What is up ladies and welcome back to the Google lecture today I’m going to show you guys how to solve the problem that simply does not let you connect to your minecraft server or more like actually your friends not being able to connect your server because the thing is You probably noticed how you through the local host connection can actually connect your server however if you were to use your own IP say for example your port forwarding IP or your hamachi IP it doesn’t really matter any type of default configuration setup that you use to simply have a people normally being Able to connect your server but they simply can’t so what is the solution to this well before I tell you the solution I tell you something very very small and that’s that I used to have this problem as well so I totally understand how you Feel right now and trust me it’s a pain in that ah so what do you do to solve this problem well if you don’t already know as I didn’t know before um it’s actually caused by your own computer now you tried everything you tried port forwarding again and redoing it you’ve You tried reinstalling your computer server even traps and you see that this doesn’t work now it’s shameful almost how simple this solution is but it works I guarantee you if it doesn’t work well then it’s probably something else and if this doesn’t work just make sure to disable your antivirus program because Sometimes the antivirus programs has this kind of feature where they simply disallow any incoming or outcoming connections so for example if you’re hosting a server that might be sort of a security protocol for the program for you to not let anyone join your kind of network I guess you could say it because It could be potentially a threat but if that’s not your concern well obviously you can turn off your antivirus program for example say it’s a mat cafe or Norden or anything else in fact I actually disabled mine order and I actually uninstalled it because I saw no Reason to have it anyways because I’m a pretty experienced guy with intense computers and I don’t really feel like adding the other user anyways so that’s my first recommended it the second thing that you need to do to actually make this work is the falling so as you probably Know you you port forward like as you can see here I port forward this poor it’s two five five six five on my own IP I made sure it’s the right IP everything you can see right here in the IP configuration through the command prompt I can see if it does end with one point of two and if I close this down everything should be working right it’s done it’s configured what’s blocking the connection and it’s so simple yet so frustrating you see what is actually blocking the connection is your firewall now this sounds ridiculous you’ve Probably heard a thousand people say this before like oh it’s your firewall but then you’re like what is blocking it through your firewall because people are very unprecedented ooh is simply go into your control manager or control panel sorry in one screw in there which one of You can either enter it by searching for it in your search menu bar and the windows menu or you can right-click it and simply go to let’s see here where is it where is it let’s see let’s see control panel right there so once you Have it open you want to click on system and security now once your system security what you want to do is follow up with the Windows Firewall coming right after and once you’re in this saw what do you say um you user interface right here what you want to do is simply Look over here there it says allow an app or feature through the Windows Firewall go ahead and click that and now hopefully you’ll be on this page so if we’re on the same page right now you should be able to go to this button right here click on change settings and That way you might have to type in your password or so on depending on what kind of user you’re on but either way once it’s basically unlocked you should be able to scroll down until you see something called Java TM platform SASE binary now as you can see I have a lot Of them now you may not have as many as I do but that’s simply because of the sake of this tutorial doesn’t matter how many you have what you want to do is simply select them all like this and you want to make sure that you simply pick the private part as you Can see it says public and private you want to check all of these boxes for all the Java SE or Java T and platform binary and once you’ve done that you want to click OK and then watch as a magic happen you go back to minecraft you refresh and voila ladies and Gentlemen you can now join your minecraft server through your normal IP now hopefully this helps you guys umm now I know really I seriously understand what the struggle is I’ve been through this myself and trust me on this one it took me a year or even more I think to Solve this problem so trust me on this one I know how you feel and hopefully this is actually solve your problem so if it did help you make sure to please if you’d like to help me back leave a comment below telling me if it did help Or not and leave it like if so as
