EPIC Hardcore Mod Mob Grinding in Minecraft!

Hello there everyone my name is dark CAC and in this episode of our hardcore all the mods 9 series we are going to be focusing on getting ourselves a mob farm completely set up getting all of our hostile mob drops and setting that up within our base if you guys are new be

Sure to leave a like And subscribe to stay updated with the series and it’ll help me on my journey to become a fulltime content creator and now without further Ado let’s go ahead and jump right into the video and as you can see from right behind me on the last episode

We did we actually went ahead and went into the easy villagers mod and we were trying to get this guy leveled up to level five to actually go ahead and get ourselves the bottle of experience now we’re going to go ahead and level this guy up as much as we possibly can and

This is going to take us a day or two now as I was leveling this guy up he gave us a trade for ender pearls this is immediately going to open up a gateway to a massive amount of things and as you guys can now see we got ourselves our bottle of

Enchanting and it actually didn’t take as long as I thought it would it just took us a little bit of time getting these sticks for this Fletcher over here but because of our villager hat this actually was relatively easy and now not only do we have a way to to get bottles of

Enchanting but we also can go ahead and get ourselves ender pearls and that is going to open up a gateway to a very powerful mod using building gadgets now to get the lime green die we are going to need to go ahead and make ourselves a

Market and to do that is actually pretty simple since we already basically have all the resources for it so we’re going to just go ahead and what are we missing we are just missing the red wool and the uh planks so we’re going to go ahead and

Actually really quickly do that and this is where our iron farm has come in handy because with these poppies we can just go ahead and turn those straight into red dye and we can go ahead and dye this wool red and because of that we are

Going to be able to go ahead and make ourselves a market and you’re probably wondering what this guy does well we’re about to have a very goofy guest uh drop in here or I guess come up from the ground but this guy basically for emeralds is going to be able to get us

Uh Cactus which I believe would be under the oh this guy doesn’t actually have Cactus well we’re going to be keeping him anyways because this guy is going to be able to get us saplings and seeds from basically everywhere and that is going to be insanely useful however this

Does mean we’re going to need to go look for a desert to get ourselves some Cactus and to do that we actually have a pretty easy way of actually going ahead with doing that all we are going to need is we are going to need some saplings

Which we have a couple just lying around and then we’re going to go ahead and just make ourselves some thing known as a Nature’s compass and to do that all we need to do is get a normal Compass get uh four logs which these need to be

Moved around just a little bit and then we just go ahead and place our saplings right into here and then we can just go ahead and make ourselves a Nature’s compass and what this is going to do is this is going to go ahead and help us

Locate a desert so we’re going to go ahead and we can just look up desert and we can just search for it and it’ll tell us how far away it is which looking at the radius is not making me hopeful yeah that that’s 5,885 blocks

Away this is going to take a second now on my way to get ourselves some Cactus we actually came across our first waist Stone this is going to be so incredibly helpful if you don’t know what the way Stone Mod is it’s basically a mod that adds a thing where you can

Place uh wayist Stone down and you can teleport to other way stones basically fast travel and it is insanely nice we are so so lucky to have found one cuz those things are not very common and to find one naturally spawning is even rare so absolutely fantastic and after

Walking the 5,000 blocks away from our spawn or from where our base is cuz as you can see we went walking for so long like our base is so far away but after all this walking we finally have ourselves some Cactus and this is going to be used to make ourselves that green

Dye that we actually ended up needing so now that we were are back with the cactus necessary we’re going to go ahead and start smelting this Cactus up into green dye and then we’re going to go ahead and take that green dye with the bones that we have and we’re going

To combine this together with bone meal turn this into white dye and then we’re going to go ahead and make ourselves some lime dye and now we just need to go get the ink sacks required for the black dye to make black concrete and then we’re going to go ahead and get this

Experience Crystal and now with all of these materials we can finally go ahead and craft ourselves our experience Crystal this is a massive achievement and this is going to jump start us immediately into getting ourselves this mob farm and now with this experience Crystal we can actually go ahead and

