E4Effort! – Minecraft: Insomnia Survival 2 – Devil Demons

Hey guys welcome back to the Minecraft Survival Let’s Play series I’m your host you for effort and this is episode two of Minecraft insomnia now last time we left off we were inside the Cobble Hut which I would say it’s probably the best house I’ve ever built personally you know we

Had a crafting table we had the furnace at the smoker even uh I did do a little bit of upgrades upgrades to it not a whole lot and it wasn’t for any reason just other than to make it look better politely better I don’t think it looks that much better

Personally but I’ll let you guys be the judge of that once we load in here give it a couple more seconds anytime now quality content so how was your day oh there we go so how’s your day going guys let me know in the comments you know

What kind of stuff y’all been getting up to in your lives all right so we’re back in the combo box uh I’ve seen better days I put a chest in here and put some fences for the windows it’s in place of the dirt because I got tired of breaking

The dirt blocks to check if it was daytime or not got some doors feathers I put the spare insects up and a few saplings in case I ever come back here some wool in the spider eye I tried to kill a spider to get some string but he only dropped spider eye so

Uh I did put a door as well because I didn’t feel like breaking my pickaxe wasting it just breaking that dirt constantly in the cobblestone so I did put some torches around the area and uh I killed a few enemies here and there I think I got some Gunpowder let me look

Uh yeah I got two gun powder from a creeper so that’s the start of that collection uh it is almost night time which that is probably the worst time to come in but that’s okay because down here sugar cane I planted it as the last resort and I

Only have three now so I still need to find at least one more piece to be able to start a farm because these three are going to be used for my adventure log which if you’re not aware um I make an adventure log whenever I start a new world to log like

With the how do you say I like to write down all the cool stuff I find whether it’s structures or like important sources like villages um structures or uh how do you say oh like land formations what am I doing I don’t know how to build or craft there we go

Um like structures and formations like cool Generation Um any towns that I build I mark down on Corners as well so that I don’t lose them which the only way I can lose them is if I die in the book gets like despawned or burned in lava or something

That would be very unfortunate but uh I’ve never had that happen thankfully and I don’t intend for that to start now so I think I’ll be fine um I kind of want to get a few more torches actually so let’s do that that’ll be 16 one two three four

Hmm okay there we go uh it is night time unfortunately so I can’t do a whole lot well technically I can I can go try to kill some stuff so if I don’t have iron or Shield yet and I’m only at level eight so I did get some birch trees from

Around the area just because they’re here and I got a few seconds as well for Future’s sake I think I’m gonna try to fight some stuff just because I forgot about the Phantoms so I forgot I completely forgot man to do so much damage wow I am super weak goodness gracious okay

Forget what I said last episode those things are unnecessarily strong for no reason whatsoever I think I got hit twice and I’ve already done the three hearts that is insane that is insane yeah they’re out there that is stupid okay well uh let’s heal first actually no that’s not

Gonna be my awful lot let’s do this foreign types of meats if you don’t know give higher saturation so basically your hunger goes down slower if you eat a steak rather than a mutton because mutton doesn’t fill you up as much uh you can kind of tell how high the

Saturation gets if you look at how many Hunger bars in total the meat fills up so money fills are 300 Bars and then steak fills up for staking ports up fill up four so just off of that you can tell that the stake is better off for saturation and healing

Now if 100 goes down now while on healing then I’ll eat a mutton to balance it out that’s an Enderman that was a lot of I think that was like four on me at one time that was a lot of phantoms they’re gonna be so annoying I don’t know if they multiply every

Night or they’re just gonna like cap off at four or five a night I don’t know they continuously spawn like every other mob or if they only spawn a certain amount because I don’t really know how they work in totality I’m not gonna lie but uh it doesn’t matter we’re gonna stay here

For a while and uh cower like cowards we are and it’s also good not to go fight stuff it’s clear I see an Enderman as well I kind of want to kill it literally it would be impossible but I kind of want to try anyway everything’s too far away it’s Allure

