gonna have to call the episode there I think

We’ve got quite a bit done we got the legendary or the ancient Kodak I should say but it’s legendary in it so it’s pretty good I think next episode we’re going to do a little bit more evil craft and I’m gonna get into that a little bit and then

Probably do some power because our power situation is pretty dire in it uh there is something that I wanted to get purely so it can charge my Jetpack whilst I’m like not here if you know what I mean I didn’t get anything from that one that’s fine anyway