Store levels and the reason this is important is because now we can go ahead and right click it with a bucket to get ourselves a Essence bucket and this thing is extremely useful because it is used for making chicken feed specifically the one that we’re going after is this cursed chicken feed and

This is a massive jump start to our thing as now we are going to be able to get cursed soil and we’re going to be able to go ahead and make ourselves this mob farm and now with all of our Essence buckets and our mob drops we can go

Ahead and actually make this cursed chicken feed now to get the thing that’s required for for this we’re going to have to do something that isn’t technically ethical and I cannot believe this but while looking for a chicken we have found ourselves our second wayist Stone

This means that now we can fast travel between two points of our choice and I already know exactly where we’re going to put these but let’s go ahead and find that chicken and yes with a chicken and this chicken feed if we go ahead and actually write click

It it it blows up the chicken and gives us this item called a rotten egg and this is what we’re going to need to actually go ahead and make our mob farm so now we kind of got the main area dug out and set up and decorated I

Decided to go with these polished deep slate slabs because eventually our base is going to actually have this material material and it looks really nice and I’m just using Cobblestone because I don’t want to see the dirt but I kind of wanted to Showcase this part because

This is where all of the actual parts of this start to come together to actually go ahead and make ourselves a mob farm and we’re going to need to craft a couple of things for this mob farm to actually work properly the first thing we’re going to need to actually go ahead

And craft is we’re going to need to go ahead and craft four Redstone lanterns and this is going to basically be used to turn on and off the killing chamber area because the mobs will not be able to spawn if the light is on so this is

Basically going to be added to turn on and on this actual system and how we’re going to turn it on and off is by using Redstone and I actually crafted one of the things that we’re going to end up needing which is something called a cog

Block and what this allows us to do is basically when this is turned on the the Cog block will power all blocks around it with actually charging other blocks because this would be an issue in this case because we would be trying to charge the uh these blocks and have a

Redstone signal go through it but we wouldn’t be able to actually power this lamp so with this we can continue our Redstone signal through all of this and we can just go ahead and place down these Cog blocks and now we have a system that when we flick on and off this lever

We’ll turn off and on the lights actually in here and we can actually now go ahead and get rid of these torches now to actually get this cured soil all we have to do is we got to take our rotten egg which as you can says it

Creates a 5×5 area of dreadful dirt so all we have to do is right click the middle of this and now we have ourselves some Dreadful dirt and when we turn off the lights for this this area it is going to go ahead and spawn in our hostile

Entities however before we turn this on we are going to need a way to a push the mobs into a killer and actually making that killer itself which what we’re going to be doing with that is we’re going to be using the mob masher and as

You can see this is quite a lengthy craft because we are going to need a lot of iron swords and thankfully because of that iron farm that we have we will be able to make this relatively easily and now that we got everything we can actually go ahead and craft ourselves a

Mob Masher this is what is going to be used to kill all of the mobs and we’re going to go ahead and set it right here you may realize that it is not on right now that is because this needs a redstone signal so in a minute we’re

Going to go ahead and put a redstone block under it however I’m not going to turn it on right now since it could kill me if things go wrong and I don’t really want to die but also you can see inside of here we can actually add upgrades to

This and one of the upgrades I want to add to this is a looting upgrade however to do that we’re going to need looting books and we don’t quite have those yet but now what we need to do is we actually need to craft these mob

Fans and with these fans we’re going to be able to go ahead and actually push the mobs towards our killing area so all we’re going to need to do is we’re going to need to dig out this area and we’re going to need to put these fans right in

Each of these Corners so we’re going to go ahead and do that right now and now if you can look at these areas we you’ll see that we don’t quite have enough area to cover everything this needs to go towards this one more and this would

Need to be three wider on both sides and one further how we’re going to do that is we’re going to just go go ahead and make these upgrades which these are going to just require us to get some feathers it’s not going to be that difficult to get and we’re going to go

