ECKOSOLDIER – How to use World Edit in Minecraft Pocket Edition

In today’s minecraft video i bring you the best world edit add-on for minecraft pocket edition the bedrock version it is going to give you the ability to do things like this In the description will be a link to this add-on it’s just world edit dot mc add-on this will have both the behaviors and the resource pack once you’ve opened it within minecraft it’s going to install i do already have this installed you won’t just wait for it to install

These because i feel like more is better than less however you only typically need to activate the holiday creator feature and the game test framework the rest of them don’t necessarily matter head over to your behaviors packs click available you are specifically looking for this one which is world edit bedrock

Edition just activate it double check it’s in the active section do the exact same in your resource packs however while enabling the behaviors pack it will automatically enable the resource pack after that you’re pretty much good to go feel free to change your game to creative and tweak the advanced section

As well i’m going to show you this add-on starting with the basics there is a lot to learn with this add-on the first thing you need to do is in your chat type in forward slash tag at p add world edit this is going to enable the world

Edit as you can see here you have been given world edit permissions go into settings how to play quick start for a guide if you’re looking to learn the more advanced stuff with this head into your options and then your settings on the left hand side where it says how

To play at the top it says quick start this is going to teach you more advanced and more detailed stuff about this add-on but i’m going to show you a lot of this stuff regardless for the rest of this add-on it’s not using the forward slash command option you’re

Going to be using colons which is this symbol right here if you type in colon kit it is going to give you the majority of the necessary items that i recommend messing around with this right here is basically your wand it’s the wooden axe and the first thing you

Need to do is for the first time you crouch and right tap or tap if you’re on a phone right click if you’re on keyboard and mouse and you’ll see here like it says the first position is set to set your second position do not

Crouch just tap just tap it and as you can see here it’s starting to outline the actual area that you are going to be removing building on changing etc now you’re able to copy this as well which means i’m then able to head over to here and just continue to paste

What we’ve just copied you can do it really really easily really simple it’s great for just covering large quantities of land and this is something i use for my beta videos you’re also able to cut it as well if you didn’t like it but let’s say you made a mistake you can

Undo it um and just gonna undo the cutting aspect i want to show you this on a larger scale so we’re going to start off by tapping here for our first position we’re then going to go a little bit further for our second position all the way over here so it’s a large

Quantity now you’ll see here it says fill selection if you try and fill it in you can see here we need to specify a block that we’re going to be filling it in with so one way you can do this is colon set and i’m just going to do diamonds

Underscore block right so that’s now set as a diamond block now over large quantities of land you will notice that it does have a loading bar on screen so if we do this again undo and then we click fill selection we are going to have to do the exact same again as a

Diamond block you can see it says they’re finished 100 but let’s say you didn’t want to use diamond blocks and you didn’t want to have to type in commands every single time no problem we have this which is the pattern picker head over to a block

That you like for example i like mud bricks then i can go fill section and it’s instantly going to change the whole entire thing let’s say we wanted to go back to grass change it fill selection it changes it back to that and then you could do it again and

You get the idea here although i’ve just noticed over here we have ourselves a b nest i actually don’t know if this is gonna work over here oh it does yes so if you wanted to change oh look at these guys are made up kind of made a

Mistake you’re probably gonna make a few mistakes with this i’ve been copying and pasting uh too many of these things yeah be very careful with this because if you’re copying things such as b nests hives you might end up with a few problems if you wanted to change the whole entire

Floor to be be nests you couldn’t do that and then let’s say you made a mistake you’re like nah i want to keep it down you’re like you know what i don’t like the bricks now and get rid of it but you can go back

And you can redo them we managed to get quite lucky in their seeds and you can see here we have an on land shipwreck i want to copy it better yet i want to move its position so like previously crouch tap where you want to

Copy it from i’m going to do it from about here first position is set don’t worry it’s still logged on or recognizing that position we can change that head over to the back of this we’re just gonna tower up using sand for example i haven’t figured out how to copy