Over here oh hey buddy you are unfortunately Out Of Reach as tempting As You Are so we’re just gonna ignore you for now uh that was annoying that was so annoying and my armor did nothing I mean I probably would have been dead if I didn’t have the armor on to be fair

You know yeah no these enchantments are useless against the melee attacks of the flying devil demons so well that’s what I’m doing the devil demons that’s just silly anyway they’re annoying and I’m severely annoyed my allergies are getting slightly worse which is par for the chorus it’s September almost October now so

I’m not super surprised at all just super tired I am irked not ironed I don’t need anything ire is the word I’m Earth by my allergies because I can’t control them even the medicine I take is not super strong so uh I’m living with it though like I don’t

Complain when I’m at work I’m just there to work and not worry about you know my ailment but when I’m at home on the I thought I heard something different when I’m at home on the game I do not have to worry about allergies but I have to because goodness gracious it is

Aggravating sometimes how persistent they can be but yes I’m quite aware you guys exist you guys as if I’m talking to a group of people I’m quite aware that they exist like I don’t need to be reminded constantly with the runny nose and sore throat and all that stuff well

That’s part of a cold isn’t it I guess I have a code as well too because my throat is very sore I’m going to do something I can do right now I can’t leave this box I want to because it but I can’t even go in the water because can’t they swim

Can’t they go in the water as well oh wait is it I don’t know what that is but got a glitch it must be I’m curious uh no it’s still there I don’t know what that there’s like a little speck of something on the door or in front of the door and

I can’t tell what it is but I’m not really worried about it I don’t know um oh man I could try to you know if I had a if I had to shoot maybe I would be okay with going out there and attempting to kill one or all four of them

But uh I think I’m gonna pass they’re pretty Relentless without a shield I mean even just one is annoying the timing is uh probably the not the worst but it’s the most difficult for me at least to get on hitting them when they swoop down for as

Opposed to any other model even Enderman are easier to kill you know timing your hits and all that stuff the Phantoms I don’t really know the Phantoms flight patterns that well and it’s even worse on bedrock at least on Java they’re kind of consistent but I’m

Better off they kind of do whatever they want to do so it’s hard to really time their time your attacks properly American excuses although I am a mildly terrified because I don’t want to die if I die I’m going to be so upset for many reasons

Like I just got here I don’t want to already have to give it up and start over all right so anyway so it’s going to move on past that I don’t even know words he just wanted to get hit I guess I don’t know maybe got bored of flying around for no reason

All right so to go for this episode I suppose I should get on with that I suppose why did I say that twice I suppose I should get on with that is to get to level 10 and also make us feel maybe two but uh at least one

I okay yeah okay yeah okay so uh that’s I’m keeping all right yeah okay just a sign final Here Comes this um that’s not gonna be copyrighted is it that would really suck and I say screw you to anyway Here Comes the Sun finally uh they’re gonna burn in about 60

Seconds and I can be free I couldn’t kill any spiders or creepers though so that’s a shame but uh it’s okay it’s okay and now all right I’m gonna burn in their distract you too much to attack me all right so now let’s go kill some stuff before everything dies

I think I saw a zombie yeah there he is hey buddy oh you have any armor hello can you lose chocolate carry for me not even rotten flesh that’s kind of rare actually foreign like all of a sudden there was sugarcane back a while back at the like little

Dirt Tower we made last episode I don’t feel like going all the way back there just to get sugarcane I want to keep moving so we’re gonna go past this mountain here say goodbye to Cowboy box because we’re gonna be gone for quite a while probably forever honestly because this

Area is not ideal for anything except maybe nostalgia oh spruce trees also a cave I am very tempted to go in here because I wait it’s a water cave there’s potential for iron I do not see Iron I am sad well that sucks I saw copper though but I don’t really