Ahead and do that right now now while we wait we actually do need to actually head on into The Nether because we’re needing nether quartz for one of the items that we need so in the last episode I did say we were in fact going to enter the nether so let’s go ahead

And enter the nether but first things first we’re going to go ahead and get ourselves some gold boot so that way if there’s like a piglin around or something like that we won’t get immediately killed by whatever is in the Nether and I’m honestly terrified to enter the nether in the first

Place but we do need to progress at some point so we’re going to go ahead and head on into The Nether all right let’s see please no bad spawn please no bad spawn oh this is okay so about this biome we’re really quickly going to build a base while I

Talk about this this biome is a little terrifying for the reason that uh as you could see off in the corner this is a place that spawns Enderman so it can be a good thing in some cases if we need ender pearls or a bad thing and in this case it’s more or

Less kind of a bad thing because we have a way to get ender pearls safely but now we just need to constantly be worried about these Endermen and we’re going to need to build this up make sure we don’t accidentally look one of them in the

Eyes and the quartz is over there we just need to be really careful about our looking at the Enderman cuz we do not want to look at them because if we they get angry we don’t have good enough armor to tank their hits and we probably

Would end up dying so let’s be very careful and one thing that I completely forgot existed were wither skeletons uh there is wither skeletons here here we need to be very careful this is the wizard AB oh uh-oh you see what I mean that guy took most of my

HP and we need to be so careful that was a piglin brute this isn’t good because those guys will kill me so we need to get this nether quartz and then leave okay let’s get out we have what we came for oh boy this this place gives me anxiety

Every single time in in a hardcore run but we did come and get what we came for which was this nether quartz and with this nether quarts we are going to go ahead and really quickly get into a mod called potion master and what this is

Going to enable us to do is we can actually get blaze powder without actually killing any blazes and all we’re going to need is redstone gunpowder Ender powder and coal powder and thankfully we have all of those things so let’s go ahead and make ourselves some blaze powder and now to

Actually make these all we’re going to need to do is we’re going to go ahead and craft the pestle which is two quartz and one diamond and then we’re going to craft the mortar which is just bricks and a piece of stone and now all we’re

Going to need to do to make blaze powder is we’re going to go ahead and Crush three of these ender pearls into Ender powder we’re going to put two of these in here we’re going to make ourselves Some Coal powder and then we’re going to make ourselves some Redstone powder and

Then all we’re going to need to do now is we’re going to need coal powder gunpowder Redstone powder and Ender powder and we can go ahead and craft ourselves blaze powder why do we need a uh the blaze powder in the first place well we are going to need it to make

Ourselves an Eye of Ender and we need this Eye of Ender to go ahead and make ourselves something called an absorption Hopper which is in mob grinding utilities and we’re just going to need some obsidian and a hopper and we can go ahead and get this absorption Hopper

Which is what we’re going to need for our mob farm let’s go ahead and quickly craft that and now with that we can go ahead and craft ourselves the absorption Hopper and this thing all we’re going to need to do is we’re going to be placing

It right here and if we turn on the area this thing will basically pick up items anywhere inside of this area and it will bring it into this Hopper and this and we’re going to basically with this absorption Hopper underneath it we’re going to be putting a chest and over

Here we’re going to be putting a pump to basically pump the XP into this EXP experience Crystal and we’re also going to be needing to get ourselves a voiding upgrade to trash all that stuff and also whilst we were doing that we were getting this which these are fluffy

Puffs and these are actually what I’m using to go ahead and get ourselves our feathers because each of these fluffy feathers can turn into feathers and we need these feathers to actually go ahead and craft ourselves the final uh uh fan upgrade so we’re going

To quickly go ahead and get our iron and we’re going to go ahead and quickly craft this up perfect and now as you can see here this fan is perfectly uh in the area and then this fan is now perfectly on this mob Masher so now when entities spawn

