everything else I Know that there are good sales happening elsewhere budget wise I just simply can’t so I was not prepared I was not prepared for the Bailey launch during the holidays and during the holiday movies or like shows or something because I watch those too and like yes there is a romanticism that happens behind that stuff but at the same time No there’s not it’s been it’s I have shared some meals with people that have genuinely felt like they have like healed a part of me and I’m like damn I’m just going to go to the bathroom real quick and I’ve balded my eyes out so it’s really the stuff that I’ve been through and that has happened um I really did not know that for a very long time but therapy has helped me a lot to realize that 100% 100% yeah if I could figure out the logistics Of sending food through the mail without spoiling I would said you food and I made a big batch that’s really sweet treat stream is literally the closest thing I have to that because it’s not homemade but it’s it’s delivery and that’s that’s as close as I Got why are they all so perfect the the quads or the the shades yeah I’m a firm believer in like especially after like every Big breakup that I’ve gone through um I have learned more about myself and treated myself with more respect every time not to say that you need horrible Things to ever like happen or for for that to but that’s just kind of the route um for me personally that happened and um yeah I was a dove really hard into a lot of that stuff because everything else was falling around me you know so I Really focused really focused on me but I will say that working on yourself and figuring yourself out is one of the hardest things not for everybody you can’t say any generalized term uh about like growth and stuff like that you can’t apply that to anybody um I will Say that that was one of the biggest things for me that helped because I needed to focus on something it was but fun fact I used to be aggressively needing words of affirmation but that has slowly lessened over time I’ve discovered that I need that less wow Interesting how that works and how yeah yeah it it’s so it’s so so very individual but I have noticed that as well too it’s uh astonishing how different I function you know around actual caring individuals anyway I think I’m getting I’m veering off in a little and this Becoming a little heavy for for myself and I don’t want to I don’t want to do that to y’all but treat food delivery you say yes which again I will note because I there’s there’s a loop poll that I found that Tre if you’re listening to this don’t change this you Brats just keep it the way that it is but now there’s like favorite it and desserts items so if you order a dessert which I have soups as desserts you there’s there’s a different cool down betwix the two so like energy drinks soup and like something else I put as Like desserts so if like food is ordered the dessert can also be ordered because what be an [ __ ] to myself that’s I feel that I feel that I’m like if you don’t stop this right now you’re so cute you’re being too problematic get us together I like girly pop talk my way out of [ __ ] in my head sometimes I Don’t believe in the like overly positive um like just think positive and then you feel better just relax and then you won’t be anxious that [ __ ] that’s so [ __ ] stupid and I will actually get so passionate and rageful about that because because but sometimes I’m just like all right this feels bad but Guess what I know it’s not going to feel bad forever so if I let myself just feel bad and not feel so shame not just not feel guilty and shame about feeling bad I’m going to move through it at some point how long it’s going to take I don’t know And I don’t have to figure that out but I’m not going to be like stop being angry hey stop being angry I’m just going to let myself be angry and sort that out in the way that I’m going to you know what I mean feel your feelings