Care about copper that much just gonna move on it’s okay uh yeah let’s go over here all right highlight more mushrooms I really want mushrooms not really do I need them and also not really frankly okay it’s not cold let’s get that out some clothes what in the world okay that was

I’m not even sleepy today I’m just I don’t know out of it I don’t know the way I like to play generally is mildly aggressively like a healthy mix between offense and defense more leaning towards offense though uh you’ll see when I start caving uh frequently what I mean

There might be Iron actually that is always good to go let’s try that again actually you know I can I do want to kind of commit to that there we go that wasn’t all right I do see a few water temples here and there are like the zombie tempos

But uh I can’t explore those right now as tempting as they are yeah this is actually pretty useless now there looks like let me take the boat it looks like there’s more terrain that way that’s foresty which is ideal so let’s go this way I do like this area I’m gonna go away

From it I think though but I’m just gonna stick around for a little while longer to see if I can find some iron really quick if not then we’ll just go caving when we get to wherever we’re going to find somewhere better to live that was weird uh all right

We’re not getting that water is obnoxious uh not really throwing this area either yeah I’m gonna I think what I’m gonna do because I really want an island anyway and I’m near an Olsen a lot faster than I anticipated I’m just gonna go straight this way and oh all right there it was

Okay yes I doubt this is a decent Island but I’m just gonna explore it anyway let’s go around I think I’m just gonna sail and see what I can get into as you know what since I’m here I’m gonna get these spruce tree saplings before I leave just in case I don’t come

Across anywhere I’m going because you never know yes of course okay uh let’s get a small one here so that’s four trees we have out of the six main ones if you don’t count the new ones that’s uh better in the game now well I did not think at all

Okay there we go all right uh and these are kind of pathetic on their way all right that’s two trees I think that’s decent enough we don’t really need a lot of wood right now I don’t really want the wood honestly I just come down to get the saplings

I need at least four so I can make a giant tree or zero that’s that’s oh my bad I guess I should have just waited from the donkey this one also I gotta hurry up because if I go if I’m in the water before night fall and I

I’m in the water at nightfall that’s gonna be a big problem so we do not have a couple box right now I saw that one wait oh the stick are you serious I mean sticks are good too but that’s not what I want oh come on when I don’t want them they’re everywhere

Okay I got three okay you cannot be serious I’ve wasted so much time here oh yeah finally okay okay now where is the Sun oh okay we got time left oh berries I haven’t seen you guys in Forever well I honestly forgot they were in the game

I don’t think I’ve ever eaten one like ever it’s not that they’re bad but they’re well they’re pretty bad as far as a food source this is oh sugar cane oh yeah so now we can plant that one get back at this to the farming Bowl column this can okay fine Birch Forest

I don’t like building in Birch Forest but they’re good for first wood so I will come back here in the future let’s get a view of this area actually oh actually over here because I oh iron perfect I was just literally about to say that I need iron

But look at that no mobs you’d love to see it oh look a vertical cave well there’s iron there now I can’t melt it at least for tools until I get to level 10. so I’m gonna I’m gonna wait or I could just get that cold out there

Maybe that’ll give me level 10. what am I doing come on oh I want to be on the surface in a tower when the Sun goes down so I need to hurry up all right all right uh at least four please no I can make a shield at least that is

That’s good enough for now ah crap that’s back where we came from so I’m gonna go up here yeah I’m gonna get up high preferably before the Phantom spawn I would uh of the ideal one two three four five six seven just for now oh that’s a witch that is not ideal

Let us oh I need to make it into iron ingots first I forgot my bad I know how to play Minecraft don’t worry let’s just do sticks I don’t really have time or the patients frankly to make uh planks in a bit of a rush I need planks with the shield I just realized okay well okay oh wait level 10 that’s perfect time we have unlocked iron just in time yay so now let’s just sticks now make a shield and we are slightly more equipped with this I don’t know what else I’m gonna do there perfect