They will be blown directly into this mob Masher this Hopper will pick all of the items up and it will be transferred into a chest and the XP will be transferred directly into this experience Crystal so we’re going to go ahead and set that up but before we can do that

We’re actually going to need to get ourselves a sophisticated storage chest and to do that we all we’re going to need to do is we’re going to get ourselves a redstone torch which is relatively easy to make we’re just going to go ahead and make ourselves a

Redstone torch we’re going to take one of these chests and we’re going to put this Redstone in here and it is going to make sophisticated storage chest and with this we can go ahead and get ourselves some iron which our iron is up here in our farm we’re going to go ahead

And grab that and then all we’re going to do is we’re going to surround this in iron and then we’re going to get ourselves an iron chest and then all we’re going to need to do now is we’re going to quick quickly upgrade that to Gold so really quickly we’re going to go

Ahead and grab our golden ingots from out from here and we’re going to go ahead and craft up this golden chest and what this is going to enable us to do is in the side here we have two upgrades we’re going to be putting stacking upgrades and a void upgrade because we

Do not have the diamonds currently to get ourselves a diamond chest so that is going to have to do for now so let’s go ahead and quickly craft up the upgrades for that chest I am just going to say that this ender pearl trade has come in

So handy because now we can actually go ahead and make a bunch of these things that we couldn’t originally make such as the void upgrade and what this upgrade is going to be able to do is basically we can assign things to that chest and basically everything that we don’t want

We can just avoid now we’re going to go ahead and quickly grab ourselves a diamond and we’re going to go ahead and make ourselves the advanced voiding upgrade and we’re going to quickly get some red stone for that and thankfully actually since we don’t have any

Redstone on us right now we can actually just go ahead and trade for Redstone like this guy is coming in so handy I am so happy that we got this cleric because he is saving us on on so many way in so many ways and now we’re

Going to just go ahead and craft ourselves this Advanced void upgrade and then whilst we’re here we’re going to go ahead and craft ourselves two iron blocks and we’re going to go ahead and grab the iron from up here and we’re going to go ahead and make ourselves a

Tier 2 upgrade for the stacking upgrade let’s go ahead and do that right now bada bing bada boom we got ourselves a tier 2 stacking upgrade and all we need to do is we’re going to just right click these into here and this void upgrade we’re going to need to basically run our

Farm and then we’re going to basically void anything that we don’t need and we can set in this absorption hopper for everything that is down to be items and we’re going to basically set everything from the East to be experience and we’re going to go ahead and quickly pick up everything in

Here and we’re going to move our uh as you can see it clearly working perfectly we’re going to set our flute uh our experience Crystal right here and now to pump the XP actually into this Crystal we are going to need a XP tap which this is really easy

To craft we just are going to go ahead and get ourselves some iron which we have some raw iron in here we’re going to go ahead and cook some of this up I’m pretty sure we have our or doubling Hammer yes so let’s take out basically all of this and let’s go

Ahead and just or double it really quick so we’re going to go ahead and turn that all into iron dust and then we’re going to go ahead and actually smelt that up and now that we have that we can go ahead and make ourselves an XP tap and

How this is going to work is basically all the XP from in here is going to be pumped into this experience Crystal and now there is only two more things that we actually are going to need to go ahead and make before we can actually

Turn this on and what that is going to be is we’re going to need to quickly go ahead and make ourselves some glass so that we can make this item called tinted glass glass and it’s just five coal and four glass and we’re going to just need

To make that uh twice so that we can actually get tinted glass and tinted glass keeps out light and makes it so mobs can spawn in it and it is going to be insanely helpful we’re also going to go ahead and make ourselves some levers so let’s go

Ahead and craft those up right now we’re going to get those levers going like this and these are BAS basically going to be used to turn this on and off and turn all of our things over here on and off and we’re going to make a little area that

Leads to the back of these because we don’t want to have to enter this area unless we absolutely have to so what we’re going to do is we’re going to basically dig out this little area around the side and we’re going to basically use a mod called the framed mod

