So I was like you know what I’m just gonna rest um I usually rest on Tuesdays like every Tuesday I I force myself to rest on Tuesdays but I told myself you know why don’t I rest uh Monday and a Tuesday ice cream um in hindsight it was a good idea but

Now that I think of it I have to stream every day from now which means I should have rested today instead oh well oh well it is it is what it is Didn’t feel like a week passing or a month yeah you know we’re like what day is today the 18th of July like Frick we are almost near the end of the month like just one more week and the month is done just one more week and we’re in August

Go to like a 96 you know job like having to go into the office if they’re like hey do you want to stay back and eat dinner and stuff if I say okay the next day I come in if I don’t get enough sleep I’m like sick immediately

So at first when I tell my colleagues these they’re like yeah sure everybody gets sick you know like yeah sure if you don’t get enough sleep but then every time I don’t get enough sleep I come in I’m like sneezing left and right they just know eventually they just accepted it

Because there’s proof I’m not making this up so yeah I don’t know maybe it’s your guys’s first time meeting someone with low immune system Anyway eyes are we bread yeah some sort of fatigue yes well I mean I’ve I’ve mentioned this before that I have depression and anxiety issues right I mean I’m not saying this to like pity bait or anything no I’m a grown-ass woman who’s been living with

This for God knows how long I have medicated but the thing that nobody talks about is that with depression your immune system drops like your health deteriorates one way or another so it’s hard for you to combat sickness um and I’ve noticed that my my health

Has gotten much worse ever since my my Depression started spiral spiraling like it would spiral every now and then even on medication it happens it’s a normal thing and no it doesn’t mean you have to do stupid things just take your meds and go to sleep you know so ever since then and

Going with my idol trainee lifestyle back then it just went to my immune system would just like non-existent there was a point people would sneeze in front of me and then I would get a fever the next day um so I I think these things should be

Talked about I’m not a professional so I can’t talk about it much but yeah if you do your research uh just Google I guess Google a few things you will find some reliable sources that will tell you that um it does affect your health your mental health affects physical health okay yeah

Lack of rest and stress can still decrease effectively that’s true that’s true yeah donate a hamster ball for auditing I want a hamster ball yeah one day I could well develop a weird appetite so I can eat people’s depression but you’re the brand we eat you yeah

It’s called immune system fatigue if it happens everybody doesn’t get enough sleep it’s pretty common if you seem to be more vulnerable but you seem to remember yeah for me I think it’s a it’s a lot of um what do you call that um a lot of factors

So yeah like I try not to be sick but I always end up being sick and that is the sad truth which is why everybody tells me over and over again um as much as I want to stream twice a day every day I get yelled at because I get sick so

Yeah if if I do to end up taking a break please understand that my body has its limits I’m not young anymore it’s so sad then I have to like constantly wash my clothes that means more water and detergent goes into it either way the environment is taking a hit and I feel

Bad yeah you stream for 12 hours from Midnight to the morning that is true it was so fun for me it was very invigorating but my body just crumbled you know so yeah welcome happiness Yeah you’re young but you’re not young at the same time yes that is me bro just realized I never had a concrete schedule since you David I can’t I can’t I can’t promise a stream and then like always like move it you know I’ve done

Because I don’t know when my health is gonna fail me I don’t know when I’m gonna fall sick sometimes I wake up I’m fine for half the day and then I suddenly start sneezing and then it won’t stop you know I would just needs like a hundred times