Oh forget about the savings okay what can I get into I can make a flint and steel now as well so that’s one secondary tool created that will go next to the Adventure log wasn’t into actually marked down do that now foreign okay Don’t want to waste my field foreign A bit I thought you gotta be serious it’s a cave there a big cave there oh what plane is my own kind of planes I’m tempted but there’s a big canyon like right down the middle of the biome looks like there’s a mountain that way as well There is sand here got a lot of sand which is kind of hard to come by when you’re not near a desert so that’s a good that’s a plus for this area it’s a forest pretty much around the entire perimeter of the stone area Stone area could be like a mining area

Or it goes that mountain and do it there either way is fine uh This Little River here that this Oh it’s like a little island there in the middle of the river that’s cool uh I kind of like that that’s interesting where’s my boat crap Did I not pick it up oh my gosh I’m an idiot it’s way back there it’s all frickety uh well it’s not the worst thing it has lost but I want to go get my boat because that’s like the original yeah that’s the original boat okay in the morning we’re gonna go get

The boat so right now it’s a terrible idea to do that I’m armed and kind of dangerous I can’t even see them actually they’re above my head so for the best but uh can’t really see anything that’s getting cold there okay again still attacking me which I accounted for so

We okay anyway let’s stop going around this is being a guard and make sure that we don’t get got because that is unfortunate I actually don’t know which way is uh north south east or west I did oh all right so Chaps in the west so

One more he’s our two more maybe in each dead next time he comes on a little spam it because you’ve been spam it kind of on bedrock at least more you can you count on Java man that cow crap I wasn’t ready for it good thing I was blocking at least

Yeah some Mountain I’m not really feeling that but it’s good for a cave like it’s good for a mine if you’re gonna do that I hear it it’s going to come down in a second just somewhere from where oh spider so tempted if I can kill this Phantom then maybe

I’ll save more of them which that would really suck oh my God this is Fireball sort of sort of not really yeah really and here comes the sun dude copy right okay uh yeah I’m going to remove the walls of my safety net did not want that to drop

We’re gonna go explore that area all right grapple copper oh I forgot the one talk for Kitty okay the Adventure Continues okay uh there’s a crapper this is a nice cave we’re running ignore for now though you can always come back you know oh the boat I forgot about the boat

Just like before in this racist I didn’t go that far thankfully yes I don’t think I did ah I’m kind of getting used to the water sound now it is still loud but I’m getting used to it slightly I think I came from it this way yeah

Yeah just the berries what are some berries rather a lot of cows here okay now where did I come from there maybe no wait here oh there there we go cannot believe I forgot my freaking boat now it’s not that big of a deal but

Let’s see let’s take it all the way down that’d be faster or at least safer actually it’s actually pretty fast too oh I said magma it’s a cave down there yeah if you could load it’d be great appreciate it yeah appreciate it oh hello come on I have lost interest so

The mountain is a nice touch plus it’s a flower Mountain oh this is a cave interesting uh oh a village I’m no longer interested this area has been contaminated with game generation I suppose I could explore it or I could mark it down and come back to it later

I don’t want to go into any Villages early on like this wait 1338 so 1340 is overdue thanks yeah very cool the elevation doesn’t matter I’ll see it once I get back to the mountain I have pretty decent memory when it comes to navigating the world that I create uh cave

Yeah I really want to find an island I think that’s what I’m I think that’s what I’m going to commit to I’m gonna take out yeah okay I got some time let’s just go look for an island I don’t really wanna pretend like this is interesting I won

An island how do I get down here without like all right good enough good enough the Adventure Continues I’m gonna come back to the mainland eventually but for now I’m just gonna look for an isolated place where I can just sail to you and be isolated from the rest of the world

That’s kind of the way I like to play I know a lot of people don’t like whoa that’s some people don’t like Islands at all or if they spawn on Windows is leave but I like to look for them because I like building the islands more