And what it’s going to allow us to do is we’re going to basically be able to make a fake door that leads to our mob fan which is going to be right here we’re going to slap that right there and all we’re going to need to do to make this

Is we just need ourselves some sticks and some logs however I it looks like I crafted this wrong I think it is actually five Lo LS in this pattern and then the rest are sticks nope I clearly do not know what I am doing let’s go ahead and just look up

The framed mod we’re going to go ahead and craft ourselves these framed cubes we’re going to need two of those so let’s go ahead and craft those and then we’re going to go ahead and craft ourselves some framed doors what this is going to allow us to

Do is we’re going to just place that down like so and then we’re going to just do that and now nobody will know this door is here and we can just simply open the door and access everything from behind here oh it’s it’s going to be so useful

However before we do that we’re going to need to go ahead and actually um cover all this up and light everything in here up because we do not want mobs spawning in here so we’re just going to prevent that from happening and now if we go ahead and turn on these mob

Fans if we head on over here we’re going to see that that is now turning and that is going to be pushing us towards this mob fan now we’re going to just go ahead and turn that on and as you can see now these are both on and it’s going to be

Pushing directly into our our killing chamber so we’re going to go ahead and really quickly we need to actually make a device and that device is going to be the personal shrinking device and while we wait to make that we’re going to go ahead and put our tinted glass here cuz

We just went ahead and made that and as you can see we can see through it but as soon as we turn this off the mobs will be able to spawn freely in here and we are going to get a lot of Loot and then with this we can go ahead and craft

Ourselves a personal shrinking device and to charge this we’re actually going to just need to go ahead and we’re going to need to dig around this so that the lava is right here and then we’re basically just going to need to rightclick into here to open our heat

Generator and that is going to go ahead and charge this personal shrinking device and what this device allows us to do is if we uh we’re first going to need to tone it down if we tone this down we can actually shrink ourselves to be incredibly tiny and it it looks so

Goofy but it’s a it’s absolutely amazing so now what we can do is we can actually go ahead with this lever we can head on over to here and put this lever underneath our mob Masher which that was not the mob masher and this is going to go right

Into our chest the only thing that isn’t working fully is the fact that you can still kind of clip through the ground but that’s just comes with being tiny so we’re going to go ahead and put that there and I believe if we turn that on yes that now will be operating

So we now can go ahead and actually turn on our mob farm and how we are going to be able to do that is all we have to do to turn on our mob Farm is we just flick this lever and just like that we can go ahead and have this start farming

Mobs and as you can see we’re going to start getting a lot of materials we’re going to have to start voiding some of these so we’re going to need to figure out which mob drops we actually want and this actually generates us slime balls that is going to be so

Useful like actually that is going to be so incredibly helpful let’s go ahead and turn this off really quick because there is something I did forget to put on here and one of those things is the actual Ender inhibitor which this item is basically used to stop mobs from you know spawning

And to do this we can actually just get glowstone dust redstone dust and an Eye of Ender and thanks to this amazing Trader we can actually go ahead and craft that up relatively easily and now with all these materials we can go ahead and craft ourselves our Ender inhibitor

And with this Ender inhibitor we can actually now go ahead and turn this on without worrying about Enderman teleporting out of our mob farm and this is going to start getting us a lot of different loot now what I’m going to need to go ahead and do is I’m going to

Need to go ahead and basically figure out what I don’t want in this farm and we’re going to go ahead and void it so that is going to be its own special thing but look at that we got ourselves a mob farm and this is going to get us a

Bunch of really useful materials as well as this is going to be getting us experience like this this is just going to be so useful and this is going to help us so much in getting all of the different materials that we are going to end up needing the only thing that we’re

Going to end up needing to get now is we are going to need to get ourselves some looting books so that we can actually turn that into a efficient way of looting mobs and then this will be a lot stronger however for the time being this is perfectly fine with what