A structure without having to tower up sure i mean because some of them are taller second one we’re not gonna crouch we’re just gonna right click make sure that your structures are within the the white borders along here it’s very similar to structure blocks but they’re just a lot easier to use rather

Than having to use one specific block now the next thing i want to do here is i want to copy it now it takes a little time to copy it showing that it’s copied a lot of blocks there i then want to come over to let’s say we wanted to

Paste it in the ocean right so you’re gonna go to the tool which is the paste tool we’re just gonna go to paste it’s gonna paste it over here this time it moved it right there as you can see we literally copied this one now let’s say i didn’t like the way

This was i wanted to rotate it was a couple of things you’re able to do here there’s a few extra tools available we have the flip option which is going to flip this it’s changing its position now they’re kind of facing each other you’ve also got rotate clockwise

So it’s moved behind me could do it again should move over here do it again it’s going to move back over there and you can just rotate it to whatever position you want and this is great for doing this with like villages because you can copy large quantities of

Land but again if you don’t like certain things there are an undo tool okay so there’s undo to stop you from doing any of these it’s just gonna undo everything you did and just like that i mean apart from the items we managed to duplicate the items there are

A few more tools available such as the spawn glass block it does exactly what it says it looks like a steve character you tap on it it spawns a glass block and you could probably make yourself like a parkour design if you really really wanted to i feel

Like that would be quite tough to get to so we’ll go down a little bit like there can we make this one let’s see how my parkour skills are shall we so yeah like that’s a really helpful one be pretty cool if you could change this though

There is a really cool feature available within this so if you see a water area like this and you’re like you know what i haven’t got the time to drain this get in the water and you are typing colon drain and then you’re just going to do

Something like 50 and what this is going to do is drain the blocks within that radius and then if you wanted to change it up you could do you know what i want this to be lava colon fill lava 50. hit that and as you can see there it’s now

Being set to lava and you could do the same again you could just re drain it you don’t want it to be lava either um let’s just go back to phil we’re going to do water we’ll do 50. it’s then going to fill it back up for you and i think if i

Started and this one’s going to be the same fill 50 yeah so you can raise it if you really wanted to a little bit higher it’s such a good feature at the start of the video i showed you how to make a diamond sphere so what you want to do to

Access that is grab any kind of tool we’re going to be using a golden shovel for example while holding this item you’re going to be typing in this command which is colon brush sphere diamond underscore block it can be any kind of block you want and i’m just

Going to use number five i think the highest i can go to is probably six we’re then gonna run this i now have hold of this and as you can see every time we tap in point it’s going to create these spheres for us these diamond ones which look really

Cool not gonna lie you gotta be really careful with spamming too many of these though but yeah like it’s it’s amazing i love this and then you can change your tool as well so let’s say you had a diamond shovel and then you wanted to change

This like this is where it gets weird right i think you can do water i think this can be really weird so you could do water if you wanted to obviously it’s going to mess up right it’s probably massive amounts of griefing i’m going to

Do one as the barrier so we now have this one set as barrier now this one right because it’s a barrier block is going to get rid of the land if you do it on the ground so be very careful with this one but you could delete massive amounts of chunks

Here you can see here it’s just deleting them all well i think it’s a really really cool addition there is one more thing i want to show you another cool command you should know is colon mask grass while holding your axe and what this is going to do is give you the

Ability to create cobblestone paths really simply go all the way down here you can see it’s just creating paths for us really great creative player and if we turn around we’ve got ourselves a cobblestone path if you want to get rid of it though you’re going to type in

Column b or non and that’s going to give you your axe backs to normality there is more to learn with the world edit settings so like you can disable or enable the ability to copy entities so i had it enabled last time which is why there was tons and tons of bees you

Can disable it to prevent those kind of things happening you can include air or not we do have tool settings which i think gives you the this one here brush settings and tool settings gives you the ability to create your own tools and brushes i’m still learning these but you can see