As far as survival it’s more of a challenge because there’s very few resources on them and we got a lot of tree saplings so uh it’ll be kind of worth it you know once we find one that’s decent if the water would load that is also that’s so we’re heading north okay cool

Come on oh it’s a thing I am oh it’s a ruined nether portal that is interesting I have just made a fatal mistake can’t use gold yet obsidian I will take well you know what you know what I’ll leave it here because I can’t use it anyway are you serious

Anyway we’re gonna keep heading north oh an island okay cool oh come on it’s probably on Island ignore it more mainland not interested it is getting night time though which is unfortunate all right yeah we’re gonna sit here until it loads how about that because this is mildly annoying not gonna lie

That’s the one thing about Minecraft I don’t like it takes so much power to run it if you don’t have a really good system or computer to run the game you’re just out of luck he’s got a Triton I don’t like that oh they both do that’s unfortunate he does

Not though I’ll just go this way I’m safe with him kind of open ocean I’m mildly concerned I’m going to see a temple which I don’t have a bucket to even get milk let alone half milk at all so oh that’s not good well I might need to build on top of one

Of these kelp for the night which is an option but if I can avoid doing that I want to yep what’d I say what I just say Temple right there I told you I told you good to know not gonna mark it down though I’ll come across it at some other time

Uh I don’t really like Temple style oh tropical fish means we’re in their desert that is good yeah the Phantoms are going to murder me if I don’t do this now I refuse to data Phantoms or water zombies for that matter this wasn’t the most exciting episode sadly but uh

It can’t be helped I don’t think but uh we’re gonna actually we’re gonna wait to see this thing loads in and we’re gonna see if we can see any land or motion that way that’s what a fists were so that needs to be that way as a desert

Because I don’t see any more so probably that way I’m gonna assume uh for now I’m gonna call it quits and off camera I’m gonna look for somewhere to call home if I find something the next time I get on we will be in a new place and we’ll be safe hopefully uh

I intend to do all my building as far as like my town my houses I don’t know anything anything I build really because I feel like maybe roads or you know Pathways or things like that like mundane things but I intend to do all of

It on camera so I just want to flex my lack of building skills for you guys that’s all so I’m not gonna leave too much off camera so maybe mining you know or mundane things like that you know especially like parts that are not really interesting to watch

Even for me like basically this series I want to make it something that is something that I would watch in my own free time you know kind of like the stuff that I watch YouTube as is already you know just like in my recommend it or in my subscription list

Just I don’t know what I’m doing just yeah just enjoy the video I suppose anyway uh I intend to make the series like something that I would want to watch so for that reason I’m gonna call it quits here because not much has happened we did get kind of far out we’re about

1500 blocks from Spawn which is good you know that’s pretty yeah that must be like fish spawning or something because that is wait I don’t have any Phantoms I don’t hear a single one I’m tempted foolishly I feel like but I’m tempted to go back into the the water I think that

F in the sky over there I think that’s uh that’s a sign I shouldn’t do it though I’m gonna I’m gonna take that and run with it yeah we’re gonna we’re gonna call it close here thanks for watching guys uh if you liked it I don’t know

You know what much there was to like honestly this was even a little bit a little boring for me even to record because not much happened I did I did get to level 10 so we’re moving up on the experience I got iron now as a

Kind of stupid I can make oh I can make shears I think I will do that because I’m gonna need those for later well you know what yeah nothing that’s a good idea actually what okay there we go that was weird all right may have been a bit of a waste but uh

It’s okay we’re gonna get more it’s not that’s all Diana are ever gonna get in the world so um man that spawning is really annoying that water is so obnoxiously loud for no reason anyway our boat’s down there so what do we have cobblestone we got a decent amount of resources

Still plenty of food hopefully we don’t have far to go to find some land but uh my boat’s facing north so whichever way my boat’s facing that’s the direction we’re gonna go producer where’s the F because yeah so the f is North so we’re gonna go this way
